Ok this is close to my work, and I was excited to have something new to choose from. The first 2 experiences were good, I was even impressed, food ready on time and tasty. Then a week ago I got the same thing same time and it was bad. The first 3 bites were nothing but sour cream tortilla and cheese. Stuff happens so I continued. The next 3 bites were nothing but rice, then rice and fajita veggies. 2/3 of the way through I found my first nugget of chicken. And you guessed it, nothing but chicken and a couple of beans the rest of the way. Who makes a burrito like that? I was dissatisfied but stuff happens. I got on the app and "chatted" with the AI and it gave me a refund. Great customer service. Then I ordered today, and exactly the same thing. One or two ingredients at a time, HORRIBLE! I now I am back to the old stand by places and have crossed chipotle off the list. Maybe it was the same employee, maybe not, it shouldn't be that I hope I get the good employee each time I order and pay the price if I don't. To the owner, or the manager: Get your stuff together! People (myself) want to patronize your business. The LEAST you can do is give us an average product, maybe even an exceptional one.
