Ive never had a positive experience at this location, but unfortunately its very close to home & im obsessed (well, was) with chipotle .
My most recent experience was 8/17 around 930pm. I felt very rushed to order (as usual) and they claimed they were out of tomato salsa, bc of bad tomatoes. Ive never tried the other salsas so this was an adjustment, and i wasnt pleased with the one i chose. I know how the restaurant business works and im pretty sure it was because they were to lazy to make another batch before they closed. They could have atleast had a sign at the door saying they were out. I would have gone somewhere else. Then i waited ab 5 mins to cash out bc the cashier was in the bathroom, and she didnt even apologize. Didnt even ask if i wanted something to drink, and seem bothered when i told her that I wanted one.. just rude and annoying.
I heard qdoba is coming to town, ill be very excited to try that when they open.
A few days before this on 8/14 i came here with my son, to eat in and bring something home to my husband. They seemed really annoyed that i had 3 orders, one of which was to go. Its extremely annoying and frustrating that im picking out my meat for one bowl, and the girl all the way down at the end of the line was asking if I wanted cheese & sour cream. Not to mention the person in the middle was asking me ab salsa, and didnt seen to care i was in the middle of talking to other person, well people. Didnt have much time to look at what i was getting bc i felt so rushed, when i sat down, i noticed my bowl was microscopic compared to what i usually get. They definitely cheated me.
