I love this Chipotle, but with a caveat. The food has always been excellent. It’s clear whoever runs this grill takes pride in it because the meat is well seasoned and perfectly cooked. Quality can vary from location to location and this one is consistent on that front. Plus I typically get a pretty generous portion here, especially when ordering in person. But the service is slow. You very well may be in for a wait to get your food. To me, that’s worth it because my burrito always hits but if you’re in a rush you may be a tad annoyed at the wait.

I’ve been to this specific Chipotle location about 100 times or so over the last several years. Out of all of the Chipotle locations, this one most reliably has all of the promised ingredients for my bowl or wrap. It’s also extremely efficient. Even when there is a long line, it moves quickly. This location is NOT your average Chipotle. It exceeds all others. The staff are on their game with almost robotic precision. If you want a Chipotle location that’s likely to have your beloved peppers and onions/fajita peppers in stock, this location is likely to accomplish that. If you want proper portions, this location accomplishes that. If you want hot ingredients, this location does that.

I placed a DoorDash order with them, paid 20$ for a steak burrito bowl and it was only half full and had absolutely no steak on it. DoorDash offered me a 4.70 credit but to pay 20$ for a steak bowl and have no steak completely unacceptable, I have never had my order correct from this location

Usually very great service depending on who helps you. Apparently Ahriya who helped me today didn't like the way I come in to order because she tried to upcharge me for every single item I got on the side instead of on my bowl when noone else makes a deal about it. I come here solely because I have texture based eating issues and I like that I can build my meal my way without being upcharged or getting bad service for making it my way. Nothing worse than when a food employee acts like your needs come out of their paycheck. Otherwise my experiences here have been 10/10

Corporate greed at work. They clearly haven't staffed this place appropriately. Really poorly run restaurant. 1) Messy, uncleaned tables and floors in the dining area. 2) Kitchen looks messy and unkempt. 3) No napkins, no utensils. I’ll repeat… totally out of utensils or napkins. 4) Trash is overflowing and spilling. Chipotle restaurants are already hit or miss, and this one is a big miss. Just don’t go here, they’re overwhelmed.

One of the worst experiences at a chipotle. Did a mobile order for a chicken quesadilla, as you can't order them in person. (Now I know why). The chicken was so dry and over cooked that it was inedible. I have a strong suspicion they use the leftovers from the day before for them. The guac I ordered with it was throughly browned. I did contact corporate and was refunded however I was still out a lunch that day.

Im from NYC so i already have pretty low fast-food standards in general but this chipotle truly takes the cake of WORST joint I have ever been to. Within the last 6 months, ive gone at least 7 or 8 times due to its close proximity to my BF's house but tonight we agreed never again and we will drive an extra 10 minutes to visit another chipotle. This specific chipotle is infamous and consistent for never having ANYTHING on their menu. Every single time ive gone, they have been out of SOMETHING (most notably rarely having the fajita veggies & corn). We went tonight and this same situation had occurred. I had asked if they were making more corn or veggies and i that would wait for it to be made and I received a blank stare and an obnoxious 'no'. This normally wouldn't put me off an entire establishment but it's the fact that they are consistent in not having their menu items which is really disappointing. It's not as if we go at 10pm near closing, we PURPOSELY go early knowing this establishment is always out of something. It's really frustrating that we pay full price and almost always miss out on some of our favorite menu items. Not only that but I also notice that the food station always appear messy and unkept which is just gross and makes me wonder how they are even preparing the food. It's filled with teenage employees who simply don't care. I hope that this review sparks change & ignites improvements considering they just lost 2 very local customers. If you're a wary customer reading this, save your time & money and go elsewhere because there's a 99% chance what you want to eat they probably are already out of.

Placed an online order . My boyfriend went in to pick up the order. He waited 30 minutes to be talked to , and when he was , he was told "There's no steak or chicken, so can't complete your order." Alright, no problem, i'll just get my refund. I go to chat with chipotle's help bot "pepper", and they were unable to process my request or refund. So I lost 33$ , went home hungry for food i shouldn't have waited that long in the first place for, and feeling very upset. I understand food runs out, I've worked food service. But good customer service is keeping your customers in the loop, because we waited an HOUR just to be told it can't be made. Will never come back, and do not recommend going!!

They will rush you and when you ask for a specific thing on the side they will not give you what you asked for. I opened my bowl and a pool of oil is sitting at the bottom which never happens until now. Oh and don't order any thing that the workers don't like or they will literally stick their face into your food and look at you crazy.

There was an extremely long line just for me to find out they can't do a kid's taco meal? Dining area was filthy. Every table was a mess and trash cans overflowing. I definitely get being understaffed but when needing to dine in, a clean table would be nice. However, my nephew said his barely filled burrito bowl was good.

Multiple times they are missing main ingredients (steak, lettuce, chips to name recently.) Last visit arrived at 8:00 p.m. and was told they were no longer taking orders (they close at 11:00.) Seemed to be adequately staffed so no typical staff shortage excuse that I could see. Won't be going back to this location.

They will give you the smallest potion sizes imaginable and you will still walk out there spending $25 on one burrito. They will up-charge you for any little extra you ask for and give you an attitude if you ask for more. I will never go here ever again. They have completely ruined chipotle for me.

I can't even believe I'm wasting another minute for this absolutely abhorrent establishment. It's so rare that I leave a bad review... I've been in the service industry for well over 10 years and I just couldn't even believe the way I was treated today. The restaurant itself was absolutely filthy, which of course we couldn't see until after we ordered and paid for our food. They had one of those small stainless steel bins labeled "trash" right next to all the plastic ware and drinks... absolutely not up to health code. We ordered 2 large chips. Realized we weren't given any chips. Sent my husband back to pick up the chips, he showed the cashier his receipt of 2 large chips, and was given 2 normal size bags of chips. When I returned, for a THIRD time, Orlando (told me he was the GM) told me it was a miscommunication on my husband's part. He didn't take any blame at all until I reminded him that my husband is in fact not an employee at chipotle and it's not his responsibility to make an order correct. He then told me "sorry for the miscommunication, what is it you want me to do for you?" Ummmmmm how about let's start with GIVING ME WHAT I PAID FOR? THAT'S THE LAW!?!?! Really, really unprofessional and I'm beyond dissatisfied and disappointed. Orlando didn't even want to speak with me - told me "I have nothing to offer you, do you want me to fire the cashier?". The rest of the employees were either listening in to my complaints, laughing & pointing, standing around doing nothing, or going back and forth on their cell phones & serving customers/using the cash register.... Yes, all w the same pair of gloves on! They certainly can't offer me anything to "make it right" now, as I will never be back. This place needs COMPLETE overhaul.

It's genuinely impressive to see how terrible a chain restaurant can get. Haven't been in a while but stopped by and a disaster. Place is empty but no one acknowledges me for 5-10 minutes. One person is doing mobile orders and more folks come in so we're all just standing there. One person comes up doesn't say a word and starts refilling tops/bowls. Eventually asks what I want but says they're "out of a lot of stuff" at 4PM. You couldn't make a burrito or bowl if you wanted. 10-15 minutes to wait just for chicken. So the line just walks out. Chipotle should do a case study on how not to run a business. If I could give negative stars I would.

Ordered via Doordash. The store forgot my husband's order. The food we did receive was salty and sloppy. My quesadilla had virtually no cheese. And I paid $3.45 for a tiny cup of queso blanco. I am so irate that my husband had to go hungry because of this location's incompetence. Spare yourself the aggravation and frequent a competitor instead. Negative feedback makes me wish I could rate with negative stars.

I placed a catering order to be picked up at 6pm yesterday for a 6:30pm meeting nearby. They did not start my order until I arrived at 6:05pm. They literally started cooking the meat after I arrived. When the food was finally ready and I left at 6:45, I checked the order. They missed half of the rice and did not give any fajita veggies or chips. I went back and told them about the missing items and at that point they told me that they were our of of chips and veggies. However, they wouldn't have told me if I hadn't checked the order and confronted them. All they said is that I can call 1-800-chipotle for a refund on the missing items. I did notice that they had plenty of chips at 6pm when I arrived, however they must have given them all away in the 40 minutes that I stood waiting there . They easily could've have prepped the chips, salsas, plasticware and bowls ahead of time. As I was already late for my meeting, I asked if any other Chipotle locations had chips and veggies. They called a location 10 min away who was able to provide them. However, they did not have the ability to deliver the items, so I had to pick them up as well. Needless to say, I'm definitely catering from Qdoba next time.

First visit, no guac, fajitas or corn, the restaurant was completely filthy, rude staff. Considering every place/ people have their days, our family still visited for the last second time. Coming into this location today, the tables, chairs, and floor were completely dirty with trash everywhere, no greeting at the door. Another customer was in front of us still waiting to be served, the manager then yelled to the employee telling him not to take orders for 10 minutes. The employee then tells us that their card machine is down and they are only accepting cash. Because of the uncleanliness, unprepared food items and bad customer service, our family will no longer be visiting this location.

This is the worst chipotle on earth. The food is always cold like it's been sitting out for hours. The burritos fall a part on the first bite. The employees ask you to put in an online order even when you're standing right in front of them. After swearing off this location multiple times, I decided to give it another chance and I got crazy food poisoning. Whoever owns this one needs to clean house and start over.

Won't be back!! Ordered online, ran out to pick it up. Paid for 3 items, got 2. Ran back inside because I noticed the missing item - someone hands me a burrito, not fully even wrapped, and says "oops." Get home - 2 of my "steak" items have chicken. My daughter who HATES beans? Guess what she got?! There are plenty of others places my family could choose for dinner - and we will.

It was whilst eating at this chipotle that I realized the modern capitalist restaurant structure is doomed. For a while it seemed like cafeteria style- build your own type places were popping up on every corner and though chipotle was one of the pioneers of this style, it's definitely the most doomed in 2022. I've skipped eating at Chipotle ever since their food borne illness scandals of a few years ago. There's something unsettling about the lingering threat of E. coli, though it's possible to contract at any eatery. Today I put my paranoia aside and decided to get a burrito. Upon entering the counter of fixings, I tried to greet the man working the tortilla station. "Hello" I said, but received no response, instead he exclaimed "man, I just want to go to the bathroom". If that doesn't build your appetite for beans and rice... then I don't know what will. This interaction was very off putting. I paid $11 for my overpriced roll up and ate my food. The food itself was over- cooked, specifically the meat (probably a newly imposed precautionary measure to kill any bacteria) very nasty. Post Covid we live in a world in which this 2010's counter style fast food structure is dead & it needs to be buried. There has to be an alternative. Food and service cannot continue in this downward spiral of diarrhea. Cafeterias must be left in the past. Absolute garbage of a chain. Decided to give them one more try after they screwed up my order and they screwed it again. Employees are always rude and in a hurry. Both of the orders in the above pic were for 2 other customers and tasted VERY OFF. I strongly recommend staying far away from Chipotle as their service/quality has DRASTICALLY gone down hill but especially this chain. If you don't believe me just look at their rating.

Skip mobile order from this place. You'd be better just walking in. Ordered it 30 minutes ago to save time and I'm still waiting. ‍ Been here for my drive time plus 30 minutes. Service is beyond slow. Their ambiance for pick up is a zero. You food is just tossed in a shelf next to the bathroom. From when i ordered to when I got my food: Total wait time... 50 minutes People who walked in and order from the counter, were in and out in five minutes or less. ‍

My husband was craving something other than sushi and thus ordered a chicken bowl with all of extras on it, plus Chips and Salsa to go and A carbonated water. There's a line outside for Carry out, all of us were waiting patiently outside for orders. No dine-in available yet, but entry to place orders. The chicken bowl was filled to the rim. There's so much goodness in it. Lots of beans, organic chicken, guacamole, corn salsa, cheddar cheese, onions and fresco hot sauce. Out the door for under $12 at $11.98, not too bad. The order only took about 5 minutes as the order of ingredients were placed. The couple of bites I had were super flavorful. The bowl is quite filling too.

In my opinion I will never do an online order from this establishment again. They seem to get backed up with online orders. It takes less time to just go in and order it. In addition, they keep strange hours. Not consistently open during lunch hours. This, I assume, has been a function of the pandemic. When you do go in to order the staff is nice and helpful.

Ordered my food online-- one chicken quesadilla and white rice-- at 6:40 with a pickup time of 7:10. When I arrived five minutes early at 7:05, (the place was filthy btw) there were people there who had been waiting for their orders since 6:30. At 7:15 I asked if they had my order and was told by staff that my order time was 7:10, which mean I would have to wait 15-20 MORE minutes for my food. So when I select my pickup time I'm supposed to magically know that my actual pickup is anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes AFTER that? Funny, because I'm writing this at 7:35 and STILL haven't gotten the food I ordered almost a hour ago. Never coming back. Next time I'll make a quesadilla at home.

My order was wrong, they gave me a burrito with rice only nothing else. When I came to bring it back the Manager said we were out of those items and said "not my problem". I asked for a refund he said we don't do refunds. I asked for his name to report this it he said "I'm not telling you. Then all of the workers were laughing and fake boohooing at me. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I have been eating at Chipotle weekly for the past 8 years, I will never go back.

Employees told me they're out of tortillas for a burrito, when tortillas were right behind her, told me she didn't want to grab them so I had to get a bowl, then she gave me sass about wanting a burrito not a bowl. This place is the worst chipotel across the nation, I don't understand how incompetency can be tolerated by the manager, this is horrible drive 20 minutes out of your way to avoid this place.

Most of my orders here were between when they opened and 2019/12 Most of the time orders were correct but not every time. Never out of chips during my visit but sometimes out of ingredients. What i think is that there is a lot of demand for Chipotle's food and the online ordering has exploded that demand. Given the nature of the supply chains and how Chipotle sources their food i see this as a problem. I think it may be... too many orders, and not enough product for those orders. And guys, let me say this... my single orders were upwards of 15 bucks. But now is 25 to 30$. So if I am paying a premium its best every experience goes well. My family orders went from 35/40$ to 65 +/-$.

From someone who loves chipotle, this is the worst location I have ever been to. First the portions are smaller than the standard scoop and when you ask for more they charge extra. They were out of vinaigrette in the middle of the day, didn't have any ice when I went to go get my drink, nor did they have forks or napkins. Chips were also stale. The worst of it all was there was a quarter sized bone in my steak bowl. I doubt it's the Chipotles fault that there was no service / WiFi in the store so I couldn't load my rewards but that just topped things off. The location also has trash overflowing from the trash bins. Not a good or even mediocre location, and it seems like this has been a pattern.

STOP GOING HERE!! Go to Southfield or any other location. Why? 1) They are ALWAYS out of something - and you won't know on a mobile order until you get there. (Today was my 3rd time this has happened...). - because the last 2 times I got my order with chips and no queso, I decided to check my order after getting it directly from the guy that made it. - I checked it - the food was there was queso... - and this time no chips... guy said absolutely nothing to me. - I went back and said - sorry you forgot the chips... "oh - yeah - we are out of chips". WTF - couldn't you have said that when you gave me the bag? - oh - "yeah - you need call 1800 number to try to get a refund." Wait there's more... - I recheck the order again - I ordered the steak quesadillas... "hey sorry again - you forgot the dressing w the quesadilla..." -- "oh yeah - we are out of that today as well." - come on - You had 2X chances to tell Me that exception, and you just thought I would notice when I got home. - talked with manager - he doesn't care at all. Offered the 1-800 number and a drink... 2) 2x I have ordered quest and chips -- get home - chips no queso in the last month. (And they were NOt out of stock -- just bad service and quality). Make it easy for you -- just go to a DIFFERENT LOCATION.

Worst customer service! We ordered online and when we went to pick it up, we were told it was stolen. The kicker? They refused to remake the order for us! Said it "cuts into their profits." I left $45 in the hole and with no food (they wouldn't refund my money since it was an online order). Do not go here. I know I will never eat at a chipotle again.

Update to my last 1 star review. Here's another one. Just came in today and stood in line because I know the online ordering would take 30 minutes past when they say. When I get to the front they have no brown rice at 7:00 pm. I ask for a side of chips and they say they have no chips as I am staring at a 3x3 foot bucket of chips behind the lady. I ask her what are those behind her and she acts blind as if there are no chips behind her. I press her on the chips and she tells me they're only for mobile orders because they don't have enough. When I'm checking out I see another 3x3 bucket of chips under the counter. This place is actually so trash I don't understand how these bums still have jobs.

i dont ever leave reviews. & honest this location is not the best. but it HAS improved. the night staff is always fd over it seems and they never have enough prep. i already know how my disappointment feels not getting the meal i idoliz but, many people go theough that and take it out on the staff. this store needs roles created & honestly Chiptole as a company needs to check in on this. its not a healthy environment for anyone.

I posted a one-star review here because of a very bad experience at Chipotle on 10/13/23. I got a response asking me to report my concerns on a company website. I used the link provided and typed in my response...and the website seems to be broken. FIRST, the correct response to a serious customer complaint isn't to ask the customer to make the complaint a second time. SECOND, get your feedback page on your website fixed.

terrible. always out of something. never tells you when their closed or open either. Every time I go there there is something wrong. Shut it down honestly. just blocks the line with chairs to show their closed
