Very fresh seafood, but expensive and decor is a mess. The food itself is pretty good, if you opt for the more expensive options $30+. Oysters, crab and fresh fish are probably the freshest you'll find in the area.
The seafood is flown in (daily?) And it shows in the food, the fresh stuff is high quality and tastes great. I'd suggest the oysters, blue crab claws appetizer, and crab legs. The complementary garlic rolls are really good too.
Although it is fresh, I dont think it justifies the cost and servings are kind of small. $25 for 5 jumbo shrimp seems kind of intense for me. The seafood pasta was kind of disappointing, seemed like the seafood was the kind you'd find in a frozen seafood medley. The sides are seasoned well and taste good although a bit basic. The plates are cheap and super beat up, and the decor is outdated.
Maybe go once a year for a birthday, but I'd say you'd get better in Chicago.
