The honey chicken burrito was delicious and stuffed very well with plenty of ingredients making it nice and filling. Good option to get your veggies and beans in. Love how you can customize toppings to your liking. The chicken and steak bowls were tasty too. The guacamole and chips were okay, their guacamole was on the saltier side. Doesn’t leave you feeling heavy after eating it.

I paid $20 for 3 soaked tortillas (that i had to dig for). Like it couldn’t have been in the foil for more than 5 minutes. Each soggy tortilla had vastly different amounts of filling in them, all thrown together, and nearly 50% of everything was guac... Couldn’t finish it because it was a disgusting mush. Like if you’re gonna do me dirty like this you can slide me at least one napkin

Ordered online. Went to the pick up window to pick up my order. Packaging was poorly done, to a point where it looked disgusting when I got home. Specifically, the quesadillas, used to be put into a package that separated the sauces from the quesadillas, but last night, they were simply thrown into a container that is used for bowls. Everything else was put together quite poorly and sloppily. We've ordered from this location and was done quite well. Looks like new staff in place now and just very poor quality of work.

Excellent service! Everything was super fresh, especially the sofritas bowl I ordered. I visited around 3:40 PM on Thursday, August 28, and was served by one girl and two guys (I didn’t catch their names). They were absolutely amazing — polite, smiling, and so attentive. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at Chipotle than all the other chipotle locations.

Just had the worst customer service experience at the Port Coquitlam Chipotle. It’s May 2nd 2025 at 5:15pm. We go to Chipotle because it is fast. There are SIX employees working behind the counter. I get up to the order area. The following items are all empty: white rice, brown rice, plant-based crumble, and grilled veggies. I am a vegetarian so they tell me they need to make more plant-based protein. Seven minutes later, they rush through making my bowl, it is only half the size of the bowl they made for another customer in front of me, so they dump rice on top of it to fill it up. I asked for guacamole, and the amount was, again, much smaller in size to the guacamole on the bowl for the customer in front of me. I had now been there for over ten minutes, and they run our order through. After all this, they still charged me the $3 for guacamole. Absolutely abhorrent service and management. I will not be going back to this Chipotle again.

My recent visit to Chipotle in Port Coquitlam left me incredibly dissatisfied. The staff were inattentive, forcing me to repeat my order multiple times, only to still receive it incorrectly. Not only were they rude and neglectful of basic courtesy like saying thank you or greeting customers, but the long lineups due to slow and inefficient service only added to the frustration.To make matters worse, when I finally reached the front of the line, all the protein options were empty, and the portions they did give were measly at best. The entire place was in disarray, with overflowing garbage cans and an overall dirty environment. It's a shame to see such a lack of care for both customers and cleanliness at a supposedly reputable chain like Chipotle. Needless to say, I won't be returning anytime soon.

I came here just before 8:30pm lastnight and the first thing I notice is how untidy the restaurant is. Garbage overflowing, tables are dirty, etc. When I went to place my order, there was a decent wait while I watched the employee run to the back frantically, while telling me he’d be with me in a minute. I’m not in any rush and don’t mind waiting, but it was odd as it hardly seemed busy in there. Not to mention, there were other employees in the kitchen. The employee once again seemed frantic with my order and when I asked for queso and chips, he had to go and get the queso from the other kitchen (the one for the drive-thru), and there was some additional unexplained wait for my chips. I’m then asked if I want a bag, to which I say no, I’m eating it here. The employee then places my wrapped burrito in a burrito bowl container. In past experiences, I’m almost certain you are given a basket? Have they run out of baskets? I then presented a $50 bill to pay for my order and that also seemed to cause issue - the employee had to ask the other staff if there was any cash in the till. There is no reason why cash at 8pm on a Saturday night should be an issue. I’m left feeling like I’ve been some burden for simply placing an order. The till area also seemed dirty. Needless to say, the experience was a let down and while the food was good, with their subpar dining room and dirty counters, I question their standards in the kitchen. This location gives Chipotle a bad rep and I won’t be returning.

Had Chipotle for the first time ever today. Got in on Door Dash. Chicken Power bowl and a side of chips and what might have been salsa or pico? EVERYTHING tasted like salt. I mean so much salt it was not palatable. The chips were so stale they were bendable.......old and possibly exposed to moisture? Absolutely stale. The amount of salt in this food is over the top. Maybe a mistake? I sure hope so but we will NEVER eat from Chipotle again.

on our visit to chipotle there were many problems with both service and food, first off well ordering they mixed up my friends burrito up with mine, then both the cash and card machine were not functional and we were forced to wait upwards of 8 minutes just to pay for our food, after requesting compensation for the wait we received a small bag of extremely stale and unsalted chips, and as my friend ate my burrito that had been mixed up it fell apart immediately and the employees clearly lacked experience in these situations, not to mention the lack of straws and lack of cleanliness in the establishment. i will not be returning 1 star.

We just bought 4 burrito bowls from Chipotle in Port Coquitlam. When we got home and opened them, 3 bowls were only half full and the 4th was only 75% full at best. We were very disappointed to say the least. And it didn't make sense to drive back to the shop to make a case. Compared to their location in Surrey it's a huge difference. Maybe the owner at PoCo is trying to maximize their profit at customer's expense? I don't think we'll go back to this location.
