It was by far the dirtiest, rudest staff, nastiest chipotle I've ever been in. When I was ordering my food and I asked for one of the fajita topping. I was told they didn't have any more. This was such time, so I asked if they would be getting more, and the young woman gave me an attitude and asked what did I think. I said, "I would think they would have more." Shs said no. I was kind of stunned by the attitude. She told me to keep the line moving. I looked down, and she wiped veg that were on the outside of the container back into the containers. Very dirty. I moved down the line. I asked for a cup of water. I was told that they didn't have water. I asked for a manager, and the manager told me the fajita veg weren't ready. I asked about the water again. The manager told me I would be charged the same price of a soda for water. That was so unprofessional and rude in both accounts. I was going to eat in the resteraunt but it was so dirty. Most of the tables hadnt been cleaned and had food on them. When I got home and opened my steak bowl up, the lettuce was wilted and a bit brown. It was just awful. I snded up throwing my food away. I will never go back to this Chipotle. If someone gets sick from here, it wouldn't surprise me at all. The worst food, the dirtiest, least hygienic, rudest staff ever!!!!!!!!! Dear Chipotle Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of the guacamole served at your restaurant. On my last visit, I found a sticker from the outside of an avocado in my guacamole, which was both unpleasant and concerning (see photos). I understand that mistakes can happen, but this is not the first time I have had an issue. Several times before, I found the stem of an avocado in my guacamole. It seems that there is a lack of attention to detail and pride in the preparation of this dish. I would like to request that your staff take more care in preparing the guacamole and ensure that it is free of any foreign objects. I believe that this would improve the overall quality of your restaurant and provide a better experience for your customers.

The service here is terrible !! While having my order taken I informed the young lady with red long braids who was preparing my food that the ends of her braids are getting into and touching the food. She proceeded to get an attitude and raise her voice at me saying to me “No it’s not” !! I responded “I’m watching them swing and I’m telling you that they are and I just wanted to let you know”. She again raised her voice in an aggressive manner and responded “Well what do you want to do”. I simply did not push the issue nor did I get disrespectful at all but that young lady needs to learn how to speak to her customers and learn how to take criticism. She can’t see herself but every customer can and she needs to remember that along with maybe tying her hair up so that the same thing won’t happen to other paying customers.

I am posting as a long time chipotle fan and rewards member. I have not experienced customer service this bad at any establishment in a long time. The first person on the line was extremely rude to myself and my girlfriend, as well as the people around us, and was slinging food to the next person so hard it was spilling and mixing with ingredients/other orders. The second person on the line had such a messy section not one ingredient wasn’t mixed with something else and she was also very unhappy to help us. Then the cashier was very displeased that I had loyalty points to use for rewards and visibly did not enjoy helping me with this. I have worked multiple food service jobs and understand the stress of dinner hour, but have never seen this level of disservice. On top of this they were out of many ingredients(which happens and isn’t the end of the world), and the soda station was not stocked with forks/napkins and soda machine was out of syrup to make drinks properly.

I go here all the time , they have new employees I understand that. The girl (Hispanic) how are you gonna tell me “how much” I can get on my burrito IF IM PAYING FOR IT!!!! I didn’t care about the extra fees I told that little girl that and she still getting mad because I asked for more. Well if she wasn’t giving me little scoops like I’m a child I wouldn’t have to say MORE. Like girl let me spend my $50 on my food. So with that being said Horrible Customer Service.

Love chipotle, I just hate that the portion of the vinegarette for $1.50 is 2/16 of the container they put it in. When I ask for me it’s another $1.50… how many oz. Per $1.50 am I suppose to really have? I have a bowl loaded with food and this is an inconsiderate amount :(

Today at approximately 1420, I went to this location and I have to say it was a total difference from the last time I visited. Entering the establishment it was CLEAN. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. I wish that I had a name (s) because I would name each person in this view. This shift team should be Acknowledge as the BEST. I forgot… the front line and kitchen area was organized and CLEAN. I will return again. GOOD JOB. #keepupthegreatjob☺️

There is I believe a “Manager” named “Sissy” that works there she is Hispanic and has grey hair. She is by far very rude and disrespectful towards the customers and also THE STAFF. She argues with customers. You can really tell how drained she makes the other staff that works there feel her energy is very draining I hope that you guys find a replacement because this establishment is going to go down hill fast.
