I can't even believe I'm wasting another minute for this absolutely abhorrent establishment. It's so rare that I leave a bad review... I've been in the service industry for well over 10 years and I just couldn't even believe the way I was treated today. The restaurant itself was absolutely filthy, which of course we couldn't see until after we ordered and paid for our food. They had one of those small stainless steel bins labeled "trash" right next to all the plastic ware and drinks... absolutely not up to health code.
We ordered 2 large chips. Realized we weren't given any chips. Sent my husband back to pick up the chips, he showed the cashier his receipt of 2 large chips, and was given 2 normal size bags of chips. When I returned, for a THIRD time, Orlando (told me he was the GM) told me it was a miscommunication on my husband's part. He didn't take any blame at all until I reminded him that my husband is in fact not an employee at chipotle and it's not his responsibility to make an order correct. He then told me "sorry for the miscommunication, what is it you want me to do for you?" Ummmmmm how about let's start with GIVING ME WHAT I PAID FOR? THAT'S THE LAW!?!?! Really, really unprofessional and I'm beyond dissatisfied and disappointed. Orlando didn't even want to speak with me - told me "I have nothing to offer you, do you want me to fire the cashier?". The rest of the employees were either listening in to my complaints, laughing & pointing, standing around doing nothing, or going back and forth on their cell phones & serving customers/using the cash register.... Yes, all w the same pair of gloves on! They certainly can't offer me anything to "make it right" now, as I will never be back. This place needs COMPLETE overhaul.
