Wonderful Stay at China World Hotel – Highly Recommended We stayed at the China World Hotel for three nights in early August 2025 as part of our China trip, and we were genuinely impressed. The service was outstanding — exactly what you’d expect from a five-star hotel. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely friendly and professional. Special thanks to the reception team, who spoke excellent English and made us feel very welcome from the first moment. Yes, the hotel is a little older, and our room could use a light renovation, but everything was spotlessly clean and fully functional. We had no issues at all and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. A special highlight is the hotel’s direct access to the China World Mall. After a long flight, having dozens of great restaurants just steps away is a true luxury. Whether you're in the mood for local cuisine or international flavors, you'll find something delicious. From us: top marks across the board and a big thank you to the entire team at the China World Hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed in this hotel more than once as the location is unbeatable, with the metro Line #1 located right below the hotel/mall. We have a young child and chose the Horizon Club room so we could access the lounge without having to jostle with the crowd for breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. It was wonderful. |The lounge service was very good and Milly was very patient with our child, making her the babycino for each meal. Philip the manager was very friendly and chatting with us and recommending some touristy places we could go with the child. Food choices are mostly catered to the local guests but that was not an issue for us. All in all, we felt very welcomed at the lounge.|Special mention of Jack at the concierge who was very helpful in booking a car for our trip to the Great wall and the acrobatic show.|It was a lovely stay.

We booked the Horizon Club Deluxe room, so it included high tea, happy hours and exclusive check-in entry. We thoroughly enjoyed all the complimentary services. Must mention that high tea had wide variety of food spread. The staff is very polite and ready to attend with your request. Must mention Mr. Philips, the GM there, he was so knowledgeable and well-traveled. We had a interesting conversation with him. Resturants are very good and cater fir all palates.

The hotel’s biggest strength is its unbeatable location in the heart of the business district, packed with amenities and solid dining options. The staff are efficient and professional—no complaints there.|That said, while the rooms are spacious, the decor feels a bit dated compared to the sleek, modern lobby. It’s clear the common areas get more attention.|The attached luxury mall is impressive (think high-end brands), but if you’re looking for everyday shopping or more practical options, it’s not the most useful. Still, for business travelers or those wanting premium convenience, this place delivers.

Stayed a week on business. Great hotel in central business district. 30 mins to airport , traffic permitting!! Handy for forbidden city, Tiananmen Square and Embassy district. Very safe feel and China world mall complex had an interconnected array of shops and restaurants on your doorstep. ||Rooms spacious and well furnished. Breakfast amazing variety and quality, westerners well catered for albeit not many about. Staff super friendly and professional. Great price for such an established hotel. Yes there are many more new and modern hotels about Beijing nowadays, but this has charm and style. It’s still a quality offering. I’d absolutely stay again. Thanks guys for a wonderful week.

Loved every second of our stay! From check-in to check-out everything was great. All the staff were courteous, the concierge even helped me book a ride, the dining staff and manager at the breakfast restaurant are very helpful as well. The room and location is perfect!!!

Good branding, good name. But gym assistant was not friendly. He really disappointed us. A little bit rude and loudly. I cannot choose this hotel next time sorry.But it is good location and good for high exclusive brand shoppers
