Very disappointed.
We booked for a family of 3 adults for 4 nights arrived 28/12/26 so expected 3 beds. On arrival looked a nice 5* hotel, English very limited but managed with google translate. Room very clean & tidy, bathroom & amenities very good, large tv with fantastic view but only 2 king single beds for 3 adults, expected housekeeping would bring foldaway bed as mentioned on trip advisor/booking.com so went out to get food in China World Mall, arrived back late but no extra bed, called reception, no help so slept on chaise with extra bedding in wardrobe. After breakfast went to reception & said required xtra bed. Went out for day with taxi from hotel & returned late, went to reception as no xtra bed, so again one of us slept on chaise, mentioned again @ reception after breakfast. We had a 7am tour & didn’t return until 11pm. Again no xtra bed, by this time gave up & housekeeping was making chaise up. We paid for 3 adults so expected 3 beds not 2 king singles tried mentioning on check out as expected refund for sleeping on chaise, hard to know if didn’t understand English or just don’t want to know.
Breakfast was good, buffet style, hotel central and had a lift going from hotel into shopping mall. Young guy on door was extremely helpful, one English very good other google translate helpful. But not good having to sleep on a chaise when paid for 3 beds for 4 nights.
