At least 2 employees were completely unskilled as if they had zero training ...or sense of urgency waited about 20 minutes when the line was only about 5 people. Customer service was poor, no naplins. no forks, and when I asked the employee went slowly in the back for at least 5 minutes. I left.

Really unhappy with my experience here. They were out of several key ingredients (white rice, lettuce, salsa, veggies) and we came TWO hours before closing. They failed to tell us that before making our food so I felt like I had to follow through with it anyway. I then asked if I could have extra brown rice to replace the ingredients that were missing and they must’ve misunderstood what I was asking, because they charged me an extra side for it. On top of all that, the food was cold. Wish I would’ve spent my money elsewhere.

This is the 3rd and last time I will visit this chipotle. First of all. The staff is rude and short with very customer. Second, nothing is stocked such as forks or spoons or straws. 3rd they will wait to tell you they are out of key ingredients such as the Chimichurri sauce, which you really need to order when you make a Carne Asada bowl other wise it is bland and dry after you have already ordered it. 4th, their guacamole looks so disgusting (they literally had one green clump sitting on top of a dark brown layer that was well past the just being “oxidized” point. Finally…..these workers seriously must hate their jobs because not a single person moves with a purpose or smiles or says thank you or anything that would be warm and inviting. I drove to another location just to get the sauce I needed for a bowl and burrito I reluctantly ordered because I already waited 30 minutes to order. Never again will I visit this location. The talmadge rd location is busier and was 10 times friendly.

Every time I go its hit or miss if the food will be good, but its consistently a pig sty (filthy). Some of the staff are polite but most are really lazy. Just hanging out and talking and doing as little as possible. I'm not sure what kind of management is watching over that place but I think a secrete visit in the evening would show how much the staff need leadership.

Considering the fact that I live very close to this particular chipotle, every single time I try to patronize this location it’s out of something no ingredients no rice no fajita vegetables no steak. The chips is stale The customer service is bad. You have cashiers making bowls with the same glove they take the money with the dining room area is always dirty. It’s always dirty behind the counter where the food is. They stopped serving food a hour and a half two hours before they’re closed or either they close early, not making no more food. I go to the chipotle on Alexis Never have this problem they are neat they’re clean. I’ve never had a problem in there, but it’s just 20 minutes away from my home. I’ve never had a problem or a complaint at any other other chipotles only this one at . Poor management The workers in there is now rude have an attitude and very lazy something needs to change need to throw all the get rid of all of the employees even the management and start over this location. Truly suck you have the person making food raking rice back into the rice container that’s laying on the counter. It’s just a mess there it needs to be closed down where everyone in there needs to be changed.

First, I arrived at 9 PM, they do not close until 11 but told me they would not be making any more white rice for the night. Then I finally get to ordering my food and no one is able to log into the computer to check me out for 10 minutes. I’m sitting here waiting for 10 minutes. No one offers any sort of free drink or anything just says it’s gonna be a minute. Then while this is all happening, I have to sit here and listen to the Manager yelling at the coworkers in front of my face and the workers talking back to the manager and laughing about the situation as they have a line throughout the store, waiting for them to figure out how to login, Again with no options for any sort of refund for the weight. Never received a sorry for the wait or anything. They just checked me out and told me my total and then I was gone.

This was my second visit to this location. The seating area is always dirty. The floors and tables should be cleaned at least once every hour. It's never clean. Food is ok,but some of the workers behind the counter have a serious attitude. Not good

It's brutal how little anyone cares here. I thought it was just bad luck or a bad day for them the last two visits. But this one confirmed. One person working the line, clearly not caring at all about food quality or saftey. Lots of scratching head and face before touching your food. Got a chicken bowl here. As with other Chipotles, the servers really don't want to give you much food. We had to ask for more rice and more veggies before getting a decent amount. The server was sooo annoyed and gave a huff each time we asked but what's with the reduced portions. Food quality was what you expect so it was fine but the service was not great.

Service is horrendously slow today. I came in to a long line expecting it to move quickly. The people at the front of the line aren't even being helped. I'm about to leave. August 17 -- updating the review to 1 star. I followed the request from Chipotle to contact them via their web form. The web form requires BOTH my email address AND my phone number in order to submit it. I don't really want to be bombarded by Chipotle ads, one or the other should be plenty for you to get back to me! I did not submit the form.

I have eaten at Chipotle Mexican Grill at Highland Heights, Kentucky located at the very south end of the I-471 interstate expressway at the first signal heads where US27 merges. Their burrito is delicious and I have enjoyed the taste very well. The price may seem a little high; but is reasonable considering all the fast food restaurants now have to charge higher prices because of the intense bout of inflation during the Biden administration. They have plenty of good ingredients available and their restaurant is clean. Their staff was very friendly.

The food is decent when they have it in stock, but the employees seem lazy and most definitely aren't worried about their customers leaving happy. My opinion is not based on one single visit. Ive been there too many times and 90% of the time ive had a negative experience.

I am generally a fan of the Chipotle chain, but this location did not live up to basic expectations. I entered around 3pm and it was the usual Chipotle interior. There wasn't a long line but seemed to be a wait to replenish some of the food. When it was my turn in line, I ordered a veggie burrito bowl. I looked at the brown rice container and saw that it was down to the bottom and looked crusty. I immediately decided to have the white rice because it looked fresh. Then onto the black beans- uneventful. The server then started to scrape from the bottom of the pepper/onion canister and I immediately told him to pass. The salsa/tomatoes were at least halfway full in the canister, so that was okay. I wanted corn and that too was bottom of the canister, but I still had it even though it bugged me that they gave me the last scraps and immediately replaced it with a fresh batch. There was no problem with the cheese. Got a side of guacamole and watched the server stir it up to spread out the brown guacamole. I got my order to-go. Once home, I dug into my bowl and found that the black beans were super mushy and there was a spicy taste I couldn't quite identify-maybe from the salsa? I didn't have any sauce added to it. The guacamole definitely wasn't fresh, so didn't eat it. The whole bowl was very disappointing. I was hungry so ate some and pitched the rest. I realize that different locations are better than others but this was not at all good. The servers seemed too overwhelmed to be friendly and they were pretty much indifferent without being rude. It seemed like they weren't organized enough to change out the canisters and I heard the staff commenting to each other when there was suddenly a long line of customers behind me. I won't be back to this location and doubt I'll give any other Chipotle a chance anytime soon. REPLY TO SCOTT, MANAGEMENT- Scott- I gave you all the detailed information you need to follow up internally. There's nothing else to add. Based on many other disapointed reviews, I'm not alone. Please don't place the burden on dissatisfied customers to do your job by contacting a customer service link. I say this with all due respect and believe retraining may be necessary to save this location.

Worst experience ever every time we go. We go out of our to go to a different one! There is one lesson making orders and one cashing people out. It's like they can't figure out that more staff is needed but also you see plenty of employees walking around in the back doing nothing. Don't waste your time here!!! And never order pick up bc your whole will be completely wrong. Only one star bc I have to. Should be zero

Not good. Messy and many items out of stock. It was 430p and fairly slow (no line). But they were out of salad dressing, drink station was a mess and many items were out of stock. I would think before the dinner hours you'd be prepped and stocked. Not friendly or concerned with customer service

I gave the chipotle at 3305 central Avenue in Toledo, Ohio another try today. Well the male cashier was smiling and very polite... the other 2 on the line making burritos, not so much!!!! Scowls, looking past customers when they are speaking ... One had AirPods in her ears and acted bother that customers were there, and the other female minus the AirPods was exactly the same. Our other shifts won't step foot in this chipotle for the same reasons. I don't understand how chick fil not more than half a mile down the road can hire so many pleasant people but this store can't find more than 1. Amazes me. Well needless to say, I won't be back.

WTF Chipotle? I Chipotle. Started going to the original in Denver in the mid-90s and it usually is a great experience. Visited this location several times now and it's a complete mess, literally! Tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, guac smeared all over the checkout counter. The staff could care less. The speed at delivery was pathetic. I could have made it myself faster. You're losing your luster Chipotle. Do what it takes to make these employees happy to be at work and happy to serve their customers. It might be time to sell my stock.

The store smells bad, it's gross how behind the counter is, the workers are really rude, the food looks disgusting, brown lettuce, hard rice, brown guacamole and burnt peppers/onions..the health department needs to pay them a visit and the general manager needs to retrain the whole staff, being on the phone while working cooking food is beyond me! If I could give negative two stars I would! Horrible!

Well, being the fair souls we are, we gave this location another shot. This time, all was good. Our burrito bowls (one veggie, one chicken) were good, and the service was friendly, esp. from the cashier. The place was clean, and the tables were bussed. The chips weren't as fresh as they could have been but were still pretty good. We'll go back.

I have given this location way too many chances, and I'm always displeased. The rudeness of the staff alone is enough to never come back. This particular evening I ordered take out. When I got the bag it was soaked on the bottom. Once I got to my car the bag gave out and the food fell all over me. When I went through my bag to see what happened, I saw that one of the bowls lids was not shut on the food at all. I went inside to get a new to-go bag and told the women working the cash register of what just happened. She did not look at me, did not say ONE word. Nothing. She handed me the bag and turned around. Once I got home, my family and I opened up our food and we're utterly shocked. There was not even a fraction of the amount of food in our bowls that should have been. Unacceptable service. This wasn't even my worst experience there, but was definitely my last.

The employees working here are like the sloths working at the DMV in the movie Zootopia! Stood outside in the cold for two hours waiting on my order, along side 20 other people. If I pulled up with a taco truck I bet I would've made more business than Chipotle from all of the people waiting Dear Chipotle management, I suggest getting some classes from Chick-fil-A

I used to like Chipotle but not anymore due to their food and services. Since last year, they start strictly controlling their food amount, especially for the meat--ONLY ONE SMALL SCOOP and they called it 4 OZ. Following picture show what I got today. I asked for little more after first light scoop. The guy worked there said "I NEED TO CHARGE YOU DOUBLE MEAT IF I GIVE YOU MORE." I said "alright." So that's what I got as showing in the picture. I took the meat out and they weighed 10.8 oz. The original bowl weighed 4.5 oz, which means the DOUBLE MEAT WEIGHED 6.3 oz, far below 8 oz as what it is suppose to be. So, no more chipotle!!! And I am not the only person experience it. I ordered for delivery through the chipotle app. It was reported as "delivered." It had not been delivered. I called the number for the door dasher delivery person who said that she "delivered it to another house on accident." I called chipotle to report the issue and to get my food or a refund, and they hung up on me. THREE TIMES. I drove to the restaurant. The manager was VERY kind and understanding. However, the cashier was NOT. She interjected herself into my conversation with the manager unnecessarily and was extremely rude and unprofessional. She then walked over to her friends who were visiting her at work and began to audibly complain about me. Bizarre twist of events for someone who paid $20 to have a $13 order delivered, only to have to go pick it up myself and then get treated rudely. To top it off-my order was wrong and tasted bad. Great day.

Terrible Customer Service every single time I come here. The food is typically either underdone, or overly cooked, because the people working the grill and making protein do not care. Also, they seem to never be properly staffed during their common rush hours, neither for lunch times nor dinner. The manager needs to really step it up here and get a grip on their workers, because clearly, nothing has been done and nothing will be done to correct their issues here.

This is probably the 3rd time i've been there recently where they've given me the wrong order or put stuff in my bowl that's not supposed to be on there, and not listed on my ticket. only giving it 3 stars because i don't particularly mind my bowl tonight, even with the stuff i didn't ask for, and they have been pretty proactive in making it right the times before, but pleeeaassee please address this issue. nobody has time to check their order through and through, especially if they're on a lunch break, before they leave, and it sucks when you get all the way back and realize you can't even eat the food you paid for. especially for people who live 15+ minutes from toledo. please correct this.

This chipotle in westgate is incompetent on how to make a kids cheese quesadilla.. 3 times in a row! The third time they didn't even put any cheese in it just warmed up a taco shells. When I went back to have them remake this order they were rude and acted like it was my fault. They lack basic customer service skills & we're so rude. I know it's hard to find good help but the worker working need to be trained properly.

I have never been to chipotle! This place and the workers were so rude! Nobody smiled nobody said hello. When I went to order she kept plopping stuff on I didn't ask for. So she got mad. And that's one girl when I went to pay this one was even worse! I asked for chips and salsa I asked what kind of salsa she gestured with her hand you seen the salsa we had over there! I said never mind I don't need them. She then rolled her eyes and said ok so no chips? I said no thank you. Didn't tell me my total didn't said have a nice day NOTHING! I will NEVER return to this Chipotle. I think these people need to find other jobs if they are this miserable!

Sheila and her crew were amazing! We were having a working lunch and could not pre order the day before and Sheila took our 7 meal order and let the hostess of the meeting pick it up and pay for it. This lady told me Sheila was very accommodating and helpful and her experience was very pleasurable! Worst experience. I got there right when they opened. Lady tried to be so fast that she kept forgetting what I was telling her. It happens, understandable. But the lady at the cashier was awful. She threw my sour cream and dressing into my bag. When I got to my car I noticed that it literally exploded in my bag.

I have frequented this location for years, but recently placed two mobile orders (through Doordash) and while the food was ready in a timely manner, both times the food was sub par. I ordered the "three tacos" each time with chicken, fajita veggies, cheese, and romaine. Both times, the fajita veggies were charred beyond recognition. Kind of like the same pan had been used over and over to cook veggies, and I got the scraped off bits both times. And because they were so mixed throughout the tacos, it was very hard to pick each little piece out. I tried because I'm hungry and spent money on this food. But the taste of the charred vegetables just ruined both meals. I plan to switch to a different location going forward to get the normal chipotle experience with yummy veggies.

Ive never had a positive experience at this location, but unfortunately its very close to home & im obsessed (well, was) with chipotle . My most recent experience was 8/17 around 930pm. I felt very rushed to order (as usual) and they claimed they were out of tomato salsa, bc of bad tomatoes. Ive never tried the other salsas so this was an adjustment, and i wasnt pleased with the one i chose. I know how the restaurant business works and im pretty sure it was because they were to lazy to make another batch before they closed. They could have atleast had a sign at the door saying they were out. I would have gone somewhere else. Then i waited ab 5 mins to cash out bc the cashier was in the bathroom, and she didnt even apologize. Didnt even ask if i wanted something to drink, and seem bothered when i told her that I wanted one.. just rude and annoying. I heard qdoba is coming to town, ill be very excited to try that when they open. A few days before this on 8/14 i came here with my son, to eat in and bring something home to my husband. They seemed really annoyed that i had 3 orders, one of which was to go. Its extremely annoying and frustrating that im picking out my meat for one bowl, and the girl all the way down at the end of the line was asking if I wanted cheese & sour cream. Not to mention the person in the middle was asking me ab salsa, and didnt seen to care i was in the middle of talking to other person, well people. Didnt have much time to look at what i was getting bc i felt so rushed, when i sat down, i noticed my bowl was microscopic compared to what i usually get. They definitely cheated me.

Pros: Brown rice, always fresh veggies, quac. Always tasty. Did I mention the quac? :) Cons: Staff isn't the friendliest. And seriously, slow down for a second (you aren't always super busy) so that you can hear the customer and get the order correct. Also, if you get the veggie bowl/burrito/tacos watch out! You won't get the guac automatically (like you should, according to the menu) for a veggie option unless you tell them! Otherwise you'll just end up with a sad bowl of brown rice and veggies. That's what we call no bueno. If you want a better Chipotle, head down Central Avenue and go to the one by Meijer. Friendly staff, and they aren't stingy on the guac!
