Where to Eat for Ramadan at Austin Restaurants | Eater Austin

"This halal home-catering operation in Pflugerville is taking Ramadan orders for prepared or frozen foods, offering items such as pakoras, samosas, chaat, sandwiches, kabobs and rolls. Orders require two to three days' advance notice and are placed via Instagram direct message or by phone, making it a convenient option for families planning suhoor or iftar at home." - Nadia Chaudhury

Love this neighborhood. A community where you can still ask your neighbor for cup of sugar. If your new to the neighborhood, just take a walk and introduce yourself. I guarantee you'll make a new friend your first week.

New clubhouse and gym are amazing worth the wait. Axel and Amber are very attentive to the residents needs.

I have lived in this park my whole life and in the last few years this park has gone completely down hill. The managers change consistently. Every new manager goes on some kind of power trip but ever so rarely lasts longer than 6 months. The towing in the neighborhood is ridiculous and completely random. There’s also a lack of parking in the back of the neighborhood to help. When it comes to the lot they have no problem reminding you that it’s not yours and you need to do multiple things to be up to their standards. But if a line on the property breaks or needs a repair the lot is all of a sudden yours to deal with. The playground is a complete joke and I would never let my daughter play there. There is a ridiculous amount of speed bumps. 2 large bumps just to get to the first stop sign. Potholes everywhere. They have been renovating the clubhouse for almost 4 years now. I’ve seen multiple long term residents pick up their houses and move and I’m about ready to do exactly what they did. To see it change for the worse over time is truly sad because it’s where I grew up. But I unfortunately cannot see myself living in this property for much longer.

The office at Chisholm Point treated me horribly as resident. I applied to lease a lot, was approved, purchased the trailer from the office, and signed a lease for the lot. This was almost 3 years ago. After purchasing another trailer, from a private resident, I applied to lease the lot, and was approved. Although it was clear from my application that my goal was to rent it out, the lease stated that I'm residing there. The office knew that I reside elsewhere in the same trailer park. A renter applied to be a resident but the office never responded. Then, via their attorney, the office threatened to evict me from the second trailer and move the trailer out of the park. To avoid said eviction threat, the office demanded that I apply AGAIN, this time as co-applicant, whereas the renter as applicant. This created quite a chaos in which I paid for that lease but the renter received the receipt as if the renter paid it. Not to mention that I had to transfer the security deposit to the renter's name. Same as my review at Yelp.

Maintenance guys care more about a tire being hidden behind a shed than leaving dead animals on the roadway

This place is horrible. The staff is garbage and although the hours of operation are posted 8am-6pm, the phones are never answered! The property “management” team create their own rules and then fine you for something they made up. They take advantage of hard working people and do nothing when it comes to repairs or concerns on the property because THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!! This place is a scam. And they tow cars away because they receive kickbacks under the table. Again this place is a scam.

I moved in with my mom in November. They have towed my car twice. I parked in visitors parking and they towed me. They said to park in residents parking, so I did. They towed me. My mom has been calling them for days and no one answers. She can't get any service from them even though she pays her mortgage and lot fees.

We stopped by unexpectedly, and Bailey was kind enough to squeeze us in for a tour during her busy day. All I can say is WOW. I've been looking at several different communities and this one is so well kept, they offer a pool, gym, basketball courts, as well as having an amazing program so that you can purchase the homes. Bailey was so informative and an absolute delight. I look forward to calling this place home.
