Terrible. Avoid. - employees were shoveling the meats out without draining any liquids so the bowl I got had about 2/3 of a cup of liquid in it and soaked through the bag within minutes - cashier was on her cell phone - they only filled the guacamole container 80% of the way

The staff were rude and unhelpful. They shoved two bags in my face, leaving me to figure out which one was mine, without a smile or even a simple ‘thank you.’ To top it off, I found a large bay leaf in the middle of my meal. Not impressed.

Chipotle has gone down hill. You pay $22 for a brisket bowl, but you get a bowl loaded with rice, salsa, cheese and guacamole. The server literally scoops the brisket, knocks some off the spoon and then put the scoop in your bowl. No tea or punches. Just soda options. Stale chips Total rip off.

We went here on a trip and at other places they give you free water cups but they would not give us any water cups (although they had 100s of them under the counter) and we had to buy a fountain drink. There was one section that was closed because of leaky A/C, so it was super hot in the building.

I recently visited Chipotle and had a terrible experience. They overcharged me for my order and when I pointed it out, the staff were extremely rude and careless about the situation. Instead of resolving the issue properly, they offered to give me a refund in all coins, which was very unprofessional. It was clear they didn't know what they were doing and even tried to blame the mistake on me, the customer. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I won't be returning to this location again.

I don’t often leave reviews but this needed one immediately, I’ve never been to a chipotle with as bad customer service as this one. First I understand that not every chipotle is gonna pack bowls to the top, but I’ve never seen one skimp on the cheapest items before. Second, they require you to buy a cup to drink water, I understand that people abuse the system, but I’ve never had an establishment require that before. Not to mention on buying the cup, and getting something other than water since I paid for it, the ice machine was out of ice, and the lemonade tasted off. Don’t come here, don’t eat here, avoid at all costs

The food is regular. Typical chipotle which I don’t have any complaints about. The guy who started my bowl was very nice and the women who did my toppings was also pleasant. The cashier seemed annoyed and was on her phone. I really wanted a rootbeer so I ordered a fountain soda. When I went to get my drink the ice machine wasn’t working. I was like okay, it’s cold anyway. I went to get my root beer and that just spit out clear seltzer. I let an employee know and asked if my drink could be refunded since they didn’t have root beer (nothing else tastes like root beer) and they said no. I was denied a refund for a drink. It’s a few bucks so I took the loss but I worked in food for a long time. Never in my life would I have denied a refund when I was clearly in the wrong. Given a majority of the employees seem to hate being there, I doubt I’ll be back which is a shame since it’s close to my work.

When I got home food was cold. Employee ignored guest’s request for more chicken. I witness the employee fake scoop chicken into her spoon then dumped it over the plate and moved the plate to the person in the next station. The guest saw this and thanked them and left. No one was concerned about him being displeased. When it was my turn it was the employee in that same station, I felt uncomfortable getting my order taken by her. It wasn’t what I exactly wanted once the food was prepared but feared being treated the same exact way or worse. I didn’t want to take that chance. Won’t be back at that location, it definitely scared me off.

It has been a few years since I been to a Chipotle and I was shocked! This place is a total disappointment and deserves attention from corporate. The location is great but the service and cleanliness, it needs major fixes. The employees need better training and be more customer friendly. Based on my experience, I would not go back.

The operation here is like a well oiled machine. I go during busy lunch hour and the line always moves incredibly fast. Just leaving this review to give some appreciation to the staff who handle a huge volume of customers at an incredible pace. Never had an issue with the food, also the new Brisket is very good.

These people really don't care. I used to LOVE Chipotle. People used to be friendly and welcoming. They didn't hose you on portion sizes as if they were paying for it. Like bro I get you're making minwage and I'm sorry for that, but you're not paying for the chicken. Give me more than 3 pieces on my $20 burrito. There was another customer in front of us absolutely livid about something and screaming for a manager. Nobody would get her a manager so it became a whole ordeal. We grabbed our poorly assembled lack of meat burritos and high tailed it outta there. Save yourself the trip

This has to be one of the worst Chipotle locations I have ever visited. No lie. I was in Boston for a few days in October and on my first night, I wanted something familiar and near my hotel. I should've kept walking when I saw that there was one customer inside... on a Tuesday (Oct. 3) evening. But I didn't and went in. I ordered my usual double chicken bowl with all of the fixings (except queso, guac, cheese and sour cream) and couldn't wait to tuck in at the hotel. Major disappointment. Food didn't taste fresh nor was it hot. I don't expect a blow-on-it hot bite but it was not even warm. And despite all of the fixings, the food was still bland. Blanddd A positive is that the cost of this meal is cheaper than what I would have paid in NYC

I came here while visiting from California. I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure it was cheaper eating Chipotle in Boston than it was here in California. Just walked out of the place and there are so much problems with that location. It's always cramped and very dirty. I can forgive all of that, but the employees are just the nail in the coffin for me. They are so rude as hell that you can just tell that they are dead inside, they like to rush you, get annoyed with you when you ask for extras, some of the employees don't understand a lick of English, slams the bowl or burrito on the table, and like to talk trash to you in spanish and give attitude. Apparently, they have an issue with money that is a little wrinkled and has a little tear, but they still had a big issue with it and when I went to say for the 4th time that it was the only bill I had, the cashier (I forgot her name) rudely took my food away and threw my money at me. I'm never going back to that place and I'll now going to the Burlington MA location from now on

I just had to share my recent Chipotle experience with you all. So, I was really in the mood for steak quesadilla, but to my surprise, they weren't able to whip one up for me, even though I didn't place the order online. Bummer, right? But hey, I didn't let that get me down! I decided to go with plan B and opted for a delicious bowl instead. Gotta make the best of the situation, you know? But guess what the bowl was even nasty! The food was cold and poorly seasoned! Now, here's the scoop. The bowl I had was a bit disappointing too. It didn't quite hit the mark in terms of taste and satisfaction. However, there was one shining star in my Chipotle experience - the queso with chips! Which never fails ofc. On the downside, I have to mention that the staff at this particular Chipotle location didn't exactly win any awards for friendliness. It's always a downer when you're met with less-than-stellar customer service. But hey, let's keep our fingers crossed that they'll take our feedback to heart and work on improving their flexibility, overall customer experience, and the quality of their bowls. After all, we're all just looking for a tasty HOT meal and a smile

I went to Chipotle in Norwood, MA and ordered 3 large chicken quesadillas. The employee at the counter told me that I had placed that order online. I asked her why, explaining that I always order large quesadillas when I visit this restaurant, and questioning when I could only order chicken quesadillas online. She responded with "Since forever," and refused to make the order. As a result, she lost a sale of 2 burritos, 3 tacos, and 3 large chicken quesadillas due to Chipotle's business policy. I left and decided to go to Longhorn Steakhouse instead. Not going to Shitpotle ever.

I had no troubles with this Chipotle, but I will say I did order on the app first. When I walked in it looked like the line to pay was a little backed up. I waited a couple minutes before someone helped me as they stored the mobile orders behind the cash register, so you (or someone else) couldn't grab it, which is smart because there is a lot of foot traffic around there. The store itself looked clean and the food was good! Ordered the sofritas plant based meat for the first time and enjoyed it! Beans could have been drained maybe a little bit more as my rice was a little sogged up but that won't stop me from giving 5 stars! Overall good experience for the price I paid.

Wow I never had a problem with this location but after this I don't think I will be able to go back here. Went in store to order a bowl and when I finally get home I start eating my bowl and notice a piece of hair in my food!!!the hair is clearly not mine as I have very curly hair. I'm so upset I'm pregnant with twins and all we wanted was Chipotle not only did they continue to make my food incorrect but the cashier and other girl going back and fourth on what they gave me. She charged me extra chicken. Which in the bowl wasn't even a Scoop. I specifically asked not to put the spicy chicken not to much guacamole I'd like more lettuce whyyyy I open my food and there's 6 strands of lettuce a shit ton of guacamole. the tortilla was STEAL ASFFF and those employees don't give twooo fucks to fix it I paid $16 for a meal I didn't/couldn't eat. THIS LOCATION IS NOT RECOMMENDED. ZERO STARS !!

Absolute worse location I've ever been. They get my order wrong every time and more recently I sent my coworker to pick up the order and they told him that he couldn't take it and when I got there 30 minutes later and ask them to remake it because I already tried to pick it up, they told me they weren't allowed to, and it was just a white rice bowl that I wanted remade and all the sides were separate and I was taking them. They also often only except cash or only except card and don't tell you until you get to the register. Food is only good because it's chipotle

The food is good because it's a food chain. The service here required me to speak their Spanish dialect in order to get my order right. The credit card machine was down and made it difficult to pay for the order. Every table open to eat upstairs was dirty. I can't help but wonder if Boston has a functional codes department. The place definitely requires management interested in maintaining the integrity of this food chain.

A very central Chipotle location with quick and reliable service of fast Mexican food. I came here on Sunday afternoon and found almost no line. I bought two burritos, which were delicious, and the employee was generous in their serving scoops. Too bad they didn't inform me that adding guac to your burrito costs additional $2.60. The store didn't have any seating area from what I noticed. While it was generally clean, I would have expected a bit more effort in maintaining a food establishment.

Chipotles my lifeeeeee so it breaks my heart to give this location 1 star. This is the worst chipotle I've ever gone to, I'm looking out for people when I say don't go here. I've lived by this location for the last 2 years and have avoided it as much as I can. However, sometimes you work late and you're weak and you give in to the awful Chipotle location. Because you hold on to this chance that maybe they won't fail you... But they do.... Every single time. If you order ahead here, it does nothing - the order will not be ready, they will not acknowledge your existence or if you see a line out the door just go hop to the back of it. I have waited thru 10-20 ppl long lines to get the cashiers attention to get my food. Want guac? They will give you a drop, barely a serving. Want your order right? You're crazy! I'm currently trying to digest my bowl and simply cannot, it is drenched in hot sauce. I did not ask for this. Either treat these employees better or start caring about your customers!! Walk the extra miles to any other location or go to another Mexican restaurant. This is the worst chipotle I ever been to. 2 years of heartbreak here and hope someone can learn from my mistakes.

Im not at all the type to bother leaving reviews no matter how bad the experience was. But Jesus, this Chipotle is probably one of the worst chipotles I've been to. Ordered a double wrap burrito. The tortillas were cold. I was asking for double white rice, the lady gave me two of the smallest scoops that weren't even the size of the spoon it's self. Ordered double beans and the same thing. For $25 I expect that my food at least be warm. You guys know how easily a person can get sick from cold food?

Today, Monday, I placed an order for delivery and I received notification about the order's progress. The app said it was out for delivery and I waiting for the drop off. It never happened.. i was charged for the food but the food was never delivered. I figured it was just a technical error. I placed the same order again, and the SAME thing happened! I was charged for the order but NO FOOD delivered. I called support and requested a refund for both orders.. i'll never order chipotle ever again.

It states the location is open until 10. At 8 pm the grill was off. There was nothing edible for customers to enjoy. 3 bins of vegetables and a shredded chicken or scraps of shredded beef.. Too late to walk to Copley. This was a total waste of time. Don't bother with this location

Searched for Chipotle and walked there from my hotel. The employees were so happy to have a customer that they didn't even greet me or say how can I help you. Instead they just stared at me with a mean look and acted very upset that they actually had to prepare a burrito. I think they would have just kept staring at me if I hadn't started my order- they just couldn't be bothered with customer service. The food didn't look or taste fresh and literally the only topping that looked acceptable was the cheese. Very disappointing service and food. Chipotle should just close this location if they can't get better employees.

With no greeting when I walked through the door, and no excuse not to due to the slowness of the joint, the frustration of having to order a quesadilla online was not prepared until pick up time through a complicated and idiotic method of picking up through a drive thru when we were sitting inside...while waiting 20 minutes for a quesadilla to be made, witnessing employees prepare bowls wrongly adding incorrect ingredients and pulling it out with their own phalanges . Not only did they take centuries to prepare this simple food task, they continued to scrap the sour cream container clean to 3 bowls prior when closing time isn't for another two hours, showing they were incapable of refilling this condiment freshly . Continuing to use whatever clumps were left for my quesadilla. It doesn't stop there when I explain to the employee that that is our online order and we are picking up inside and not only hesitated to hand me MY food but tried short hand me of one of the two fountain drinks I ordered. However the only upside to this trip was the availability of pibb being filled to the brim of my fountain drink since I was the one to do so. This was a disappointing experience to say the least and will not be coming back or ordering a quesadilla from this chipotle. any. time. soon.

Absolutely atrocious - avoid this location at all costs. I ordered food and received a burrito bowl with no rice, and tacos without chicken. We literally ordered chicken tacos, don't understand how an oversight this egregious gets through. Please do not make the same mistake I did and indulge your love for Chipotle by saying "eh, could it really be that bad?" Yes, it could, I hope this location closes ASAP.

We decided to come to chipotle because we had a buy one get one free coupon. We noticed the prices were lower than last year - probably to draw customers back after all of their health related issues. Overall, our experience was below average. Basically a very disappointing meal. The service station was cluttered with different components spilled all over the place. The servers were getting frustrated when a customer was slow in deciding what to order. The food was bland. The brown rice was smooshy, fajita veggies were burnt, beans were tasteless, the guacamole didn't have any flavor. The quality of chipotle has decreased. With so many people at this chipotle we were wondering why it was so popular - probably because of the mounds of meat and rice people were getting. With so many new "chipotle"/customizable fast food places opening, we know there are better alternatives and will not be returning to chipotle.

Horrible location! The employees are rude, especially Dalia! I asked for chicken and was given a small tiny portion so I asked for it to be a full portion, she said no and that any more would be extra. I said if I'm not getting the full portion I didn't want it. She threw it away and wouldn't talk to me after that. The girl at the register was scared of her and said whatever she says goes as she's the manager. No employee should be scared of their manager. And no manager should be in customer service when acting like that. Also this location is very dirty and needs to be better kept clean. I sent an a customer experience form already and got a bogo coupon. Just used it tonight and got a bowl and burrito and the smallest burrito ever and hardly any protein on the bowl with incorrect ingredients. It's obvious that this location is very mismanaged and needs to management. The feedback provided looks like it never makes it any better either. Chipotle corporate, you need to look at this location!

I love this chipotle location! The food is always delicious. Today I was particularly impressed because they were flat out slammed! The line moved quickly and the employees were serious, but efficient and patient. Because of facemasks, they had a hard time hearing me. I wanted two bowls, one vegan And One vegetarian. When they mistakenly (because they couldn't hear me) put cheese on both of them, once I was able to get them to hear me they quickly corrected and weren't Ugly about it. This location has my full recommendation!

Just gross. The restaurant was just dirty. Every table upstairs had food on it. All the trash cans were over flowing. And 2 workers were sitting in the corner ignoring it all. I guess they were on a break. Food itself was also just gross. This is probably the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. My family and I went to this Chipotle a year ago and had issues with the lack of staffing leading to an overflow of trash but we expected it to be better when returning. We were wrong. To start, when ordering the staff member asked us for our preference of black or pinto beans, as is regular. When I responded that I would prefer black beans we were told they were out of black beans. So why were they offered to us? After getting our food we attempted to get drinks. I wanted a lemonade and pushed the lever on the fountain machine to find that there was no lemonade in the machine. I opted for the freshly made lemonade and poured that instead, only to have the machine run out before my cup was even half filled. Frustrated, we went upstairs to sit and eat to find the trash bins overflowing once again. The tables are all dirty with discarded bottles and stains decorating them. To make things worse, when attempting to use the bathroom I found that there was no toilet paper whatsoever. I could not recommend this Chipotle less. This is more than one bad day, this restaurant needs to be staffed with more people or simply shut down.
