This Chipotle is definitely not the worst in the country😂! - Yes, the service was very slow, but not horrible. Probably took about 5 minutes from start of my order to check out. - It was NOT that gross in there at all. The trashes were taken out, the beverages were refilled, they weren’t out of anything (and it’s Memorial Day weekend so that’s saying something!) - I also noticed that this restaurant scored a ✨99✨ on the public health score

I come here often and usually it’s pretty good but this was my first and probably last time using the drive thru. I had ordered a steak bowl with the app and when I got it there was no napkins or a fork. when I asked they gave it to us but then when I finally got home I opened it and was eating and there was no steak which is upsetting seeing how I had to pay more for a steak bowl then getting any o anything else. I tried to call but got a robot and even did the AI chat but that did nothing.

This was a first time vist & an interesting visit all rolled into 1... I walked in & the place was completely empty. The food area looked like a bomb went off, food everywhere & all over the counter. An employee came out & told me that i could only order online. So I went to my vehicle & did just that. Online ordering was a little bit of a pain, but I managed. While ordering several people walked in & in my rear view mirror, I saw that another employee was taking their orders & that the people were sitting inside. I waited for the time for my order to be done & went through the drive-through to pick it up. The employee who told me that it was online ordering was the same employee that handed me my food. He didn't say anything about the confusion & I didn't ask. The food was good. Normally, I would have just left after seeing the food prep area but decided to stick it out. Would I try it again? Sure.. If it is the same, it will be the last time, though... I have been to several Chipotle restaurants across many states & have never had an experience like this one.

Day shift is great! However, night shift moves slower without urgency on filling orders. There is usually an unnecessary wait time at night for orders, while you see employees laughing, talking, playing and fixing and eating food for themselves.

Horrible Service. On vacation Aurora decided to lie like the store was out of chips out of cheese out of everything. Only for her to lie about what's available. When I finally motioned that the chips were on the counter she then said oh, helfa you didn't LOOK! . We waited I'm in line for 39 minutes while she eagerly served white counterparts and ran around the store to find what they needed. 0/10 she really pissed me off. To bluntly lie. Left unwanted food there. No chips no cheese no meat no salsa whyyyyyyyyyyy are you open and having people wait! Literally caused me to miss other places that would have been open.

Every visit out of something! Lettuce at 3 in the afternoon? A product which is sold locally at grocery stores. Maybe put a sign on the door of what your out of and change it hourly! Dining room is also always in the state of looking like a cafeteria food fight just broke out. Where is senior leadership!!!

First off, we asked for a quesadilla, and they gave us a kids meal with all the meat and the add ins on the side. Then we asked for Brown rice, then they gave us the Cilantro lime rice. Then, we asked them if they put what we paid for, and the popped off at us and said "YES!". They're was about only 2 good employees there. This is insane. I forgot to add this, but they were "out of"vinaigrette, chips, lettuce, and fajita veggies, Which seems to be the norm now that I'm reading other reviews.

Nearly a year after my first review of this Chipotle location nothing has changed. NOTHING Coming in this evening to get a burrito, I stood there - the only customer in the store - for a good 3 minutes while one associate prepped meat and another was doing something else. There's zero immediacy and their employees here (complete turnover from last visit) move as slow as molasses on a sub zero day. Chipotle : please don't insult me by suggesting I reach out - we played that game 10 months ago and I wasted my time emailing you to get no reply. THIS LOCATION SUCKS BALLS!

I never thought I'd have a Yelp, but I made one just to come review this place. Haven't even eaten my order yet I'm so PO'd. I've been coming to this location for over a year now. The food keeps me coming back because it tastes the same as every Chipotle ever, but the staff here is SO miserable to witness. I leave there complaining EVERY SINGLE TIME telling myself I'll just order online next time and go through drive through so I don't have to be in the presence of these rude RUDE workers. It's clear they are miserable to work there! Pretty sure I'd get treated better at McDonalds. As I walk up to the counter I am first in line and I have to stand there for about 3 minutes with no greeting, no consideration, no sense of urgency from anyone behind the counter. Girl working the counter is yucking it up with the girl working the drive through line. When she gets finished with her conversation she walks up to take my order and says NOTHING and just stares at me to start ordering. Now, I could tell her my whole order without her prompts, but since she wants to be so non-verbal I tell myself that I'll let her ask all her prompts at each stage of the order. Nope! She gets through that interaction saying the absolute least she can till I pay and get out of there. I get through the order without making a scene, but oh my God I'm seething by the time I walk out of there. I'm not one making these people have to come to work! If they hate their job so much they need to quit. Corporate office absolutely must intervene here and figure out what is going on at this location. This location really needs a completely fresh staff cause the current one is rotten to the core. There is ZERO customer service. Looking at the other reviews I see I'm not singled out here.

Very sad, I was third in line. With one person serving the people in line. Two others were behind the counter wouldn't even acknowledge customers. Poor customer service won't return. I left and didn't purchase anything.

Stopped in there around 7 o'clock in the evening no one in line in front of me, but I could not get served. One guy came up and said how are you doing? Put on gloves and I thought for sure he was gonna take my order but then he turned around and started working in the kitchen doing something else several other employees walked right past me so I ended up leaving. I Will not be returning.

We come often and portions seem to be small especially for the price. Got a bowl today and was given 2.4 ounces of meat when chipotle says a serving is 4. Waste of money

I got a text saying my order was ready, it wasn't. I got no salsa which was one of my sides, and is rather essential. No silverware, no napkins. Rude people, and I pre-tipped them $3.00. I don't know why I go back.

Worst Chipotle ever. Shouldn't have paid for that rice bowl. Easily less than 2oz of meat in my double meat bowl after a 30+ minute wait. Employees were clearly under the influence. 0/10 experience. Do not waste your money here.

Slowest drive thru I've ever experienced. Order for a pickup at 12:50pm. Someone opens the window at 12:57 and says they don't have any chicken and it would be 15 more minutes. I've never had a drive thru pickup remotely on time. They obviously don't have enough workers to support the drive thru.

Went back to give them a second try. Same filth, same lack of food. At 1pm on a Saturday, they are out of veggies and out of chips for the entire day. No chips! At least they got our order right this time NEW MANAGER and a total turnaround. She hustled the entire time. Place looks clean, they had every ingredient and workers were attentive. Big difference!

I had heard nothing but good things about the Chipotle Mexican Grill. First I must say how EXTREMELY disappointed I was. This newly built restaurant was filthy!!. The service was ok by the young man making the food but I just about FELL OUT when the unfriendly cashier said that it was 28$$??. For what? A chicken burrito, a steak burrito and a few chips with awful cheese sauce and a 2.65 bottle of Deer Park Water. Never again!!

Not the friendliest service, but they were efficient and the place was clean. The food was good. We did have to ask for the volume of the music to be lowered. This isn't a nightclub. It should be background music but at our table we were struggling to be heard above the music. What's up with that? CFA proves that you can train people to have a culture of friendliness and courtesy. No excuse for the dismissive attitudes.

Yikes is all I have to say. Extremely dirty & literally out of almost all the base foods (rice, beans, veggies). Just a multitude of problems that needs to be fixed ASAP if they want people to continue to go there. Pro tip: If you want to actually receive the food you order, just order online. Saves you the terrible customer service. Sucks because we were SO excited to finally have a chipotle on this side of the bay.

the guy with glasses gives you a few specs of food(i counted 3 cubes of meat on one taco), had to ask for more! there wasn't even one full scoop of meat in all 3 tacos I was eating mostly pico de gallo. .

I'm a door dash driver and I'm really disappointed and dist by the total lack of cleanliness of the kitchen at this location. the staff does not seem to care that they are serving food to the public, and could or will cause a patron to become very sick. the manager didn't seem to be concerned about the health risks associated with the restaurant being nasty.

Update: yesterday The worker at the window said I shouldn't be able to order watermelon lemonade, because it's too far of a walk for them to get. I came back through today to pick up my order and I told her I had a lemonade, and she's like "we're out", so i said I'll have a regular lemonade. She rolled her eyes at me and came back with a watermelon lemonade. As a fellow service industry worker, I can't fathom the amount of disrespect and laziness. I waited 20 minutes past my pickup time for my order, with barely anyone in the lobby. The employees look dead inside and out. The inside was very dirty as well. I'm disappointed, because I really was so happy to finally get a chipotle in town.

It was very clean throughout the whole restaurant. I had never ate here before, but it was incredible. I got three chicken tacos (1 spicy,2 regular) and a drink for 12 bucks! The tacos were amazing, and I was honestly shocked at how good it was! Service was fast,friendly and exceed our expectations!

I have been eating at Chipotle's regularly for a decade now and I used to eat their food 5 days a week, so I was happy to see that they are opening a location in Foley, where I am new myself. Unfortunately after having been here a dozen times since they opened up and hoping that the place is merely going through growing pains. I will not be returning. It is neither an exaggeration or hyperbole when I say that their food is too salty to eat. Chipotle food has never been low sodium, but what they are doing at this location is shocking and apparently getting worse as opposed to better. By the time I finished eating my burrito, which tasted like I was eating spoonfuls of salt and made my lips burn to the point that it was painful. I then noticed that my lips actually started to bleed. I don't ever have cracked lips or anything that would normally make them bleed and this certainly never happened anywhere else before. This was the last straw. I already put up with the salt more than I probably should have. I never had cramps eating at other locations, and I do here half the time I visit, and as much as I love Chipotle and it pains me to have to leave this 1 star review, it needs to be said that something has to change here, and fast. I actually contemplated making a complaint there but as I was waiting for them to not be so busy I actually got to watch their food preparation. When the meat is being put on the grill, they pour a box of Morton's Kosher Salt on top of every piece of meat until it's solid white. Every piece of meat looks like a car covered in snow when you wake up in the morning. No wonder the meat is barely edible and causes me cramps. This is ridiculous to the point of me wondering if this is even safe and legal. I don't know what needs to happen for this to change but I really advise people to stay away for the time being. especially if you have heart or kidney problems. Sad, but it needed to be said.

I waited in this "mobile order" line for 34 minutes to be exact. when I got to the window the lady told me that the line was only for mobile orders. they had absolutely no signs or indication that it was only a mobile order line, I patiently waited with only 7 cars in front of me for 30 minutes and this is what I get told. atleast get some signs or something so nobody waste their time like I just did. 0/10 experience and I will never be coming back.

Have eaten at several Chipotle across several states. Went there a few weeks ago, this site wasn't in Yelp yet, fairly new location This is the hands down winner for worst. They were out of several items, tables were all filthy dirty, floor full of food and debris. Poor management, several staff doing nothing, all had unpleasant demeanor. NO WAY ILL EVER GO BACK! PATHETIC Health inspector should shut this place down.

So we finally get a Chipotle Grill in Foley . Stay away . Please. Servers act like they are prisoners at this place . No beans , no guacamole, no smiles , and no thanks . Claimed no prep crew to fix the food . Where is the manager ? Didn't get what I wanted . What I got was a portion so small that I left as hungry as I was when I arrived . The chips in bag where stale beyond stale . Too many days on the rack I'm sure . I'm sure the portions were small to give more people orders . To this I say " shut the store down to you get it right" . So disappointed and so ripped off . I shall never return to this awful place . Beware all. Rip off , will make you sad . I would not even rate a star Period .

The first part were amazing, a woman put my rice and meat in the bowl. (I've seen her there multiple times, she's a great worker. But the newer ones move so slow and I don't think the manager is training correctly and I'm highly disappointed. The bowls weren't even empty and she's just sitting there scraping what's left in the other bowls into new ones and I have never seen anyone else do that and she left the bottom of my plate get cold and my rice had gotten dry. I know I asked for extra cheese but she put so much cheese on here she couldn't fit anything else on my plate. Every other time I've came I've had a great experience until now, I don't know if I'll come back until I see the newer employees are trained well. I even tried calling the restaurant number but can't get a hold of anyone. So, honestly I'm just going to eat somewhere else because I don't want an upset stomach..

The wait was rather long for a place like this, so don't go if you just want to come for a quick pitstop. I cannot necessarily say that the employees were absolutely top-notch either, considering that they were somewhat uptight, though they did not by any means ruin my experience. The food was as good as it usually is with Chipotle restaurants, nonetheless, and this particular location definitely needs some more love.

I arrived for lunch at 11:30 so they weren't that busy. I ordered chicken bowl. Everything seemed fresh and plentiful since it was early. The employee making my bowl was well dressed, hair up, attractive looking and clean apron! Wish I would have taken note of her name for recognition. Most traffic was through drive thru. Everyone was cleaner than last time I ate here about two months ago. Getting my drink I noticed the floor was filthy, metal cabinets around drink station had not been wipe down and had splatter and grime. The tables were clean, but like I said it was early. Sitting and eating I noticed small children's hand prints and smudges all over the lower glass walls! There had been little to no housecleaning before opening. I can't help but think if they don't keep a clean dining area, how good are they about cleaning kitchen, dishes, maintaining food safety and taking pride in their work? I got sick from a Chipotle in Nashville several years ago and I couldn't go back to one for a few years. I hope they clean up their act.

The last dozen times we have visited one (any location) they are out of something. I guessed before I ever walked in that they were out of salad dressing. They were also out of guacamole and onions/peppers. These are 3 significant ingredients, and EVERY time??? The food industry is tough right now and things happen, but EVERY time???

Don't trust the drive thru. I asked for extra and it was like they gave me less for asking. Just wasn't the same as ordering inside. Chips were beyond stale and tasted like thin cardboard. Bowls we're not consistent. I believe my girlfriend picked more chicken off her bowl(doesn't like too big of pieces) to give me than what they actually gave in my bowl. We were so excited having a chipotle near us in Foley and not having to drive over an hour to the other locations. Sadly it's been sort of a let down pretty much every time.

However, they never have basic items like chips, white rice, black beans, etc. and if you want the digital only items offered that's too bad because the online ordering is never available. More than once we have ordered veggie bowls and they were made without veggies. It seems like this restaurant is always missing items and does not inform its customers when handing over the food

We decided to visit them this evening. We have eaten at a few Chipotle's over the past few years in other states. When we got there this evening half of the food bowls/holders were empty. The pinto beans were more like refried beans. There were NO vegetables! Some chicken and some steak. They were out of chips, so one of the employees made some. We thought Wow! that's kind of cool. Fresh chips, but they were beyond salty and soggy from all the lime juice. We took our food home and it was COLD. The rice was not cooked enough, it was hard. Also, the counters were a mess. One employee was wiping them down but really just smearing it all over the place. This was one of the most disappointing visits we have ever had at a restaurant.

We were very excited to try the new location in Foley, but were disappointed to put it lightly. The employee making our food mixed up our food with someone else's, and was barely paying attention the entire time we were trying to order. The restaurant was disgusting, not a clean table in the entire place to eat. Outside was nasty too. The rice was still crunchy in the bowls too. Will not be back and will not recommend to anyone.
