I ordered a burrito bowl with steak and they filled it up to the brim!! Every bite I had, had so much steak on the fork they gave me so much steak AND I ordered delivery

Busy lunch spot with a fully staffed counter that moves the line efficiently. Plenty of room to sit. Ample portions and scoops - you won’t feel unsatisfied here, I had to leave some in the bowl. Everything tasted fresh. Appreciated everyone’s attention and hard work - the employees are tuned in. Seemed to be a constant set of online/app orders being picked up too.

So not worth the money. Where is the rice. I’ve eaten here twice and the portion size is crazy. You actually have to ask for extra and then pay $20. They need to keep their utensils stocked. Atleast the first time I went they made the food look like something after I said it looks funny. They told me about the survey for free chips. Yesterday I paid $2.00 for chips that taste old. Get better service, better portion size. CAVA is better y’all.

The worst customer service! I had 1500 points, I used 1300, I still was charged for my food and the cashier told me that I didn't have enough points. Never again! I really don't recommend it to nobody! The cashier was not helping me with anything and still talking to me with an attitude! They think that we're stupid, they give you points and when you go to use it, this is what they do. They're stealing from people, because I spend a lot of money over there, to accumulate my points. Always, like that, when you want to use your points they treat you like that! Very disrespectful! I was wondering where is the management that allows lazy people work like that! I think that if you don't like your job, get out and go to find something else!

I've been to a few Chipotle spots and I went to the one near 34th Street near AMC, I ordered a barbacoa bowl so I can make their nacho hack. As I was getting the barbacoa the server only put a average portion when I asked for a little bit more he gave me only a tiny bit and when I asked again he said and I quote "Bro that's all I can give" no one has to speak to a customer like that at all. Overall I am not coming back to this location again, I can see why they got a B grade

Service is horrible as the staff watch you make the line while still conversing with one another and even if your are the only one on the line you still have to wait before being serviced or until they’re finished talking. The cashier is never friendly and it seems as though your begging for the food you pay for as the portion size is very small ( one spoon of rice shouldn’t be the amount for a chicken bowl) the staff seem to have an issue if you ask to add more! The Guacamole is good but often times the chips are stale or in smaller pieces and sense of urgency with the staff.

This store The food was not that great at all. I wish I would have read the reviews before I came in the person who the person pooh serving me.was good. But you gotta do better on your food.

Okay so this was the most hectic chipotle I've ever been to. However, they loaded up my bowl to the max and it was fully 2 whole meals which I applaud so much. They were soooo rushed and put my friends quesadilla in my bag and were trying to ring us up so fast but honestly I respect the hustle so I wouldn't even say that was a big problem for me. But my friends said they were nervous while ordering because it was so fast.

Recently, the quality of the food has been inconsistent. But what I find most unappealing is how salty the food has become. My last order was inedible and I had to toss it into the garbage. The commercials make the food look so appealing. There should be standardized food preparation for all locations. I really like Chipotle, when it's prepared well.

This place has gotten progressively worse over the last few years, and now I feel it is unsalvageable. I came in and ordered one of the items that I usually get a kid's meal. The lady told me I had 3 choices. I selected my 3. She told me my third choice was free so I could get a different item. She completed my order with freebie toppings on the side. My bill was $4 higher than usual. It seems that cashier and some of the other employees charge for some of the items despite then being free on the app. I'm not sure if they had a personal issue with me or what. They completely remade my order instead of just taking the one item out of the tray that I didn't want it. Then I get to the table to eat my food. The chicken was dry and old. The tortillas were tough, and the bag of chips were stale and broken. Even the queso was thick, cold and clumpy, instead of smooth and hot like it usually is. The fresh lemonade was just water, the other Frescas were available. If you can't give people the basic quality that your company stands by you shouldn't even be open. Get better employees or retrain the ones you have to treat everyone equally and teach them quality control.

they didn't give me a water cup and I was dehydrated after purchasing a bowl. They wanted to charge me $4 dollars for a water bottle after paying $20 for my meal. Everyone should give free water cups as that's a human necessity, and other food chains give free water cups as I didn't need anything fancy.

It's a pretty big Chipotle but can get packed because it's near penn station. I would recommend going during off peak hours because lunch is packed. We came here around 9pm and there wasn't really anyone there. It was quick and easy to get the food. I would eat back in your apt/home since the area has loiters.

Honestly not sure why so many people had bad experiences at this location. I went around 2:30 got a bowl and the girl gave good sized portions and the girl working the register was super friendly and kind. The food was really good as well, I would definitely visit this chipotle location again if I'm in the area.

Ordered ahead in the Chipotle app. Food took a while to come out. The line in store was extremely long but moving. There was seating to eat in.

I ordered steak with Rice lettuce tomatoes and cheese horrible food came cold my bag was open and the food was horrible Rice was hard I ordered shre cheese and they put liquid cheese a spread .Driver didn't even ring my bell left food in front of my door .

I order the full veggie bowl off their lifestyle menu, and the server asks, "What's that?" I say, "I don't know. Can't you look it up?" She says no. The bowl is for my wife. I don't know what's in it. I ask for a little of all the vegetables. This was fairly close. I missed the beans and shouldn't have added the cheese. But seriously, I don't work in the restaurant. Shouldn't they know what's in it? Very disappointing!

Came to this Chipotle before a concert at MSG over the weekend. I was excited because the line was pretty short, so I figured we'd grab a quick bite to eat and then head to our show. Unfortunately, there was only one person working the line! So the line moved unbelievably slowly - the worker was trying his best but there's only so much one person can do. I understand that hiring is probably pretty challenging right now, but the end result was a really disappointing experience. After ordering, we decided to sit down and eat in the restaurant. The tables were kind of dirty (nothing horrendous, though) and the quality of the food wasn't great (my steak didn't look or taste fresh). I can't imagine coming back to this Chipotle.

My quesadilla was not even a little melted and they charged me for a side of mild salsa. Ridiculous.

This is the stingiest Chipotle ever. They consistently give less than half a spoonful of the ingredients. I walked away with the world's smallest burrito. I haven't had this problem at other Chipotles, but this has happened multiple times at this location. Avoid.

The food itself is fine, however, the staff have a tendency to rush the order which can often lead to people receiving the wrong order. It doesn't happen all the time but there are instances where your food is WAY further ahead than your physical placement in line, which can also make it hard to communicate with the staff about what you would like in your order (since you have to maneuver around the line to speak to the employee who is helping you). I understand the fast pace is due to how quickly the place can get packed, but I don't think speed of receiving order should outweigh the accuracy of order. I'd rather wait to get my CORRECT order than get the WRONG order quickly. This fast pace often affects the cashiers as well because they often seem confused as to what's going on as they are trying to get up to speed on what to charge next.

The 9th Ave Chipotle 44th St. I watch how hard those young people work & I'm in awe of them. They're on their feet, accommodating sometimes difficult customers, cleaning, & it's constant. I tried to compliment one employee (Emma) but couldn't find a place on their website. They work as fast as humanly possible !

Went to the new Chipotle in Sanger CA. I see they are still using the old scam of the guacamole sticking to the spoon so too bad you will be getting a quater size amount but still pay over $3.00 for it. Also, so people do not get sick as in the past ,they are overly salting the food and putting plenty of vinagar on the food. Food has no flavor except for the taste of salt and vinagar. As much as they are using on the food they are clearly using it as a preservative.

way too many beans. I asked for white rice, chicken, black beans and cheese. I don't know what was going on at the chipotle when my burrito was being made, but someone did NOT get the assignment. When I unwrapped my burrito I was excited to bite into heaven. however, today when I took a bite into so called "heaven" I realized that it must've been hell. I mean, did they even put cheese in my burrito? all I tasted for 15 minutes of my valuable life was straight black beans. could you please fix this problem, perchance?

I had the best service by Abigail, staff at lower Manhattan Chipotle on Fulton Ave and (William Street). She was warm, friendly, polite, and show cased amazing customer service skills. I fell in love with the food chain again after my interaction with Abigail today.

Chipotle needs to figure out their f*cking website. Every time I try to order online something goes wrong. It never works for me and is literally the worst food ordering website I have ever experienced. I had to spend an extra $30 on a food delivery service just so I could order online. I could have picked it up in person but had to pay for delivery because their website was not working. I have also found a piece of a workers glove and a dead fly in my food on two separate occasions. Worst company. They need to figure sh*t out.

Location is close to train station. The prep line was a mess. They were out of peppers and onions. I ordered a sofritas burrito. Line moved quickly. Rice was slightly overcooked. The dining area needed to be cleaned.

they won't give you a water cup and their soda machine is down 10 months out of the year. bad portions and understaffed

Went to order and right away the coworkers were extremely rude. There was no rice, no steak, no salsa which is fine we just got other things but we got kids meals and the cashier said there was no side because they were out of things, the door opens behind him and I see a wall full of chips. I said can we have some kids chips and gave attitude whilst saying no, and then more when we asked for someone who was in charge. The manager was very nice but he needs to give his coworkers a check, they were extremely horrible to everyone.

I frequent this location for work. You get your food fast, and the food is decent. During rush hour, the line can reach the door, but the wait is never too unbearable. The service is just okay. Some of the employees are a bit jaded and also not very attentive (giving two scoops of rice when asking for just a little bit of rice, for example). However, as a fast food spot in manhattan, I don't expect much.

One of the best Chipotle's, especially in NY. Efficient service and generous portions. Tends to get crowded during popular times, but everyone likes a good meal!

The wait is always a minimum of 20 minutes, there could be 2 people in front of you and somehow you are always waiting. They are ALWAYS out of something and sometimes it's not even in the works of being refilled it's just our. I've been over 10 times and it's the same horrible experience each time - worth it to walk an additional 15 minutes to a different location. The staff is rude and the kitchen is dirty

Need a fast, sort-of healthy meal before heading out of town or just getting into town? This is the spot for you. It is on 34th Street, half a block from Penn Station and a couple of blocks from Go Bus, Flix Bus and Mega Bus. It is a very spacious location, so there is plenty of seating - no need to worry about having the time or finding a place to eat. The food is definitely up to the usual Chipotle standards and I have never waited in a line that just doesn't seem to move - you are in and out very quickly.

Chipotle is one of those consistent lunch spots that you can set your watch to. This location had only 1 person working during lunch which was odd so it took a little longer. I got the bowl with steak and it was overcooked. The rest of the ingredients worked well and the guacamole is fresh. I always add a little hot sauce to the bowl for flavor and it does the trick. Not sure I will be back to this location but I will be back to Chipotle.

There wasn't a clean table to sit at and there was nobody in there besides us. The staff was not very friendly. No smiles or greeting when we walked in. We should have walked right out. I had a salad and a good portion of the salad mix was tough stems. This is the first time I ate at a Chipotle and didn't enjoy my meal. I will continue dining at Chipotle elsewhere but never again at this establishment.

I was visiting your New York location from Mexico, and I was really craving some good authentic Mexican food but I was sadly disappointed and what you guys serves me. This is not Mexican food.

Sitting here at the 34th and 8th Chipolte waiting for some friends and in the 20minutes I've been here, no one has bothered to clean any of the tables, just amazes me!!!

Obviously Chipotle is always delicious--that's not the issue. I just find it really fascinating that nobody working at this Chipotle seems to have ever encountered a burrito before. Surely that's a given for a tex-mex inspired restaurant? To anybody working at this location that's confused, please allow me to explain--a burrito is a tortilla filled with various toppings and wrapped neatly into a cylindrical shape. As the toppings within are layered, the consumer gets a bite of each topping every time. A burrito is NOT: -Loosely wrapped into a fat square, with an opening at the back. -Filled with approximately 4.5 metric tonnes of each selected filling. -Layered horizontally so each filling makes up a separate bite. Guacamole should not be located 5 inches away from the beans, for instance. I had to ask for a bowl and eat this disaster over it--which resulted in me eating a soggy plain tortilla with a complete burrito bowl on the side. Order the burrito bowl. Spare yourself.

This Chipotle location is convenient for me, so I come here once in a while. It's definitely not the most efficient location, though. I can't tell you how many times I've gone here during lunch and they have run out of a basic ingredient like chicken or brown rice. There's almost always a long line, which is expected in midtown, but the employees that they have working at the register definitely slow everything down. The other day I handed the employee cash...she got distracted by something...and then tried to tell me that I didn't pay. Another employee had to show her that I had already paid and was waiting for my change. Overall, if you're in a hurry or want a seamless experience, this isn't the Chipotle location to visit. Still, it's a pretty large location so it is nice that you can almost always find a seat.

My first time trying out the Chorizo Burrito. It was great. Else, its the same old Chipotle that you would see anywhere else

Costumer Service Food is Amazing that's why we usually get this for lunch or dinner. BUT costumer service is horrible. This is a very good food not for rude service. This location is at Main St. in Queens, we ordered 2 bowls, the lettuce falling off the bowl and was not even closed properly. The food counter is too messy, rice, lettuce, cheese are on the counter base... service crew did not clean after their mess. They leave it on the food counter and move on to the next costumer. I paid for my order and I think the cashier made a mistake and didn't tell me, another lady came (I guess supervisor), and charge me again, I told her that I already paid, she said NO with a tone. I don't want to double pay, BUT if she explained to me what happened I will understand. So, I told her am not gonna pay again, then she said rudely, then am not gonna give you your food! WHAT? Was the rudest thing I have ever encountered, no explanation at all. So I repay put my pin again. I told them that If I have double charged am coming back for refund. My thing is, it's all about costumer service. Rudeness is not acceptable. They need more training for costumer service or hire more polite crew. I didn't say am not gonna eat at Chipotle again, I still want to, but not coming back to this branch. Cleanliness and Politeness of the lady crew is zero. Doesn't know how to deal with costumer and crew members.

I been to many chipotle before, by far this is the worst one. I ordered online and went to pick it up. When I pick up my bag, the bag was very lite. When back to my desk and took my rice bowl out. Wow, the bowl is not even half full and where's the pork that I order? I have to look and all I find was one piece of pork. 1 freaking piece of pork? Are you kidding me? This place is cheap with their food. For the price you charge me, I get one small scoop of rice, little bean, few lettuce, few corns, sour cream & cheese. Compare to other chipotle, this place give everything half of other place give. And the food doesn't taste good. It is very salty. If I could give a 0 star, I would. I wouldn't go back to this place again.

This is a 1/2 a star place...the service is the ABSOLUTE WORST....I TOTALLY understand how they are understaffed. I get that. There is absolutely NO excuse for me or ANYONE to be waiting for their food that is ALREADY PREPARED AND BOWLED for 6 mins while the cashier is in the back running their mouth....We all have other things to do-that's why I am grabbing food to go....I won't be back to this Chipotle-if I ever go back to a Chipotle ever again....why waste my time and money...well time-since I left the food on the counter anyway...

This chipotle was really good, the line was short when we walked in and there were so many people dining in. The place looked nice and they filled my bowl to the top! However, the dining area is closed most of the time, so you might have to order and then eat elsewhere

Worst chipotle in the country. Consistently has bad customer service and never has full inventory. I've come here three times in two weeks and the only consistent thing has been the bad experience provided. I ordered a veggie bowl at 5:10p and it was supposed to be ready at 5:30. Instead, the bowl was ready at 5:53 all for the order to be wrong. It was a burrito bowl with meat and cheese. I have a dairy allergy and haven't consumed meat in over 15 years smh!! Not to mention they NEVER have salad dressing at this location. Such a bad experience smh. Wouldn't recommend anyone go here!!!

I had two simple orders. The girls behind the counter were such in a rush and not attentive to what I was saying. I didn't even point to anything I wanted yet because I was waiting for them to be finished with whatever conversation they were having amongst themselves. Then one girl finally begins to pay attention and just starts putting tomatoes on one of my bowls. She then didn't proceed to get me a new bowl but rather SCOOP THEM OUT with a freaking cup. Im not allergic to tomatoes but I highly despise them. It literally ruins the whole feel. Like dead ass who the hell does that? Just make a whole new bowl.

I hatteeeeeeeeeeeee this location and every time I try to give it another chance, I remember why I hate it so much. My office is on 35th street so this is a convenient location especially when I am trying to grab something quick before a meeting I don't mind the line considering the location however they are just not consistent with anything and it is very frustrating and the lettuce are not always fresh

Yes! Finally, those tasty big-ass burritos at Chipotle! We went here right after the visit of the Empire State Building, right at the corner. You walk in and order up front and make your picks. So I opted for a chicken burrito with brown cilantro-lemon rice, black and pinto beans, tomatoes, sour cream, cheese and some lettuce. I also got mine pretty hot as I added salsa to it. The guys were quite generous cause normally you can either sour cream or cheese, pinto or black beans but we got a bit of everything! Niiiiiice! We also added a regular soda and yes, they serve it PIBB XTRA which you do not find frequently anymore. For this we paid 11 bucks including tax. Quite okay for this fat-ass and very tasty burrito! The personnel was very friendly and the place kinda comfortable - I mean we are talking fast food restaurant - so they are mostly not very comfy!

Was in and out at around 7pm on a week night. The service was fast. The customer service was very nice but I had to scream my order. The place was pretty loud but it is not their fault. They have faster service compared to the other chain locations I've been too. I'm not sure why this spot got lower ratings. Their Guacamole was fresher than most. I like that the person making my food didn't get mad when I wanted to change my order. Thank you for being considerate. They are close to the E train on 8th avenue. The location is rather big probably why it was so loud there. The salad bowl was really good. I'm glad they made my burrito tight and with love. Only complaint they didn't give me a fork for my salad.

I was pretty disappointed by how slow the service was. I went there for a quick bite and ended up waiting in line for over 25 minutes. The line wasn't that long, it was just very slow-moving. I ordered a chicken burrito, but they said there were preparing the chicken in the kitchen and said it would be a couple of minutes. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes for the new batch of chicken to arrive.

This location never ceases to not amaze me. They're typically stingy with their food portions. One Sunday (about 12noon) they asked me to leave the store since the woman in front of me was the last one they will serve. So I was perplexed. This evening, they didn't bother to get more white rice and had an obnoxious tone to their customers.

Worst ever experience at a chipotle ever, and chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants. I came in at around 9:00pm on Wednesday July 5th. This short Spanish girl was giving EVERYONE in front of me attitude, saying they had no rice no this no that fine whatever, but she was super rude because it looked like she was tired and wanted to go home. Or she just really hates her job. Anyways my turn came up and she told me "there's no rice for now" so I said oh for now she there will be some soon. She's like yea but not for another 10-20 minutes so I said that's ok I'll wait cause you know fresh rice I'll wait. The she said oh no it'll be 30 minutes to an hour now. Rice don't take That long to cook so how will it be an hour wait for rice now? She was just doing whatever she could and saying whatever she could to get customers out the door, but the way her attitude was was uncalled for. What I should've did was ask for her name and report her but I just let it go and left. I said okay no thank you and then left, I would've left it at that but she made a snarky remark like "okay bye" so I said you really don't have to be so rude ,then I cursed her out and left which I shouldn't have done but she was soooo freaking rude for noooo reason.

I am coming out of Yelp retirement to write this review. I was grabbing a quick dinner before heading back to the office to take a call at 9:00 p.m. The line before me (5-6 people deep) cleared within 5ish minutes. Then 6 online orders came in, in addition to replenishing all supplies, which means that a one-minute order took 20-25 minutes overall when it should not have. This is likely the last time I order Chipotle.

I think this location of Chipotle is hit or miss with the food and service. I usually stop here before or after I go to the AMC Theatres next door. On my recent visit, the restaurant was not too crowded. There were many empty tables but they needed attention---people left their trash on them and there was food on the floor and none of the staff went to clean up. As for the food, it was actually really good and they gave me a nice hefty portion. Other than the mess around the restaurant, my experience has been OK here.
