Only used this chippy once before and that was 20 years ago.Had fish, chips, sausage and battered burger last evening for myself and my wife. Absolutely delicious. All cooked fresh. Much cheaper than our usual chippy although there's no delivery service. A lovely friendly lady serving. Will be making this our regular chippy from now.

I moved to Carshalton recently, and had read good reviews of this chippy - but my god, it was one of the best I’ve had. I ordered plaice and chips, and the batter was crispy, golden and not greasy, the chips lovely and fat. Such a good flavour, and delightful owners, too. Fully recommend!

My sisters and I availed of the 12-2 pm Friday half off offer on the deep-fried haddock and chips. We loved the delicious golden-brown batter of the fish and the vinegary taste of the chips that paired well with any sauce we had at home. The owners of the shop, Ms. Mary and Mr. Desmond, were very friendly and made buying our Friday lunch a fun and wonderfully accommodating experience. The food feels just like home, and we cannot wait to come back soon <3. Definitely a go-to for any warm fish-and-chips craving any time of the week! <3

Best fish & chips in the area! This family run place makes amazing rustic chunky chips and their fish is just delicious! Love their curry sauce too!

We are regular Friday evening customers over many years. Mary is always so jolly and remembers names and orders brilliantly. The prices are very reasonable and the service is just so friendly.

Used to come here as a school kid over a decade ago. While prices may have increased, while still very good value, its still high quality food served with a smile. Long may it continue

My girlfriend told me about this place as she lives in wallington and she said it has been operating by the same couple ever since she was little. We went in and ordered 9 cod bites with chips. Absolutely fantastic quality, and easily enough food for two people for just £12! The batter had the perfect crunch, the fish was super fresh, the chips had the perfect texture. I think it’s probably the best fish and chips I’ve ever had! Will definitely be going back and recommending to all my friends

Bought myself and my friend fish and chips for dinner yesterday. After having fish and chips from her local fish n chip shop a few weeks before ….. I wanted to show off! As always, an absolutely delightful experience! Even better as cooked fresh! My friend was blown away. She said ‘this is the best fish and chips she has ever had. Mission accomplished👌😁 .
