Chipotle Mexican Grill

I haven’t had chipotle in 7 years, and wow… this stuff is actually bussin. I got a bowl with their new chipotle honey chicken, brown rice, pinto beans, guac, romaine lettuce, and fresh tomato salsa - and it was so good. Big portion, but I demolished the whole thing in one sitting (post-workout hunger hits different). A little spicy, but nothing crazy. Super satisfying and kept me full for hours. Definitely glad I gave it another try!

They’re losing their quality control. The rice was undercooked and hard, which made it really unappetizing. This is already the second time it’s happened, so I wanted to let the team know. It would be better to discard undercooked rice rather than serve it and let the quality go down!

I ordered food and paid once , she said pay again. Then I keep telling her I paid I have got msg in msg. She Dnt beleive. She charged me again and misbehaving front of everyone Then k did not leave tha counter because I got charged 2 times and I have proof with screen short I got my receipt. She grapes my receipt and trying to throw she did twice then I said k need to talk to your manager. She was not Listning me and keep taking away my 2 receipts. Then manager came out and check. Cashier was still not accepting her mistake. Finely manager help me she understood she saw my receipt 2 time charged she saw my bank app. Then she refudn me. But it’s been very bad experience with this location.

Bad attitude ‘ bad guy cold food .. go trash can. ( My English not good and was my first time to eat at mexico style food restaurant .I say I want three taco he said tow words (..or .. that I don’t know the words Maybe different flour so I just nod and say ok. Seem he knows my English not very well . After this the guy do not pay patient, I just think about 3 second ,he yelling me “what do you want “ trying make me no thinking say fast . Crazy ! but I still bought the cold food!!!).

The food is good but they dont follow CDC guidelines but everyone please don't let this lady serve you. She spits when she speaks. I spoke to a manager about her and she stills has her job and keeps her mask down.

Im in love with chipotle. It always taste good no matter where you go. I went to the mall and decided to get some chipotle to eat. Must try whenever you are in the area.

I’m a regular in this location since i work here. The cashier girl has very bad attitude and she lacks manners. I never do bad reviews but this is my 3rd time experiencing this. She needs to learn how to talk to customers

My daughter was at this location today 1/21/25 at approximately 7:45pm coming from med school . Half way through eating her bowl she found a white gum that was chewed and placed inside of her meal . She informed the manager who stated she checks inside all the employees mouth prior to their shift starting in which is unheard and straight BS. She then stated she cannot provide a refund however offered another bowl . She seemed annoyed with a slight attitude and eventually ended up giving a refund to my daughter’s debit card . The receipt says Jessica, not sure if that’s the manager or cashiers name. I am highly disgusted with how my daughter was treated with this unsanitary situation . The staff was also laughing as if they knew what took place . The manager did not take this major food safety concern seriously. Very unprofessional . They should all be fired and this will be reported to the health department ! Unacceptable!!!

If you've been to one Chipotle you been to them all. I appreciate quality ingredients that taste good. I ordered a burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, double chicken, corn salsa, fajita peppers, shredded cheese with a side of chips and guacamole. The bowl was perfect. The portions were well balanced and the ingredients were fresh. I ended splitting the bowl with my hunny because it was entirely too much for me to eat.

Ordered a Kids quesadilla to go for my daughter, when I got home I open the my order and come to find out they didn't even put the quesadilla at all. Horrible service always seems like everything is in a rush and always promoting a watermelon lemonade they never actually carry. Had to make her a quesadilla at home Very disappointed

The inside is nice, but the food was bland. I don't know how they managed to do that, but this was the worse Chipotle I've ever eaten at. In this way, it's very similar to most restaurants I've tried in Corona, Queens. Even the fast food here is a little off, and the foodstuff in the groceries tastes worse. Otherwise, it's a very normal Chipotle. It's clean and there are no complaints about the service. The ambience is nice. (After you get inside, I mean. The neighborhood is pretty bad.)

Don't come here if you don't want to waste money for some mediocre food and serving size. Furthermore, they aren't allowing refills on your PAID fountain beverage. The restaurants in the same food court offer better servings, flavors AND unlimited refills. Save your money, go to another restaurant.

Worst burrito I have ever had. Living in queens you get the best of all cuisines. And this burrito that I had in queens center mall was the worst- cold, not rolled well, tasteless. It was like a blob of rice was thrown in dough.

The meat and chips was so salty. My BP went up to 180/95. I couldn't even eat it. I went up there and the Hispanic guy was shaking so much salt. I had to ask for a refund.

The service is bad and the food is cold don't come here if you don't want to eat cold food!!!

Service was impeccable. employees here know how to treat there costumers with respect. Shout out to employee Carlos, he made sure to add the perfect amount of everything to my order.

Don't go here, the employees couldn't describe customer service if they had a script written out in front of them. Had a couple employees laugh at me so that was cool, then the guy making my food wasn't listening to me AND decided to give me attitude. Then followed it up with tossing my food towards the register instead of walking it over and putting it in a bag. Your money will go much further somewhere else. 0 stars is more fitting

My only complaint is that they give you basically NO hot sauce. They put about 2 small pumps into a huge container. It's ridiculous. After spending $20 on a meal you're gonna give me little to no hot sauce. Absolutely unacceptable, very disappointed with this location!!!!

Service was quick and portions were pretty good. I had a bowl while L chose the burrito. I normally share one and have never had one just for myself and I definitely could not finish it. I was full but I wasn't satisfied... it just didn't taste that good. I can make a better Chipotle burrito... the ingredients just aren't that flavorful. The corn poblano salsa which I normally love.. I couldn't even tell was there. With all the promotions Chipotle has, it doesn't matter how much food you give away if you don't improve it first. It was a cheap lunch since I had a b1g1 deal, but I dunno if it was still worth it. I think I'll stick to other places for now.

Woke up really late on a Sunday, and got a Chipotle burrito because I'm trying to eat healthy and all... unsuccessfully. Anyways, that was the only meal I had on that Sunday... And the following day was pretty miserable. Let's just say I made many not so fun bathroom visits allllll day. The sour cream tasted a little bit funny, so I think it was the sour cream that caused me this endless misery. Needless to say, but never returning to this Chipotle or even this food court.

I really didn't know Chipotle could be this bad. Seriously. When it's hard to take the rest of the chain laden food court seriously in Queens Center Mall, I thought I was doing myself a favor by going here. The lines were short, the food is supposed to be healthy, and I actually like Chipotle in most instances. Even the low Yelp rating wasn't enough to dissuade me, because I wanted to believe they were better than that. Not so. I ordered a regular asada burrito, three tacos of sofritas, and a carnitas burrito bowl for the group. The line was unbearingly slow, mainly because the guy behind the counter seemed hard of hearing. I would say "carnitas" or "sofritas" and he'd say "haaaa!?" When "pork" and "vegan / tofu" didn't work, I knew he was simply hard of hearing. The remaining workers along the line were also slow and it became difficult to choose the next few items. Next was a girl who was really trying to give me a hard sell on guacamole. It was already $10 for the burrito, what's another $2.50 really? I opted out in hopes of speeding things along but she was pushing for any guacamole on any of the items. She kept muttering that it was "fresh" and "perfect" for a burrito bowl / taco topping but after a decisive and hard "No THANK you" she wrapped the items and shot them over to the cashier without so much of a thanks or any eye contact. $33 after tax, I headed over to the table and realized that there really wasn't much filling in any of them. It was as if the proteins were dialed back a tad, indicating there was some sort of shortage of items at the counter. Nope, the food bins were full and only few people in line. Turns out they were just being stingy. When the food and customer service fails, there's no reason for me to come back.

Restaurant is located in the food court of the Queens Center Mall (subway: M, R to Woodhaven Blvd); lower level. Stopped by for their annual Boorito celebration. I've been participating for the last several years. Wear a costume, & a burrito is $4. Pro tip: ask for guac; it'll still be $4. Food tasted the same, but the guacamole looked like it'd been out for a bit. They also didn't fill up the bowl; the amount of rice was less then usual.

Went to the Queens Center Mall and my brother asked me to pick up food. He asked for a Chipotle steak bowl with black beans, lettuce, corn, and tomatoes for $9 after tax. He asked me if I wanted one as well and i politely declined.... I don't like Chipotle and today was a perfect example why: 1. They were cleaning the top of the assembly station and were pushing food back into the sunken food trays... 2. I went to grab a fork and there was hair stuck on the prongs... 3. For $9 they couldn't even pack the bowl... 4. The material for the bowl is gross So now you know why I don't eat Chipotle. I rather go to a local Mexican restaurant for authentic food and a bigger portion at that....

ok its good im not the only one. I go to chipotle all the time and have great service everywhere I go. I don't care this is not authentic Mexican, it taste pretty damn good for it. I bought 2 bowls, one for me and one for friend. the service was rushed even though there was no one behind me. she wouldn't even let me choose before she ended my sentence. the portion this specific Hispanic lady gave me was smaller than any other chipotle I been to. then my friend ordered and told her that was too much sour cream, friend told her a little and the food dispenser lady gave her the size of a large potato of sour cream. she rolled her eyes and then used a cap to remove slight amount of sour cream. what kind of service is this?!!! all the chipotle I been to was always nice to me, no matter if it was in forest hills, long island, manhattan. it just had to be queens center to have the most ignorant employees. I been here several times before too and the previous employees were kind hearted, not these current workers.

Pure goodness, when you have many food options and cannot decide. When you need to get them gains for the summer. When you want something fast and healthy, this is the place to go. Double rice, beans, chicken, cheese and double lettuce. Just under $10 for this, you cannot beat it.

I have lunch here once a week, I like to eat spicy foods but not often. When I do I choose to get the bowl with white rice, black beans, the steak and some lettuce. It's always great, never had a problem. However, the staff seem to always be in a rush when servicing me even when there isn't a line. They're fast, I'll give them that but I don't like to be rushed especially when I am there because I'm on my break from work. Break time is relax time, there's no reason to rush me if I'm the only one there in fact the longer I stay there the more I am likely to purchase. The staff could use some relax time 2/5/18 decided to get three sides today white rice, lettuce and beans. Was charged $11.70. I asked $11.70 even tho I didn't order a meal and there's no meat the guy Evance said yes. What Evan didn't know was that I ordered the same thing last week and was charged about$5 because they placed the order down as sides. I'm going to have lunch somewhere else from now on.

It is Chipotle, "fast casual" which is basically fast food. If you never had a Chipotle before, its basically some meat cooked on a hot surface that was previously marinated. Depending on the worker, you may or may not have something that is overcooked sometimes, just like any other fast food place that is understaffed and flooded with customers. You can then add rice, salsa, lettuce, etc to make it into a burrito or just put it all in a bowl to avoid the mess. Looking at the negative (click lowest rated) yelp reviews of Chipotle, people are complaining about things that can easily be remedied. Yes, sometimes they don't give you a lot of hot sauce. So just ask for more. Yes, sometimes the staff tries to service you faster. That is because they're ingrained to deal with high volume of people, just like any other fast food joint. You can talk slower or think about what you actually want first before you get on line. Okay they ran out of chips when they're close to closing, do you think the staff can make chips out of nowhere? Someone else complained about closing early. They do not close at 10pm they close at 9:30pm please read the sign. If the guac is brownish color, WHY WOULD YOU GET IT? You can see the guac right there. Guac turns color due to oxidation which is a normal chemical reaction and it will not give you food poisoning. Someone else complained that "they asked for a little of something" and then the staff "gave them too much". Ok, what measurement unit is "a little"? At chipotle, you can ask for the add ons to be placed on the side (meaning in a separate container) so you can control how much they put. I've been to this chipotle since they've opened in 2013 and any rude interactions I've seen were from customers giving the staff disrespect. Compared to a lot of other places, this chipotle tries their best to make things right if you ask nicely. The only "bad service" I've gotten was being told I needed to wait cause they were cooking a new batch of meat and one other time I came when they were close to closing and they told me they were not going to make another batch of meat cause they were going to close soon (which is perfectly reasonable!)

I tend to always enjoy my burrito when I grab chipotle. I went the Chipolte in the Queens Center Mall and was happy with my meal. I go for half and half on the rice and beans so I can taste that variety. I also go half and half on the meats (half steak and half barbacoa). I get a little bit of everything else except for the cheese. I asked them to load up the cheese and they did. The burrito was excellent. It was really big and I turned it into 2 meals. This is a good Chipolte location and gave me the typical Chipolte meal which is always a hit with me.

Yummm.. the option to create your own burrito any way you can. This place is small but there is an option for outdoor seating ( there are like 3 small tables) the lines went quick and we got everything we wanted and more

I have such mixed feelings about this location-- but I can tell by the inconsistency of service that the employees don't receive proper training or that they really don't care. There are days where my portions are ridiculously tiny and then there are days where my bowl could feed a tiny village-- ah... I feel so neutral.

Normally, I love Chipotle. The staff is usually wonderful and I leave feeling stuffed and satisfied. Today, however, I left annoyed. The woman making my burrito did not listen to anything I said. I asked for just a little bit of salsa- she gave me a whole spoon full. I asked for extra cheese- she gave me almost nothing. When I asked again for more cheese she picked out a tiny pinch and added it to my burrito. Last, I asked for guacamole on the side and she put it at the side of my burrito and wrapped it. In what world does on the side mean inside? The food did taste fine...but this is supposed to be a burrito made the way I like it...and it very clearly failed there.

I had a good experience at this location. The service was fast and portions were on par. $9 for my chicken bowl without guac. The people working there were friendly and food was fresh. I would stop by again.

All my friends talk about Chipotle, so I was eager to try it and taste a hint of God. It was gross. It didn't actually taste like real mexican food. Couldn't even finish it all, I was still so hungry but it was so icky. If you know real mexican food, you wouldn't like this place. Not to mention the lines are LONG, it takes forever to get something. It's a mess

I like Chipotle I come here for a quick meal that I know I am gonna enjoy. This last time I was here tho was good and a lil meh... So The girl that was making the bowls gave you huge portions which I love b/c usually they are skimpy (well at least at this location) and so I was happy about that, but then when I go to check out the girl who is cashier first has no personality and when I asked for salsa for my chips she gives me one that I saw sitting to the side and so I requested a new one be made b/c for one don't know how long it sat there and why and 2 I wanted a fresh one. She looked as tho that was crazy.. So she had the girl make it and the the girl who made it kind of slammed it down like she had a problem... I didn't say anything, I just thought.. Hhmm I guess I'll be giving a not so good review on Yelp... And there it is....lol So food part they get a 4, but service yea not so much.

Damn, I don't know what all the beef is about Chipotle, but when I'm tired of Sarku Japan, I head here and the food always comes out consistent to what I get on 8th avenue in the city. Maybe the only difference is that they staff here is slower because it's not the city, but the food standards are still the same. My burrito bowl still is yummy as long as I get it the way I ask. TO STAY OR TO GO? BROWN OR WHITE? BLACK OR PINTO? WHAT KIND OF MEAT? NEXT?

OH MY GOODNESS !!! I rarely rarely write 1 star reviews but this place doesn't even deserve that. First let me start off by saying that if I wasn't starving and about to pass out, I wouldn't eat at the food court at queens center mall. Not that there is anything really wrong with that , I'm just not a fan of eating in food courts (this one isnt really that clean and seating is scarce). So the only thing that I thought was sensible and gluten free friendly other than a salad was chipotle. I wanted to be full and satisfied but boy was I so disappointed. I decided to order a vegetarian bowl (a lot of stuff minus meat). It looked like a sloppy mess. They gave a tiny spoon of rice, tiny spoon of beans, barely any lettuce or tomatoes. To make matters even worse when she told me it was $9 I was in total shock. I could have spent the same amount and had enough spanish or chipotle inspired food for at least three days. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT EAT HERE.....oh and the area with the lemons..yuck gross gross gross (can you imagine the amount of bacteria) Anyway , there is enough food options in the neighborhood. Choose wisely

Okay. I'm ready to get shit for the review I'm about to bomb on this place. IT IS ALL ABOUT THE HYPE THESE DAYS. I am not saying this because I want to be against the grain I REPEAT I am in no way shape or form a hater. But shit, this place sucks. I'd choose Moe's any day! First off the meat is dry and tastes like complete nothing. The tortilla tastes like even more nothing and the toppings are just onions with salt. Everyone and their mommies daddies grannies doggies were raving about this place to me like it was an actual taco truck on Roosevelt avenue (kidding). At least I gave it a chance. sorry kiddos but no.

This place is not as bad as it seems, every time I head to the mall I get these weird cravings of having a burrito from here lol. The line goes by really quick, they have a lot of people working behind the counter and friendly staff. Quality of the food is a lil on the downfall but hey it's considered junk food or fast food. I had a Tortilla, black beans, sheared beef, pico de gallo, cream cheese and a blackberry drink they have. Really good!!! The only bad thing is that their prices are really high, I payed about $14 for everything. It should be much less.

Healthy food and amazing customer service now The ceo cares about sustainable agriculture and growing their meat naturally. Your in good hands with a big franchise. Tried so many local burrito places in queens Nyc and it can't compare to chipotles

Alright, well since the E Coli scandal in the Chipotle chain, the flavor in most of the Chipotle's I've tried have significantly declined.. and I've practically stopped going to Chipotle all together. However, lately Chipotle has been offering a lot of deals such as free guac and chips, and BOGO Chipotle with a free Izze. I came in on a weekday, probably about half a hour before they were suppose to close. There were only two people working at the time, and no line. The lady moving me along the line was very unattentive.. I said brown rice and she put in white rice, then when I repeated myself she poured out the white rice and then scooped up some brown rice for me. I said no beans, but she was getting ready to put some pinto beans in my bowl. There was no issue with the protein.. and somewhere along the line, before finishing up my bowl.. she capped it! But, she quickly fixed her mistake by saying that she's sorry. We moved along the line fine at this point. At the register, I showed my coupon and the girl working the register had no idea what this coupon was. She asked the girl working the line, so I could only assume that the one working the line was the manager. They had no idea what this coupon was.. even after I had explained it to them, but finally we got it right and I walked out with two bowls and an Izze after only paying for one bowl. The food is how I remember Chipotle to be, the chicken was tender and not bitterly burnt.. The food was truly excellent and up to Chipotle standards. I definitely enjoyed that. However, the service and attention to customer could be improved.

Worst experience at a chipotle literally they ran out of chips at 8pm how is that even possible and the people were so rude they didn't even care. Underprepared for a Friday night

CLOSES BEFORE THEIR NORMAL STORE HOURS. They have no customer service skills. They close at 10:00pm but told us they were closed at 9:30pm. Management needs to get a handle of this ASAP if they want local customers. That was the stupidest response I've ever received from a service staff. God awful. Get your s*** together. Seriously.

Worst Chipotle I have ever been to! The workers are very rude. They don't give you much at all and I feel like the food and ingredients are not very fresh. Shame on you Chipotle. Fix this location!

I like Chipotle and when I eat it I pretend that it's some awesome Mexican food. Lets face it, it isn't, but I digress. This particular establishment is incredibly skimpy, like if the employees fear someone barking at them if they go over their allotted measurements. Every time I go here without fail, I feel the need to get extra meat. Or even worse ask the server to put a little more beans or another dash of salsa (gasp). What's sad about this, is I'm not a big eater, and it doesn't take much to fill me up. If this is their ploy to generate business, honestly, that reflects poorly on Chipotle as a whole.

I've been to a lot of Chipotle branches in different states and cities and this is by far the worst. Very rude and lazy employees. They will ignore you and chat away until they feel like giving service. I won't be surprised if this branch fails. No stars!

Management is top notch! I came in to get a bowl and the beans were very hard still. I let the staff know and the manager personally came out to address the issue. He offered me an alternative and had my order remade right away. After he came and checked on how I was doing and even went one step further and gave me a coupon for my next visit. WOW!! Can't say enough about how great the service is here.

Worst Chipotle I've been to. Nothing but Rude and disrespectful high school kids working here. I like to order my food a specific way and everytime they end up remaking it or they tell me I cannot have it that particular way. Believe me if I was the manager at this facility I would fire everybody.

Food is great! On the downside, it has the worst service I've ever seen. Some old lady who worked there with a heavy accent made me furious. She obviously was too busy yapping away instead of paying attention and doing her job. She had me repeat myself 3 times if I wanted guacamole. The 4th time I just simply spoke louder so she could hear me. What I got in response, she gave me an attitude, saying "to stop yelling at her". Gee, if you'd pay attention like you're supposed to, instead of being a horrible employee with hearing problems I wouldn't have to "yell". I don't understand why people like that can even get a job. One advice for you chipotle is if you want more people coming back, hire better employees not some uneducated person to give attitude and disrespect customers.

Solid Chipotle branch located in the Food Court of the Queens Center Mall. People working kept the line moving briskly. Food was warm and fresh. They offer free soft drink refills, which is a plus after a day of mall wandering. The only issue isn't with the Chipotle itself, its with the cleanliness of the tables and area for eating in the food court. Queens Center needs to step up their game in that department.

Came here because I was craving some fast Chipotle and the service is okay. Not exceptional but better compared to other times I've been here. At least today, the people helping us were pretty nice and polite, and not gruff and hostile. I got the burrito bowl and compared with the locations in Manhattan, the portions they give here are smaller sadly. Less rice, less meat, less beans, less everything. They get the order right as I asked for the hot sauces on the side, not with the burrito bowl. Service is fast and customer service attitude can be a hit or miss depending on who's helping you. I guess they have their good and bad days.

I work at the mall and I usually always go to chipotle to get food during my break , I understand that they're super busy so some of their attitudes may not be in the right state. Although the one time I went around 9:20 10 minutes before they closed I was ordering a bowl for my boyfriend . We were on the phone and he was telling me what he wanted I was trying to tell the girl but she looked extremely aggravated and had the craziest attitude she was basically yelling hurry the f**k up. I don't understand why she got an attitude because you're still going to have to serve me but regardless just watch out for her she wears glasses and she's light skin. The place is amazing but one bad experience can turn you away at times.

This place is just taking up space in the food court. The service is horrible and the employees are there just to collect a paycheck. I wish i wasnt rushed before actually telling the employee what i wanted in my food bowl. She was quick to put on a cover on the bowl and move on to the next person. Other chipotle establishments are way better than this place. Stay away!!!!

The staff members I dealt with when I was here were pretty nice, especially the cashier. She totally didn't judge me when I ordered something from the Kids menu. The menu item I got was much cheaper than getting a full bowl (I just wanted a quick bite and it takes me a long time to eat through a bowl). It also came with a juice box yay!

One thing about Chipotle is the food is the same no matter where you go. At the very least the burrito you get in Los Angeles is the same as Queens Center. The service is very quick, they tend to be heavy handed with the sour cream but always friendly. I've only been here late in the evenings, only in weekdays never on a weekend. Not a bad place.
