This Chipotle always seems to have a crowd and for a good reason!! The food quality never seems to change; it isl always refreshing and filling! the staff is kind, swift, and accommodating! My friends and I come here quite often and we always have a good time!! The outside seating is a little bit loud due to city noise, but nothing unbearable! I will continue coming here often!! I recommend their bowls and their hand-crafted lemonade!!

The last few times I’ve been my order hasn’t only been incorrect but they also keep giving me the littlest of portions possible. Last time my order was completely wrong they refused to get me a refund claiming I have to do it on the app. But not only does the app say you HAVE to do it in person, so does the phone system that doesn’t even allow you to talk to a human. So I’m pretty much done guessing if I’m going to get good food and take my money somewhere else.

Horrible portions!!!! Their prices are crazy anymore for what you get! They want to charge you 2 times the amount and give you literally half a scoop of protein. I'm done with this place! Place is freezing too! They need to update everything from top to bottom. Staff. All of it.

Meats were well cooked and salsa/guacamole was fresh and good. The service was nothing out of the ordinary but it was good. The building looks new and the inside is nice. Probably one of the nicest looking chipotle's I've been to. I don't really understand all of the bad reviews!

The checkout girl, Kaia was extremely rude to my boyfriend and I. We had waited in line for 30 minutes due to the issue at cash register but not blaming the employees. We called earlier because our app was not working for the "BOORITO" promo code for our $6 entree. The chipotle told us they would still honor the $6 deal if we came in. We had gotten to the register to pay, under the impression that our entree would be $6 for one person. Once Kaia rang us up, I asked about the $6 deal she acted very dumbfounded and gave us a nasty look. She did not try to compensate or change the price even though her coworker right next to her said they were honoring it. It was obvious that I and every single person in that long line was there for the $6 boorito deal. We paid the full price since i'm not going to argue and it's not fair to the other people in line to make a big deal. In the grand scheme of things, it's a $2 difference, but it's the fact that Kaia did not honor the deal, gave us a really dirty look and extremely unfriendly.

I just witnessed the worst customer service I have ever seen by 2 young ladies working at the Tiffin, Ohio Chipotle. A gentleman came in to pick up an order, but the order was made incorrectly. These 2 young ladies continued to belittle, and embarrass this gentleman by saying that they cannot correct the order. The manager eventually fixed the order, however, the 2 girls kept making snide remarks to this customer. It was rude, disrespectful, and embarrassing. I will not give this location my business if this is how customers are going to be treated. Also, the restaurant was very unclean.

Went early to beat the lunch Rush; Woman filled my Chix bowl about half way! Looked back and next man got same order but his 2 bowls were more than full. Of course he was talking to workers and Mgr. like old friends.. So I get to Cashier and hand her $10 she don't have coin, can I wait?? Ten minutes later still NO change, I kindly requested my $$$ back. I will NOT GO BACK, I'm 70yrs old and wonder WHAT HAPPENED TO AMERICA ????

I have never been treated so rude in my life by two female employees in the Tiffin store. I am lactose intolerance and online I tried to order a chicken casidia with no chese. when going to pick order up I checked it and it had cheese . I went to counter and told the two women at cash register. they told me it wasn't possible and continued to argue with me in front of manager. It was completely tasteless I work in customer service every day. I have never treated a customer like this. Finally the manager stepped in and made it. it took 2 minutes tops. but he never said anything to the two women. the two women employees were so mad they were clinching their jaws. This was completely unacceptable. 3-2-23 6:25 pm. I won't eat there again

Let me start off by saying that the presentation of the food was superb. However, my burrito was half wrapped and I was not given a utensil for my burrito bowl. Because of this, I was forced to eat with two pencils. Because of this I was forced to buy new pencils. And because of this .. I am an even more broke college student.

We walked in over an hour before closing, and asked if they were open. One of the girls screamed no and laughed. When we walked in they had horrible attitudes and did not act like they wanted to serve us. They had scowls on their face and barely spoke two words. The food was hardly cooked - two friends ordered quesadillas and it was just a tortilla with shredded cheese! Wasn't even cooked. We asked them to heat it up and they said sorry I can't. And we asked if we could at least get a new one and it was a hassle for them to say yes. Most of the employees had rude customer service, but one lady was very nice aside from that. Worst customer service I've experienced. Very immature and unprofessional. This happened at 8:50 pm October 7, 2022 for whoever was working then.

In typical Tiffin fashion, they try to bring in something "cool" and fail miserably from the beginning. Food is always wrong and/or of poor quality while also taking forever. The entire place is an absolute mess to the point that the Health Department should make daily visits or shut it down entirely. The service is far more laughable than anything else. Completely apathetic and too busy boasting about how much they drank or who slept with whom. My recommendation is for nobody to ever stop in even if they're desperate.

Slow down!!! I couldn't even get all my orders put in and 3 times they tried to ask the next person in line what they wanted. Wouldn't allow me to get more sides. Didn't get my chips because they already had my total. SLOW DOWN. The customer isn't in that much of a hurry. Someone please put in a Hot heads in Tiffin.

I ordered the burrito in a box meal for a large amount of people (22 burritos total). It came in a huge box and the burritos were warm and delicious. The GM of the store was extremely nice and helpful. He made sure everything was in the box, ready for specified pick up time and helped me put it in the car! You get the choice of what type of burrito meat and rice and then for every 2 burritos you get a free bag of chips and three sides "sauces"- sour cream, salsa, guacamole. Everything was hot, fresh, and the portion size was perfect. The only thing was that the chips were stale. Other than that great chipotle to go to!

Definitely not the best Chipotle I've ever been to. It's still good but the service is kinda slow. When they first opened the food was terrible but as time has gone on the food has gotten much better. There's still sometimes where they mess up but it's a fast food restaurant with teenage employees, it's gonna happen. It's not fine dining or anything but if you won't chipotle this is a good option.

This place is very clean the food is always delicious. I love getting there right when they open because I really love their corn chips. There is just something about getting a big out of the first batch of the day that makes my day a little better. If you come during the lunch or dinner rush be prepared to wait in line. They get REALLY busy. If you don't like to wait you order from their smartphone app and skip line and go straight to the pick up counter. It's awesome. The people who work there are really nice and polite. I would highly recommend everyone try it.

So when we're buying the gift cards chipotle guy says that if we spend a little extra and bump both cards up the $30 you'll get. TWO. buy one get one Free on any bowl, burrito Exedra. But when it comes time to cash it in, everyone's like oh no that's only one receipt sooooo we can only do that once.... sorry ha ha ha. Great business model guys ripping off your customers! SHAME ON YOU! And not only that but if we're being completely honest the food is hit-or-miss at best. Sometimes it's fine. Most of the time I want though something was always undercooked or overcooked. That I can forgive but that on top of lying to your customers. Who do they think they are.

This is the slowest service ever. They always run out of items so you have to wait until more is made. The place is filthy trash running over tables and floor always dirty bathrooms unkept. The worst chipotle restaurant.
