Chipotle Mexican Grill

They took absolutely forever my order was pre place therefore it should’ve been made before hand, the employees seemed very irritated, customer service needs a lot of work. I personally wouldn’t order here not for pick up at least, they skimp A LOT on the food (see pictures) it’s wasn’t very clean inside, I ordered a taco with beans and carnitas I got, the other soft shell taco I received had three LITTLE pieces of meat in it, my bag of chips has as many chips as a tiny value bag from the gas station, my chipotle adobo ranch has 1/4th sauce in there ! SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TO 72nd & DODGE!!!

Its so frustrating that the online ordering employees play with peoples food. Ive ordered online from this location for year since my high-school friend had worked there. The food and service used to be great but recently its horrible. Why is it when i do EVERYTIME my bowl has more sour cream than other ingredients, when i noticed this i did lite sour cream AND there was none there. Why is there no in between ? Its crazy that charge 15 dollars for a chicken bowl and give you more sour cream than anything. It ruins the whole meal even with salsa ontop to TRY to save it. It is so ridiculous and needs to be addressed. Get a smaller spoon for the sour cream or a squeeze bottle because your current system is trash. Your online order maker should know correct serving sized and follow them. As you see in the photo it is SWIMMING, the best part is every time i try to mix/get a diff bite theres MORE sour cream. Crazy and so annoying 😂

I was pretty disappointed with this Chipotle after working at several locations. The young man making mine and my friend’s food took a long time making it down the line. My portions were all over the place…asked for extra rice and got hardly any but when I asked for easy sour cream, he suddenly decided to start using full portions. My lid was covered in sour cream, so much so that I had to ask for a new one before putting it in the bag. Management watched their employee look clueless and did not step in at any point to help him, which was frustrating to see. You won’t keep employees by training them by fire, and your line workers need some serious help.

I would put 0 stars if I could. Watching them measure was maybe half of the spoon for the rice and beans and then I asked for double meat. Got home and weighed the whole bowl, it was at only 3.8 oz including the bowl, rice, beans and double meat!!! And they charged 16$$ for it! I was so upset and wanted to go back but knew they wouldn’t do anything about it! Honestly the atmosphere is hard to since no one ever seems friendly or smiles but I was too upset with the food portions to care about the smiles this time…

No meat in our food. Both I and my girlfriend were eating it and noticed we weren’t getting any bites of chicken. For the amount people pay to have our food delivered because they can’t get there at the moment. We would appreciate getting the correct portions. Only got 3 dollars back when the main ingredient is missing. That’s like sending someone a burger no patty. Never using the app again.

It’s the perfect spot for a fresh, satisfying, and customizable meal that you can feel good about, backed by a team that provides genuinely great service. It’s no wonder this place always has a steady stream of happy customers.

Wonderful food! Get staff that wants to work. Love they wash hands & wear gloves to serve food. Cooks need to do like wise..

I don’t want to be rude or anything because I love chipotle but I will just stay away from this location the food almost all the time taste really bad, the rice was watery and doughy. Every time I ordered food from this location food taste really bad, something is overcooked or burned, or watery, doughy. Go to another location, I hope they fix this.

Chipotle is one of my husband's absolute favorite things. I can take it or leave it, but I do get the craving every once in a great while, and when that happens, the craving must be satiated. It's a "fast casual" restaurant where you choose your own protein and toppings, so you own your destiny when you're ordering your burrito, bowl, tacos, or salad. This location is one of the best we've tried. It's newer and the staff is super attentive and efficient in making your food. My go-to is the burrito, with steak as the protein, brown rice, no beans, corn salsa, queso (pay for extra queso), and a TON of shredded cheese. When I get my burrito, I do a little surgery on it to open it up and eat it like a burrito bowl (but with the tortilla still there to sop up delicious toppings and eat later!) Like I said, your Chipotle depends entirely on the staff, which location you go to, and what you choose to order to make as your meal. All I can say for this location is the staff is great and the restaurant is nice and clean - the rest is up to you!

Mobile ordering at this location will cut your burrito size in half. Exercise caution. I highly suggest ordering in person. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Terrible customer service telling me I can't scan my rewards because I didn't get to it quick enough and small portions. Do not go here.

If you're looking for a solid post-workout meal or just a high-protein option in general, Chipotle is the place to be! I love how customizable it is, and they always give generous portions, which never disappoint. It's a great choice when you're craving something filling and satisfying. The only downside is the extra charge for guacamole, but honestly, it's totally worth it for that extra flavor. This week, we even had Chipotle catered at work, and it was a huge hit--everyone was loving it! The servers are usually more than happy to accommodate whatever you are wanting on top of your meal as well!

Been here a couple times over the past month and each visit was just fine. One day I got a steak rice bowl and the other day I got a steak burrito. The employees were very fast, efficient and kind when they made my order. Both orders were for takeout, although I did order at the counter. No complaints and will visit again sometime. In case you have never been here, it's right near Westroads Mall, and right beside the Top Golf.

I pretty much only go to Chipotle anymore every 6 mo or so and when I do I get confirmation yet again of the outrageous prices charged for the ridiculous small amount of food. I got 1/2 chicken 1/2 steak salad. There were 4 pieces of chicken and 3 pieces of steak. I asked for extra grilled veggies and there wasn't even a regular portion on it. The bowl was pretty much just lettuce with a big slop of sour cream (which I asked for on the side) and here's a picture of the absolute ridiculous...I mean stupid ridiculous...amount of vinaigrette I received for a salad. And the prices increase each time too. I paid almost $17.00 for that bowl of lettuce and sour cream and a bottled water. Unbelievable!

went in for a burrito bowl tonight after taking time off because of diminished quality and now I'm done.. no more chances. tonight ordered half chicken half steak both meats were so burnt they should've been in the garbage. I work 2 jobs and spend my hard earned money to throw the disgusting food on the trash.

Higher prices and smaller portions. My daughter finally figured it out on there own last time she at here. Food is decent but not what it used to be

Ordered double rice, lettuce and sour cream on regular burrito ( which for a 100 lb female should last two meals) I got a tiny burrito that I ate in one sitting. I have been coming to chipotle for over ten years. I figured they would train new staff well. The minimal food I got did taste good. And calling chipotle, the manager and other branches- all machines. It's a joke. I spent nearly an hour in circles. So I don't recommend coming here unless you come in person to see them make your meal.

Best service I've ever had at Chipotle by far! The staff definitely goes above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of as a customer.

Food is usually pretty good. The pick up lane is quick. However multiple times we have gone through, they've forgotten our chips. We picked our order up today 12/11/22 and yet again, no chips but we had the large guacamole at least. Make sure to check for your chips.

Just had an amazing experience here! I almost always order for pick up at this location, but for some reason my app chose a different one. I didn't realize at first so they were spending so much time looking for my order. I felt so bad when I realized it was the wrong location! They told me to just come inside and they'd make my order for me- no questions ask. Very kind of them and it made my day :)

I like this new convenient location and especially the drive thru pick up. I'm not always pleased with the loaded rice and beans vs other ingredients but my order is usually correct. Hopefully they keep the brisket as part of the menu.
