I love getting my bowl and the workers are kind. I definitely love getting my bowls before my lectures or classes because as a full time student sometimes it gets hard but they actually value you and your vouchers . Dining in out out is nice but be aware of rush hours .

I am not planning to go again, I was given raw steak, It was super chewy and undercooked. When I came back to let them know about it, the manager came out told me that if wanted to I could get something else, and that I needed to return my food and pay for another plate... Really? not even one sense of customer service, they were in the wrong the less they could do was to give me a courtesy meal...but anyway, not recommended it unless you want to get food poisoned, and be treated like you were in the wrong.

Is chipotle is located inside the mall plenty of parking but could be very difficult to find one at busy times the staff seem good. They were friendly. AVOID!! Here at 6:30pm dinner time and they are out of corn, fajitas, and beef. Half assed the guac and no warm tortilla. Nobody cleaning up, this table was left like this during our whole dining time, sure that’s from terrible other customers but overall place just feel dirty. Really recommend any other place to eat.

It pains me to have to write this review. I really didn’t want to do it but as a reviewer, I have to. It’s who I am. I’ve been to this location a few times and at least three times I have been disappointed. I went at 12:00 during the day, peak lunch time and they didn’t have any meat other than pork. I went at dinner and they had one person taking care of at least 20 people waiting in line. They also didn’t have chicken or steak at that time. They are either understaffed or don’t have the meats or any food during important times. I feel betrayed because I love this spot and chipotle. Man. This is the greatest pain a reviewer has to face. Seeing a place you love and want to succeed not come through when you need them to. I’m sorry chipotle, not even chipotle but this spot in particular. You have to do better. I will redo a review if I feel necessary but for the time being, I stand by this review. I didn’t want to do it but I have to be truthful. It’s my job. And it’s your job, chipotle, to turn this establishment around.

I visited today at 5:30pm and honestly this is one of the worst chipotles I’ve visited ever. The workers were extremely rude and unhelpful. Required multiple reminders for things that were asking for. A 10+ minute wait to get a tortilla that was asked while ordering. On top of that, the food was poorly prepared and generally gross for Chipotle’s standards.

Probably the worst chipotle in town hands down. Portions are ridiculously small. Asked for double meat and they couldn't even get half a scoop of each meat. The chicken was already only had barely half a scoop left but still wouldn't give the rest of it. Not to mention it was burnt. They then realized it was too little so proceeded to scoop one or two extra meat only. Went two hours before they closed but they were already cleaning up and had not much food left. I would avoid this chipotle at all cost.

I love getting the bowls at Chipotle. They're customizable, packed to the brim, and a great value. You always know what to expect, and the food is consistently solid. It's a reliable spot for a quick and satisfying meal. Their chips are my favorite.

I usually let smaller portions slide but this is the third time that this has happened to me already at the same Chipotle location. I usually ask for a double steak salad bowl. Now I understand that this is the end of the night but at least be vocal with me about the lack of servings. I asked for a double steak salad bowl. There was a small amount of steak left and I asked for double steak. I was given first 3/4 a spoonful of steak and then the container was just nearing empty. I proceeded to get another 1/4 of a spoonful of steak. Now, if there is not enough steak to make a double steak bowl, I'd be more than be appreciative if I was told that there is no longer enough to be charged double steak. I was charged double steak for a steak bowl that barely had a full spoonful of steak and for a bowl that was essentially half filled. Needless to say after three times, I won't be dining here any longer.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I've been to many many Chipotle at all areas of different cities and states and this is THE WORST one. Rude employees, skimpy(est) on their food and I'm honestly not sure how this place stays open. I came today Sunday 5/18 and not only did they give me a skimpy bowl, the check out guy was so out of it. Super slow, the line was backed up with people whose orders had issues or problems. After checking out I asked for a fork since they were out of forks. He told me to wait and proceeded to complete the orders of the people in line. Um??? You JUST checked me out! Then the manager lady walks over to assist him, completely ignores me, and I ask her again if I can please have a fork. She points to where the forks are and tells me rudely they're over there. I tell her once again (cashier guy did not have a mouth and speak up) that I am aware where the forks are- they are out! I have paid already and I am just waiting on a fork! She huffs and puffs, tells the guy to give me one fork and he brings one single fork holding it by the prongs side with his cashier money touching hands (gross!). I ended up waiting for them to refill the dispenser so I could get a clean fork. Truly do not know how or who runs this place. Go to the Lakeshore one instead! Receipt says Host: Bryan - not sure if that's who it was but look out

My child loves Chipotle, so we went together today. My son ordered a bowl (as shown in the pictures), but the portion he received was disappointingly small. The worker gave him very little food--especially the steak and rice--while adding too much cheese. My son asked if he could get a little more to which the server replied that it will cost extra. He felt it was the same or less than the kids portion and was still hungry afterward. In comparison, the Chipotle at Lakeshore Plaza consistently serves better and more balanced portions. Based on my experience, I'd recommend going there instead.

I think I got scammed cause it doesn't make sense that a quesadilla is the same price as a normal burrito. I saw that quesadilla on the menu was $5.95 and I asked if they could add chicken. I assumed that it was just going to be a few dollars extra but they charged over $11??? Also, not sure why they gave me 3 sides. Food still tasted normal though

Went back to this Chipotle at Stonestown..the Yelp review says it was 10 years ago..I have been going to Chipotle in SF for at least 10 years.. the concert event in the park was a good promotion for Chipotle...I got a "Kid's" snack..quesadilla with sides..interesting...about $7..kid's snack...comes with a drink cup too. Closes at 11pm at Stonestown..

Don't go here! Very skimpy on their meat. I ordered a burrito and her scope has like 5-6 pieces of chicken. I did not taste it at all in my burrito. The dude behind me asked for more and she said she can give like two more pieces. Wtf? We are paying full price, why are you guys holding back on what we paid for? I'm never coming back here again.

Just order my regular online but picked up at a new location...veggie bowl. Normally, when I order a veggie bowl...it comes with fajita veggies and guacamole automatically. Not today. After leaving the store, I realized it didn't have the veggies or guacamole. The young lady at the counter said, " next time you need to specify guac on the app". Told her, I get this order once a week and it always comes with the veggies and guac. She said "I can give you a guac". Huh?! Excuse me? You can give me what I paid for..veggies and guacamole. She tried to make it seem as if I was trying to get a free guacamole. Lady, I'm missing the veggies also on a Veggie Bowl! First bad experience at chipotle. I'm shocked!

Do NOT order from this location! I ordered delivery, and my bowl was missing items (e.g. sour cream) and wasn't even filled. The quality of the steak was also disappointing because there were many pieces that were too chewy and tough to chew.

If I could give zero stars I would because of the food safety issues and lack of item availability even though we visited at 8PM and they close at 11PM. They were out of steak, pico, and lettuce which is ok if they were going to restock considering they still had 3 more hrs of operation but the employee in the back were already cleaning and closing out the store. The person that helped us should be retrained on food safety. When I asked for a little more lettuce (they were running very very low on it) he had the audacity to GRAB THE DISCARDED LETTUCE ON THE COUNTER and put it in my bowl. Looking back, I should've just requested him to cancel my order but I felt bad since my bowl was already made. BUT HE WENT ON TO DO IT FOR THE OTHER 2 BOWLS that I ordered. The lack of concern for food safety, customer satisfaction and running out of ingredients well before closing time is no surprise this location is only 2 stars (which is a bit generous imo). Never visiting this location again.

So terribly disappointed in my experience today. We all know chipotle has terrible protein portions but this took it to an entire lower level. I get my bowl with steak, pinto and rice. They overdid the pico de gallo and mild sauce to where the ratio of the bowl was off and when I asked for sour cream the lady in the front did a heaping spoonful making my bowl entirely too cold to eat. To the point where my meat wasn't even warm at all I border on thinking the meat was medium-cold temp instead of hot like it needs to be. For a place that claims to be healthy the ratios made this a carb loaded bowl vs a balanced meal. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY as I go to eat my bowl , I am met with terrible meat cuts. Making my bowl a carb loaded cold ligament mess. Will not be coming back.

The restaurant was absolutely filthy. Every table had food on it and/or under it. Utensils and napkins were not stocked. Trash cans were overflowing. It was interesting to see the dining area completely dirty while an employee was cleaning the front cooking area, including the walls, and moving grills to sweep and wipe behind them, even though there was almost an hour of service left. Employees were also not changing gloves between cleaning (handling cleaning products and dirty towels) and making food. Staff ignored us when we walked in. When one woman made eye contact with us, she immediately looked away. When we got her attention again and told her we were picking up an order, she proceeded to say nothing and point to another employee, who asked our name. When we gave it to her, she said it was not ready yet. We proceeded to wait 17 minutes past our pick up time (33 minutes from placing our order) until our two bowls were ready. Once we got home and opened the bowls, we realized one was missing black beans and both were missing mild salsa. We had heard one employee calling out to the back that they needed more chicken al pastor and mild salsa on the front line, so we assumed both ingredients would make it into our meal. There was no mention of beans being out while we were there, so we assumed the one bowl that had those would indeed include them. When we finally got our food, the employee who handed it to us said, "I wish I had chips to give you but we're all out." It would have been nice to know that after waiting for significantly longer than expected, our orders had not been made correctly. Extremely disappointing experience. By far the worst I have had at any Chipotle. I will not be returning to this location and will have serious hesitations about visiting any Chipotle moving forward.

The food was HORRIBLE. They did not have anything( lettuce, cheese, sour cream, all meats) this was a bad look for them. I ask if they had more in the back and no one replied. The service was also HORRIBLE. They did not want to answer any of my questions about what they had but they wanted to charge me an arm and leg for Nothing. The ambiance was ok. The tables were dirty and they were running out of food.

I really hope this place gets the help they desperately need. Too few employees for the volume of orders they have. This is consistent any time of day, in store, online, or app ordering. Currently waiting on a 7:20 pick up time and it's 7:48 and I have time to write this. Every employee is actually running back and forth they feel so rushed. And their still behind. You shouldn't have to constantly run to be able to keep up. In the group I'm waiting with, one girl has a 7:10 pickup and hasn't gotten her food. Another woman is saying this isn't the location to get pickup from that she usually tries to go to the westlake location. Please--management, owners---help this store!!!! EDIT: their bot response was faster than my burrito EDIT AGAIN: 8:08 my food is ready. 48 minutes after the estimated time. And i got an empty drink cup for my dinner. I didn't realize it was a fountain beverage. Fine. No problem. Go to get the drink I paid for...

Like other reviews/pics show this place is absolutely FILTHY. But they have two ppl standing by register just talking as the restaurant is not busy while one of them could clean something. Clean ANYTHING. With two other workers sitting at the tables on their break. This place has too many workers who don't wanna work. Instead of DOGE there should be a DOCE. Lol Won't be back with such nastiness and chicken and dry as jerky.

There was a long wait before I got to the front but that wasn't the issue. When it was my turn they were out of rice so I had wait a little more - no problem. The rice came out and it was only white rice - they said no more brown rice. Okay sure that's a compromise I can make. I asked for chicken and they just gave me the remnants of the container - not a full portion. Then we got to the end and they were also out of guacamole which was what I came for. I did not purchase the bowl because I refuse to spend money on a half full bowl with nothing I wanted. They threw it out. Great job Chipotle. Wasted my time - this location sucks. TLDR - Imagine a Chipotle with no rice, no chicken and no guacamole. Is that even Chipotle lol

Ordered food from uber eats and got a burrito bowl with very longgggggg hair in it. It was buried what felt like in each layer of the toppings. It was so hard to pull the long hair out. I will never ever eat chipotle again. Definitely traumatized.

The staff were friendly but expect to wait in line. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the store was really bad at this location. There was dried food on the rims of the serving containers, and there were no clean tables. The floors were dirty with food and napkins all over the ground. They do have a bathroom which is great but it was not clean. There was toilet paper on the seats and floor.

This location the reason why fast food look bad. Why they got someone on the other side of the line shouting at me to finish my order already? Instead of rushing me you should rush your head to be respectful and make the place look good. Stingy workers don't want to give 2 scoops of rice when i'm not eating no beans. If you like Chipotle and good service go to the location at Sloat Blvd these uneducated workers don't deserve to get paid. They don't even change them gloves when I said I got food allergies they were taught and raised to be filthy. HORRIBLE place to sit and eat at. All of the tables were dirty and there were about 7 people in the back doing absolutely nothing. The cashier was on her phone and another girl was cleaning her nails. I went to the cashier to ask her if someone could clean the tables and she asked "which one?" Like they weren't all dirty. I said "All of them" and for 5 minutes they continued to stand there and do nothing. I know now this is not the place to come sit and eat at before doing some shopping.

The food is delicious for the price, but I'm giving this chipotle 1 star due its lack of customer service and restaurant cleanliness. I came in on a Friday night with my friend and there were three servers. When taking my order one of the workers said "what rice" before greeting me. When it was time to pick salsas, the second worker said "what salsa". I told him I wanted all. I would prefer it if the workers at this Chipotle can put on a smile or at least ask their questions in a more professional manner. For example: "Would you like white or brown rice?" Or "What kind of salsa would you like on your bowl?". Additionally, I'm not sure if this Chipotle is understaffed, but most of the tables were messy and the garbage was very full. My expectations were not met.

Negative stars if I could. I ordered through online pick up to SAVE time. I Ordered salads and good thing I checked the bags because there was NO salad dressing inside. And they knew it! For some reason they said they didn't have any made and I'd have to wait 30 minutes for the dressing (it was noon, lunch time). They looked at me crazy for not wanting to eat my salad with no salad dressing. Ridiculous. The messed up part is that they were gonna let me pick up some salads knowingly without any dressing and thought that was ok. The manager was there too and was no help (GABBY). There's a reason this location has such bad reviews! Believe them.

I just had the exact same experience as the people that posted the last few reviews. I had to ask 3 times for more cheese and the girl adding the lettuce literally put 8 strands of lettuce. Not cool since I didn't ask for rice or beans. She was clueless. The girls working today either need to be re trained or fired. Will not return to this location until the reviews change. It's just as easy to go to the one in Daly City. Hope the manager takes these reviews seriously.

After the guy scooped my chicken (not even a big scoop), the manager lady told him he was scooping too big and showed him how to give half scoops, literally shaking chicken off the spoon until you could see a ring of silver. the audacity to do this in front of a full line lol. no shame. unless you're a vegan, go to any other chipotle than this one lmao.

The worst costumer service, came got a pick up order and showed them my phone and told them my name. The rude lady at the cashier said that my order wasn't here and that they did not have my order when I could clearly see it behind her. They made my bowl look very dirty, and when I pointed it out, the employee angrily threw it into the trash right in front of me, in full view of many people. We came to buy food, not to be treated so disrespectfully. I hope they can improve for the better.

This Chipotle location needs to improve it's service. Firstly, they frequently struggle to get our orders correct, including when ordering for delivery. It'll be unambiguous, where the label on the delivered order confirms our exact order, and what's actually delivered is something else. This has happened two weekends in a row now, and is especially problematic as we have a family member with some very sensitive food allergies. And recently, I was the only one in line and ended up waiting several minutes as the staff was goofing off and joking around and ignoring me. There was no clear reason why I shouldn't have been tended too immediately, or at the very least, if there had been a good reason to let me know they'll be a minute. But it really just seemed like some teenagers who didn't take their jobs seriously.

We ordered online and took it home so that is likely why the rating is so high compared to everyone else's. Nonetheless we were quickly served by the lady working as cashier and got our order right as she finished checking out the person up at line. We probably went in and out of there in a matter of two three minutes. My sister ordered a burrito whereas I ordered a burrito bowl and both were amazing and had nice portions. My sister is sort of picky with her burritos from Chipotle, however she said that she enjoyed her meal from this location! From my view of the space while waiting, everything looked nice and orderly. The cashier was also very sweet too. Love you!

Went in with my friend in the afternoon. My friend ordered first, and the worker told her that they were out of corn, chips, and guacamole for the day. She ordered a Chicken al Pastor, but it was just normal chicken. I got my bowl, but the rewards scanner didn't work and the cashier had an attitude. While eating, the workers restock the guacamole even though they said no guacamole today. I got a side of guacamole and tried using a coupon for free guacamole but it didn't work. The cashier asked what I scanned in a demanding tone like I was trying to rob her. Ended up paying even though the coupon was valid. TLDR: terrible customer service

My friend ordered a burrito at chipotle. As seen in the photo, this is straight theft. My friend also mentioned this to the worker who ignored him. This is an unacceptable, egregious, and scandalous excuse for customer service. Further adding salt to the wound, human hair was found in my friend's burrito along with the coin sized portion of meat.

I ordered online for pickup and the team did great. All the orders in my group order were customized (extra rice, no salsa, half and half meat etc) and they got them all right. I recommend using their online ordering system if you need time to look over what you want. I got extra almost everything at no extra charge. Make sure to do that if you're super hungry. I think a bowl is about $12-13 now

I typically go to this chipotle whenever I have the chipotle craving. I love getting my bowl with double brown rice, black beans, chicken or steak, fajitas, mild salsa, extra corn, sour cream, and lettuce. Then a bag of their chips. Their tortilla chips are sooo good. They have a bit of salt and lime on it and it's addictive. I love mixing my bowl and then using a chip to scoop some of it for the perfect bite. The service is okay and the ambiance is just like any other fast food place. Chipotle will always be one of my cravings! Also, be careful with the red/hot sauce. That stuff is spicyyyy. And if you say just a little bit of it, it's never a small amount. Haha.

food was delicious, don't get me wrong, but a certain employee at this location had such a nasty ugly disgusting attitude that absolutely ruined my appetite. watch out if you go here and get a bowl because i've never met a chipotle worker so unacceptably rude and annoyed at me when i asked what i had believed to be a small favor. i asked for extra lettuce please, a lot of lettuce. god forbid a woman wants some greens! i've always gotten a bowl with hella lettuce and they usually fill it to the brim and make sure i leave with lettuce spilling out that's how much they give me when i ask for extra but not today because this employee ERICK/ERIC/ERIK however it's spelled decided to be stingy with the lettuce. who is ever stingy with the lettuce?? ain't the lettuce free?? not either of us paying for this lettuce so why is it a problem that i request extra??? mind you, i've ended everything i said with "please" and "thank you" so i had not a clue where his attitude was coming from when he barely put any extra lettuce and said "if you want more lettuce, i have to put it on the side" boy if you don't just put another handful inside the bowl i know i've ate taller piles of lettuce in my bowls cmon now why are we rationing! then when i asked "please...can i get some more lettuce please sir..." this man wanna take his two fingers, the thumb and index finger specifically, and sprinkle a couple shreds of lettuce into my bowl like it's a pinch of salt, knowing that i wanted more than those two measly pieces of lettuce. he got so disrespectful for no reason when it costs $0 to be decently nice. and to put a lot of lettuce on a chipotle bowl. to ERICK/ERIC/ERIK, i'm sorry i ordered a bowl from you on a day you were on your man period and i hope you figure out someday that it actually doesn't hurt you to put a lot of lettuce in a bowl! i hope i never order from you again and that you receive really terrible customer service similar to yours on a day where you're starving like licking the crumbs off of your dirty mustache starving!!!

This chipotle location has consistently the worst customer service of any chipotle in San Francisco. I wanna start this off by saying I would never take the time to write such a negative review about a small business owner however, Chipotle has no excuse. Two times I have been here and asked for extra rice and the first time the woman literally laughed at me and still gave me little to no rice and then the second woman gave me barely any rice. I wouldn't care except for I literally get three things in my burrito. Both times there was barely any line and several people working and all ingredients were stocked fully. I know this is excessive, but I eat chipotle at least once a week if not twice a week. I tried this location because it's closest to my job but after several rude interactions there and comically poorly wrapped burritos, I won't be back

I love the host Armando, he is always energetic and awesome. He is very passionate while doing his job! Truly brings your day better. While he is preparing my food, he always put above usual for the serving. His work ethic is truly amazing and is something to be inspired of. Happy New Years to everyone!

My boyfriend and I got to this Chipotle at 8pm this past Monday night and remind you they don't close until 11pm. When I got to the front to order my food, I asked for a bowl with white rice and the employee said there was no more white rice. I asked how long it would be before more was made and she said no more was being made, which I thought extremely weird for it being still 3 hours before closing time. Then I asked for the remaining white rice in the container because there was more than a scoopful in the container and she would not even give me that. I then asked again how long it would be before more rice was made and The employee looked to her coworker and the coworker said "just tell her the rice cooker is broken." I ended up getting a different bowl and sat down to eat and when I looked over a few minutes later I saw the employees adding fresh white rice onto the line. I understand if more rice needed to be made, and would have understand if I was just told it was going to be about 5-10 minutes. But being lied to like that wasn't a problem for the employees and was something that really rubbed me the wrong way. Very frustrating experience overall.

Another business participating in the National month of action for vaccinations only on 7/6/21 with BOGO. Just wish they put up a sign to remind people to get Vaxed or have customers show their Vax card. As usual, my bowl was delicious and getting an extra was a bonus. Oh my... the lines were long but so worth the wait. Favorites are the burrito bowls, with the tortilla on the side, so I can roll a smaller burrito, so it's is easier to eat. The staff were great and working full speed ahead. It was cash only this evening due to some technical issues and luckily that did not affect me. Thx Chipotle for the BOGO!!!

The only reason I even go to Chipotle is their cilantro lime rice. My first time at this location and ordered a bowl with steak and a side of guacamole. Omg, my first taste of the rice was horrible. I'm not exaggerating when I say it seems like a pound of salt was poured into this rice. It was very very salty and my kidneys are about to scream for help

This particular location is horrible. The staff is unprofessional and inadequate. They are not the friendliest, they give very small portions compared to other Chipotles I've visited, and some of them can't speak English. The restaurant is also very unsanitary and the tables are always FILTHY! I went in tonight at 10:00 pm ( they close at 11pm) to get a steak/ chicken bowl. There was only a small serving of steak left. The server messed my bowl up several times and had to keep restarting. Thus, wasted the remaining steak. I asked if there was more steak they said no and refused to cook more. The customer service is horrible. There are several Chipotles close by,choose one of them if you can!
