Placed a mobile order, said it’ll be ready at 1:30pm. Great right in time for lunch break, arrive there at drive thru 1:37 , told the guy my name & Spelled it!!! (Important for later) & the gentleman stated they’re finishing up on it. That’s cool, I work retail I know it gets busy at times.. 1:45 lady opens the window & says I’ll get working on yours in a minute ma’am. Now I’m a little angry, I thought you guys been working on it??? What’s the issue, 1:47 hits still nothing, so I ask for a refund. Manager comes to the window & says oh it’s been ready right here, why do you need a refund? I stated the first two people said it wasn’t that’s why & I now just wasted my lunch break going back & forth with you guys. She states I have a hard name & he must’ve not noticed it. IM AWARE OF MY NAME, exactly why I SPELLED IT, SAID IT & SHOWED MY CONFIRMATION. Long story short stay far away from this location. I stopped eating here when they first opened because of the customer service, tried them again to give them a benefit of doubt. & still horrible!!!
