This is literally the worst chipotle to order delivery from, and maybe order ahead as well. They can never get an order right. You can see the order doesn't match the food in the pictures.

i normally go in during the night, so the atmosphere and service is usually closer to 'exhausted', but still good. it definitely didn't warrant a review negative or positive... but i went in this morning and had the BEST experience at a chipotle. they were kind, gave me opinions about the meal that i much appreciated, and made the food look FANTASTIC. big scoops and big portion! last i went, my bowl was flat and sad. halfhearted, almost. but it's good to know that the morning crew is where it is at! keep it going!

I don’t usually leave chipotle reviews unless they really mess my order up but this time I was surprised to see that at least one of the employees knew how to handle food for people with allergies! Thank you for training them properly it really makes for an overall better experience. Now if y’all could do something about keeping the line cleaner so no cheese gets in the romaine lettuce or guacamole that would be great 😭

Trust the reviews people. Absolute joke of a chipotle. To have this quality so close to the original location is alarming. Clearly the higher ups have scarified quality, for quantity. Steak burrito was disgusting. Over cooked chewy hard to swallow steak. Queso tastes strange too. They don’t even wrap a burrito right. One side has sauce, the other side has all the rice. What is going on at this location? Poor management, poor ownership, poor excuse for a functioning restaurant. Pay your employees better, with more hours, and the quality will increase. You clearly have under payed people who don’t truly care about the simplicity of wrapping a burrito, or cooking flank steak, or checking quality of queso. Last time I’m getting burned by this place. Never again. TRUST THE RATINGS.

The Food was exceptional. The workers were very scary to talk to. I defiently won’t go back because of the customer services. I never felt so much hate asking for the food I want. I am an easy going girl lol it’s wild who they chose to work there. I don’t want no extra service or modifications, literally just beans, rice, meat veggies done!! They need deliverance and Jesus!!! I don’t know what they’re going through and it just breaks my heart to see them so depressed and hateful towards hungry people. I seen them Rolling their eyes at customers, very aggressive, they didn’t communicate with their co workers effectively. You can feel the tension in the atmosphere. Management needs to address the internal issues. Maybe send a shopper in? Undercover boss? The Tabasco bar was empty, there was no teas available, they don’t like you asking for anything extra. Wrong business folks! Sorry to say, get another job or internal healing.

I had gone to this chipotle 13 years ago while I was working downtown and I was pregnant with my oldest child and now I was able to finally take my oldest child here and have dinner with her. It was so awesome being able to tell her I used to come here when I was pregnant with her and now I was finally able to bring her here for her to also enjoy.

Honestly, I come here a lot and not necessarily because I want to it's just the closest one to me. I honestly am sick of the poor service and attitude from the workers here. Today, they forgot my lettuce and salsa. Not a huge deal i'm used to it with this location. So, I just went back before work to get some salsa and your cashier Noelia was beyond rude. First, she tried charging me for it (i literally had to show her my bowl had no salsa). Then, she took her time while rolling her eyes throwing hella attitude and made me late to work. super annoying.

This review is for Chipotle corporate. I ordered a chicken bowl from the Chipotle in Stapleton. The guy on the line offered to throw in few pieces of carne asada for me to try because the last time we ordered the carne asada, it was dry and chewy. When I went to check out, they charged us for a carne asada bowl which is more expensive than a chicken, despite my protestations. Plus, I asked for salsa on the side which they did not put in the bag. So, the bowl was pretty dry as well. On one's receipt, one has the option of reviewing their experience. I did that and contacted Chipotle corporate customer service. They responded inquiring about the details and intimated that they would be getting back to me. I never heard back and they did not respond to my follow up email. In other words, they blew me off. Next time and for ever after, Illegal Pete's!

Worst restaurant experience in a long time, if not ever! Went after some Christmas sightseeing in a very good mood. Two families with kids. The ladies went to the line to order for everyone. Right off the bat, the employee taking the order was rude to the first one - asking her questions loudly and impolitely like do you know the difference between the ingredient you're ordering versus another, stay away from the glass while waving a finger etc. Similarly with my wife - I cannot hear you, you need to speak loudly repeatedly while being loud himself. When she asked him that he needs to be polite to the customer, the response back was I refuse to serve you. When asked to speak with a manager, the response was I am the manager, a patent lie but his coworkers abetted him in that and refused to give his name. Tristan was one such coworker and we only got the card of the GM, Bryan Woodward. We left with a ruined mood (especially the kids) that someone would do that to a customer without any reason, especially during Christmas season. Racism is the only thing we can think of which makes it even sadder. Never coming back to this location and trying to spread the word. You could do a lot better if you're in that area for food. Chipotle, the owner and the management should be absolutely embarrassed that such jerks are allowed to talk to a customer in their establishment! Attached are the photos of this embarrassment to humanity!

I did not get the correct order delivered to me. What i did get had no meat in it. I ordered al pastor chicken. The burrito was blown out the side and messy all over the outside of the tortilla. Very disappointing...

This location is trash. The employees have terrible attitudes. Order ahead if you can so you don't have to deal with the staff. They were out of white rice and I asked the guy how long it would be to see if I should wait. He just stared at me and did nothing so I asked again and he said "don't know all we have is brown right now". I said alright brown works. As I'm checking out they put a fresh bin of white rice in. Unreal. Zero effort whatsoever.

Came for lunch on my first day of training for a new job. Was in a huge hurry. This location provided the most efficient service I've ever seen from any chipotle. I was through the line is less than a minute in the middle of the lunch rush. Honestly, remarkable stuff. The teamwork was immaculate. The bowl was filled to the brim with delicious al pastor chicken and other goodness. Absolutely recommend, 10/10 chipotle.

Rude. You have to literally purchase an entree to be able to use the rest room. What is up with anti homeless stance? I was told I had to pay for an entree before I could use the rest room per company policy because of the homeless population. Effing sad. Not even chips and queso let's you pee. Ridiculous. Covid cautious masked girl employee pulled down her mask and threatened me.

Placed an on-line order to the 1600 California location in Denver for a veggie bowl with guacamole on the side (an order previously ordered and popped up when I ordered). Wanted to buy a side of carnitas for my dog. Have done this in person at multiple Chipotle locations in several states. No way to do this on line. Tried to call Chipotle to add it but no answer at the location and the customer service agent said she cannot add to an order. The Door Dash driver pointed out the error on the order (guacamole in the bowl and not on the side), but the staff very rudely said it was not an error. He asked to add a side of carnitas and was told that they would not do it. When the food arrive it was cold. The cheese was not even soft, let alone melted. It was ordered with green salsa and came with red. This is the worst experience I have ever had at Chipotle or any fast food restaurant.

All the employees here have horrible attitudes. They don't even ask what would you like to order, they just stare at you until you speak first. There's no customer service here whatsoever! Also, be careful if you aren't paying attention they will overcharge you. The cashier tried to charge me for extra steak, which I never ordered. Also, one of the guys serving tried to tell me they charge for extra cheese when he barely put any cheese on my meal. Food was cold also. Wouldn't recommend!

I ordered a bow with Steak and fixings.... NO STEAK. Ordered a chicken bowl, 2 pieces of chicken.. really!! And order guacamole.... It was a baby spoonful. We called the chipotle phone number and it says to complain on the app, you can't do that either. Don't order from here unless you want a veggie bowl.

Had a poor experience here early in COVID, and doubted that I would ever return to this particular location, but glad that I gave them a second chance. All the issues that occurred a year-plus ago were remedied, and they have truly stepped up their game. Good for them. We easily pick on the bad stuff, but improvements should be mentioned just as loudly. Clean, organized, kind customer service and everything is stocked for customers. Clear improvements. The food was quite good, the usual Chipotle menu, but served hot and kindly. I'm glad they bumped up their overall game and I'll return as a result.

Chipotle suck hard for our event! We had a delivery for lunch on November 16. It was near a $1000 order for 50 people. We scheduled this 2 weeks out. The delivery was on time. What was brought looked great. Upon inspection, after the drive left, we determined we were shorted one of the proteins. We contacted the 800 number and tried to contact the store to get the missing proteins delivered. We got routed to a call center. After waiting on hold several times we informed the person we had a meeting of 50 people and had run out of proteins for our guests. On hold 2 or 3 more times, at more than 10 minutes, we were told we were not getting any additional product. The person told us a report would be sent to the customer relations team for follow up in 24 to 48 hours. We asked if that was going to feed our guests who had not eaten today? There was total silence at that point. This is the second issue with chipotle in the last 2 weeks. I never heard back on the first complaint and suspect we will not hear about this one either. Chipotle has went completely in the toilet as far as customer service and relations. We would recommend you go to Qdoba if you want to this type if food.

My recent Chipotle visit was a total letdown. Attempted a simple restroom visit, only to be met with an absurd customer-only rule. Even trying to order chips didn't cut it - apparently, only burrito purchasers get the privilege. Inconsistent policies and outright rudeness made this visit a headache. The ambiance sucks

If i could give this experience a 0 I would. The two girls working at the front were so rude, I honestly don't think I've seen anything like it. We asked for queso and they refused to make more, we asked for an extra bowl and it seemed like the end of the world, and we asked for beans and one half of the bowl and the girl was extremely rude about it. The girl checking us out was very nice and we were very appreciative of her and the guys working in the back who welcomed us in and said thank you when we were leaving.

All employees have a bad attitude which I personally don't care about because I want to be in and out quickly but the last time I visited this location I asked for double chicken and received less than one normal portion. It's been a long time since I wrote a one star review. It's usually reserved for the worst of the worst or epic shitty experience. I was very hungry but don't want to eat at a sit down place, so I walked over to this place. When I entered, I was greeted with a question, are you picking up a an online order? I was not and just wanted to order on the fly. So to bypass this quagmire of not eating or going through the trouble of ordering online, I decided to get the app, create an account and order. I did just that and after my selections the app told me that there's no available pick up times. This is where I was furious and walked out. I would love to be enlightened by the answer to this question. Why would you limit to online orders three hours before closing, when there was literally four people inside the establishment? This is beyond my comprehension.

I would give this place no stars if I could. The employees have the worst attitudes. They barely give you any food and then look at you dumbfounded when you ask to put more. I'm not the only one who felt that way because every single person in front of me asked for more as well. At one point, I asked for more of something and was completely ignored. When paying at the counter, there was a trace of food on top of my lid and I asked for a new lid.. the cashier instead took a napkin and just wiped it off and handed it to me. Also the chicken here is completely shredded into tiny little pieces and not the cube like pieces Chipotle usually has. My bowl also looks so empty... absolutely disgusted !!

Worst Chipotle location I've ever been to. I've never seen employees move slower in my entire life. I've never had to ask for more rice, but the worker literally gave me less than a half scoop of rice for a bowl, I was stunned to see how little rice was scooped. I got chicken, it was basically just crumbles and clearly looked old and "dead." Normally, I'm content with the portion scooping size of most Chipotle's, but it was like this location was rationing portions- I've never seen smaller scoops of ALL ingredients. Even rice and beans?? I finally got to eat and it was cold. COLD. After ordering in person and eating right away at 7:30PM, dinner. Normally a busy time but it wasn't busy. Everything was cold. This is the worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. I will never be returning to this location.

Me and my friend are always coming here after work out, and my friend wanted to use the restroom and they acted like we were homeless and they refused to serve us and one of the worker was making middle finger to us. Never go to OR order delivery from this location! Always poorly done and always a bad attitude from fussy, indignant little teens who look like, well, they are from California (street). How did they mess up guacamole?!? Chunks of avocado with chips of old red onion and sprinkled with cilantro stems. There's food that is poorly prepared and then there's this...it's rude.

Only gave one scoop of rice and when I asked for a second which is standard rolled his eyes and still was only a half scoop, so asked for another which then he made a comment. The tall guy with earrings was probably the most rude worker at chipotle I have ever seen and why I hate going to this location. Go to the chipotle on 16th street mall on the north end of downtown if you can.

The bad attitude reviews say it all the manager I experienced was about as rude as it gets after verbally abusing me cause I made the mistake of reaching for my drink cup then he goes and verbally abused some guy just trying to pick up a to go order. You should spend more time cleaning your restaurant then yelling at customers. Your place was disgusting and I'm talking all of it floors, windows , tables GROSS ! Only reason I stayed was my tourist friends really wanted to try it. Oh and Chipotle Cooperate this manger left great impression on your company with my tourist friends hope they spread the word.

Manager Albert Zepeda violated federal ADA laws by immediately denying me entrance to the building with an extremely dismissive tone because I have a service dog. He said since the dog does not have a vest, he doesn't have to let me in. After I continued to persist that she is indeed my service dog and it is not under any law that she must display herself as such with a vest, he proceeded to argue with me with the most disrespectful tone, causing a huge scene at the front door. He allowed others to pass me and asked me inappropriate questions that violate HEPA laws. I tried educating him on the ADA laws, as there are only two questions he is allowed to ask me. I even disclosed information that wasn't any of his business, informing him that I am a disabled veteran and I have a federal ID to prove it. He was the most rude and extremely inappropriate manager I have ever dealt with. I'm a HUGE fan of chipotle and I am left with so much emotion. He violated federal laws. Something needs to be done about this.

This is second time I have gone to this location and encountered a rude employee! on the line.The 1st time gave grace and mercy that this young man I thought he might be having a bad day! On July 3rd attempted once again saw the same employee by the name Brian at the register and like the 1st time he was equally as rude as my 1st visited. I ask who his supervisor was his reply its me! He refused to provide the contact information said look it up on the internet. I did look it up on the internet and it send you an automated telephone system that send you around and around with no results! I liked Chipotle after visiting this location and dealing this horrific employee named Brian who's supposingly is a leadership role, that has no customer service skills. I know will not ever go to that location. Advice to you Brian you with an attitude like yours you will not be successful in customer service industry and should consider find a career where you don't have deal with public!

The staff at this restaurant are not considerate My wife had to use the bathroom and the cashier didn't trust my wife to give her the key they waited too long to give her a key so she shat herself in line. Most people crap their pants after eating chipotle... also she didn't get her change or receipt. Paid $20 for a bottle of juice!

Be sure to check your to go order before leaving. Do not trust the staff. Ordered twice from this location on 9/24 and 9/25/2022 via Door Dash for 14 people. The first day they screwed up 2 orders - gave us a chicken bowl minus the chicken and any protein for that matter and no forks despite ordering 6 bowls. On 9/25/22 they forgot one of our orders and despite having 14 orders, we were given no napkins. In addition, none of the items were labeled as to what they were so we had to open each one up to determine which goes to which. I mean c'mon you guys. If your staff are too incompetent to fulfill an order, have a manager look over it. Both orders were over $200.

I know y'all know how Chipotle works, but for the uninformed, you go down the line and pick your poisons of Mexican-ish fast casual tastiness. Burrito, bowl, tacos, or a salad. Choose your beans, rice, protein, salsas, and goodies like cheese, sour cream, and guacamole. I know, the guacamole is extra. You think I don't know that? But it's chunky heavens of avocado and is way better (and a larger portion size) than the free guac you can get at Qdoba. During lunch time, the lines are always long (duh), but they make sure to get everyone through with their custom orders in no time. Everyone is friendly and they move you through the line quickly without making you feel like you're in their way (kind of). If you order online, you go down the hallway to the left of the register to pick up your food. Still fresh and waiting for you. Sorry line! I don't have time for you, no matter how quick I just said you were. It's relatively cheap (I mean, you could make the same food at home for the same price point and provide food for four people, but really, am I going to go to that much trouble? Plus, the guacamole, yo!) and it is almost healthy (dare I stay away from the cheese and sour cream? Never never never). On a side note, I tried the Sofritas based on a recommendation from a past coworker. It was, alright. It just tasted like taco meat. I'll stick to my main jam, the chicken. Or the carnitas. Or the steak. Or the barbacoa. Mmm Chipotle. I know it's not real Mexican. Duh. It's Chipotle. Deal with it.

Ordered GrubHub delivery like 15 minutes before they closed... I run a restaurant so I know how annoying that is LOL sorry... haven't eaten here in awhile, food was SO GOOD and arrived incredibly fast. Only thing I would suggest is not putting the cold drinks in the bag with the hot food - one side of my burrito was kind of cold. Didn't stop me from wolfing it down though so good! Will be back! Thank you!

I like Chipotle, but do yourself a favor and avoid this one. Ordered a chicken bowl with brown rice. Brown rice was undercooked and still grainy when you bite into it. After waiting an add'l 15 mins (for a online order that already took 20 mins, mind you), I had to go back and politely ask them to remake with lime rice. Some large gent grilling the meat turned around and scooped up the brown rice and put it in his mouth, in front of a line of customers. He spoke as he was chewing, with rice dropping out of his mouth, stating there was nothing wrong with the brown rice. They eventually made another bowl (thus the reluctant 2 stars), but not without the theatrics. It was scene out of some farce movie. Rude and uncalled for. Customers don't need to put up with rude behavior, especially when playing Russian roulette with e-coli. Avoid this location.

Old staff member made me order my burrito before letting me use the bathroom in an emergency. I told him I was going to order food but just needed to use the bathroom first. He didn't care and made me do a pee dance through my entire order. I will not be going back to this location until that that staffer is gone. It was a degrading and humiliating experience to be treated as a criminal when i was a paying customer just trying to use the bathroom.
