The food always tastes good. I feel like employee morale could be boosted. Every single time my interaction with the employees is as if they hate their job and do not want to be there. No smiles, no happy attitude, just as if no feelings inside, lol. I get it, times are tough, and working in a high pace customer facing environment isn’t easy. But I think the managers or the owners could do a better job with training the staff to perform better at customer engagement and service.

⭐ Fast Food? More Like Slow Regret. Visited Chipotle in Fort Lauderdale hoping for a quick, tasty burrito. Instead, I got stuck in a line that moved slower than a Monday morning, served by staff who looked like they’d rather be anywhere else — preferably not here. When I finally got to the front, I was greeted with a meat selection that tasted like it had been recycled from last week’s lunch special. Asked for extra salsa, got a tiny dollop that might as well have been a garnish for a salad, not a burrito. The rice was as bland as my enthusiasm for the entire experience, and the guac? Let’s just say I’ve had better avocado experiences smashing pits in my backyard. If you want to spend more time waiting than eating and leave hungry and confused, Chipotle Fort Lauderdale is your place.

This place can be hit or miss. Sometimes out of certain toppings, sometimes the product is dry. Ordered double protein and the second scoop was half full and had to say something about it. Last time I was there I ordered a protein bowl. When it was time to put the cold topping on they were out of lettuce and sour cream and corn. I canceled my order in the middle of her making it and she got mad and with a very loud voice screamed "JESUS" ....Not sure we was mad at me or jus the face that the lazy staff in the back were moving like Cold pancake syrup that's been in the fridge for 2 years.

I am very disappointed in the quality of the food with my recent order. The rice was overcooked, sticky, and tasted horrible.... It's appalling something so disgusting was given to someone who's spent their hard earned money on food services. Since I placed an online order, I feel lousy driving back to the restaurant just to ask for a refund.

If You Like Your Burrito with a Side of Attitude… You’ve Found the Spot! Looking for a place where your meal comes with a free helping of disrespect? Congratulations—you’ve arrived. While the rest of the staff is actually great (shoutout to them for trying), the manager clearly missed the “customer service” memo. Apparently, she thinks she’s doing us a favor by letting us eat there. Pro tip: if you don’t appreciate customers, you don’t get to have a business. That’s just how it works. I’ve been to plenty of other Chipotle locations and never had to deal with this level of unnecessary attitude. So if you’re in the mood for cold stares, eye rolls, and a manager who acts like you personally ruined her day just by ordering a bowl—this is the place for you. Bon appétit!

I received the incorrect order, I tried to call the store no response & I did the chat and ask for a refund. Order chicken , rice, salsa , lettuce & corn and got something totally different I dnt see any lettuce and it dnt see chicken .
