"Founded in the early 1990s from the Mission-burrito tradition, this fast-casual chain built a reputation on a “food with integrity” credo and made customizable, Mission-style burritos a national default. This location is so dirty. This place need to be remodeled badly. Bathrooms, stink, and look horrible paint is dingy and extremely dirty like nobody scrubs anything. Back of the chairs are black from dirty hands and grease tables are barely holding on. The food is decent, but I’d much rather go to the Anaheim location than this location. If I have the time it grosses me out to eat here, but I do out of necessity sometimes. The music is so extremely loud you cannot have a conversation with anybody even sitting right next to you. It’s a little obnoxious.

Ordered online pickup thinking it would be fast after picking up dog post surgery from vet. Waited over 30 minutes past promised time for pick up order. Could have gone through regular line 3 times. Many customers waiting for pick up. Orders with pick up time later than those waiting was made before. Manager clearly can't mange jack and should be fired immediately.

Horrible experience! Talk about disgusting filth! Wife and I went in for dinner. 6:40pm 03/01/2025. Being that I was focused on the menu, I honestly did not look at the place till we waited for our order and my wife went to the restroom to wash her hands. The trash cans were overflowing, the floors were dirty, tables were filthy. My wife comes back from the restroom and said it was absolutely disgusting and the floors were full of urine! All while one employee just stood behind the counter doing NOTHING! Not sure if its his job to keep an eye over the shoulder of the cashier but that all he did! The only time he moved was to get on his cell phone. Is it possible that at this time and on a Sunday there are just no managers? This will be the one and only time I step into this CHIPOTLE!

I have been going here since High school, ever since an old friend who always brought chips and guac almost on a daily basis and shared a bit... who am I kidding I almost ate them all... But yeah, I was hooked and till this day I go at least twice a month. Highly recommended this place, the staff is friendly and the food is good. They don't offer a lot of variety but they focus on what they do right.

Walking in was very welcoming the location was very clean and organized. The workers at the time of visit were very friendly and helpful. The manager on at the time was I believe Liliana amazing customer service and very great at her job. Got my 1 yr old steak and she asked if it was for my son as she was in the cashier position I told her yes and she suggested the chicken or carnitas instead because the steak was a little spicy so we got him chicken instead. thanks Liliana for making our visit an enjoyable one.

Be warned they start closing everything down really early at the is location. Not even 9:30pm and they are out of corn and refused to get anymore and told me you are just out it luck. I would advise the managerment to adjust their closing time early if they don't want to keep things in stock till closing.

This location deserves 0 stars if I could give them that. What you've heard in the media about chipotle is true for this location I visited this location for lunch with friends and all of our portions were 1/3 of what a regular location would serve. To feel like you have to fight with staff to receive what is yours is unfair to the customer.

Just okay. It's weird to me how much Chipotle has gone downhill overall. The freshness just isn't there anymore. Those unique flavors that used to make me crave Chipotle, are gone. I don't know if I will be back to any Chipotle location. It seems they all are bad. Is this aftermath from the pandemic? Service was sloppy? He just threw stuff in there super quick and didn't seem to care. Tables were dirty inside. Just not a good scene. I ordered chips and guacamole. The chips were stale. And the guacamole was mushy and needed salt. The chips used to have this lime flavor that was amazing. Not anymore. They tasted like trash. The sofritas was crusty and didn't taste right. I normally love the sofritas (seasoned tofu crumbles), but it was the wrong texture. Tasted like old sofritas from the day before. Not fresh at all. I just can't get behind Chipotle anymore. Let me know if you are aware of a good location somewhere. I'll go based on yelper recommendations. That's if anyone has any suggestions. Otherwise I might have to let go of the past. And Chipotle might be part of the past now.

Been going several times a week for several months now. This location consistently had great portions. I would go out of my way to come to this location. In the last month portions have gone down noticeably. Going as far as smacking meat off the spoon to portion control. If this continues I'll just have to stop coming to this location unfortunately.

Tables and floors were a mess. Pieces of food left on the tables and on the floor. I decided to eat my bowl inside the restaurant. That's when I noticed the tables and floor were dirty. There was about 4 to 5 employees up at the front just talking. I understand that they were not as busy, but they should have used this time to clean up.

I love chipotle but this location is NOT IT. The chips were stale and burnt, I got tiny portions, and was served bottom of the barrel cold fajitas (there were only like 3). The workers seemed to be in rush even though it wasn't busy. & Every single bite of steak was CHEWY! So sad): Don't go to this location!!!

I frequent this chipotle at least twice a week because of its proximity to my school. The portion are above average and the service always kind. Would recommend.

I read many reviews before coming here and still gave it a shot. I definitely understand why people are unhappy. Service wasn't rude but so short and blunt with zero conversation besides white or brown rice, black or pinto beans, salsa etc. We took food to go so I didn't take note of the inside of the restaurant but I will say it would be better to be nice and smile to create a warmer atmosphere.

Ordered online and picked up 5 minutes before I had requested it and it was ice cold the tortilla was stuck together and stale. Used the bathroom and it was filthy !! Should have known a clean restroom means clean kitchen. So I'm sure the kitchen is nasty.

Management or franchise owner needs to talk to the employee(s) whoever makes and maintains the freshness of the food. Today 12/27/24 at 5:40pm THERE WAS THE WORST TASTING FOOD EVER!! there was BROWN guacamole, soggy lettuce, meat was whatever, rice was soggy... I can handle an employee's attitude IF the food makes up for it but NO IT MATCHED BOTH WERE HORRIBLE... STEP IT UP OR CLOSE UP SHOP...literally a lady spilled her drink and it was there for like 20 mins NO ONE CLEANED IT UP UNTIL SHE ASKED LIKE 3 times... imagine on top of the crappy food and someone slipping and breaking a bone in this crummy place... SAD IT USED TO BE GOOD.

Honestly I used to feel some type of way towards chipotle because of their serving size but this one right here definitely changed my perspective on it absolutely coming back and the customer service was awesome

Got my order of 4 burrito bowls. Asked for extra rice on all of them and was given a 1/4 scoop of rice. No joke the least amount of rice I've ever had at Chipotle in 20 years of going there. I would highly avoid this specific Chipotle. They also gave my friend food poisoning and he refuses to eat there.

Your system was down so we called online and the phone in order and went all the way through and paid it and then came to the restaurant and they said we had to go stand at the end end line. I understand being down the line when we already placed an order. I'm guessing we won't help because you already have crappy ratings but do better! .

Absolutely Disgusting!! The dining room area was filthy! Every table was dirty and had food stuff on the surfaces. Even the benches were covered in debris. We had to clean a booth off ourselves to eat. Keep in mind, we were the only ones in the dining room area. There was food debris everywhere on the floor as well. All the trash receptacles were overflowing with waste. As we dined, the cashier: David was texting on his phone for a solid ten minutes, two other employees behind the food counter were flirting with each other for at least fifteen minutes. Before leaving, I came up to the counter to express our disappointment and disgust with the condition of the restaurant dining area and just received silence and shrugs off, as if to say, so what. Pretty Sad, considering we counted eight employees on staff in the restaurant. We will not be returning to this location again.

This location has employees that obviously don't care about customers, saying hello is not coming out of their mouths. Most of the employees are rude and it is always a mess when I go. I don't feel comfortable walking into this location anymore so I choose to go to another location or just another food place altogether. The rude guy who was helping me gave me double chicken when I didn't ask for it, and then I had to pay for it when I didn't ask for it! I would avoid this location if you can.

Depends on the location! Tustin is great! Morango location is great! Palm Desert would be great to comment on if I could ever eat there! I've been there twice and both times there was 5 staff first time & 4 the second try. Both times there were no other customers and the staff was deep in the kitchen talking & laughing! I literally stood there the first time for 5 minutes (I timed it...I thought "since it was mid afternoon they were having a staff meeting or training" so I waited first time and finally asked for service! You would not believe the response! I'd give it to you but I only got looks from the group that said "we've busy laughing leave us alone" so I left I thought the next time I wanted Chipotle maybe bad manager, bad day, any excuses as I love their food! So I tried a second time and experienced literally the same scenario as the first! So I'm never going there again! BUT the other stores you have a loyal customer. Btw I live in both City of Orange and Palm Desert...

Went here for dinner last night at 830pm. There were 3 guys working there, and they were more into talking to each other than serving the customers that are paying their paycheck. We ordered 2 bowls and a side of guacamole and chips. Bowls were good but the guacamole was so salty and the chips were stale. I asked for my almost $5.00 back for the guacamole but the lead/supervisor I guess said he would make fresh guacamole. By the time we were done eating " he was done" making the new guacamole. So we took the guacamole home, he did give us extr so nice right... NOPE, got home and had some of the guacamole and it was the same salty one. I should have known. Wasted $5.00 for guacamole down the drain. That was scandalous or your recipe is way off with the salt portion. Get it together!!!

This Chipotle overcharged me and my friends, because we were asian. This is a racist location. DO NOT GO HERE. They did not tell us there was a cheese quesadilla for adults vs. a kids quesadilla then said guacamole was included and charged us for guacamole. Making us pay over $10 more dollars. Then when we asked for some clarification of our charges, they got mad and told us they told us. Wouldn't we know if the charged was over $10 more dollars. Then they continued to talk shit while we were still in the store.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I couldn't go to the restaurant to sit and enjoy. I was able to order delivery through their easy to use app. I created my Steak bowl and burrito bowl and saved it to a preferred name label for easy ordering later. I then added my payment information and it told me about when I would get a knock at my door. The service they used was DoorDash and the delivery girl was great. As a courtesy, she text me she had one delivery before mine and would text me when she's on her way to me. Thank you Aria. When she showed up ,which was quick, I answered the door with my mask and gloves on and was delighted that she had hers on too. The Meals were huge and lasted for more than one sitting. Everything was cooked and prepared to perfection. I would definitely choose to order here again. Btw they even got my side of sour cream and salsa correct. 6 star experience. Thank you.

Chipotle is fire, everything taste good, but the employees here act like the food comes out of their pocket . I feel like every time I come here, I have to ask for extra of this and that just to get a regular portion size. The food is good, but the sizes are a little wild for how much they charge.

Love love loveeee this location. I always order it for my lunch for work and whoever makes my food really puts their whole foot in it(in the best way possible). The service is 20/10 and my order always comes out in 10mins or less and they really make it worth coming back for with the proper proportions and overall great quality of the food. If you usually make my order, all I gotta say is you deserve everything you want in life and a nice cold pillow when you go to bed. Thank you !

wish I could give this place zero stars. The workers here are horrendous!! Especially the plus-sized girl who is always working the check out. Ordered 10/12/23 7:07pm. Burrito was wrapped so poorly that the burrito leaked into the paper bag and fell out on onto the pavement in the parking structure that I was in. The burrito made contact with the pavement so it became unsafe to eat.

We were here on Sunday evening. I ordered the tacos. I got asked if i wanted hard shell/crunchy or soft tacos. I didn't realize the soft tacos came on flour tortillas. That would have been helpful to know. There were some dirty tables and it wasn't that busy. Our experience was okay. Would come back again.

If the review was based on the food I'd give 4 stars. However they get 2 stars because I ordered and paid online and when I went to pick up my order, the manager said that she didn't get it. And she made me get in line and reorder my food. If she was an effective manager she would have made my order after she said she couldn't find my order. I double checked to make sure I ordered from the correct location and that it was paid. Check and check. I won't be ordering from this location again.

Ordered online through the app. Food wasn't ready and I was told that the order never came through. I didn't have time to wait for them to make my order as the line was out the door. I left and was charged anyway. There is no way to contact the store for a refund or any way to contact a customer service phone line. The only way is through their very crappy AI bot that cannot resolve anything. No way to speak to an actual person Unless you walk into a physical location.

You wanna raise prices to give your employees $15/hr. Yeah no thank you. I haven't even taken a bite, just scooted everything over (see the pic) This barely looks like $4 worth of food instead of $9.91. Very disappointing especially since i still "supported" all throughout covid especially when there wasn't anybody going to their location. UPDATE: Every bite i took of this bowl it tasted like i was eating a tablespoon of salt, literally had no other flavor than SALT! definitely the worse bowl I've ever had in the 8 years I've been going to Chipotle's.

Chipotle in our opinion is a solid 4 star food option. Here's the cold hard truth. We all try to eat somewhat healthy or at least fool ourselves into thinking so. Eating here does give you healthier eating options. I tend to always get the chicken over a bed of lettuce with beans. It's good, it's filling and it's packed with protein. It's our easy, fast and a healthier option during the work day. Far better option than doing a fast food drive thru.

I have gone to this Chipotle several times and usually have a great experience. However, I opted for an order to go for the family. Simple order of two kids quesadillas and two large Barbacoa quesadillas. Of course I didn't pay attention when they made them, because how do you screw up a kids cheese quesadilla. Well I guess my question was answered. You limit the cheese and over cook it. I have attached a picture of the lack of cheese. So when your daughter comes to you and says "Daddy this is disgusting". You realize how bad things are. I originally attempted to call the chipotle, but they have a wonderful automated system that wants to engage you in a conversation. I attempted to try and get through to someone, but that never happened. So here I am resorting to yelp and social media to get my issues resolved.

This is the closest location to my house so I come here. I usually arrive between 8:15-9:15pm after my kids sports. I can't tell you how many times I come here and these "kids" who work here are LAZY and RUDE! So we usually order a bowl each that's four bowls. We had asked for steak and they had crumbs left the girl serving tells the cooks she needs more steak. Their response is we have already cleaned everything. Remind you it's only 9:15 they close at 10pm, maybe they should have made more prior to cleaning if there was barely any. Second the girl serving the bowls is rushing our family and we were the only ones in there. I'm sorry I work hard I'm paying nearly $10 each for each bowl you can have patience while I check out what looks fresh. As my bowl moves to the next person making the bowls I don't why these kids working here put a pinch of cheese pinch of guacamole which I'm paying extra for they should be making the bowls like they used too where it was worth the price. Or at least make it like I'm a family member or the meal is for yourself it's not like I'm asking for my bowl to overflow but let's be kind and remember I want to get full.

Ordered via Door dash last night for my toddler and I. I ordered the kids chicken quesadilla meal with white rice, black beans, and fruit. The beans were so spicy neither of us could eat them, and the chicken in the quesadilla was too spicy as well. Their menu doesn't mention anything about the beans or chicken being spicy. Super bummed as I generally like the bowls, but if I can't get anything for my kid that won't melt her face then I won't be able to order from them again.

I really don't like leaving reviews for fast food restaurants because honestly do they ever care I don't even like leaving reviews about orders that are messed up we all understand accidents happen but when you order from a place and within three months your online order is incorrect 3 separate times it becomes frustrating not just incorrect but our last order we asked for extra chicken and received no chicken after sitting down to eat and realizing we had to drive all the way back to let them know about the mistake, aggravated but again understanding that accidents happen I was treated like I was lying was asked to see my receipt and then give an attitude when given a new bowl. People that have attitude when they have to do their job correctly shouldn't be in customer service or face-to-face with any person. But again let's just chalk this up to another bad review for a company that does not care ‍
