GIGANTIC MESS [Pics Attatched] Order# 8RN-7A8 It was just one thing after another, I feel like this may come across as a vent, but it's just facts. *Online Order(app) *2 meals, both incredibly small portion sizes, wouldn't fill my 2 year old. *Burrito was 25% sour cream. *Paid double chicken, barely got one serving in the bowl. *Phone ai, dismissive, couldnt get a real person, it hung up. *ai online, dismisive, closed my chat *Requested a real person 6x, got a live agent, he closed my chat without a word. *FINALLY got another agent who was somewhat helpful, but only compensated 1 item and closed the chat promptly. Never have issues in person, ordered on app and they cut the portions a ridiculous level and it went down hill from there. Extremely poor customer service and experience with Chipotle overall.

We went to this Chipotle today around 2:00 in the afternoon. When we got into the restaurant the entire place was so filthy and it wasn’t even busy inside. Three customers besides us. We ordered our food and had to wipe off our own table to sit at. Every single table had something on it and needed to be cleaned. There were dirty floors and overfilling trash cans. The burrito bowls we ordered were smaller than usual. maybe 10 pieces of chicken. The chips were filled about 1/4 ways up in the bag and they were so incredibly stale. Some of them didn’t even crunch! They were out of forks and when I asked the man working pickup orders for a fork he rolled his eyes, hesitated, and handed me a fork without saying anything. We will be going to Qdoba next time instead. This Chipotle has gone downhill!

My friend and I went to chipotle during rush hour and the line didn’t take too long considering there was a new guy working! I also have a severe avocado allergy and they took the time to wipe down the counter and all changed their gloves and even offered to use their reserve items for me. (Most places make me feel dumb for telling them so I really appreciated their kindness 😭). They were all so nice and gave us good service!!!

Great customer service and delicious foods as always. They always put adequate amounts of what I ordered. I usually ordered the " bowls ". The rice, steaks were nice and guacamole and fresh tomato salsa were great for rice and steaks!! They still close the tables. But they opened outdoor space and tables. I will visit again soon.

Good food and staff. Clean environment. I appreciate the brown rice option. Only negative is that the parking lot is quite small.

Customer service was great! But the service was very slow. I had to wait in line 30 mins before actually ordering. They do give small portion sizes, so I requested double everything on my burrito bowl. I had a few problems with my order: (1) My chicken was crunchy and (2) the large guacamole I ordered was very bland; it tasted like water as if they forgot to add salt. I doubt if I would return to this location, but they do have GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

We ordered two bowls from doordash. One bowl was supposed to have extra chicken. When we opened the bowl, it literally had hardly enough chicken to count as one serving. To pay an extra $4 for extra chicken that you definitely didn't get is extremely frustrating, especially when you're already ordering off a much more expensive menu.

I place to-go orders here frequently and they often don’t put the napkins/utensils in the to go bag like requested when ordering. I picked up my order and went out to my car, then opened my bag before leaving to ensure napkins and utensils were in the bag and they were not. I went back inside to get a fork and napkins, the stand was out. I went to the to-go counter and asked Griffin (he was not wearing a name tag, but claimed his name was Griffin) if I could get a fork. He said “there’s some outside.” I then explained they were out and he said I needed to go to the cashier by pointing in the general direction. I told him I had a to-go order and asked for a fork and napkins, he then reluctantly gave me one fork (no napkins). He then said “go tell the them we’re out” (pointing towards the cashier). I said, “no, I’m not doing your job for you” after he was extremely rude. Hopefully they just start putting the napkins and utensils in the bags…

Chipotle Aggieville. Where do I begin, this place isn't your average rag tag chipotle okay? This chipotle is above average; and here's why. 1) I order food off the chipotle app and have my food ready in fifteen minutes. Now that's fast almost jimmy johns freaky fast. Maybe not quite freak fast but that's pretty damn fast in my book. 2) Friendly staff. Staff is great, aside from the girl running the register with glasses and blond hair she didn't look to happy to be there. Aside from the unhappy girl, the rest of the staff was alert and friendly. 3) Quality of the food is amazing. Can't beat a good ol' burrito and some guac. I shouldn't say "ol' burrito" though it's not just a good ol' burrito, it's a freakin' great burrito. 4) Doesn't just stop at burritos though. Their burrito bowls are superb! When I order off the app I select extra rice for my bowl and bam extra rice just like I wanted, it's great. Overall 5 out of 5 stars.

The service was awful. The servers had terrible attitudes and threw the food into the bowl. If I asked for less of something like rice, they still filled my bowl up.

I probably went here dozens of times over the past few years. I will not be going here again. Thursday, Feb 6 I got horrible food poisoning from a steak quesadilla. I hadn't eaten anything all day and this was my only meal so I am sure that this is where I got it from. Felt nauseous after about 2 hours after eating. Threw up a ton. For the next three days I could barely eat and had other bad symptoms I will not describe. Dont eat here. Food is not clean.

The keto bowl is supposed to have lettuce , chicken, tomatillo red chili salsa, fresh tomato salsa, sour cream and cheese. We called and informed them that the bowl was not correctly they brought a new bowl but it was the same as the first. How can a restaurant mess up the same order twice in the same way the same day . Just saying this was very unacceptable. The only thing I ask for was extra chicken and guacamole to be added. I was very disappointed with this. May have to order from someplace different next time.

I've been here several times and it's been fine but went last Sunday and it was a terrible experience. Instead of refilling the black beans, I got a quarter of a scoop and my boyfriend got even less as they scraped the pan for whatever was left. The staff seemed absolutely annoyed and barely spoke as they added toppings. There were no bottles of Tobasco available and every trash can was overflowing. Also couldn't find a table that wasn't disgusting to sit at. Instead of keeping the place tidy, refilling the drinks and such, the staff would rather stand around and watch football on their phones and quickly rush customers through the line. It appeared the guy in the back making the online orders was the only one actually working and enjoying his job. Definitely won't be going back to this location.

Food is incredibly mild and barely tastes at all. There are little choices when choosing what to add on your dish. When I went they ran out of salsa! And other dips like queso and guacamole are stupidly expensive and don't taste either. You gotta believe it. Music made it a nice place inside and severs were polite. Qdoba is better than chipotle

Honestly the best chipotle I've had in a while. The rice was great which you'd think wouldn't be hard to mess up but it's frequently crunchy and undercooked at other locations. Service was fast as well.

Was there earlier and couldn't believe how rude the workers were. Never have I ever received such bad service.

I eat a ton of co chipotle all over. this used to be one of the better ones where they didn't skimp on portions. I order a simple burrito - extra rice, steak and extra cheese. the last three visits my burrito has been 60% of what a full burrito looks like. I understand food costs, but when I don't get beans, salsa, sour cream or any of the other options, I'd like to get good portions of the two non meat items I request. i ask for extra rice and cheese and they put less on than other chipotles when I don't ask for extra.

I love the tacos. This time I tried the barbacoa tacos and they were good. The meat was a tad salty. The chunks of meat were huge and generous. I tried the watermelon limeade and it was so good. I like knowing I can get consistent good food at Chipotle, but that they also have new things to try.

The worst bowl I've ever had portion wise. It's comical how small it was. QDOBA has earned a lifetime customer!

This used to be the best Chipotle I had ever been to. The last three times I've been there, the portions are way smaller. (I kept going back hoping for improvement.). I have to ask for pretty much extra everything just to get a normal sized burrito or bowl. Not sure I'll be back anytime soon.

Ordered my food online and after opening it I realized they only filled my container a little over halfway. There was hardly any chicken and I could barely tell that they put any queso or guac in my bowl (which I had to pay extra for). Very disappointing. The portions here are a joke for the prices we are paying. Guess I'll take my money to Qdoba instead, where they have free quac and queso and give you a decent portion.

Disgusting! Every table... every single one dirty. No limes for the beer... No chips? Really? "We stopped making chips tonight" ermm k? Drinks dripping into cutlery holder.. sticky gross... every trash can over flowing... Glad I could pay to eat in squalor... hard pass next time

Younger kids working, but as soon as I told them I had an allergy they went above and beyond to make my food safe! I really appreciate the extra steps.

Absolutely horrendous portion sizes. For how much you pay it is laughable. Needs to be fixed.

Been like this over 40 minutes.As you can see the trash can is overfilled as well. I could have easily slept and fell. Food great though.

I normally love eating at chipotle but this one has been dropping the ball... consistently I don't get what I ordered. Many times they have forgotten my drink and chips and most recently, the queso I ordered with my chips was actually sour cream. Haven't eaten there since.

Would never recommend going here. I went to this location tonight, not only did I not get my cheese quesadilla, when I called the restaurant to report the issue I was connected to a robot multiple times before being able to talk to an actual person. Once connected I was told I had to come ALL the way back to the store for a refund for the item I didn't receive. The tacos I ordered tasted like pounds of salt were dumped into them and they were obviously stone cold after having to drive back and forth. When I got there the manager was getting "technical" about not having a receipt, but the cashier that didn't give me a receipt was standing right next to her. Lol this place not only has terrible customer service, but also highly disappointing food, and won't get your order right. There are so many other places to get better tacos/"Mexican food" in town. Don't waste your time or money here!

How are you out of rice and meat at 7:30? Service sucks I'm never going to this pithole again.

Inconsistent food quality, horrible management. Don't even bother trying to come here from 5-8pm as you will be waiting at least 30 minutes for your undersized portion. I feel bad for the employees. Never more than one worker on the line, even during peak hours. During peak hours expect some grain/meat/side to be out.

I was looking for a little bit of a later option tonight so I opted for a bowl with sofritos. What a treat! It was flavorful and delicious. Just what I needed after a long day of travel. I would get it again in a heartbeat, especially with a little bit of extra guacamole (guacamole is always worth it).

I've been going to this chipotle for years, and it rarely disappoints. Today I got a steak burrito with guac and queso. The time between walking in the door and taking my first bite was less than 5 minutes. The food is a bit expensive, but he portions are huge and the ingredients are amazing, so it's worth it to me. The staff is usually very friendly, so no complaints there. The only issue is the lack of parking, but they just expanded their lot and there is parking across the street so it's not a big deal. This is a great place to get some quail lunch or eat a meal before going to drink in Aggieville - I would highly recommend it.

I used to eat here twice a week, over the last few years the portion sizes have become a joke, and when I rarely online order at this one (Manhattan, KS), they never get it right. This time I ordered extra rice and extra cheese, there was very little of both, but it was drowned in green salsa. This might be the stingiest, worst Chipotle in the country, I would recommend going to Qdoba, at least they give you a decent portion size and it is accurate... Garbage

DO NOT eat here if you're a teacher, healthcare worker, police officer or anyone that serves the community, because this chipotle DOES NOT. My wife who is a teacher came in here ordered two overpriced meals and then asked if she could have some extra paper to-go bags for a project the students were working on. The manager was inclined rudely to tell her no. I guess maybe .5 cents worth of paper bags was too much to give to the kids. Terrible service and also the food is pretty trash as well. Would recommend Qdoba or Gordos down the block.

Have been waiting almost a half hour for a mobile order. If I hadn't already paid for it I would have left. I get that tonight was a fundraiser, they should have been prepared.

I actually cant believe i actually payed for that to be put in my mouth, a fat portion of my meat was just literal tendon that had to be thrown away because its impossible to eat

Love Chipotle and this is definitely my favorite location! We came here about twice a week throughout most of my pregnancy and four years later we still come about once a month. When school is in session, the lines can get very long but the food is usually well worth the wait. I can only think of one time where we were disappointed with stale chips.

The manhappiest place on earth??? More like the manslowest place in the galaxy. Waited 30 minutes for my pickup order and they still were not making any progress. The worker thought it was more important to restock tobacco than make my food. - 5 stars.

The girl making our food seemed like she really dreaded being there. She left, WITH her gloves on, touched the door and all that, then came back to proceed making the food. I think that's disgusting. And the preparing counter looked like it hadn't been wiped down all day! Old rice, spilled salsas, it was all just really gross and you guys are a food place, it doesn't hurt clean up and practice safer food handling!!!

Absolute disgusting. Fucking pitiful.. I had 3 hairs in my food and that's just the cherry on top to how shitty their customer service is. This place is actually a joke and is never this bad anywhere else. The line is so long and there is only 1 person working the line. I actually took the time to fucking write this so whoever reads this can never go to chipotle in Manhattan ever again. This place is a disgrace to Chipotle as a organization. Fuck this place

First time I've ever been to a chipotle and this location has the worst service I've ever seen at a fast food restaurant. Id rather go to Taco Bell and get yelled at then get disrespected at this place. They definitely value quantity over quality. Won't be going back, not giving them another dime

We are avid Chipotle people, but this location's food is not very consistent. Most times it's ok, but today the rice and beans were especially bland, while their chips were overly salty. Staff is very friendly, and all else in the establishment it up to par.

Put in a web order at 6:45 to pick up at 7. Waited until 7:20 to get my order. Meanwhile the line at the counter cycled through a few groups. Only one person making web orders, ran out of supplies multiple times while I waited waited waited. Irritating enough for hesitation next time I consider this place.

Always delicious. Quick. Convenient (except for parking). Prices are on par with other places in the area. Service is hit or miss. Line can be long but moves quickly. Always a solid choice with filling food.

Worst experience I've ever had at Chipotle ever. Girl behind the counter was rude, messed up my order

This chipotle took forever to give us our online order. It took them 45 minutes to then tell us to get in the already long line to make it ourselves. This was a horrible experience and the social distancing was nonexistent. They were also out of lettuce. Like how? Anyways, I will update if I go again. I'd suggest to them that they replace their management.

Was very disappointed in this store. I love chipotle but I went and ordered tacos when it wasn't busy and there was hardly any meat in the tacos! I challenged them before I paid and they said there was plenty. See attached photo to see how ridiculous it was!

Its Chipotle. Best burrito place around. Just like the others. If you go to this location, note that the line gets very long at 11:30 and 12:30. This is due to the classes ending and this is only a block away from campus. You might be wise to stay away from here at those times specifically. The line dies out roughly 20 min later though.

I am a doordasher and I came to this chipotle for an order pick up. The time It was supposed to be picked up by was 7:06, I didn't leave the store till 7:30. Over 20 mins late... When I asked the lady working rapid pickup she basically said there's nothing she can do and wasn't very friendly. Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants and I am disappointed to say the least.

The food is always good, but the service is hit or miss. Ive had some of the best service and some of the absolute worst service. I'm still willing to roll the dice for a burrito bowl.

This is one of the few places which has my comfort food. Ever since I first discovered Chipotle in Chicago, IL, I have been quite addicted to their burrito bol concept. Burritos are plain messy to eat, and I think it's a really smart thing that Chipotle has the bol option. I'm glad that the many times I've been there, parking hasn't been an issue. If and when it gets crowded, the line would move fast too. Not to sound racist, but I'd always keep my fingers cross for the Hispanic staff to be the one helping me. Why? I always ask for extra rice and no beans with the hope that instead of the big gloppy dollop of beans on my rice, I'd get more rice of the same amount. I've noticed that if helped by the Caucasian staff, I would have to keep insisting that they give me 'extra rice'. I wish they can understand what a big deal rice is to an Asian such as myself. All would usually end well because the staff are always nice and friendly. (I didn't have the same 'problem' in Chicago, though.) The rice is TO DIE for. Paired with chicken/ or any other meat, a mix of the hot and medium sauce or the pico de gallo, corn, and lettuce makes it divine. Sometimes, I'd get two orders of the same thing because I know I'd be wanting a second helping. A small dollop of guacamole is also good. I always skip the cheese and cream because that's not how I usually eat my rice dish. I've had my order to go many times and even on freezing, cold winter days, I'd get home with my food still quite warm. I think they did a great job with their to-go plate style because it sure is easy to microwave! I've gone back many times.

I like the steak or pork burrito. The wife goes for the steak hard tacos. The burritos will fill you up but they're not grease balls either. They are eco-friendly too. While the menu is kept relatively simple, there are plenty of choices for salsa depending on how hot you want it. I like the mild red salsa and the medium corn salsa on my burrito and sometimes go with black and pinto beans. My first Chipotle experience was in Lawrence 5 years ago or so and I've been a huge fan ever since so having one closer in Manhattan is even better. Topeka has one now too.

Tonight I ordered online for my pregnant fiance and I after a long day of moving. When I got home with my order I realized they had forgotten my chips that I had purchased so I drove back to retrieve them. When I got there they had told me they had been out for a while. Not only did they decide not to tell me when I picked up my order but they also were rude to me when I came back to retrieve them telling me they could not make any more.

I love Chipotle, unfortunately I'm not a fan of the service at this location. Most of the time the staff on the line will skimp on rice, etc., especially if they're experiencing a rush. I understand that they're one of the busier locations, but I feel like they could be more consistent with the rest of the chain.

I got drenched in rainwater on my way here, and the server felt so bad for me, that he gave me my bowl for free. I appreciate it!

Love to eat at chipotle... Except at this location, for the main reason of their baby scoop servings. Even when requesting double meat portions it comes out as a regular portion from any other locations. I hope management can change their policy on serving sizes, besides that the food is delicious, even if it is a tiny baby serving size.

Well, if you know me, you know I LOVE chipotle. This location is no exception. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff, and super fast service!!! Awesome location in the middle of Aggieville and really cool vibe! Another Chipotle in the books!
