Chipotle Mexican Grill

I use to always run to this Chipotle location because it’s located inside our hotel food court.But unfortunately I will no longer be eating here again!!!! Immediately upon entering the restaurant we were greeted by two of the rudest associates EVER. I greeted them and one said in a rude tone what you want omg.Then as I started to inquire about the portions I saw here give someone she got mad and said if I wanted more then I would have to pay.Which wouldn’t be a problem but then she said are you gonna order or what.Then when we ordered my husband asked about the price of his order because he had only ordered beans and rice.The second young lady rudely said you will see on your receipt WOW.We paid over thirty dollars for a burrito two bottles of water and a bowl of beans and rice.Hiring the wrong associates can ruin a business.The customer is very important.I guess they didn’t get the memo.

I have been going to this Miracle Mile location most days for the last few months (I live within walking distance). Most of the staff is really nice once they get to know you. Most of them have my order memorized and give me a smile every day. The line is usually short if you avoid rush hour. There is almost always available seating in the restaurant, otherwise there are plenty of tables right outside. Btw. I went to Chipotle for the healthy food and reasonable portions to lose some weight and so far I'm more than halfway towards my goal.

During my visit to the miracle Mall plant Hollywood I went to the chipotle Mexican grill restaurant and there was a girl named (keyara G) and she was really great in her service and she wear nice to talking personally . Thank you for the nice treatment. I appreciate this and I will definitely come back again and I hope that you will be the one to serve me my dish. Thank you

I never write bad reviews, but with this establishment, I have to make an exception. The staff attitudes are awful. They serve you with an aggressive nature and look on their face is like you’re bothering them.. there were two girls one serving food and one at the till and both of them equally had a very strange attitude, it would be understandable if it was just one of them because everyone can have a bad day, but both of them were equally moody. This is our second time eating at Chipotle and I wouldn’t recommend it again. Added a photo of my receipt as sometimes people post stuff but are not genuine customers. Receipt added as proof we were customers.

Employees were really nice. It was my first time ordering at a Chipotle as I was visiting and there aren't any where I live. She made it so easy and explained everything to me very well and without rushing me. I ordered a bowl and it was delicious!

I’m usually glad to spot a Chipotle, as it’s a go to for my kids when they need a quick bite. We were walking down the strip and decided to give it a try, but the experience wasn’t up to the usual standard. The chips were old and stale, and the food was pretty bad. It didn’t have the same quality we’ve come to expect.

It was actually good this time. I always get the soft tacos. The tortilla was fresh and the meat was hot. Two thumbs up!

This is only in regards to my most recent visit, I’ve been to this location a Cpl other times recently and the food/service was satisfactory. I’m the only person at the counter and the girl who prepares bowls tell me they are out of chicken and steak, so I’m going to leave, but I notice the person at the counter behind her cutting up fresh chicken, so I ask the girl if she could just make me a bowl and grab a portion from him, I stand there for 30 seconds with no response. I ask if she heard me and she said yes but I was rude to ask and it would be ready in 5-10 mins. It was a very logical question asked in a normal tone, maybe she was just having a bad day, but it was definitely a 1 star experience
