Chipotle Mexican Grill

I had a great experience at the Chipotle in St. Clairsville. The restaurant was clean, the service was fast, and the staff was friendly. I ordered a bowl with guacamole and lots of vegetables, and it was fresh and delicious. The bathrooms were also clean, which I really appreciated. Overall, a great spot for a quick and satisfying meal!

If I could give it zero stars I would. It was my first time experiencing chipotle. I love Mexican food and have always wanted to try it . i got the tacos which are priced at 6 on the menu and I asked if it was more to add meat and I was told no. The total came to 12.50 and they wrapped all three tacos in one piece of foil so by the time I opened it all of the sauce had gone all over the shells and made it a soggy mess. I tried to salvage it but even the stuff by itself was terrible tasteless and chewy. It was dirty as hell in there too

This is one of the worst Chipotle experiences I've had. First of all, there was a large line and only one person on the burrito bar. This would have been fine if everyone else was working. However, this was not the case. No joke, while I was there one of the employees did a Starbucks run and then proceeded to wander aimlessly around the restaurant on her phone. Another one of the employees who seemed to be in charge got herself a soda during the busiest part, and also was keeping an eye on her unattended child who was dropped off at the restaurant (she was about 4) by someone who may have been her husband. The floor was covered in bits of food and the tables were frankly disgusting. Also customers at the main bar were denied ingredients that they were out of, but were full at the mobile order station.

We always have a positive experience at this location. Whether we come at open, close, the middle of the day, weekend or weekend it's always the same. Huge portions, fast service, and nothing has ever been out of stock. We live in Steubenville so we aren't here daily, but we've come enough times and everything has always been great and even look forward to getting Chipotle knowing it'll be from this location when we are in the area or passing through.

I eat at Chipotle at least 2 times a week. This one hardly gives you anything in your bowl. The quality of the food was good but when you pay almost as much here as you would at Texas Roadhouse it's upsetting. I can get a Salad, all the rolls I wanna eat , Steak with a potato for under 20. I just wish all the locations gave the same amount of food. It is always hit or miss.

Beyond dirty, running out of food the food they had wasn't fresh. I've never gotten brown guacamole at Chipotle before and never had that hard little button from the shell, darn near broke a tooth, not replenishing and not even remotely friendly. Not like it makes a difference since I don't live near here but won't be back even if I am in the area again. Good luck if you go there, hope you have better luck than my husband and I did.

Avid Chipotle fan here and just gotta say the St. C location has always been leaps and bounds above the rest. The ingredients and food are always fresh, beautiful and delicious! 🤤🥑 Even the music on their playlist has more of a vibe. Whoever has been managing this place needs a raise. 🤑 Please send pointers to Weirton, WV and Robinson Twp, PA! Praying the new Steubenville location is as good as y'all 💯

Food is always good but they are always so stingy with portion sizes and if you go there late in the evening they almost never have any cheese.

I stopped by on Friday night to grab something to eat. I ordered from the app, but Someone took my order, the guy working behind the register was so apologetic and remade it and even gave me an extra order because they found my original one. It was just great!

This is how much queso I got ***AFTER*** I asked them to fill the two little cups. To add insult to injury, the chips were completely (and I mean completely) stale. Not worth the price.

I'm so sad. I just wanted a steak bowl. When I asked for sour cream they definitely put sour cream on it. I didn't even realize that this much was put on because the cashier was checking me out while they finished making the bowl

Terrible service, I asked for double chicken and she gave me 2 half scoops. I called her out and said that was not double chicken and she said it was. And I laughed and let it go, then I told the manager and she did nothing about it and still charged me double.

Food is prepared fast and accurate. ALWAYS tastes delicious and Crystal is an AMAZING manager!!!!

This location is extremely easy to access, right off of interstate 70. I was pulling a trailer when i visited and was able to park it with no issue. The restaurant itself is tucked away, it is there tho. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food tasted great during my visit.

We stopped here during a long road trip. It was pretty clean inside and service was quick. It was nice to see friendly people working here, because that is not always the case for Chipotle. Our order was made without any issues. We decided to dine in. It seemed like this location was pretty popular, as it become full very fast. All of our food tasted fine and we had no issues. It was a pretty solid experience.

As good as any Chipotle in America, but you have to argue with the kids in there to get a reasonable amount of protein in your order. It really pisses me off. And at those prices, ya shouldn't have to do that.

Not only was a lot of the food not fresh (lettuce was wilted, guacamole was brownish), but the woman who took our order was the rudest individual I've come across in food service. She was extremely quick with my wife and I, had an attitude from the start, threw out food together like a complete mess etc. The cashier was extra friendly seeing how her coworker treated us, but that's not saving the 1 star review. Avoid if you value being treated with decency.

I come here for 1 year. I order same thing. Rice both beans and cheese. They have always charged me for a 3 pointer. Now they will not. Called manager that day he said come back not a problem. I said I'll pass today. 3 days later I go in ordered again and same thing. I asked to talk with manager he said I've been here for 4 years can't do it. I said ok then I pass and will not buy them. Don't do something for somebody and then change it on them. When your custom to buying something and paying for something the same way for 1 year don't change. I gave them a second chance. Now I will not ever come back there again! Ever! Mark my words on this one. You hear me!

You can never go wrong with Chipotle, and this one in St. Clairsville is just perfect for me. Clean place, friendly service and always good. The location is optimal as well, right by the Mall, a good stop just off the I-70. I will definitely be stopping here on a regular basis.

The food was so fresh and the service was phenomenal! The manager Max I believe was so kind, I look forward to coming back and eating here sometime soon.

Best Chipotle in the country! Fast, Friendly and always Fresh! Bruce the manager runs a tight ship and always manages to find the best employees in the worst of times. Hats off to the entire crew! Why can't all restaurants be like this one. These people actually care about your meal and your experience regardless if you dine in or order carry out. My husband and I eat here at least 4 times a week. Consistently perfect every time. You haven't been to a Chipotle until you've been to this one!

I generally find that Chipotle is consistent from location to location, and that was the case yet again. Stopped for a quick dinner with my daughter on the way home from a visit with family. We both had steak burritos, just with a few different toppings. I asked for extra rice as I get so few other toppings, and they obliged. Ladies bathroom was clean, as was the restaurant's dining area. I would return to this location.

honestly, i'm disappointed. dudes forgot my cheese quesadilla. forever sad now. thanks chipotle. i am now hungry.

Only OK. If you are looking for the best in the area go to Cilantro Latin Grill in Wheeling. They do Chipotle better than Chipotle does Chipotle

Great place! One of the friendliest staffs around. Great food and drink. And the app makes it super easy to order and pick up your food on the fly.

I absolutely love Chipotle and this location I particular. The employees are always so friendly and welcoming. There is one man (I believe he's a manager) who knows me when I walk in and knows what I order. He is incredibly pleasant and prepares the best tacos ever (by that I mean he makes them neat, not sloppy or with sour cream all over the shells). I continue to go back because of the amazing food and delightful service. I highly suggest stopping into this location, you won't regret it!

What a great place to eat. The staff was excellent and so friendly, the manager is so personable. Will definitely be eating there alot. Everything was so clean and in order. Loved It!

Wow! So impressed by these young employees! Efficient, happy, engaging with my kids, and the restaurant was spotless. The cashier even stopped by our table to ask if everything tasted ok!! When I left she told me "safe travels!" What fast food young employee does this? Hang onto this staff St. Clairsville Chipotle. They are representing your franchise well!!!

Stopped here for lunch during our day long road trip. Staff was friendly and efficient, bathrooms were clean, and food tasted great. We will return!

Went today for lunch with some co workers. First time eating at this place. The staff was super fast and focused. They were organized like chef Ramsey was there. Love it and the food was great. Will make this my new go to place. Thanks
