Chipotle Mexican Grill

Waited for a long time to order even thou 6 employees were standing around talking. Very skimpy with all of the toppings for my bowl. I feel everything was just small portions. My chips were a mix of super crunchy and weirdly chewy. I only came here for the guacamole And it was not full also seemed off in the taste I was used to. The barbacoa was awesome

This was my family's order today I ordered online. Got home after pickup about 15min drive and we finf this burrito. 1/2 the size. Our whole 5 orders was thrown in the bag and very messy. I really don't understand how this could happen. Will definitely not go back.

We ordered online through the app and picked it up through the drive through. We ordered chips and queso on the side, when I opened the bag there wasn’t any chips, which is fine I can just go back in. The problem was when i grabbed the cup of queso, it wasn’t even quarter of the way filled. We went back in to get the missing items and ask if are able to get more. The attitude we got back was ridiculous. The worker claims “ this is how we do it now” with a nasty tone and said we can pay for more if we want it. Well, we already paid extra for it. Change the size of the cup then if “that’s how you do it now”. It was a bunch of younger girls working and their customer service skills need some serious improvement. Won’t be back to this location strictly because of the attitude I received over something so small.

I came in and ordered a bowl w/ chicken and chips and queso. The portion I was initially given could’ve been given to a toddler, when asked for slightly more all a sudden Liam, the host, wanted to add a full scoop. I even stated I shouldn’t of been charged for extra chicken considering he didn’t give a full scoop to begin with and the kid looked like he was confused and was utterly rude about it. I love chips and queso, and every chip was stale or burnt. Not a single chip was enjoyable. Wasted 30$ for beyond poor service, and was ripped off. To top it off the lobby, bathrooms, and back of house looked like they didn’t clean anything all day. Will never visit the company again

I want to thank Caleb for being an outstanding worker. He offered multiple recommendations that helped me build an amazing bowl. He was incredibly friendly and made my first Chipotle experience a great one. I couldn’t thank him enough — I’ll definitely be coming back soon to thank him in again.

The best thing about this Chipotle is how accessible it is compared to others, as well as the parking. I will also say, it needs to get busy but never too busy, at least when I go there. The portions are very good for when I have gone. I got a big bowl, with a tortilla on the side 👍. I will say, once again, the best thing is how it is super easy to drive in. It's in a nice area as well!

I’m so beyond tired of this location. Be prepared to have some part of your order made wrong Every.Single.Time.. I placed a mobile order and surprisingly everything in my bowl was right, but my girlfriend’s bowl isn’t, it’s cold, they put Steak & Chicken in it and skipped the queso, even though they still charged me extra for it? Chipotle already isn’t the cheapest quick bite to eat, the least they could do is make your order the way you order it. This location not only can’t seem to make a single order correctly but half the time the manager has an attitude. Save your time and money and go to a different location.

I’ve always enjoyed the food served at Chipotle on Van Dyke and will even drive out of my way to ensure I get my Chipotle from here, but one specific worker takes the light away from it. I’ve been to this location countless times, and this employee was VERY disrespectful to me and my family a few times on different days. This employee is a white woman on the bigger side with light hair. While I was ordering I asked for a side and she gave me a huge uncalled for dirty look that was both unnecessary and disrespectful. My family was quick to notice this and we felt uncomfortable because her attitude was very noticeable. She seemed to be in a very angry mood and acted like I ruined her day by ordering. This kind of treatment is not acceptable at all in any kind of customer service setting, but clearly this employee does not yet understand that. I come here for good food, not to be disrespected. I truly hope this gets addressed, because no one should have to feel unwelcome while simply ordering food. Chipotle, do better.

Fastest I've ever been in and out of a chipotle, not only that but I've never seen food so fresh at any other location. I took a bite and thought "wow this is what it's supposed to taste like?!!" 10/10 WILL be coming back

We went from family orders of four to one, and that one is a teenager. Well, this day eyes were opened that the carne asada with queso for $14 is not worth it and the taste of it is just okay and forgettable. The portion of steak is just ridiculous and the additional cost for the queso just as bad. We used to order the chicken and it is the same portion issue, cheap on portions, high on cost. We are all set on Cheaportion-otle.

I've reviewed this before but I'm noticing a pattern. The guys that help customers seem to give entire spoonfuls of chicken and make it worth it. The girls completely chince. Half of this burrito was all just rice. There is no chicken anywhere to be found

We were reminded why we Have not ordered from this location in 6 months. Portion size unacceptable, paid for extra portion of brisket and received half empty carry out container of food. Definitely will not use this restaurant again. Lesson Learned. Do Not Rrcommend

Sad that you can pay almost 20$ for a double steak burrito with barely any steak The portions are wildly inconsistent here especially online orders Gonna try a different location

The portions are ridiculous. This how many chips you get in a LARGE. This is utterly a rip off. They used to give you way more. The carne asada steak is good but I feel they skimped out on the portion for that as well. The guac is good but one time we got it I swear they forgot the lime juice or hardly put any in. I just can't believe this is the amount of chips you get in a large bag. It's like 2 handfuls. Total rip off

I managed to sneak in right before a rush and got a bowl. Things have definitely changed in the few years I've been to Chipotle. They charge for tortillas now? Quality of food is slightly less than before, but still quite good in the fast casual sector.

After visiting many chipotle restaurants recently I have been disappointed. Still, I have to take a chance and I came here. This is the fist time where I visited a chipotle in a long time where they had every food item. Portions was a great size, clean restaurant & super friendly staff. This is my go to!

The place is always filthy In the dining area. The food prep area is always filthy too. The staff is always rude. They didn't honor any veteran's discount on veterans day.

The good: The place was clean and appears to be a popular location as it has a relatively long line most likely as a result of being near GM. The wait in line was relatively short, as you would expect from a place that is scooping pre cooked food. The bad: This place is a rip off. First, they do not offer any change when you pay with cash. But on my last lunch visit I ordered the garlic guajillo steak with beverage and they charged me over 25 dollars!! As I am building my bowl, i was getting upcharged for the ingredients added. I had no idea that those ingredients were not part of the bowl. The steak bin was almost empty, and she gave me a skimpy half spoon. I told her she had to give me more. She gave me another really skimpy spoon. Little did I know she was charging me 7 bucks. The cheese sauce was another 2 dollars. The garlic sauce another 2 bucks. I have no idea what else I was upcharged for. I was in sticker shock at over 25 dollars, as for the same price I could have had a filet mignon dinner at Texas Road house or filet mignon at the many local hibachi establishments. The steak was advertised as a better quality meat. It was not. Besides the extremely low portion size (less than 4 ounces total with 2 scoops), it was a low quality steak and even had texture as stringy. Very disappointed. Will never return.

Terrible. What kind of tacos are these. The customer service is terrible and the employees are all over the place. Never coming to this location again. They also gave me the wrong order and I had to go back and return it and get the correct order.

With any Chipotle I think you know what you're getting. There is just no surprise, normally what you see is what you get. First you decide what type of entree you want, such as a salad, a bowl or a burrito. Then you decide if you want meat or vegetables. There are two types of rice, two types of beans, stir fry vegetables, salsa, guacamole and if you pay extra you can get queso (cheese) topping. There is also a vinaigrette topping which I didn't try.

Go to get lunch and wanted lettuce on my bowl and they say they are out of lettuce but looking at the online line guess what? Lettuce. But I wa not allowed because it's for the people who paid? Who the freak was I? Your garbage chipotle never again.

They made a sour cream bowl. It was totally unbearable. I am going to reverse charges

The worst chipotle I been too so far. The food was mediocre; lots of sour cream, barley and protein and I had to pay extra the guacamole. I paid around $52 for 3 burrito bowls.

Not sure how to really review Chipotle. By now if you haven't tried it, you're either living in a box or you don't like Mexican. This location was extremely busy. All the automotive industry in the area makes it a busy spot. They were fully staffed and handled the crowds like pros. Polite as can be. The restaurant was neat and tidy and fully stocked for the lunch crowd. They even had an area that, if you ordered ahead, you could walk in and pick it up, or drive up and they would hand it to you through the drive through. The cost was on par with the quality and quantity of food. Of course all restaurants charge too much for soda. I wish they could just all do what McDonald's did and make it a dollar. Either way, I gave up pop for Lent and he'd trying not to drink as much soda so we were fine with water. My biggest complaint is that they charge $2.25 for guacamole!! What?? That is an absurd up charge for a topping. Luckily, I don't like it. But he does so we paid it. But it made me angry enough to not come back for a while. I'll check out Qdoba for a bit. I like them better any way.

Been to this new location a couple times now. The first time - which was opening day - was great! Ample portions and great food. The other times? The portions were skimpy - barely filling the bowl halfway. Definitely not getting my money's worth here. This location needs to step up it's game. Between the small portion sizes and no one stepping up to help out customers waiting in line... this location needs to be avoided.

Very dirty and unsanitary. I watched the worker open a cardboard box from the back room and get the tape stuck to the gloves that they were wearing. The person then went to the register and took someone's dirty money to cash them out, and THEN came to help me and make my food, all with the same gloves on. It disgusted me so much I threw the food away and couldn't even eat it. Who knows what other unclean practices are taking place where we can't see. I will not be going back

i'm going crazy fighting with the ai of chipolte because my friend ordered lunch for me last sunday but the driver broke down and i never got my order i have the order number and the ai fought with me for over two hours but i dont know my friends login info and it was just a gift so im not going to bother him and get him upset about my other im sure this is to prevent scams and theft but its fully documented that i never got the order due to drivr breaking down i know this was a fluke but arguing with a robot for a solid hour is ridiculous i dont recommend ordering from them but this is beyond me because i don't have the ability to go into the restaurant and order food for myself i am disabled and don't even drive!

Literally it's always something going on with this chipotle. This particular chipotle is an INCONVENIENCE! Their system is always down, the power is always out, the website never works for when you try to order out at this location. TWO THUMBS DOWN.

This is what you get when you pay $14 for a salad. No lettuce. And they match the dressing to lack of salad. This place is garbage. Need I say more?

We have been to this location many times as it's around the corner from our home. Tonight will be the last. They screwed up all three meals by leaving things off, all were ice cold, and one of the meals was chicken rather than the steak that was ordered. Very disappointed that this was our dinner.

They care more about the employees convenience than the customers They were only taking online orders today some people are computer illiterate I guess they just can't eat there.

I Will not be ordering from this location again and have filed a complaint with corporate. I received someone else's food in my pickup order and had to drive 4 miles back. This wasn't the first time. The manager named Nolan or Noah would not even listen and was very confrontational right away towards my husband and I. Even stooping to name calling. In the end he refused to remake my bowl or refund us. I hope corporate is able to turn this place around :-( I miss when Chipotle was a smaller company and cared about their product and name!!

O got moved to a building right by this location for work. I went two days in a row, the first day at 9:20 pm (they close at 10pm) they didn't have any meat other than pulled pork and I left. The 2nd day I went an hour earlier and they still had no meat prepared at all. Very unprofessional and distasteful service.

Since I have tried to write a long review 5 times and it keeps getting deleted. I will just say this is the worst location yet. Chipotle has gotten worse over the years. Skimpy is putting it nicely. The chicken and fajitas mix consistently burnt will not go back.

Where to start. Ordered 3 burrito bowls, and all three were terrible two of them were filled with sour cream, completely covered the top of the bowl to the point that they were not edible. And the 3rd was a steak bowl with about 5 pcs of steak. All in all terrible experience, would not recommend, at least this particular store.

Very disappointed. We have gone here a few times. I will say if you are going in person I would rate them 3 stars. But if you order online, don't even bother. They gave us the BARE minimum when it comes to food. Opened up the container and laughed at the amount. Ordered 4 meals ahead of time (gave them 50 minutes' notice). Food was ice cold when we got it. We figured they made it right away and put it on the shelf. Not to mention there was only enough food for maybe 6 bites -- not even kidding. There was more sour cream on the meal than meat, veggies, or anything else. We will be heading to Qdoba next time. What a joke.

This place seems to take forever to fill out their orders online I waited more than half an hour while my doordash driver waited for them to finish unacceptable..

So I was a little worried at first seeing there where no reviews on this particular chipotle but, it was close and I wanted to give it a shot. I'm not sure why no one has given this great crew 5 starts yet! I'm baffled! The store was SO. CLEAN! From the lobby to the restrooms to even the kitchen when you looked behind the counter when ordering all in such nice condition! The young lady with the cool tattoos was quick and polite with my order and the cashier was friendly aswell! Goof food and was up to Chipotle quality. The location of the store may be kinda weird but that is the ONLY thing about this store I have the slightest gripe about and that's really nit-picking. Amazing service and great food, people should go here more often and it should have more reviews!

Consistently the slowest chipotle I go to. Portions are always messed up, and incredibly SLOW. Even slow when there's no line.

I've been contacting their phone non stop for the last hour and they haven't answered. Ridiculous. Guess i'll take my business elsewhere.
