Not sure why the reviews are so low, I had a good experience. The lady working up front was very nice, gave good portions, and the food taste good. Unfortunately they were missing a few ingredients I wanted but that’s not the workers fault and I was still able to get a satisfying meal for cheaper than elsewhere. My biggest issue was with the environment inside, the music is very loud. I sat outside instead which was a small struggle finding a place to sit that was clean but when I did I enjoyed my meal. They’re clearly short staffed, they seem to be doing the best they can. If you want chipotle, don’t feel scared to come here, but being in Market Square there are better options elsewhere.

When I placed my order, it took a couple of minutes because I was training a new member. My original order was a bowl of brown rice, with black beans, with steak, corn, pico de gallo, lettuce, sour cream and cheese, with a soda and tortilla chips and a tortilla on the side. The girl didn't understand. I repeated my order several times and she gave me very little of everything, except lettuce. She gave me a lot of lettuce. She gave me half a spoonful of rice in one corner of my plate, about 5 pieces of steak, and in another corner of the bowl some brown beans (I asked for black). She could only correct the beans and served me another half spoonful of black beans. I told her that she was serving very little and she just ignored me. I repeated to the cashier that she had served me very little of everything except lettuce and she said that she couldn't do anything else. I asked to speak to a manager and she just ignored me. Another person behind me did the same thing, but she did pay attention to him. She only discriminated against me. I had never felt like that in a Chipotle. The two women served me reluctantly, they discriminated against me, they didn't listen to my order.

I reached out to customer service and didn't hear back so I guess I'll leave this review here. I ordered for pickup yesterday at 11. After waiting for 10 minutes while several people arrived at and left the restaurant after waiting in line (meaning they got their food first even though I ordered ahead), I finally got my food... and my order was incorrect and paltry compared to what they were dishing up for the people in line. What's the point of ordering ahead if this is the way you're treated?

Last night myself and my friends attempted to order food for the night, when we walked in we were met with anger at the fact that we asked for fresh rice as the rice he attempted to serve us was stuck to the bottom of the pan, he stated “I have to serve this before getting more” he did get the fresh rice but proceeded to add the hard rice scraped from the previous pan. We asked if he could give us the fresh rice he then denied service. They do not like people of color. Please stay away. They went as far as to have the police who were ordering before us to ask us to leave. Please stay away from this place the store was really unclean and should be closed down due to uncleanliness.

Every table was dirty. It took them 3 attempts to make my burrito. Millions of people can make burritos with or tearing the tortilla. Why do they need to invent a new way. Why do they need to pulverize the ingredients, use a little less so it fits. Get a bigger burrito. These are not complicated solutions After my review they sent me a message to fill out a form on their website. Nothing says bad customer service like giving someone who had a bad experience homework.

Food was everywhere, it was gross. Also there was only 1 person working in the front so the line took forever. Many of the ingredients were also out, like fajita veggies. I wouldn't say it's the worst one but I'm never going back there regardless of how hungry I am.

Stopped in for quick take out bowl and I'm glad I did not stay in. The place was pretty messy, garbage overflowing, condiment area messed up and dirty and the tables were all dirty. The staff here is working very hard but it looks like they just don't have enough staff to keep the place clean. The bowl was ok.. I had to insist to get items added as the server wanted to move to the next customer after rice and beans.. also not a lot of choice for toppings compared to other Mexican food outlets.. not my choice for this type of food.. will not be trying Chipotle anytime soon.

I walked in when they opened, I was the only customer in line. The employee working behind the counter said "we are only taking online orders". I was confused why they couldn't just take my order but I decided to sit down and order on the app. Waited 15 mins. What's the point in having a storefront if you can't order at the counter?

This location in specific always seems to make the rice incorrect. I primarily go to chipotle because the rice is incredible in the bowl, however the past few times I have been there the rice is either super salty, or his no lime flavor at all. Also, the service is always a little questionable. I find workers laughing at my order at times because I get just a bowl of rice. I do understand that they are humans and that it's a pretty crazy order but it's so exhausting to see them laughing and side eye their coworkers.

The service is absolutely horrendous. This is not the first time they were super delayed with online orders and are running out of things. Today they ran out of chips... DO NOT preorder from this location, you will be waiting your entire lunch break. I preordered to pickup at 1pm, got there at 1:20pm wasn't ready, and didn't get the food at all because I had to return to work from my lunch break. I just said to heck with it and left... I told 2 different workers I had an order that was supposed to be ready at 1pm (it's 1:40pm at this point). I finally left at 1:55pm... I had to call the 800 number for customer service to get my money back. Since I didn't get my food to take a picture... Here's a picture of their dirty floor...

1 star might be generous. I order online so I can just grab my food and go--lunch is only 30 minutes, and I don't want to waste it waiting around. Unfortunately, at this Chipotle, I'm sometimes stuck waiting an extra 15-20 minutes just to get my mobile order. There's usually a huge crowd of mobile order folks (sometimes 20+ people!) squeezed into a tiny hallway, plus everyone trying to order in person sometimes out the door. It's chaos. It's clear they need more staff, or at the very least, a simple shelf for mobile orders like other places have. Instead, we're all stuck waiting for one overworked staff member to hand us our food--which we can literally see sitting two feet away (assuming you do what I do and order your food to be ready 20 minutes of whenever you actually intend to arrive)! Honestly, I'm considering never coming back. I order lunch downtown every day, and other spots like Hello Bistro make mobile pickup a breeze--no waiting, no contact, just grab and go. Why can't Chipotle do the same? There's a reason this location has only 2 stars after 100+ reviews. Save yourself the frustration and try somewhere else.

We ordered ahead for a pickup. Walked in and it is simply a Disgusting place. Food prep areas completely unkept and unsanitary. The floor littered with all sorts of food debris behind the counters. Garbage over flowing in every can. The tables and sitting areas with trash. Nasty. I couldn't finish the chicken bowl thinking how unsanitary this place is. Years ago it was a clean place to get your Chipotle fix. Not any more.

Service was terrible, and the food was even worse. The corn salsa was expired, and the sodas were flat. I ordered chips but was told they were out, despite the fact that there was a literal shelf full of bags of chips. There was no ice, straws, forks, and as I said earlier, the sodas were flat. The tables were filthy, and the trash cans were full. The staff were not helpful and infact quite hostile, and the customers provided for a hostile and corncerning eating experience. The bathrooms were closed and it was not sanitary whatsoever.

Three words: Shut It Down. Wonder if any Chipotle Executives read these reviews.... This IS THE WORST CHIPOTLE LOCATION I have been to....ever! 1) Dirty & disorganized - check 2) Food not fresh - check 3) Rude employees pissed about working - check 4) Lack of stock & selections - check Walked into this location and immediately noticed the dirty tables and dirty floors. I stayed anyway and got in line (only customer in store). Despite there being 5 employees behind the counter, no one acknowledged me for 5 min. Finally someone comes over, still doesn't greet me and clearly annoyed they have to work there. As I'm building my bowl, I realized that they were out of grilled veggies (my fav) and that the meat looked old/burnt. I asked if fresh stock was coming out and was told no. I also ordered chips and guacamole. The guacamole tasted rank and the chips were inedible (not crispy; rather they were greasy and gummy...and overly salted). After I paid another rude woman who didn't speak a word, I went to get napkins and forks - which they were out of. I asked one of the rude women if I could get a fork. She didn't apologize or hustle in any manner. I waited another 4 minutes for her to walk over at a glacial pace to get forks from the back...and didn't even hand it to me once she got back. She put them in the container where they should have been without acknowledging that I was standing there waiting for her. Just a disgusting and terrible mess of a place. Fire everyone and close the store. No one cares.

I ordered a bowl with half chicken half steak. Didn't even get my chicken THAT I PAID FOR. I got the corn salsa and brown rice, instead I got white rice and didn't even get the corn salsa. The same exact thing happened to the burrito I also ordered. My bowl wasn't even full??Ridiculous. I paid for stuff that I didn't even get?. $40 and the only thing right were the bottled sodas. I typically never really am angry over food service or orders, but if you mess up this much in an order it's ridiculous.

I experienced blatant discrimination tonight at Chipotle at 211 Forbes Avenue in Pittsburgh. Two black female customers were served right away, but when I walked up to the counter, the female black employee who took orders immediately walked back to the kitchen and I had to wait 10 minutes until the black customers paid before another black employee (the cashier) took my order. Also, I was told that they were out of green peppers and burrito bowls, but I saw one of the employees prepare a burrito bowl for a takeout customer! Apparently, this Chipotle restaurant only likes black customers! If you're not black, you're NOT welcome!

I've been to this Chipotle twice now. Getting 3 tacos, plus drink, chips and guacamole will put you around $18. For ambience, the restaurant is rarely clean - at least 3 or 4 spots that need to be wiped down / swept at any given time. Service is relatively quick, though using the wrong nomenclature (i.e. "crunchy" instead of "hard shell" or asking for guacamole in a cup will get you "you mean on the side?" *shrug*) will get you corrected with an extra side of attitude. Lastly, food both times I've come seems overcooked and dried out. Tea is out both times, and one of those times the Agua Frescas were out too. Not worth the price and will pass on a 3rd visit to this location.

Restaurant is DIRTY! I was charged a 1.30 for queso in every taco and I kid you not he put not even a quarter size of queso in each taco. Everyone is cleaning off there eating area . I got an order today from the Fox Chapel PA store. I ordered a large ORGANIC WATERMELON LIMEADE. my friend ordered it in the store and brought it itasted like flat water with a little lime. No flavor at all. When I called the store and spoke with a man, I explained what had happened and he argued with me by saying that drink machine hadn't been working all day. My friend picked up the food and drinks are self serve, so she got the drink I ordered. He was extremely rude and practically called me a liar. I have never been treated like this at ANY restaurant regarding an unsatisfactory item. STAY AWAY.

I love Chipotle's food but every time I go to this location there is always and issue. Often the food is a bit cold or they are missing a number of ingredients. Unfortunately, the quality of the food just doesn't match other locations. It is a generally busy location (in non Covid times) due to the surrounding number of offices, so plan extra time to get through the line if you're going during the work week.

I'm hungry and tired and just wanted a burrito and it's so consistent that online orders are terrible from such a delicious brand by a publicly traded company that even though the hiring market is grim sometimes for this industry that an order with such simple ingredients can still be managed to be ruined for the customer experience. I ordered two burritos with double chicken and extra rice and my burritos were the size of a meatball and missing ingredients. Very sad and disappointed.

Good evening. I just wanted to report my disappointment and frustration today when I went to your restaurant in Uniontown PA. I waited behind 8-9 people to place my order while one young girl worked hard to fill orders. After 20-25 minutes of waiting finally two other workers came up to help, for me to be told that they could not make a quesadilla and that it would have to be ordered online or get a kids order of a quesadilla. I mentioned how long I have waited to be quickly brushed off by the gentleman. Need less to say I left without an order of food. Beyond frustrated and hungry.

Don't get a salad from there. There was maybe 5 pieces of lettuce. The bowl looks like garbage. Barely any lettuce, it was oily, more guac than lettuce. They put the dressing in a 4 ounce cup but there was about 1/4 of actual dressing. Just all around horrible. And the sad part of it, is it's not cheap to eat here. At least give your customers enough for what they are paying for. The service is not good, you can tell by just looking at the employees that they do not want to be there. Probably why the salads look the way that they do. Do better or work somewhere else. I've been in food service for 31 years so I try to give everyone more leeway, but this is just straight garbage food and service.

The girl who rung me up couldn't remember the question she asked me 2 seconds before. I'm really not picky and I don't write reviews hardly ever but i just had a terrible experience. The sitting area was filthy. It just truly wasn't worth the money I spent. Definitely recommend going somewhere else in market square for food.

I can't believe I have to do this again. I was walking by the chipotle on 211 forbes Rd. Pittsburgh, PA. I popped my head through the glass to see if it was busy or not, and I was met with a dirty look and sarcastic wave in from one of the employees. For context, I saw a girl working there give away free food to her friends 2 days ago while I waited 25-30 minutes for a bowl and I reported it 2 days ago. The co-workers of the girl are apparently angry because of it. Chipotle used to be my favorite fast food restaurant, but I'm not going to go there anymore. The employees at the 211 Forbes Rd. location are nasty, lazy and inconsiderate of their customers. I can't believe a business would allow their workers to be this nasty towards their customers while giving away food to people who didn't pay for it at the expense of paying customers. Awful.

For some reason, it feels as if the quality and service seems to vary among different locations. The Chipotle in Market Square, however, does everything right. The staff is quick and friendly, the atmosphere is nice inside, and the food quality is better than most. I feel that they are also very generous with their serving sizes at this Chipotle which is very important. I ordered delivery. The burrito was all rice. Barely anything else on it. I ordered two chips/salsa and only received the salsa with no chips included. Every time I order from this chipotle, there's always something wrong. I've given multiple chances before writing a bad review but I'm tired of spending money on restaurant that doesn't care.

Wish i could give 1/2 a star. This is by far the worst Chipotle in the region...potentially in America. They constantly take online orders - say they'll be delivered in 30 minutes, then keep pushing the delivery time out until about 2-3 hours later they cancel. I just got my cancellation (its 2:44PM) from my 11:51AM order now. It's always a coin flip if 1) you ever even get your food 2) if they'll give you all the food you ordered and 3) you'll get some random thing that no one ordered. One time a coworker ordered a quesadilla and they literally gave her a bowl of onions and peppers with some cheese on top!

This Chipotle used to be good, but maybe they're suffering from the effects of the pandemic like many other restaurants. I ordered my standard steak bowl through the app and requested extra rice. I order this a couple times a month from the Chipotle near my house. First, they were running at least 15 minutes passed the assigned pick-up times. And yes, I understand that such times are an "estimate," but 15+ minutes past is significant for someone looking to pick up their "grab and go" meal on a lunch break. And, the restaurant itself wasn't that busy. The line was steady, but not nearly as to where I've seen it before when the line is almost out the door. Next, the portions on everything were light. I requested fajita veggies. I think I counted 5 veggies total (and they were charred). I requested extra rice. It didn't even have the equivalent of a normal portion at my typical Chipotle. The portion issue is something I've heard others complain about this location as well. Kudos to the woman who was working the register. She did a great job of keeping the line moving and also trying to balance the increasing number of people waiting for their delayed app orders.

I stopped in around 1pm and they were out of multiple items like the new steak and guacamole. I ordered a salad and they made it up and then told me they are out of salad dressing when I was paying. When I learned that I asked for a small kids size bag of chips (since it'll be blah without salad dressing or guacamole) and was being charged for a full size bag. A mgr walked over and I explained that I only want the chips because of not having salad dressing. He comped me the chips but with an attitude. Not cool. Tell people in advance if you're out of stuff. I would have just gone to Moe's.

This location has to be the worst location in Pittsburgh! Just do better! Every time i visit this location it's something that makes me question why this location is still in business. If it's to being out of basic necessary ingredients like cheese, meat being under cooked, the employees having the worst attitudes known to the human existence, or delivery issues! emphasis on delivery issues when you end up spending double the price of the product for extra ingredients and/or toppings that cost extra you would think they would make sure to apply those for you... but no don't be crazy- instead you get a completely different order that's against your dietary restrictions. the owners of this franchise i recommend you do better until then ill be sticking to moes!

The girls in there told me I had to place a mobile order so I did and then other people are showing up getting taken care of and they're not making my mobile order. I honestly am upset I had an Uber outside and I had to leave. You don't do that. Honestly. Food service just do your job. We all work in it.

This location is just miserable. My last mobile order was missing half the ingredients, including the protein, and the rice was so hard and undercooked it was inedible. The last few times I've put in an advanced mobile order, I (and 15 to 20 of my closest fellow mobile-orderers) have had to wait 15-20 minutes after our promised pick up time for our orders to be ready. If you're craving "Mexican" fast-casual food, preserve your sanity and go to Moe's across the street instead.

I get it. It's fast food. I also get it, Grub Hub, Yelp, Door Dash charge a ridiculous fee so my butt doesn't have to get up and pick up my own food. However, when I pay a premium for a simple quesadilla and receive a legit dump in a box, it's a little upsetting. Literally the most offensive thing I've ever had delivered to me in my life. Shame shame Chipotle. I also love that there was zero pico or any other condiment.

eaten here 3 times and everytime i found many issues. the forget to add things i out on my order, somtimes the'll even be real shitty and put 3 peices of chicken and fill the rest with sour cream, and they always give different amounts everytime. if i could ask pictures that would be amazing

The staff is very friendly. However, every time I'm here, there are either several items out of stock and/or badly cooked meat and stale beans. I've had extremely charred chicken and very nasty beans from this establishment.

I don't understand how I can't choose a different location to delivery to me, this is the worst chipotle I've ever experience, if I'm in this location, I can tell them how I want it, their app should allow you to be more specific...they either always mess up my bowl or forget an item. I can't ever get reimbursed for their f ups, I'm so over n I deserve a gift card or 2 at this point, I've wasted so much money with chipotle from getting it delivered and it's not even for me, it's For my mother, I'm so over them!! They forgot the sour cream on the bowl, put it on the side which I called to have done, they forgot the double chicken and forgot to put the chips in the to go bag. Something always happens at this location, I am over them!!

Tasted great like any other chipotle, mobile ordering was easy and it was done on time. But the parking here is horrible bc this chipotle is located right in the city so either park on the street or in a parking garage

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!! THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME EITHER! I ordered a burrito bowl with everything on it. THIS IS WHAT I GOT FREEZING COLD CARNIITAS IN A BOWL. I will never order from here again and I suggest you don't either. I can't even call to complain because they took so long that bye the time I got my food I'm they were closed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION EVER!!!

Every time you visit this place they're missing a key food ingredient. They are frequently unable to provide drinks, chips, rice, etc. Whoever is running this place does not care in the slightest about an equitable exchange of goods and services. Useless.
