Filthy dirty! The dining room was 90% empty yet none of the loitering employees could be bothered to wipe down the tables and sweep up the floor. Food was mediocre at best. Serving line was filty. Same with drink station. Personally, I'd be embarrassed! Two thumbs down..... Way down and management needs to step it up. You have two restaurants right next door to you that are squeaky clean.

Very disappointed with this Chipotle. They proudly offer a 50% discount for police officers but nothing at all for firefighters or military personnel. As someone who served, it feels like a slap in the face to completely ignore the sacrifices of veterans and first responders who also put their lives on the line. Supporting one group while excluding others who serve the community is unfair and shows a lack of appreciation. Until they change this policy, I won’t be coming back.

The food always tastes good. I feel like employee morale could be boosted. Every single time my interaction with the employees is as if they hate their job and do not want to be there. No smiles, no happy attitude, just as if no feelings inside, lol. I get it, times are tough, and working in a high pace customer facing environment isn’t easy. But I think the managers or the owners could do a better job with training the staff to perform better at customer engagement and service.

I am very disappointed in the quality of the food with my recent order. The rice was overcooked, sticky, and tasted horrible.... It's appalling something so disgusting was given to someone who's spent their hard earned money on food services. Since I placed an online order, I feel lousy driving back to the restaurant just to ask for a refund.

I'm done with this location. They always find a way to disappoint me. From being stingy with their rice portions to not announcing when they're out of certain meats/toppings, they consistently fall short. It's so annoying when they start making my bowl and then tell me they're out of chicken. If I had known, I wouldn't have started in the first place. I'm over this location and would recommend visiting other Chipotles in the area

Reviews below are pretty accurate. Often out of protein/toppings without announcing it before the making of orders. It’s always like this and unfortunate. My advice is to avoid this chipotle, visit the one down south, and teach the franchise owner of this location a lesson.

I came to chipotle because I have had their kids menu option all the time due to my dietary restrictions (heart condition) the portions are perfect and I pay for what the portion is a smaller portion. I come to this chipotle and the server has a disgusting attitude. I asked her if she had the kids menu she grins and says no we don't have that menu here only chicken bowl. I said all chipotles have a kids menu. She said we don't have a kids menu. Again, the only option we have is the chicken bowl. I had taken my medicine so my stomach is extremely upset so I needed to eat something so I told her to serve small portion like the kids menu in the bowl. I was then charged for the chicken bowl which is $11.98 vs $7.49. I then researched and that location has the kids menu option meaning she lied to me. I know it but I was too in pain to tell her something upfront. Adults buying the kids menu is not to be cheap we have conditions that only allow us to eat a portion of the food while still enjoying the taste of a meal. I am beyond upset and feel cheated and disrespected as she had a smile while she was telling me lies. I will not be coming to this location ever again. It's the principle. Her co workers were also around her and starring at me and her going back and fourth none of them corrected her and told her hey that's wrong. There is no policy preventing an adult from purchasing a kids menu in chipotle but I was denied in a disgusting way. Even if there was a policy she could've also told me or suggested hey you're already paying for the bigger meal take it and divide it into 3 portions. Nothing which is how I knew she had ill intentions. I work for customer service 17 years and counting and will never lie to a client to make a sale. I really think integrity is not something this location represent from what I'm also reading in the reviews. A change of staff would be the smartest thing before a lawsuit is filed. If the staff is reading this: take care of your customers they are the reason you have a job.if you do not want to work there then quit and let someone who really wants to work and treat their customers with integrity and respect take over. This is extremely upsetting.

I was driving along Federal Highway deciding on what to eat, when it dawned on me that I have enough points to redeem for an entrée at Chipotle. I was not too far from the location in the Bal Harbour Square, so I will get my food from there. It was a bit busy inside when I entered the building. I approached the female employee behind the register and informed her that I was picking up an order. It was a carnitas bowl consisting of white rice, pinto beans, corn salsa, and fajita veggies. The presentation of the bowl was not visually appealing. All of my choice toppings were thrown on top of each other and there was too much corn salsa added....other than that, the food was tasty.

People work with a bad face as if we were asking for a favor. Sometimes they put more protein, sometimes much less. Anyway, the service and the portion we pay to eat should be better.

I do like Chipotle, but this location definitely could use some work...especially the customer service. A guest was in front of me was reciting an order off of her phone to the ladies behind the counter. I could hear the guest say her friend sent her the order, so she's a little confused. One of the ladies behind the counter kept cutting her off and saying different versions of "Noooo, you mean a quesadilla!" "No, you mean a build your burrito" etc. The guest couldn't get one word in until she said she would step to the side so she wasn't holding up the line. The lady ushered the guest to the side so she could help...I think. The remaining lady behind the counter rolled her eyes and then annoyingly waved her hands at me to move forward. I acknowledged her with a hi and I got a blank stare and crickets in return. I started my order and mid way through she left out of view and started drinking out of her water bottle. She still hadn't said a word to me and started assembling my order. The only interaction we had was when she asked which beans I wanted and it wasn't even all that friendly, a more barking tone if you will lol she passed my order off to the cashier without a response to my thank you. The cashier did say hello and when I went to show her a free drink coupon on my phone to scan, she hurried me to pay and she just put the cup in my bag. After paying, she told me where the fountains were while trying to assist someone picking up a food order. No thank you or goodbye. Some customer service training definitely needs to be done here, at least to train a simple hello and goodbye and then work on the other stuff later. I'm in customer service myself and the biggest impact is just greeting, and that can change all the difference. Also, it's not that hard! I wouldn't think twice coming here because I know I won't return.

Food was not that fresh. Tables were all dirty. Nobody was going around cleaning them. The price was very expensive ($18 for a bowl w chips and drink). I would have been better off going to a nice restaurant for happy hour prices.

I don't often eat at Chipotle and every time I do, I remember why. The food isn't worth the price. A small blob of guacamole is $2.60 and a fountain drink is $2.80. That's ridiculous. And no one is nice. They don't do anything to make you feel like they want your business.

Now I I know why this store has such a bad rating. Just went there and walked out. 1 the guy making the food was so dumb he didn't remember to put beans on orders. Then then ran out of white rice. That 80% of the meal. I asked if they had any more coming and the same guy shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know. I hope he isn't making anything more than $2 per hour. Dumb as box of rocks.

Unfortunately I wish I could say something positive about this establishment, this isn't the case here. I've been going here for about maybe a decade. I used to love it a lot, but now it's just unprofessional. We ordered pickup on the app only because my mom got the free chips and guac with her points, we never got it....as well as the cheese that I ordered on my tacos. The orders are never placed on the pickup shelves and you have to ask for your order which sometimes they never even bag it so you have to wait an extra 5 minutes. Really crowded, this family came in with three kids about 4-6, screaming, running around, playing with the blindfolds. I hate to say this but maybe we should just let this chipotle go like we did with Smashburger and Pei Wei.

the food is great but the restraunt is always a total dirty pigstye,its starting to gross me out dining there, the place can be empty or busy but there is no effort to wipe down the tables nor sweep the floors. The last three times i dined there was food everywhere on the tables and the floors. I might get my food to go from now on but will no longer dine in. I am very tolerant but i am starting to get grossed out when i go there now.I will not go back until they clean this place up. Will try another location. Kinda sad sense this location is closest to where i live.

Ok, I gave this location a second chance . The servers had attitudes again! They were just about out of lettuce so I asked for fresh, but they still took the scraps out of the bottom of container. I asked the expediter for more ..they filled a small to go container. Meanwhile I had soggy lettuce on my chicken bowl! Not much chicken, I must say. The place is still messy and dirty! Let's hope we don't get sick from this dirty place! Would not recommend this location for sure!!!

I pick up my general manager's lunch order from Chipotle Monday through Friday, depending on where I am. Unfortunately, this particular location consistently delivers the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Every time I walk in, not a single employee acknowledges me--nobody smiles, and they all avoid eye contact as if interacting with customers is a chore. The online orders are kept behind the counter, so I never know if they're ready, and no one bothers to communicate. Today, when I asked another customer if he had been acknowledged, an employee rudely snapped, "You don't have to act like that," and proceeded to hand him his food while ignoring me. When I asked about my order, she scowled and said there wasn't one, even though my boss had placed it 15 minutes earlier. When I pushed further, another staff member angrily claimed the order wasn't ready yet. To make matters worse, I heard one employee shout, "Don't come back!" from the back when I voiced my frustration. I ended up leaving without the food my boss had already paid for because I didn't trust how they would handle it after such unprofessional behavior. This location seriously needs customer service training. I won't be coming back, and I would suggest others do the same if they value respectful treatment.

This Chipotle is the closes to my condo, so I went there for the convenient location. The restaurant itself seemed a bit unkept. The floors, tables and drink area were not very clean. As I got to the cash register to order, I noticed the prep area was also very messy. I got my salads, ate them and left....not my favorite fast food experience.

I love Chipotle and frequent it pretty often, but this location has consistently disappointed. Unfortunately this is the closest location to our house, so if we ever order delivery or pickup, this is where we have to go. I've never gotten delivery here and had my order be correct. Whether they leave off several ingredients or just get the order completely wrong, it has disappointed every time we get delivery. This is probably because it seems like every time we are in here, they are always out of ingredients. They've been out of roasted veggies, dressing, and guac several times. This last time (which honestly will probably be the last time) that we ordered pickup, I made the big mistake of not looking at the order before I left. I was sitting waiting for the order for a while, and it wasn't on the to-go pickup section. Turns out it had been ready the whole time and just sitting in the back, but I had to ask about it. They of course were out of the vinaigrette dressing. By the time we got home, the food was honestly pretty gross (photo attached). The cheese was melted but not in an appetizing way, the little lettuce that was on there was wilted, and half of the ingredients were missing. Long story short, drive the extra few minutes to a different location if you can.

This location tries to charge for a water cup. I don't drink soda or juice.. kinda crazy I got to pay for water. They also try to charge for the vinigrette. These are not formalities I've experienced at other nearby locations. Basically go to any other chipotle but this one or just take your money elsewhere and save yourself and family from terrible customer service.

I placed an online order. Right as I pulled into the parking lot I got a notification that my order was ready. I walk in and nothing is on the pick up shelf. I see a bag sitting on the counter behind the cashier. I've never seen a person work so hard to ignore me. I stood in front of her for 15 minutes. When she wasn't helping someone else, she'd immediately turn around and pretend like she was busy with something else. Not once did anyone acknowledge my presence. After putting together two more to go orders, she finally grabbed my bag of cold food and plopped it on the counter. To make it worse, the brown rice in my bowl was crunchy and under cooked. The white rice in my partners bowl was gummy and over cooked. This place has a serious customer service problem. Not going to be spending $40 on overpriced mediocre food and crappy attitudes any more.

This is the first time back in over a year. I stopped going because of the bad attitudes and poor cleanliness of this store, also the preparation of the food. I see from this visit that nothing has changed except the attitudes, which are much worse. I left my order on the counter and walked out vowing never to return, which I will not! The management/owners can fix it if they want but I will never be back. For anyone that has felt the same Zona Fresca is across the street and so much better.

Out of all the chipotle's I go to consistently, this one is by far the best. Checks every point: music, urgency, good portions, cleanliness, a/c , and good energy. Many other chipotles in the BROWARD area have fallen short of this. I'm glad to go to a place that prioritizes the little things.

If the health department would show up which they should, they would cite them or not close them for the night they have trashcan near the food and very dirty place. Very poor customer service I recommend go eat somewhere else. Better yet customer relations. Sent me a message to direct message them with no contact info.

This has to be the worst chipotle I've ever seen. Ordered delivery from here tonight and very little meat and the guac was very brown. Who ever thought that guac was ok to be served should be fired. Response to Chipotles comment: This is a cop out response. I'm not looking for anything and you have the information needed to do something about it.

Ordered online through chipotle website, multiple drivers said that the chipotle store were saying there was no order although confirmed, wait over 2 hours for it and no order received, still got charged for it. Heard very bad reviews and shady service from others about this store. Chipotle is also unhelpful in fixing the situation. Shouldn't be this hard or complicated, Unfortunate so beware.

Sunday evening mistake was stopping here. Restaurant out of all meat except old pork+beef. No lettuce, cilantro, spicy salsa. Dining room+condiment bar filthy and not cleaned the whole time I'm there despite looking glaringly neglected to every person behind the counter. Fecal-brown puddle at restroom entrance. Soda purchase was useless; water smells bad + fountain syrup not mixing in. No standing-around employee cared or noticed any of the above. For at least two years you need to avoid this location. Needs new manager else a store closure by Chipotle central.

Today, this location is being run like it's the Wild West. Employees giving customers attitude when they incorrectly put an order together and had to discard it. The dining room doesn't look like it has been cleaned since they opened and it's almost 1:30PM on a Saturday. The soda area has spillage and two napkin containers are empty and literally, all of the dining room tables are dirty. Aren't the employees trained to wipe it down every 20 minutes, along with the soda station area? Chipotle is not what it used to be. With what the company is valuated at, what their stock shares are selling for, they need to financially invest in their employees and hire better quality. What you pay for is what you get and that applies to all fast food/quick serve restaurants. It takes quality food and quality workers, both which can only be accomplished by spending money!

Just not good all around bad experience Food was cold and steak was old ,not as advertised. Could not get anyone on phone so just put in fridge, to throw out next day. I would definitely reconsider your choices when looking for a mexican grill. My order was placed on line, which I found the app was not easy yo navigate.I was sapose to get a reward for Signing up for the app which I had issues with. Getting the reward when I got to the store Nobody in the store knew anything about the app they said it wasn't their responsibility. The customer service was just bad.

Staff is always rude. Always mess up the order and they always look sad and angry. Never see any form of management around. I use to go 3 times a week for the past 2 yrs. It's always a long wait for orders and no acknowledge anyone when they come to pick up. Corporate needs to look at the bad reviews on Google reviews. Please do something about this location. The location in Davie is always amazing. Try and get that staff.

This store is incredibly dirty! Trash overflowing. Ice all over the soda counter. Every empty table was dirty with discarded food and paper products. No employee cleaned the dining room during my 45 minute visit. The bathroom was disgusting. I felt like I was in a NYC subway station. The owner of this franchise and all the managers should be arrested. Stay away.

I love chipotle! However, I have been to this location a few times and the rice has been over cooked. Same texture as mashed potatoes, meat super salty, and the cashiers would hold personal conversations with each other holding up the line and possibly contributing to a poor meal that is already over priced. This is the closest one to my home but for now on I will be driving else where.

I normally don't pay too much attention to reviews for restaurants I know I love, but the 2.5 star rating for this location is accurate My friends & I went tonight and they ran out of rice right before we we're about to order. They told us it would be a 10-15 minute wait for brown rice & a 25+ minute wait for white rice. They were also completely out of lettuce.

The line cooks could care less about anything. Their attitudes are shit, they are so sloppy slamming all the spoons around. I'm surprised I even still got my order after looking at the condition of the food trays, some stuff looking like its been there all day long. My burrito looked like it was wrapped by a 3 year old., and my wifes salad bowl was a watery mess from the soy frita and black beans juices we asked them to drain. Avoid this location at all costs.

I love Chipotle, but if you're a fan like me, you know there are good chipotles and bad chipotles...and this is a GOOD one. Food is well seasoned and cooked. Minus a star for cleanliness. The counters and tables and floors are disgusting...doesn't stop me from eating there but...it's bad. Just learned they have a military discount (and policies/first responder!) Half off!!!

08/21/2024 horrible experience at location on N. Federal Highway with extremely small portion sizes. I am a loyal customer of over seven years and I have not gotten what I've paid for the last couple of visits I asked for double meat was only given a very small pinch of extra meat and was charged the five extra dollars for double meat unacceptable $18 for a little bit of more meat do better chipotle

This place is extremely horrible. Management is so disgusting. I went in today to get a kids meal and bowl and i was being charged twice off my end and the register girl who i was told was her first day... she came off with an attitude saying that i had a remaining balance cause she got annoyed that i kept telling her i was being charged twice. I asked if thats how she was trained to talk back to customers with a bitch rest face. I asked for her name and her so what manager came out saying that she was the manager and that i was the first one yelling. I dont think the people working here cares for any of the customers well being. The place looks horrendous and nobody looks like they clean. They shouldn't have a job if this is how they treat customers when they get annoyed and they think they are doing right. This place should get shut down immediately for how terrible they manage there store. FOOD POISONING!! Place is dirty and not sanitary whatsoever. Staff is not welcoming and very rushing! The portions are horrible as well! This place can't even put silverware or empty the trash!!! I've been sick for over a week now!!!!! Disgusting DO NOT EAT HERE. Cross contamination like crazy!

I got food poisoning on Wednesday , felt sick right after I ate a bowl. I'm still feeling nauseas and constantly going to the bathroom and it's Saturday. Not sure if something got cross contaminated. My boyfriend did too. I won't be eating chipotle ever again.

I have been to coming to this chipotle for years, never had a problem up until 6ish months ago. The staff that works there is so incredibly rude. I know the meat portions are generally small at chipotle, but it's rediculous how small of the portion they give you at this location. Never had this problem anywhere else. And to top it off, I asked for some extra cheese because she gave me a pinch, and she said it would be EXTRA! I watched a video on YouTube of the CEO of Chipotle saying if you need a little bit more of anything just ask it's free, except for meat (that is extra).

My pick up order was just sitting there in the back behind the register and when I asked who it was for... the chipotle employee snapped back at me. WORST CHIPOTLE LOCATION EVER. Best part about all of it, they got my order wrong. So basically paid for the wrong order and to get snapped at. This location needs work.

Let me start by saying, I think Chipotle is great! This location is a complete mess. The last 3 times I have been in here people standing around not helping or cleaning. They are always out of something, and the food area is messy and sloppy. I would avoid this location at all costs! The management needs to take a long hard look at themselves.

Horrible customer service I believe she was a manager as well with a collard shirt, gave me half a scoop of chicken I asked for a double, gave me another half scoop and told me to hurry up and get out of line.
