I ordered two burrito bowls and both were wrong. I ordered a chicken bowl and got beef and barbacoa which was supposed to be my wife's bowl. I ordered the extra barbacoa on the side (extra 7.50 btw) I did not get it. The other bowl has a big chunk of fatty meat which I'm assuming is supposed to be beef. It's not even chopped, just thrown in there with lettuce that I didn't ask for. I asked for two sets of utensils and I didn't get those either. It was 8:30 when I ordered this. They close at 11, and even then there should be no reason that the ENTIRE order is wrong and the fact that you can't call the store (aside from placing an order they'll most likely get wrong anyway) to speak to someone about this is a problem within itself altogether. I spent 50.00 dollars on this and the fact that I can't even get a correction or human interaction is bull. Do better. Do some training refresher courses or something because y'all dropped the ball on this big time. It's like nobody read the tickets and just threw the bowls together. If I could give 0 stars I would, but we know y'all don't care, and the reviews show it.

No black beans? Ok. Not awesome but ok. We were there at 9, two hours til close, ok. Also out of pico de gallo? Yikes. Not awesome, but trying to give credit because it WAS just two hours until close. I tried. I wanted to give benefit of the doubt. Even if there wasn’t a military discount. But no forks or spoons?? And no napkins and given paper towels to take home with our pair of knives to eat a chicken bowl?? Yikes. Every place has bad nights. But to not have black beans, pico de gallo, SPOONS OR FORKS, and that was just ok, business as usual? Do better chipotle. You’re in the middle of a huge neighborhood conglomerate.

Piss poor service and extremely expensive for the amount of food that you are given, definitely the worst chipotle that I have been at. I have ordered delivery for this place. I have ordered pick up and I can understand the horrible reviews that are left. I ordered a Fountain drink and they gave me a small cup that looks like it’s for kids and I paid $3.15 for that? And while I’m asking the woman at the to go counter, if that’s the price for the drink, she looks at me looks at the computer and then says yes and turns around and walks away. I’ve literally asked for extra rice because they only put Half a spoonful and looked at me crazy for asking for a little more. It didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl. This is the second time that I have had to write a poor review on this restaurant and I’ve even had Chipotle customer service reach out the first time. And it was literally because I had a hair in my food and all they gave me was points… While I can understand, accidents happen, I should’ve received a full refund. I’ve given this location multiple chances and at this point disappointment is an understatement.

It is one of the worst places to visit. The worst excuse I've ever heard. We recently visited this location. We placed our order and when we asked for chips and guac', they replied they didn't have any chips. But they had over amount of prepped bags for online ordering only. How does this make any sense. We are here and not able to order but online and wait additional 15 mins for something they could turn around and physically grab less than 2 secs. What's going on in the service industry. I'm never going back here. I suggest you order online if you want a complete meal at once.

I love chipotle , yes, this location for lunch a bit busy, but the food is good, I like it, the problem here is the service, I come often, 2-3 a week, I live next door. but the hire this new girl, every time I get there, my burrito become a taco, she made it so small now, almost no meat at all. I said it one to the cashier lady, she said you want me to have a bit more? I said, no, dont worry , all good. just in general, again last night I went there, order my burrito, the lady was there, I swear, almost no meat. I got a burrito, end up with a little burrito like a taco. shame, I will stop going

Lots of 2-3 star reviews here you weirdos. A couple reviews said either the bowl has too much or too little. So many employees and no fast turnaround said that one review. And yeah the Chipotle name keeps this place busy as in the case of tonight. But those low review people are still going here because it's the closest. Well this place is busy and many people were in line tonight. As always, they are out of something and tonight Chipotle cut the cheese!!! I had to run out and buy cheese for my bowl. Last time I was here they were out of chips. Wonder what will be missing next? The food was good and they filled my bowl with lots of portions and I was satisfied. Still not happy about Chipotle CUTTING the cheese. Overall I am good with my meal and looking forward to what will be missing next.

Did an online order for pickup. I get there to pick up the order and of course I'm ignored by the staff there. I know they're busy but they could at least acknowledge their customers. Finally I had to let him know I was there to pick up the order. At one time they had a very good manager there I don't know who she was but she would always greet you when you came in and if your order wasn't ready she'd let you know it'd be out soon.

I ordered a steak bowl and was given a scoop so small I was able to see HALF of the spoon. I was also picking up a separate pickup order with a small soda. When I asked if I could get a cup for the soda the cashier informed me with an attitude that the cup is in the bag. Why would I assume that there would be an empty cup in a sealed bag?

I was really happy with this Chipotle location today. I walked in during the lunch rush and the line was really long, but it moved super fast. The employees wasted no time and still provided quality service. My bowl was fresh and the meat was juicy. The restaurant was very cleaned. I wish the Chipotles near my home would improve their service to match this one's!

Service was decent, but the food was not of quality at all. The queso tastes like water. TomThumb has way better queso than them. I ordered a salad bowl, the lettuce was yellow old and browning on the edges. The meat was not flavored at all. I won't be eating chipotle anytime soon. Such a disappointment especially when I see these commercials about quality food, total BS. Corporate needs to make sure all of their locations meet the standards that they claim.

The manager at this location is the worst. I ordered food today and my card was charged and when my son went to pick up the food the manager was at the door and said the order didn't go through and slammed the door in his face. I got a refund through the app thank goodness.

It's like the are intentionally trying to mess up my orders! At this point, I'm starting to take in personally! Went inside to order on a recent visit thinking that would help. It did not! Ordered 2 kids meals w/o protein, was charged for chicken. Then they said they couldn't do a refund. **Sigh**. It's just about $3-4, BUT STILL! It's the principle! So I said just give me a side of the chicken (that I paid for but did not want). The experience was bad enough to just put me off of Chipotle in general for a while. We are in Texas. We have PLENTY of other options!

Love the place it's always clean the workers are pretty fast with your food they treat u good and. Everything They always have rice ,chicken,and beans which is what I like in my bowl love the place I drive 20 minutes just to get here grate place to come and eat there was Thai one time my app wasn't working so the so the lady waited patiently which is what I like and appreciate and I scanned it to get a free drink I would come againg and it's next to a gym which is good and better

The overall quality of customer service in the store has decreased significantly since I've first started coming here. All the staff seems completely new and act as if they don't want to be there. I asked the clown in the picture for a cup of water, he looked down to his left at the cups and looked back at me and then said " ask a cashier" he then proceeded to use a filthy towel and attempted to wipe clean the counter in front of him. Only smearing more cheese and sour cream across the counter. A young girl working Togo's walked passed me and noticed me waiting for help, I had to ask for her for help twice because she ignored me on purpose the first time. I will not be coming back to this location and I will not be recommending it to any friends or family. And I will proceed to tell the story to everyone I meet.

I attempted to give this place the benefit of the doubt but yes it is indeed 1 star. Workers here seemed overwhelmed or uninspired by the work. Worker that helped me did appear to be flustered by the amount of work he was doing . Out of lemonade and the fountain drink machine was overfilled with ice where you dump your drink. Overall a bit messy appearance wise and process seemed rushed and hurried. I'll chose another time to visit and hopefully the experience will be different as I came towards the end of the day on a Sunday .

The customer service is the WORST ever. The people they have working there don't ever smile or make eye contact. Tonight was my third time. Their system was down. I had to order on the app. I got my food and it was about 30% of its normal volume. I had them remake it. I also ordered queso and chips. The chop bag was filled 20% and they said that was what I got for $4.50. I don't think I can give them another chance. Terribly mismanaged and patently sad place to go. 9/28. In response to the owners answer. You didn't read my review. The people working there seemed miserable. That comes from the top management and the owner. The employees working didn't behave with commitment to giving great customer service and with a smile. The barely trained new staff were told to cut corners apparently. I have dined at chipotles for years. And the new employees were making the bowls at least half what they should be. The chips in my bag of chips and queso barely came to the fist fold from the bottom of the bag. Going skimpy on purpose to get more profit will drive other customers away also. I am really disappointing with your response. You didn't understand or acknowledge your store isn't managed well at all. So sad. And yes I did report it to corporate asl well. Thank you

We've given this Chipotle store so many chances but after our third botched delivery tonight we are done. We ordered delivery via the Chipotle app at 7:46 PM with an estimated 8:28 PM arrival. It was until texting with our assigned door dash driver that we find out they've been waiting to pick up the order for 30 minutes. Shortly after that I get a call from the store saying that they've lost the order and ask me to give them my order over the phone. I proceed to read the order straight from my emailed receipt to make sure I didn't miss anything. We finally received our order at 9:30 PM (an hour later than the proposed delivery time) and we're missing our bag of chips, side of salsa, and they even left a taco out of our order. Just save yourself the headache. Huge bummer because we were really excited about getting a Chipotle in Oak Cliff but this just isn't it.

It's dirty in here! The counter where they made my burrito had not been cleaned in a while. They were sliding my burrito on the counter over old sour cream, tomatoes, etc. I shared with the rep that the counter was dirty, and they continued to make my order. Then the rep and another rep moved positions and half of my burrito contents felt onto the floor. Instead of making a new one, they changed the burrito tortilla and gave me my order. I don't know WHY I accepted this meal.. I really don't. Maybe because I didn't want to cause a scene and they were busy... But guys! I'm allergic to tomatoes and my foil was coated in tomatoes from the salsa. CLEAN IT UP!!! It's so dirty inside here. Please inform your reps to wipe the countertop and the importance of cross contamination. It takes 5 seconds!

The cashier got so visibly upset because she rang my sister who was directly in front of me with out adding my order. We were clearly together. She was just so rude. Then she rang that up and I still needed a drink. Horrible customer service. We felt like we were bothering them. They also took forever to get the food ready and wouldn't allow my sister to get a large quesadilla like WE ALWAYS DO THEY FORCED HER TO BUY A CHILDREN'S!!!!!! Someone get some order here.

I'll start off by saying the manager, Madi, has a disgusting attitude. Plus the multiple one star reviews proves my point even more. I walked in and she said they were out of lettuce because "she hasn't had the time to cut it." I proceeded to ask her "if she could make time and cut it?" If you're the manager, shouldn't your store be up to par? She went to the back with an attitude: slammed the box of lettuce on the shelf and it hit other appliances. Madi continued to roll her eyes, talk about customers to other employees, and have an awful attitude because I basically asked her to do her job. Stay far away from this location.

I don't understand why this place is always so bad I've given it several chances and it hasn't gotten better. Today I went inside the store and picked up my bowl chips were stale rice was under cooked black beans were dry and watermelon lime our Fresca tasted just like lime no watermelon. You can't call the store to complain because I sends you to an automated system. I think at this point I'm tired of wasting my money at this location I will just have to drive further and go to the one in victory Park or North Dallas

I've been giving this place a few chances because it seems like there is a hiring/leadership issue but it still hasn't been fixed. If it isn't their "system being down" (online orders only or card only) it's that they don't have key items or it's the customer service or it's getting scraps as a serving. There's been plenty of times I order online only to get my bowl completely wrong or wrapped in foil instead of the normal lid. Once the rice was so salty I through my whole bowl out. A few times I've gone and they've closed more than 30 minutes before what it says online. I was trying to be understanding with Covid and the fact that this is a busy location. I feel bad for some of the employees who are kind. They deserve more recognition or reward because they have to deal with some super angry customers because of all the constant issues.

I mean this place is an absolute joke. I can't believe what I walked in to. We walked in an hour before close and they were completely out of every single meat except barbacoa and pork, which obviously nobody wanted. We asked if they were going to cook more meat and the manager responds "they've already cut off the grill" an hour before close... and no we were not the only ones, there was at least 10 people behind us waiting to order. And they didn't care one bit. The team was standing around talking and laughing and everyone had attitudes when it came to helping a customer. The manager with the red hair looked like a druggy that didn't care about her job or position. This place needs to clean house and reevaluate their business.

Dirty, out of most items, staffed only a few employees who do appear trained to follow basic sanitary practices. I saw a bag of sour cream on the floor outside of the refrigerator, staff use lids to scoop guac out of a persons container despite the lid being all over other things first, staff touch hair with gloves on, a very filthy line and dirtiness around the restaurant. This place is really gross and I really wanted to bolt once I saw how dirty the lines counter was but felt weird. Why is this the nastiest Chipotle out there?

I am so excited that a Chipotle opened in north Oak Cliff, but I'm extremely sad that it is run so poorly. I have ordered 2 times to go from the app from this location. Both times I chose the ready in 20 minutes option and drove to the location. Both times the line to order was long and I was glad I ordered online, until I went to pickup my food and it wasn't ready. Both times waited over 20+ minutes after the promised time. Sadly I watched many people go through the line and I just waited and waited and waited. Many other people usually waiting for to-go orders as well and the employees just ignore them. Once I was sitting waiting the manager asked me what I was waiting for and I said my to go order. She said ok and walked to the back and disappeared. Nothing has changed for the better here so I would advise you to just drive a little further to a better run chipotle.

Ordered carryout ; when I got home & pulled the food out. I noticed got my dads order wrong & gave him something entirely different than was we ordered. This is the 3rd time this has happened in 30 days. I called the location up & someone there answered ; I asked to speak to a manager. I was then placed on hold for 15 plus minutes & no manager came to the phone. I called back THREE more times & NO ONE ANSWERED the phone ! Had to drive up to the location to talk to the manager about my issue. That's the second time I've had to do that because they did not answer when I called back. It's very disappointing how this location has turned out. Been living in the area for years & was really looking forward to this location being near me. WILL NOT BE RETURNING ; this location is horrible. Save yourself the time & energy - go somewhere else.

This place is an absolute mess. Quite possibly the worst chipotle, and only bad chipotle I've ever been to. I don't know why I continue to return, it's like I put myself through the suffering for no reason over and over again. The food is always so cold when I get home. It's like it was put on ice. It happens every single time. It's absolutely disgusting. Not as big of a deal, but the portions are so much smaller than what they are at the other stores. I asked for extra chicken usually and it's still not even the same amount as other locations will give you. More than anything, the temperature of the food is unacceptable. I definitely won't return for good this time.

Ok this is close to my work, and I was excited to have something new to choose from. The first 2 experiences were good, I was even impressed, food ready on time and tasty. Then a week ago I got the same thing same time and it was bad. The first 3 bites were nothing but sour cream tortilla and cheese. Stuff happens so I continued. The next 3 bites were nothing but rice, then rice and fajita veggies. 2/3 of the way through I found my first nugget of chicken. And you guessed it, nothing but chicken and a couple of beans the rest of the way. Who makes a burrito like that? I was dissatisfied but stuff happens. I got on the app and "chatted" with the AI and it gave me a refund. Great customer service. Then I ordered today, and exactly the same thing. One or two ingredients at a time, HORRIBLE! I now I am back to the old stand by places and have crossed chipotle off the list. Maybe it was the same employee, maybe not, it shouldn't be that I hope I get the good employee each time I order and pay the price if I don't. To the owner, or the manager: Get your stuff together! People (myself) want to patronize your business. The LEAST you can do is give us an average product, maybe even an exceptional one.

Although the barbacoa burrito is good the employees who prepare them are very sloppy... They don't let the juices drain completely and when I got home the tortilla was completely soggy... I should've just gotten the bowl... I never had a problem with other Chipotle restaurants before. Please train your staff properly

I've been to this location about 3 times and every time the service is bad and the employees look like they are miserable. I went last night at 8pm and they were out of taco shells. Take shells seems like something that would pretty much always have but not at this Chipotle and of course they didn't really seem to care. One girl did all the work with a bad attitude while the others stood around. They need a new manager. No one there appeared to be the management material. Big disappointment.

I usually come to this location because its closest to my house, but the employees got an attitude when I asked how long the brown rice would be because they've ran out apparently. So I waited the 40 minutes she said it would take and still no brown rice! Plus this location taxes more then others. Amazing.
