I live in the neighborhood, and I’ve given this Chipotle multiple chances, but unfortunately, it’s consistently disappointing. The food quality is hit or miss, and they always seem to be running out of key items like chicken, guacamole, and fajitas. What’s even more frustrating is that they wait until everything has completely run out before they start preparing backups. I’ve been told at 8 pm that certain items “won’t be available for the remainder of the night,” or that I’d have to wait 20-30 minutes, which is unacceptable because they close at midnight! It’s also clear that the staff isn’t anticipating the demand properly. I’ve seen a line of 14 people with just one person on the service line, one cashier, and one person cooking, while two others just walk around aimlessly. It’s honestly nerve-wracking to watch. This location has so much potential, but the poor staff performance and lack of planning make it intolerable. It’s such a shame because this could be a great spot if it were managed better.

This was my first time ever going to Chipotle and I must say the experience was great the staff were very helpful on helping me to decide what I would like to eat very friendly the restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was wonderful this is a prime example of not looking at all the negative reviews and going by those because I decided to take a chance and go to this particular Chipotle and I'm very happy that I did and I will definitely go back everyone will have a different experience and my experience was great☺️☺️☺️☺️

Who ever owns this location my best advised it's need to change entire staff and maintains a clean environment from inside to that outside area it's a shame and it's always like this dory and smell bad they let homeless people walk in and it's not right I had to finished eating across the street because of the dirtiness of this restaurant.

Agree with other reviews this is one of the worst chipotles I have been to. If you come in the evenings they are consistently out of key ingredients (tonight out of white rice at 830pm) and if you ask will they make more they say nope. Typically they are also out of ice or the soda machine doesn’t work. The restaurant is a lot generally very dirty. It’s a great location so it stays busy but really needs a manger or someone to address some really low hanging fruit.

Customer services was good one lady look in a good vibe . But the food wise I always go to the one in Brickell and is great but this location don’t feeling the bowl and I made the same order every time I go to chipotle. Definitely in food wise mmm is a NO.

1- I had to wait 20 mins to get food even though not really busy hours. 2- I was charged hidden amount though the dish I ordered was only 11.75 the cashier charged me 15 plus dollars even her colleague confirmed that the price was 11.75 and she kept silent and didn’t even apologize or tried to work around. 3- The servers seem very unhappy while they were serving customers and didn’t even ask if I needed anything else.

Came here on 7/30/25 in the evening. Agree with all the other bad reviews. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else. This needs to be taken over by new management or shut down by Chipotle. Tiny portions, staff with a bad attitude, nearly all of the ingredients were empty. How is this still open?

The young lady that checked my transaction out smirked and laughed when I asked her to repeat herself after she continued mumbling. Staff need thorough training, place as a whole needs a very deep cleaning. Chipotle - this location needs a serious intervention!!!

No joke ask for chicken and got seven nuggets. As for steak and got five pieces and was told that's double protein. I've never tripped about this before, but bro, at this point this was disrespectful if I didn't wanna eat all my protein and two bites. I would have to pay triple.

When I want something fast but fresh and still fairly healthy, a chipotle salad is typically my go-to. Or in other instances such as this one, a build your own tacos kids meal is the perfect portion for me. Always delicious. Ask for a vinaigrette and sour cream to mix and dip your tacos in. Thank me later! Mostly fast and courteous service. I was glad when midtown got this location!

This location is awful. It is always disgusting inside, there are never forks or napkins available. They are always out of EVERYTHING. It will be 6pm and they are claiming to be out of veggies, rice, guac, all at once... it comes across like they just don't want to make more, even tho they are supposed to be open for 4 more hours. If is also very frustrating because they have a separate station set up for mobile orders, where they will have all of the ingredients. But, if you ask for them they refuse to give it to you and say those are for mobile orders only. The staff there cannot be bothered to help with ANYTHING. They are so slow even tho none of them are preparing any food. I don't think there is any management there.

This HAS to be the worst Chipotle ever. The tables are most often times dirty. The drinks, napkins, & utensils are never well stocked. It's convenient for what it is but now I stick to ordering pick up. Not only are the plates made better for pick up.. It's ready fast and I don't have to deal with a line or grumpy workers.

I will most likely never visit this location again. Not only is the restaurant a disgusting mess but the employees are incompetent and rude. I got in line to order and they tell me steak is not available unless I order on the app when steak is literally on the menu. Oh well, weird but whatever. I made an order on the app and waited. While I was waiting I went to the front to ask for a water cup. The young lady working at the front had a sizable birthmark on her face and an even more sizable horrendous attitude. "Water is for customers only" she yelled at me when not even 5 minutes before she saw me in line and then leave to go stand at the pickup line. I showed her my order for pickup, which she didn't even look at. She rolled her eyes at me and literally shoved/threw a cup at me. I was so taken aback all I could say was "oh my god, ATTITUDE" don't spend your money here there's a lot of much better options in midtown where you're not treated like dog shit by the employees and there's any hint of a cleaning team. Get rid of her and maybe I'll reconsider. She's better suited for a drive thru or back of house seeing as me asking politely for a water cup triggered her aggression so badly.

My friend thought I was exaggerating about how bad the food was from this location so I used a different app to order a burrito for him he would have to eat on a dare. First of all, look at how small it is. Half scoops for online delivery can only be assumed to be corporate policy since it's so common. Chipotle is cheating customers by allowing consistent small portions. Also, the entire order was so wrong that my friend threw the terrible burrito in the trash and bought me a steak dinner as an apology.

This has got to be the worst chipotle I've been to. Chipotle cost way too much for the food to not have any flavor. I payed for my food the girl forgot to give me my bag. Tried calling but their number doesn't revenue work. It was a like and you got 3 people in the back posting on the table on the phone looking at videos loudly. Cilantro lime rice has no lime, no salt, and the rice is hard. I payed about $30 and ifnincouldninwpulxngonthere and ask for a refund. Management their needs to manage and push out food that edible

Please stop cooking food with spices and high heat. Your staff mentioned that your cooking hood is not functioning which is why the spicy air is affecting all your customers. Someone from corporate please come rescue this place! It's such a shame because this chipotle is in the perfection location but it only gets worse with every visit. 40 minute wait with only a hand full of customers in the store since everyone from this area gave up on this location. Always out of EVERYTHING, super dirty, no sodas, poorly trained staff. Every time we give it another try it only gets worse! This place went from 1 star to 0.. someone please save this location!!!

This is the last time I will ever come to this Chipotle, this is the 2nd time this employee "Leo" gives me attitude. He acts like he doesn't want to work and throws my food on the plate disrespecting me then I ask for chips and he says he doesn't have anymore then I ask for lettuce and he says that's all they have. After speaking to the manager she said there were not enough employee to make what I asked for then he smirked and laughed. Very unprofessional this line food server shouldn't be working here with that little kid mentality. There's thousands of people needing work for a person like him to represent Chipotle brand.

This location is really lacking good management and staff. 1st off the tortilla warm was broken, so no burritos. 2nd they had no tops for the bowls, so the cheese is going to stick to the tin paper. 3rd the cashier was on a personal phone call the whole time I was in line, getting my food,and paying. A smile would go a long way in this establishment. I was asking the cashier a questions and she was upset I was interrupting her call. Amazing !!!

The worst chipotle I have ever been to. The employees were yelling about their hours to each other, rude to each other and they were out of half of their ingredients. They delivered probably the worst most pathetic burrito bowl and burrito I have ever seen from Chipotle in my 10 years of going to Chipotle. If you have any choice DO NOT go to this one. Let it burn and shut down so a better establishment with better employees moves in. The place is also filthy... I'd be curious what a health inspection would turn up here. Just steer clear, so many better options in this area.

Nothing worse than say "hi how are you?" to someone and receive a "what you want?" with terrible attitude. The way that she took the order, handle the food, and communicate was extremely disrespectful. It should be simple: if you don't want to work / provide a good customer experience, then please allow someone else to take your position for a greater good for all. I got a word with the manager who kindly told me that he will talk to her. Thankfully he did. I just walked out of a place that I will definitely won't comeback. Rather go to another location on car...

So I read the yelp reviews on this chipotle, and they're pretty horrible. After dining here, it really wasn't a bad experience at all. The staff was actually quite friendly, and they had all the ingredients I wanted! I wanted to leave this review, to show support to this location, because it's really not as bad as the reviews make it seem. I know people have their good and bad days but overall I had a pleasant experience here. The location is awesome substrate in the heart of Midtown. I will definitely eat here again!!

I've been a few times now and every time my experience is worse than the previous... today, the employees began yelling at each other behind the counter and nearly got in a fight. Go to a different chipotle. They were out of white rice, black beans, guacamole, and sour cream. This is the second time they were out of items. Staff doesn't speak English so they thought I asked for double cheese. I don't care about language barrier but there's only 12 ingredients to communicate. Seems like they really don't care, will pump out bad orders and just profit off the franchise name.

This is BY FAR the worst chipotle have I ever been to. I have the misfortune of this being the only chipotle near my office, and come here either once a week or once every 2 weeks max. Every. Single. Time. It is a terrible experience. From employees that do not speak one single word of English, and even point to the item not working, to being unable to ever roll a burrito well. It is horrible. My burrito order for this specific location because I know they cannot roll a burrito is light rice, half scoop beans, chicken, half scoop corn, cheese & guac. I purposely ask for half scoops so the burrito is manageable enough to roll, and I have no problems ever at other chipotles, but this location finds it absolutely impossible to ever roll the burrito and hands me a giant mess. Today I was sick of it and ask them to not hand me this pile of slop and instead of just offering to re-roll it for me, they added a 2nd tortilla which ruins the taste because now I have to bite through a thick layer of tortilla every bite. I didn't ask them to throw it out and make me a new one. I just asked for them to re-roll it, and they looked at me like a chicken without a head. The food there is hit or miss. Some days it's good, other days it's garbage. The rice is either under cooked, chicken under or over seasoned/cooked. I've eaten at chipotles probably 300 times in my life, and this one is noticeably inconsistent. They have a 7-personal assembly line, which honestly just creates chaos. It's quite literally a running joke amongst the office when we go to chipotle for lunch of "let's see what goes wrong today", and there never fails to be something. Also, the soda machines are constantly out of flavor, which they don't warn you of before purchasing a drink. Many times the chips are stale. The employees are not friendly, make it clear that it is the last place on earth they want to be and seem utterly clueless. As the other reviews on here clearly show, there is a pattern with this location that needs some SERIOUS help. Whether it be someone from corporate coming to whip it into shape, or Gordon Ramsey busting through the door Kitchen Nightmares style. This place is a true Kitchen Nightmare, and is such a shame because all of us who love chipotle, have to deal with this absolute shit show on a regular basis. I HATE YOU CHIPOTLE OF MIDTOWN MIAMI ! You ruin my lunch break on a regular basis, and I don't know why I keep trying to come back hoping I'll have a better experience, because I never do. If I were president, whoever runs this location would be imprisoned. I cannot express strongly enough how much I hate and advise not giving this location any business

This chipotle in midtown is the worst one to go to. Every time I go there there's always something that they don't have and I usually go super early like around 12 to 1 o'clock in the afternoon. Today I went around 2 o'clock and I wanted to order some hard tacos for today and the young lady that was there she said that They didn't make any today I was a little upset I said OK that's fine let me get a bowl I get a bowl told her what I want and of course some thing else that they didn't have black beans. This is a an ongoing situation all the time I don't know if they don't have a manager there nobody's overseeing this location but it's getting really ridiculous. So if any of you guys are thinking about going to chipotle do not go to the one in midtown trust me you're going to be disappointed.

For this location to be in the heart of midtown shopping center I expected way better than this. First of all the back area is filthy with old food all over the counter and chicken built up on the grill (burnt) Second the silverware and napkin station was completely out I had to go under the counter myself to get napkins. Last but not least the horrible Service . employees talking to each other while guest wait to be checked out is BEYOND unprofessional , I should have listened to the other reviews and AVOIDED this location. I will be calling corporate because this is unacceptable. The only reason I gave 1 star is because I had no option to submit a 0!

This is the second or third time an order has been messed up by this location. I provided feedback via the app but was only credited with one entree which does not include the extra charge for guacamole which was not included in my food delivery. The sticker accurately listed all of the options I had selected but the person who made it left off the guacamole which costs almost $4 extra, the sour cream, the green salsa and barely had but a handful of actual Al pastor chicken. When you order for delivery we cannot do a quality inspection and is very disappointing I have to order again and pay for another driver tip for yet another bad chipotle experience.

I can see why the ratings are low. This was my first and probably last time coming to this location. The portions given were smaller than usual and compared to other Chipotle restaurants. The restaurant apparently had an issue with the cooling system and it was uncomfortably warm. All of the employees there lacked customer service and obviously didn't want to be there. The first person who started our order was in a rush and it wasn't even busy. The cashier, oh goodness, does not need to be in that position. He didn't greet us or other customers and only said "what type of bowl" over and over, no hi, no thank you, no good night, just a 'tired of this place' face. Lastly, their food counter was not clean and just messy... Ummm, no thanks. What an unwelcoming experience.

Food everywhere, TRASH everywhere, employees sitting in the dining room just eating, walking around taking to each-other. Not acknowledging when you walk in, 20 minutes later ( and no line) we leave with no food... the whole experience was mind blowing ( this place clearly has no one managing it) *the only person working was the male making meat on the grill.

this location has been here for less than 2 years. Every time I place an order my order is completely wrong. Their customer service is horrible and they have homeless people hanging outside all day long. They never clean the tables they never clean the bathroom. They never wash the soda machine.
