Well… it is a restaurant of one of the most prestigious chefs in the world… and it costs a lot.. that being said you expect something compatible with the magnitude of the name behind + the amount of money you are paying and the bar goes high. The place is very unique in the “middle of the beach” very isolated, and each table has its own “booth” so it is indeed very private… but as the foldable (veeeery simple) tables are on top of the sand it is not that practical and at least in our case we ate in a “diagonal” level as one part of our table was relevantly higher than the other. Another note os that I would expect to have an introduction of the place, the menu, the chef their ideology etc and had nothing it was just a normal welcome from the serves and one “here is the menu”… Well the food… I would expect of such a restaurant to have an “amuse bouche” that is a little welcome from the chef… other restaurants in the area have it… but the food was REALLY good, but nothing out or this world! The menu is 3 courses that you choose an appetizer, main course and dessert… the burrata salad was amazing, with many different nuances of flavour and the empanadas were the best we ever had! As main dishes I chose the burger because I was jntrigued with the fact that it was a blend of bovine and ovine meat… it was DELICIOUS, but in my opinion even though I asked it to be “al punto” or “medium” it came a bit over done, with no sign of pinkeness of the beef it was almost dry! The milanese was good in flavour but not top 3 we ever had, the puree was definitely a highlight, sooo flavourful and the texture was just perfect, not too soft. For desserts we order the 70% cacau and dulce the leche mousse (INCREDIBLE) and the dulce the leche pancakes- the pancakes were not as pleasant to eat, though the dulce the leche was fantastic - I dont know if it was homemade - and in my opinion it did not match as well with orange cream that came on the side! We were lucky to have had the presence of mister Mallmann himself and he was very nice! It was a great experience but it is not a place I would die to go back
