Chingón Taco Truck

Every time I’ve gotten food from Chingón has been amazing. I adore the quesabirria tacos special. I’ve ordered the pork confit ribs with a spicy almond molé from their collaboration with the Airport Rooms at Tourists, which was one of my top restaurant meals. Simply incredible. I was extremely surprised and impressed. I’ve had Chingón’s hamburger special, which was solid, though I enjoy the tacos far more. I’ve also had Chingón at the Greylock Holiday Market. I ordered elote off the cob (forgot the name), which was okay. I had carnitas, which were amazing, and barbacoa, which was salty that day. As a Williams College student, Chingón Taco Truck has been a lifesaver. I advertise to any student I can because Williams students are looking for good Mexican, but not many are aware of Chingón. You guys should do a collab with the college! Thank you so much for the delicious food, I’m awaiting the day Chingón comes back and am disappointed I’m leaving to study abroad in a week because I will miss Chingon!

Yet another perfect grab and go meal from the folks who brought you Chingon Taco Truck, in their new brick and mortar debut. The Mahi Mahi tacos (rubbed with house made Chipotle salt then grilled and topped with mango tomatillo salsa) were incredible. Make sure you grab a fork because this was not a one biter. New to the menu are the yuca fries with Chipotle mayo and I can't recommend them enough. Try to get to the taco window early to beat the lunch rush, but no matter when you get in line, the food is worth the wait, and any interaction with the staff will make you a customer for life.

Really awesome taco truck! We booked them to cater for a ~140 person party and they did an awesome job. The tacos were loaded and delicious, with the chicken a particular favorite. Guests gave rave reviews. They were super easy to work with, and even designed a customized menu for our event. We fully recommend them whether you are looking for a bite to go with your Bright Ideas beer, or looking to cater for a large event!

The worst tacos I have ever had in my life. You would be better off at taco bell. The corn tortilla was stale, the barbacoa was tough and flavorless, and the carnitas tasted like they were cooked a year ago, frozen, got freezer burned and were microwaved. Avoid this place.

we all ordered the carnitas tacos- 5 dollars for one tiny taco. they were ok, the pork was a little dry but the red onions carried the flavor. a good option for sure, just a but overpriced in my mind.

Wow! Really tasty mushroom tacos, remarkably good. Made a great afternoon at MassMOCA even better. Can’t wait to return for more, so delicious, perfectly spiced/flavored.

They were great as a truck and they are fantastic as a restaurant. We loved our food and the atmosphere is so light and pleasant. Killer limeade, fried chicken sammie and yuca fries. Zomg. Just go.

Delicious taco stand right next to Mass MoCA. I got a mushroom and poblano taco & the ceviche. Everything was fresh and flavorful. There was a line to order but the food was served quickly.
