This is, by far, the worst chipotle I've ever been to. I love chipotle in general and this location is really convenient for me , so I'm upset that the quality has gotten to a point to where I can't even eat here anymore. THE MAIN PROBLEM: EXTREMELY RUSHED SERVICE that makes ordering an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. This location is severely mismanaged and consistently provides poor service.
The main issue: The staff member who typically handles the assembly line appears to be rushing customers through at an uncomfortable pace. This creates several problems: customers aren't given adequate time to make their selections, ingredients are hastily scooped without attention to proper portions, and the overall atmosphere feels rushed and unwelcoming. I've witnessed customers visibly frustrated, some shaking their heads or sighing as they're hurried along before they can even finish speaking. Others look confused and give up trying to ask questions about ingredients or modifications.
In addition to this, the chicken has been overcooked on multiple visits, which significantly impacts the meal quality.
What I'd like to see:
I hope management can address the pacing issues during busy periods. Taking a few extra seconds per customer to ensure accuracy and provide a welcoming experience would make a huge difference. I'm hoping things improve because I'd love to continue supporting this convenient location, but the current service approach is driving customers away from what should be an enjoyable dining experience.
