First time trying this location due to being near my place of employment. I sit down and eat at work to find a piece of hair located at the bottom of my bowl. Very disgusting and triggering.

I was nervous coming to Chipotle since I hadn't been to a location in some time and there's been a lot of news online about how portions have shrunk and staff are not as willing to give a little extra if their first scoop is skimpy. However, today I was served by a sweet older lady who was incredibly friendly and very generous with my portions. I ordered half steak half chicken on a burrito bowl and felt like I got 75% scoops for both. The total was still $15 which is way more expensive than I remember it being, but at least I felt like I got my money's worth in terms of the volume of food. It tasted fresh and delicious and I definitely will be coming back to this location if I have a Chipotle craving.

Love this location. Always delicious and good amount of food served. Nice workers. Thanks Zakri, Evan and Alba our pickup order was very yummy and made on time! Definitely our go to spot!

If I could give zero stars I would. The order arrived quickly and accurately. That’s where the positives end. The bowls were so light the my almost felt empty and the guac was old, brown, and tasted rotten. It was inedible. When we order in person things are great but this location systematically and repeatedly cheats delivery orders by under filling bowls and now serving spoiled guac. It’s shameful and what’s worse is they don’t give you an option to speak with a rep, just the AI chat feature that blows you off. Would not recommend.

18$ for burrito bowl intentionally not putting more meat. I rather eat protein than eat the rice even though they put one spoon of rice and three pieces of chicken and when you ask to put a little bit more meat , they will charge you extra so for one drink and one burrito it’s 18,89 bravo This is all done so they make more money to CORP or Just lazy to make more it’s bizarre

The in-store experience could use some improvement. There was no air conditioning during the summer heat, which made it uncomfortably humid inside. Seating is also very limited, so it’s not the best place to dine in, especially during busy hours. If you’re craving Chipotle, I’d definitely recommend ordering through DoorDash or Uber Eats instead. You’ll get the same great food without the uncomfortable environment.

I came here tonight and the lady serving gave the most disrespectful little rice scoops I’ve ever seen. Even when I asked for more she wouldn’t. I just walked out and went to Cava. The rice must come out her own cabinet. Being that she looked like she skips no meals she probably wanted to eat it herself.

This was a terrible time. The staff was rude and did not understand want I was asking. The card reader broke and I was not told till after my food was made so I did not have the money to pay so I had to go to the bank. The soda machine was broken, and there was a puddle on the floor that was not being cleaned up. Their was no seats left, and they offered no solutions when asked. The food was over priced because they kept adding things that were not what I was asking for, and I had to pay for it. This lost a customer for life.

Good entry, full of stuff,,,and smiles...very nice lady and cashier did not know how to wrap a tortilla,,yeah...needs lots of training...huge serving and it was a good visit....FYI: if you can not wrap a tortilla, you aren't ready to drive"

I hate that this is the closest location to my employer. THEY ARE NEVER PREPARED FOR LUNCH RUSH HOUR. It's noon why are you out of everything including dressing. Was there not enough made for the day. 85% of the staff is rude. The price is never the same. I'm here once a week and every time my same order is a different total and they are always out of something. The cashier never knows how to work the rewards point so you can get your free item. If you can speak Spanish then you will have some courtesy at this location. When you ask for extra they let you know there will be a upcharge and look at you like you're poor. Give me the extra please upgrade the customer service and the readiness of items. People are back at work have enough workers and food. Edit to add - yes I returned and still the same

Got take out order for window pickup. Took a long time for someone to greet me. I was also being harassed by a homeless man while I was standing there. After a staff member walked up to the window and blankly stared at me I told them my name. They couldn't find my order for a while despite me coming exactly when the app said. Once they finally did they gave me a unsealed bag that was soaking wet and dripping. My food also looked like it was thrown at a wall before being scraped off the floor and put in a togo container

Walked in here the other day with my husband for his lunch & I ate a few bites of his bowl & it gave the worst tummy ache ever!! He started feeling nauseous throughout the day as well ..... other than that the staff is super rude such a ugly place

Absolutely the worst run location. They NEVER have enough food for the lunch demand. On Tuesday 8/23 I visited at 12:15pm. After waiting in line for 20 or so minute they had no food available! How do you not have enough food? I will not be returning. Also when I called the corporate manager to voice my concerns. I was met with a corporate answer.

This was the worst chipotle experience of my life. I come in at around 3:30. I haven't eaten anything and was on my lunch break from a rough day at work. I walk in the store and everything seems normal. Well, there's a tweaking lady just outside the store, but I guess that's normal for DC. I order my food and everything is assembled fine, but it takes like 5 minutes for the employees to quit talking and actually have me pay for my order at the cash register. No one was at that cash register for 5 minutes. Then, when someone finally arrived, I paid and went over to fill up my drink. When I had just filled my water cup, an employee came over to me and said the transaction didn't go through, so I went over there again thinking I could just pay it and hurry on my way. I waited for about 5 more minutes while the employee just kinda blankly stared and did nothing, and in that time frame that tweaker from earlier came inside the establishment and stole my food. I didn't realize this at first but when I looked over at where I had put the food down near where I had fillled up my water cup I noticed it was gone. But there she was standing just outside the window, gripping that bag of food so harshly and smiling through the window. The employee came out of the store and retrieved the bag, and the tweaker came back into the store and started to yell at me. I quickly asked again if the payment was processed so that I could leave, and an employee said yes, so I came out of there. As I walked out of the store, the tweaker yelled at my again saying "YOU SHOULD THANK ME!" because she "almost could have stole my food". Like no, you did steal my food, I'm not thanking you for it, and I want to leave the premises immediately. She also said some racist thing like "ain't that the blackest thing you seen". I left as soon as I could but she followed me a little ways down the street. As I continued to walk back to my workplace, I looked back twice, and both times she screamed "YOU SHOULD BE THANKING ME!!". That was the worst chipotle experience of my life.
