Very disappointed. I was shocked when we pulled up. The hotel is so run down and looks trashy. I was hoping the inside of the room would look better. It’s not. I paid for a delux room and there is nothing delux about it. The window (with a view) is very small… and you can’t see through it. My jaw dropped upon walking in. I am a native Oregonian and I have never rented a hotel with with an ocean view that you can’t see out of abs that is tiny. I went rob the front desk to see if there was another room that the window is at least visible through. They tried telling me it’s always like this on the coast. I said no… I’m an Oregonian and this has never happened. When they couldn’t trick me, she got a manager who started the same thing. They says they are sending a cleaner in a couple of hours to wash the windows. I’m sure that will help… for about 5 minutes. The windows are old and not made for coastal weather. Cheap. I’m disgusted. I spent a lot of money to come here and enjoy my vacation. Now I’m just annoyed and frustrated. Will never stay here again.

Loved our stay here! The rooms are spacious, clean & comfortable! Plenty of towels and soap! Free coffee every morning. We had an ocean view and it was absolutely gorgeous!! Cons: -Rooms are Not in the casino itself (but view of the ocean makes up for it & shuttle on property) -pool is in another building -registration is in different building

I stayed here for a few days during a conference and was not disappointed. The junior suite room was spacious and clean, with a fabulous view of the ocean and coast from the balcony. Easy beach access and hotel restaurant is right next door. | Free shuttle to/from the Casino upon request if you don't want to walk. Everything in the room worked properly, including the mini-fridge. Two televisions - one facing the couch over the gas fireplace and one facing the bed. The Wi-Fi was super speedy. My room was on the 3rd floor, and was easily accessible by elevator. The only issue was the housekeeping - activating the signal light for service was ignored & a call to the front desk was required to obtain housekeeping services. A friend had a smaller room in the other building and reported it was not the same quality. I recommend you spend a few dollars more to get a Junior Suite if staying here, it is worth the money.

Casino right on the water. Had the building closest to the casino and water entry which was wonderful. Rooms were small but cozy. Shower was clean and ran hot which is always nice. Only complaint is that when housekeepers begin work in the morning it would be really nice if they were considerate of the guests still checked in. They slammed doors continuously and were talking so loud I could hear from my bed. This was at 9am. Obviously not in quiet hours but it is a hotel and some guests like me come for a kid free night away to rest and take their time in the morning. Also when my husband asked for a potential upgrade at check in, clerk didn’t really say anything or didn’t offer to check. Our accommodations worked out perfect, I think it just steps up the customer service to be heard and helped with enthusiasm.

Ok so this Hotel is by far the most cleanest and with the kindest staff in Lincoln city, I've been coming to this part of the coast for years with my family and we have officially found the hotel we will always be booking with to stay at. I got the room with the semi ocean view and I was still impressed, I think they down played it online on how they describe it because I loved our view of the ocean from my room. My kids loved it, they have a pool and a arcade next door on the property and even daycare next door which is all part of the casino resort apart from the casino, all walking distance. The hotel smelled clean, they supplied a lot of towels, but very very clean overall. I totally recommend this hotel if your visiting Lincoln city. Plus the beach access is right there which was awesome. Weather your here for the casino or not, you will be happy you stayed at this hotel.

In my 31 years of gambling in multiple states and cities to include Las Vegas this casino has the tightest slots I've ever played. Don't expect to play $100 at the minimum bet for more than 30 minutes. My spouse and I don't expect to win but would at least like to play for a little bit before losing. We consider gambling to be expensive entertainment and know the odds aren't in our favor. Be careful at the craps table as well because you may not get paid what you are owed. Unfortunately this will be the last time we will ever play at this casino. The pit bosses and most of the dealers are some of the best in the industry. But when you bet and don't get paid correctly it doesn't matter. We also ate at the Seafood Grill and Lounge for our 27th anniversary and were disappointed. We ordered the lobster tails and they were under cooked. The ribeye was over cooked, had no flavor, and wasn't tender at all. The manager took care of us which was appreciated but we were disappointed on our anniversary. If you are wanting to at least get a little bit of entertainment for your money I don't suggest this casino.

Small room but we can get $99 rate sometimes which is a really deal considered it's right on the beach. They give plenty of towels and the beddings are very comfy. The shower water pressure is very strong but we love it, feel like we getting a whole body massage. A bit loud in the morning but the price beats everything :)

Rooms don't quite feel as special or fancy as others but they do have the ocean! Their suites are nice! Lots of games, good variety, and friendly service.
