I forgot my purse on a chair and didn’t realize it till I got home (I was distracted thanks to my baby). I called as soon as I realized it was missing and the staff was so helpful. They retrieved my purse from where I was sitting and kept it safe till I returned. Nothing had been touched thanks to their trustworthy staff. Thank you!

Stopped by for a bowl. The guacamole was definitely expired! It tasted like they reused it for a week.

It's not the first time. I have a bad experience here. I tried to give it a nother chance since my kid wanted to eat a burrito but every time we eat here, the rice is always undercooked and really hard .

Great place for real good honest real food, low prices for quality food and huge portions. I usually get to good meals out of their burritos. Tasty hand made to order honest to goodness food.

Asked this group to do a last minute catering order for 75 people and they made it such a breeze! Really appreciate such great services!

Great FRESH food. Not all chipotles do a good job with this. Great service from Jessica. Keep up the good work. Chipotle has gotten too big and downhill with both service and food lately so it's refreshing to find a location who still does things right.

The food was okay. They put WAY TOO MUCH rice though. I got a double chicken bowl, price of double is kinda crazy but whatever that and a small bag of chips was like 25 bucks I think it was. I'm not worried about it cause I wanted it. Chipotle just isn't the same anymore though. Service was good employees were cheerful and inviting, although they did forget my water cup and I had to go back up there but otherwise it was fine

This location makes the smallest bowls I have experienced at Chipotle. They skimp on everything, including rice, meat and beans. Their staff needs a better training. It's pathetic that I paid $28 for this.

Portions are super small now. They don't even fill up a whole spoon full. Don't even waste your money. $17 for a meal with half a bowl of food is crazy.

I've been going to different Chipotle Grill for years. I've noticed that they've been putting less and less protien in the burritos and bowls. But, this last time I went to the Pomona Chipotle on Rio Rancho Rd. it was just riduculous! I went specifically to try the new brisket. Did the regular ordering routine and asked for the brisket. They said I'd have to wait a few min. OK no biggie. After a couple min they asked what else do you want in your bowl. I looked and told them I'm waiting for the brisket. They said they already put it in! I told them what? That's not even enough for a child please give me double. She put a half a scoop in the bowl and charged me like $24! There still was less protein than they used to give us. Never again am I going to that location. I may or may not try another other locations. Chipotle you guys should be embarrased by charging more for less!

Chipotle is Chipotle in my opinion. Overall, think it would be beneficial is they let the beans drain more before putting them in your bowl or burrito because it makes everything soggy. I wished they would also have a different salad dressing option like creamy cilantro.

This Chipotle is always speedy and I never wait long in line which is great, although they barley give me any portions, I got like half scoop of rice and I didn't order beans so my plate looks very sad. I hope they can be more generous with their portions.

This is probably the worst location I've ever been to! Every time I order from here to go, they get my order wrong, completely wrong. I have to come back to the restaurant have them fix it, and if the line gets long, they won't even fix it right away they'll make you wait until they clear out the line and leave your food sitting up there to get cold. If I could rate them 0 stars I would!

Jessica the general manager is very unprofessional and rude to customers!!!!! I order my son a kid cheese quesadilla meal and I always get guacamole as my protein. Jessica decided to charge me for an additional side of guacamole after I showed her on the website that she was wrong. I am Never going back to this small location .

Ordered Chipotle catering for a work event last week, and I was pleasantly pleased with not only the food, but the service as well. When I arrived at my pick up time, they were just boxing up my order. Because I had ordered enough food for a party of 20, some of the Chipotle staff helped me carry everything out to my car. In the 10 minute drive back to my place of employment, the party pack with chicken, steak, and all the fixings for burrito bowls stayed at the perfect temperatures. Plates and utensils were provided with our order, as well as 2 big bags of chips that I was not expecting. My Team was so excited with the special lunch, that they are still talking about how good the food was. We are looking forward to ordering Chipotle catering again for our next work event.

This is supposed to be a salad! Ordered online NEVER AGAIN!!!! Where is the lettuce and why is there so much sour cream I tried moving it to see if all the condiments I added were there but this is just gross!

I gave this location THREE tries before I wrote this review- unfortunately it's the closest location to me but now I won't be coming back. Actually all chipotle's are getting REAL STINGY with their portions & it's insane. I paid $15 for my CAP bowl today & had 10 pieces of chicken, that weighed about 2 oz. Also their beans are usually hard here! These workers are the worst, so unwelcoming, don't want to do their jobs, PLS HEAD MY WARNING & go somewhere else.. I'm saving you Time & money Ambiance is atrocious-- no line & they still make you feel rushed. Went in at 7 with nobody behind us and the dude still scooped my food fast as crap

This is the worst chipotle that I have ever visited in my life. When I first got to this place, about 30 minutes ago, I placed my order which was a burrito bowl with Carne Asada. The staff said the meat was going to take 10 minutes to cook 45 minutes later the meat wasn't even on the grill and the little boy in the front said oh it'll be another five minutes. Which at this point I already had paid for my food and left because I was so irritated with the lack of communication at the staff has with the customers. All they had to do is tell me it's going to be 45 minutes until we are able to serve you. And I also don't understand in a place like this where they serve the amount of meat they do how they run out of me during rush hour. All the reviews I see are negative and now I know why this place needs a new manager.

Went in to get my usual bowl and sadly was disappointed when they decided to skimp me on toppings. I would like to think they'd improve on that but they haven't, and seem to always skimp you with toppings.

Service was very quick, generous portions of food, and staff kept it clean! Good overall experience.

My steak bowl was the best I've had out of the chipotles in the area I've been too & great people work here the young girl in blonde was very nice & helpful to get my order done perfect even with a long line!

If I could leave a 0 for a review I would! I found a fly in bowl!!! Disgusting!!! I ordered through Uber and picked up in person. Unfortunately, Uber takes a while to send the confirmation/receipt to my email but I had my order number and screen shot of my order. The "manager" Kacey stated she was not able to do anything without the confirmation email. She did not provide me with a refund although I had the food, a picture and my order number. This is ridiculous and disgusting. A complete waste of time and money. As a pregnant woman with a craving for chipotle this completely ruined my appetite and I will never eat here again!

Horrible service. The meat isn't cooked all the way. When you come in using a coupon, they love to tell you that it's only valid for one scoop of meat and not two. That's a lie. You can use your coupon for two scoops of meat. I hate how you pay for a full scoop of meat and they want to shake meat off the spoon

Worker was under serving and Had to pay for more chicken. To have barely enough chicken on my bowl. I told them he served half a spoon full of chicken and looked at me like I was crazy. I dumped food in trash before I had a bite because they ruined my day. Paid roughly $15 for just the bowl after paying for extra chicken. Total bill was around $22 Last time I eat there. Bye!!!!

I'm rating this Chipotle a 5 star because for starters it's always so clean. And friendly staff . But I really want to leave a review of because of what happened on my last visit to this Chipotle . My daughter who is 5 is ordering her own food and the staff is super patient with her and one of the staff complimented my daughters glasses which got her super excited . She recently got bullied at school for wearing glasses so she's been having a hard to wanting to wear them so when this girl told my daughter she looked great in them it was just what she needed to hear . So I know you didn't know her situation but you totally boosted her confidence. I didn't get your name but thank you for being so sweet to my sweet pea! You're amazing 10/10 I'd recommend this Chipotle because it's clean , fresh food , and super friendly employees .

Rice was under cooked so it was a bit hard and crunchy. Also the portion size was so small and no where near worth the almost $20 I paid for ONE meal. Overall the quality of ingredients didn't taste as fresh either. It is criminal to charge this much money for such a bland meal from a company that markets itself as an affordable fast food option. Chipotle used to offer quality ingredients, adequate portions to cost ratio. Quality and portion size has gone down while prices have increased insurmountably. You can find better options at better prices especially in CA. Ditch this establishment.

The staff during the closing shift is extremely rude To top it off the burrito bowls weren't even warm or hot All of the food was cold as if it had been in the freezer. The place may have been clean but the employees and the food were poor. BTW it was a male and two females one female at the register and one female at the grill the male made the food order The only reason there is a star rating is because I couldn't post this review without the rating

Not worth the time when you're served more sh*ty attitude than food. Small portions and rude customer service. Seems like they were in a rush to get us out when there was no line. The girl with pink hair and face piercing was so bothered that everyone was ordering chicken. Maybe next time be better prepared and start cooking once you see it running low. They told us there would be a wait for chicken and that's fine. I rather wait 5 10 mins for fresh chicken then dried out one that has been sitting out. She still scrapes the bottom of the bowl and serves crumbs and call it a serving. I asked and paid for double chicken just to get a $15 dollar rice bowl with a small amount of chicken.

We paid $11 dollar for this. Front trays had little to nothing left so couldn't order a bowl, asked for quesadilla instead employee said no more cheese, there was a guy that told her to go to the back and look because they have cheese, IDK what her problem was because she said no more the guy shortly after comes out with a bag but by this time she had already finish making the quesadilla and that's when I realized she DID MOT WEAR GLOVES. OBVIOUSLY management lacks skills in all areas. I hope supervisor does something about this UNACCEPTABLE!

Stopped in to grab a bite to eat while working out in Pomona. I ordered the salad bowl with chicken & the guy that was helping me seemed rushed even though there was no one else in line. He totally skipped the rice & I had to remind him that I wanted chicken. There are other reviews indicating that they rush through orders even when there is no one else in line so I guess I am not the only one. The food was a good portion, I was not disappointed in the food or quality of food at all. It was more of the fact that I was rushed to order. The chicken was well seasoned, my fav. is the corn & cilantro lime rice. Always super bomb. Its a nice spot, near a Target & there is a large parking lot. Just be aware that customer service leaves much to be desired but if you can over look that then it is a decent spot.

Horrible service , food was cold the bunch of lil kids in the kitchen that don't know what they doing and pay more attention to flirting with customers rather then providing good customer service especially some kid with tattoos and tall was the rudest of them all

Went here for tonight's dinner and i was absolutely disappointed. Got the chicken and steak bowl with brown rice and black beans. The fact that the rice wasn't cooked throughly ruined my whole meal.

Excitingly, went in to get my son his favorite food since he had been sick these past couple of days and had finally been feeling better. Ordered his kids meal, 2 hard shell tacos with extra beans. Sometimes it's a hit or miss with the extra beans which is fine I know is extra but then I asked for Salsa on the side and the server said "it's extra" with an attitude. I'm like "for salsa?" "Yesss, you ordered a kids meal! It comes with ONLY 2 sides!" She looked at me with such a serious face, like dang girl, you could have gave me a 1/4 of those small cups and I would have been happy! What a way to kill a happy vibe!

This place is ridiculous I left a bad review on Chipotle feedback and now leaving one on here. I will be calling to speak to the manager. My disabled sister went to go order food for the first time by herself and she gets overcharged for salsa. Every other location I have been at from azusa, Montclair, Chino, eastvale, Chino hills and Upland HAVE NEVER charged for one cup of salsa but they made my sister pay an extra 1.55. Like this is ridiculous. Everytime I ask for one of the salsas on the side to not make my burrito soggy, I have never been charged. She asks it on the side and they charge her. This location is terrible.

Always my go to location for chipotle. Never really much of a wait. Always have the ingredients and meat I want in and nice and warm. Staff is not too stingy with the meat or guac. Staff is really friendly and quick to attend you I've never had much a problem with them so come down and eat in or out quick!

$4 chicken taco had very little meat, all my sides were half full. Support businesses that give you what you pay for.

My family's quality of Life has risen tremendously with Chipotle in the neighborhood!! Especially Michael the manager. He is so cool and very respectful, always greeting his customers with a smile. And OMG the food taste soooo good. I think It's because the manager really care about surveying fresh delicious food. I don't remember her name but the blue haired girl was sweet tentative and very fast! Had the whole family in the car and she did everything effortlessly with a smile! She was very informative and even told me about large guacamole!!! Didn't know they even had a large! Needless to say I added that and a large bag of chips! Perfect meal to keep the family quiet and work from home! Thanks again

Y'all are terrible, presentation of food is trash, customer service your usual im too good for this place teenagers with no personality! Do better and actually give people there moneys worth. Thanks

I can't really say my experiences at this location have been bad nor great. But what i can say is that there is always something negative in mind when it comes to ordering here. First, they never add utensils, idk if that's a new thing but in both deliveries and in person orders forks, spoons etc are never present. Second, some of the employees can be ridiculously stingy. I think this comes down to management and their bonus checks. But it's honestly annoying! And third, I've received blackish guac more than one time. It just eliminates the possibility of "fresh" food and that's kind of a downer

I ordered the sofritas bowl and let me tell you that was delicious... guacamole was fresh as well. Restaurant was clean and the workers were friendly.

They're hella stingy here !! They give you the minimum or everything, even salsa I had to ask for extra salsa, pico and LETTUCE. I mean come on. Maybe it was staff for today but I'll be making my way to a different chipotle going forward.

The food here is very wonderful and well cooked. Their servers always provide kind service and are patient with their customers. The restaurant is usually very clean and has a calm vibe, which always makes me relaxed when i eat there. Will continue to be my favorite restaurant!

I am lover of Chipotle, however this store was very disappointing. I ordered steak tacos. Well, the steak was as hard as a hockey puck, the tortillas were cold. They wrapped my tacos and made it into a ball. I ended up throwing half my meal away. This store must be an embarrassment to Chipotle.

Tried there new chicken. Pretty good food and customer service was really good. Got along well with an employee. I'm not sure what his name was but he had long hair and glasses. Cool kid.

This chipotle is one of my favorite to go to. The staff is always so nice and patient, even when it gets super busy. When I do online orders they are always ready for pickup asap. Love coming here on my quick 30 minute lunch. The manager here (I believe his name is Michael ) is amazing. He is very attentive to customers & even throws himself on the line to help out his employees during those lunch rushes. He has the friendliest staff. Food is always warm and fresh. Even when doing online orders. Love this chipotle !!!!! I wish I knew everyone's names so I could recognize them in this review. But this includes all of the employees. (:

Walked in and not even a minute into ordering the first girl helping was being petty . Homegirl was obviously having a bad day and right away asked the other girl who was lovely to help us because she couldn't handle her little tantrum. Instead of finishing the service she started , she decided to just go and eat . Like if you don't want to work then don't the fuck . Don't be with your little attitude. She was still over here making ugly ass faces , couldn't even say excuse me when walking by me . Rude asf . Just because I didn't want to make a scene . Downloaded this app just to vent about miss tantrum . I left fast food for that reason , because bitches like her can't handle people correctly , always with their fucken bad vibes . Like learn to suck it up and get over yourself .

This location is a no for me. I walked in once and the crew was all men... low energy, prep table dirty, rice everywhere, the line filthy, and the food flavorless. the fajitas we're literally raw onions and bell peppers.. yum! Low key might start working at Chipotle again to re train those boys lol sorry not sorry I chose chaos today but that store is just chaotic

I ordered here from Uber Ears and they got my order completely wrong, which happens not a big deal. So I came in person to the restaurant to have it remade correctly and both employees I interacted with gave me attitude and made it seem like I was being an inconvenience; didn't even apologize for the incorrect order. I don't think just wanting the food I ordered is too much to ask... but apparently it is at this chipotle.

The food is always good. But the customer service is inconsistent. And tonight, it was by far the worst. The staff were extremely rude. I will choose a different location for my future orders
