Every time I’ve gotten food from Chingón has been amazing. I adore the quesabirria tacos special. I’ve ordered the pork confit ribs with a spicy almond molé from their collaboration with the Airport Rooms at Tourists, which was one of my top restaurant meals. Simply incredible. I was extremely surprised and impressed. I’ve had Chingón’s hamburger special, which was solid, though I enjoy the tacos far more. I’ve also had Chingón at the Greylock Holiday Market. I ordered elote off the cob (forgot the name), which was okay. I had carnitas, which were amazing, and barbacoa, which was salty that day. As a Williams College student, Chingón Taco Truck has been a lifesaver. I advertise to any student I can because Williams students are looking for good Mexican, but not many are aware of Chingón. You guys should do a collab with the college! Thank you so much for the delicious food, I’m awaiting the day Chingón comes back and am disappointed I’m leaving to study abroad in a week because I will miss Chingon!
