Will not be returning ever. Twice now when I’ve ordered delivery from this location, they have screwed up the ENTIRE order! Can’t call the store because they make it completely impossible to get through. This time I ordered two burritos and an order of tacos (as shown on the bag receipt pictured below) What we received was two poorly constructed bowls.. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!

Got a steak bowl, i ask if there was enough for that for when I walked in it seemed they were out of everything, employee walks over to the online orders table and said yes. Proceeded to start the bowl. Was handed off to another employee who scrapped and scrapped and scrapped the steak canister from the line (not o line orders area, giving me a little less than half the steak you'd except or I've ever gotten on a bowl) until he asked me for the rest of the order. I was so shocked and like "wtf" in my head that I just completed and walked out. Moral of the story, this store is terrible, they never can keep the good employees for there seems to be a whole new crew every week (unlike panda express), and they'll take care of your online order more than in store.

Horrible horrible horrible .. and no thank you …. Sorry I have to write this review since I am high level in Google and I don’t like to hurt anyone .. But I came today to buy some food for my husband… as we came they told us they didn’t have white rice .. and my order was only white rice and meet so I asked if they then could give me extra meet … they said No… I asked for a manage and an older guy named Bill said No … only any of the sides … he didn’t even offer free chips or anything just to please an unhappy Costumer… and by the place the food and everything looks gross… I finished paying $12 for a flat layer of meat … we’ll NEVER again and no I don’t recommend it!

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR FOOD! This is RAW chicken, it was all clumped together in my bowl. How did this even get past the kitchen? I was given a new bowl of food and the employee who served it apologized, but the employee in the kitchen just said “sorry” and barely even looked in my direction. I have a weakened immune system; if I had not been paying attention, this could have been very bad for me. DO BETTER and CHECK meats appropriately!! Almost $10 per bowl and I can’t even eat it in peace.

Placed an online order at 8:20pm, my husband arrived at 8:32pm to pick it up and there was a sign on the door that said “store closed no staff”. I understand things happen and staff can just walk out but I am sad I got charged for a meal that I never received. Luckily I contacted the customer service phone number and they refunded me but dang that was annoying. If staff will walk out so easily on the job clearly management and higher ups aren’t doing a good job to help out the staff that’s on the front lines. Do better and have a better foundation of management to support your staff so they DONT walk out and create this problem.

I just had a pretty bad experience at Chipotle today. I got a steak and the new honey chicken bowl and when I started eating, I realized the chicken was RAW in some spots. It was honestly pretty gross, and I just couldn’t finish it. Definitely not what I expected. Hope they can take a closer look at food safety in the future. Will not be going back anytime soon.

This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this restaurant. I used to be a frequent customer at this particular Chipotle restaurant, and our last visit was just a month ago, but this last experience was a dealbreaker for us. We purchased $70 worth of food (apparently), and received 50% of the quantity from the previous visit, even with the inclusion of a double-meat up charge. I’ve recommended this location to many friends in the past, but I can say with confidence that this will likely be my last order.

I ordered a burrito burrito in a bowl first he made it wrong and then after I asked for them to fix it, they fixed it, but yet the person who took my money, wanted to come over and assist with the burrito with the same gloves that they took my money with the same gloves that they’ve been taking other people’s money with and try to make the burrito with those same dirty gloves. I indicated to them that’s cross contamination And they got upset. I just want people to be very vigilant and careful that they have individuals here that don’t care to change their gloves in between taking money and making food and would rather make the customer sick. They had me speak to an assistant manager, who didn’t even seem to care. General manager was on an interview, but I’m not happy with service. I received service was subpar if I give them zero, I would. ! Update I waited for the GM to finish her interview and she was quite professional and apologetic and she gave me a refund . I felt assured this wouldn’t happen again to me or anyone else there

The moment you realize chipotle is no longer worth the hype. I had been craving chipotle and I was disappointed. This location can use a good cleaning. The employees look sloppy and the food stations are too. It just makes it so unappetizing to want to eat or drink anything out of here. I ordered a salad, they offered no dressing. Out of brown rice. Not that friendly. For a $17 lunch, I expect more. I'm good on all chipotles at this point.

I honestly wish I could give this Chipotle zero stars. Every single time I've gone, there's been a 20+ minute wait -- not for something complex, but for basic items like chicken, rice, and beans. How does a restaurant that serves only a handful of core ingredients consistently run out of them? The staff always seem overwhelmed, disorganized, and completely unprepared. No urgency, no communication, and definitely no customer service. It's just a horrible experience overall, every single time. If you're hungry and in a hurry -- go literally anywhere else. This place is a mess.

As I'm checking out, they put a cup in the bag. I asked them, "what is the cup for?" They told me that it goes with my kids meal. I told him I didn't order a kids meal - I ordered a steak quesadilla - for a man. Rather than getting the order right, they insisted it was the same and that in fact it's better this way this is better this way. At that point, I was hungry and I didn't wanna get grumpy... When I got home, it was in fact, a kids meal... Including a downsized steak quesadilla - which was not enough. I also ordered chips and guacamole - the chips were stale and cold. I tried to call back and got their phone loop and couldn't get through to a person. I understand their rating.

Unless youre an employee at Chipotle people dont have a clue as to what goes on behind the curtain in the restaurant business which means that when the kitchenship starts to rock through tough waves it starts to affect employee performance and service consistancy but fear not to all Chip lovers because there is a marvelous kitchen technitian in town now a days that is turning around the exceptional experience from a A to Z with Chipotle at SLW location, thank you Valentin!! :) :)

Chipotle is a staple in millions of Americans meal routines and it's not a shock as to why. With tons of options to choose from paired with fresh meats done buffet style in which you can pick each topping some of them free of charge! This location is generally pretty busy but always gets the to go orders right unlike some other locations who rush and mess things up.

Despite all the claims that Chipotle is giving more protein it's not happening. I ordered a chicken burrito...there is no way that the protein was 4 ounces. I've kind of given up on Chipotle. Don't want to spend $9.15 for a vegetable burrito.

Decided to givethis location another chance after not visiting for a couple years. I ordered a Brisket bowl. The server scioped up about a half spoon of brisket that was left on the bottom of the container. She passed the bowl down as if there was enough meat. When I asked if they could make more brisket she toltold me the grill person had to make chicken. It was lunchtime and there was no limited time brisket. I see not much has changed. Oh well. I tried.

Every time I come to this Chipotle, it's always something whether it's the employees attitude or the quality of the food and service waited in line for 25 minutes. Got to the window. They said there was no more steak so I got the chicken chicken is dry. Got the bottom of the barrel rice and beans but we're paying over $20 for this Just insane.

I love chipotle but this one was the dirtiest one I have been to. they didn't have the necessary essentials like napkins, lids for the bowls, drink lids and napkins. The food was not appetizing to look at or presented nicely it was a mess. I would love to see the owners clean this up you have something everyone enjoys eating but by we do Have standards.Please get a manger to oversee whats going on and get your business in order. I couldn't eat my dinner it was so unappetizing. Unfortunate!

They want to charge 6$ for a kids meal. Ordered through Uber eats. Instead of adding more rice because kids don't usually eat beans this ignorant or cheap place can't add more rice and no option to replace beans for rice. Makes no sense. Definitely don't order for delivery here. So I started with this before I opened mine. I ordered double chicken with just rice and cheese. Needless to say, I work from West Palm to Boca and stop at chipotle at least once a week. This is just ridiculous!!! Almost 20$ and this is what they send out. Half a bowl. Thanks chipotle for doing nothing right! Will never order from this chipotle again!

Wow, I dont even know where to start. This place is insanely chaotic ans not organized. They get orders wrong, long waits for things as simple as rice. Rice is so cheap, and they are skimping on it as if it comes out of their own paychecks. The workers seemed absolutely lost in the sauce. The wait time is also horrendous. Sucks because now I have to stop going to chipotle, its that bad. Bummer.

Food: Apparently I was told that they couldn't make a large quesadilla for me because I had to order it online. Not only is that unfair, but it is extremely ridiculous. I shouldn't have to drive nearly 20 miles to eat a quesadilla that is no bigger than my hand. A kids quesadilla for an adult is ludicrous and no one should not have to tolerate that, unless that's what they actually ordered. Service: The service was terrible, although the cashier was friendly and attentive, the man who works there named Dom looked like he didn't even want to be there. He is tall, skinny, and has blonde curls. I hope the manager sees this and fires him. Ambience: When I walked up to the counter, it was already filthy, and Dom didn't even acknowledge me, and started cleaning as soon as I got to the counter. Only after he was finished, did he take my order. I've been to many restaurants, over the past few years. All of which did relatively well enough for me not to post a negative, but I have never seen someone not care about their job enough, to not only deny me what I actually want, but to give me a kids sized version of what I wanted. I find it demeaning. Overall, the way I was treated by one employee was dismal, and if I had worked there, I would first change my attitude, and secondly, actually give me what I ordered. Instead of making up some crazy rule, I've been to three other chipotles within the last two weeks and NONE of them, made up that rule. The cashier was nice, which is the only reason I gave a star. The food wasn't prepared right, It was completely soggy, and it was too small for me to enjoy. I'm still hungry, but there's no way I'm going back to this Chipotle. The photo posted below is a picture of the cheese quesadilla compared to my hand. I have small hands so that should show how it was no bigger than my actual hand. The time of the floor is exactly 7.5 inches. The quesadilla was about 5. I HOPE THEY ARE PREPARED FROM A SURPRISE HEALTH INSPECTION.

Reviews say it all. Horrible location. Always out of something. Always out of salad dressing when I order a salad. Maybe tell a customer that before letting them make a bowl. Saw a guy walk out cause they were out of sour cream and vinaigrette. Employees don't give a F*^% and it shows.

This chipotle is horrible. Every time I have been here you have young kids running the location that have no regard for the customer unless it's one of their friends that walk in. They are always running out of something with a wait time of 15-20 minutes before those items are ready. At no point do the employees try to eliminate a single inconvience or be problem solvers. Walked out with no food to say the least

The staff were inattentive, they could not hear me while I was ordering. The staff members were all wearing masks & gloves. However, no other patrons were wearing masks, masks were not mandatory or even encouraged for customers. When I brought my food home, the bag was soaked by a poorly placed aluminum lid. At which point, the bag rapidly erupted, the entire bottom falling through & taking my bowl with it. Over half of my bowl fell on the sidewalk. What was salvageable tasted bland & was unsatisfying.

Was told i have to call corporate for a refund. People are hit or miss on making food too, always too small of a portion.

Where do I begin. I use to love this place but really has gone downhill. Just ate there yesterday and the rice was hard!!!! How do you eat hard rice. I reach out online and was just told sorry and was going to reach out to the sore to advise. What was I suppose to eat after discovering this. I try to give them chances but it's away something. Not going to spend my money on this any longer.

We went on a Saturday afternoon, the pork was almost out, so what I got was dried out, same with the cheese, low and looked unappetizing, the counter was dirty and messy. The young's ones behind the counter had no customer service, they talk to low to hear and they were in conversations with all the other young ones near the grill, left the customer to watch and wait! Also the scanner still is not working, hasn't since day one and you can't scan your phone for points so they do it manually, take my phone and enter a number, which I wasn't to thrilled handing my phone to a stranger. Eat outside cause tables and drink areas were filthy, hope they work out these kinks cause we USED to love chipotle.

When we ordered the following items were not available...and they weren't making more: No carne asada No pork No guacamole No napkins No Mr Pibb No Diet Coke No additional drinks next to soda fountain - all 4 empty 20 people came in after us. I can't imagine what they ended up with.

Busy place - good food This restaurant is located to the east of the I-95 on the south side of St Lucie W Blvd. It shares a parking lot with several other stores in the group of stores facing the main road. So parking is often limited. There are spaces reserved right in front of the restaurant for pick-up orders but parking is so limited, those spaces are often used for people trying to park their cars and dine-in. The restaurant has several table/booths inside and about 6 small tables on the patio outside in front of the restaurant. As with all Chipotle restaurants that I have visited, you order at the counter and they prepare your order as you direct them to on the serving line. You pay at the end of the line and then fill up your drinks. The restaurant has been busy every time I have visited and this visit was no exception. The line was wrapped around and blocked the door for the entire time we were there. The staff was friendly and the food was good. We ended up eating outside on the front patio and it was very pleasant. I would recommend this location for fellow travelers in the area but suggest ordering ahead and possibly parking nearby or being patient for a space. Enjoy.

I used it order from this location plenty of times because the food was really good and portions were great but now I ordered from the app and the food portions were very small and the orders were always wrong. I totally understand having a off day but three times , totally unacceptable. I'm going to back from ordering from this location . With the high inflation and food costs.it's not worth getting aggravated and disappointed.

My wife wanted the Steak Guarijillo and wanted vinaigrette to go with it. I get there ten minutes after they officially opened and I tell them what I wanted and am told I need to wait for them to prepare things. So I wait a good twenty to thirty minutes as other customers have their order placed and finally get my order only to be told that they don't have vinaigrette. I get home and it was just the regular steak. I go to another Chipotle and they didn't have it either, and didn't seem to want to make it. Very upset and disappointed.

This place is absolutely unorganized, l tried to order a quesadilla in person and they stated online online I then said no problem so I placed a order just for them to not have what I requested including The drink. This is absolutely absurd, I asked to just cancel the entire order and just provide the refund , the employee using the register with the name Abigail acted like he was planning to place a phone call to the General manager to cancel the order / refund. Came back less than 30 seconds and stated they cannot refund. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION VERY UNORGANIZED!!!! Absolutely horrible.

Depending on the day or time of day will determine food portions and quality. The first time the food was great...amazing even the next not so.....mostly lettuce and rice in my bowl with a small scoop of chicken. They were busy so I went back it was better but not as good as my first visit. I like this restaurant I just might try a different location

The mobile orders here are always late and always wrong. if they're out of some thing when you get there they can't refund you and offer no substitutes. the mobile order workers have no zip in their step whatsoever and don't care if your order is 30 minutes late. I used to order from here all the time but got tired of the issues stated above. It's been about three months since I placed an order, I figured I would give it a try again. NO JOY! all the same issues. Mobile order staff completely dragging their feet to get anything completed, order was 23 minutes late, no unsweet tea, order was wrong. i'm so done with this location. btw, my rinky-dink order is always the same: steak bowl 2x steak (2x steak always missing), 2x lettuce (2x lettuce always missing), 2x shredded cheese (2x always missing). not rocket science. I ordered the same meal today, no unsweet ice tea and my 2x steak was substituted with 1x chicken. :SMH:

I order from here when my customers request it, it is ok to me but I know many who are big fans. Large order, they pretty much had it ready on time. The salsa is good ! The place is clean. In my opinion the chicken is just ok and the chips way too salty.

Everything was ice cold inside. Do they even warm up the meat?! Such a disappointing experience. Took my mom there for the first time which I told her she would enjoy. Taco shells soggy. We live almost next door and arrived for pickup before they had packed it - so how was the meat ice cold?!?

I have not had meat in 4 years+. This is the first time i went to this location and am so disgusted with the lack of effort put into these bowls. I DONT recommend going to this location, its horrible that they even had pieces of chicken in the vegetables. How would this have even happened without all the possibilities being gross. So disheartened and angry. Please make sure that for people who order veggie bowls that there is NO meat in them!

Zero customer service. This particular location may not be well stocked when it comes to ingredients but they have enough attitude to spare. It's right off 95, so it's worth it just drive a little further to another location if you have a craving.
