"This halal home-catering operation in Pflugerville is taking Ramadan orders for prepared or frozen foods, offering items such as pakoras, samosas, chaat, sandwiches, kabobs and rolls. Orders require two to three days' advance notice and are placed via Instagram direct message or by phone, making it a convenient option for families planning suhoor or iftar at home." - Nadia Chaudhury

This property is really nice tucked away on thin residential neighborhoods, right near several schools. It’s like apartment living here but you don’t share a wall with your neighbor.

I’m not living in this community and the members are loud! From day to night.

Love this neighborhood. A community where you can still ask your neighbor for cup of sugar. If your new to the neighborhood, just take a walk and introduce yourself. I guarantee you'll make a new friend your first week.

I have lived in this park my whole life and in the last few years this park has gone completely down hill. The managers change consistently. Every new manager goes on some kind of power trip but ever so rarely lasts longer than 6 months. The towing in the neighborhood is ridiculous and completely random. There’s also a lack of parking in the back of the neighborhood to help. When it comes to the lot they have no problem reminding you that it’s not yours and you need to do multiple things to be up to their standards. But if a line on the property breaks or needs a repair the lot is all of a sudden yours to deal with. The playground is a complete joke and I would never let my daughter play there. There is a ridiculous amount of speed bumps. 2 large bumps just to get to the first stop sign. Potholes everywhere. They have been renovating the clubhouse for almost 4 years now. I’ve seen multiple long term residents pick up their houses and move and I’m about ready to do exactly what they did. To see it change for the worse over time is truly sad because it’s where I grew up. But I unfortunately cannot see myself living in this property for much longer.

The office at Chisholm Point treated me horribly as resident. I applied to lease a lot, was approved, purchased the trailer from the office, and signed a lease for the lot. This was almost 3 years ago. After purchasing another trailer, from a private resident, I applied to lease the lot, and was approved. Although it was clear from my application that my goal was to rent it out, the lease stated that I'm residing there. The office knew that I reside elsewhere in the same trailer park. A renter applied to be a resident but the office never responded. Then, via their attorney, the office threatened to evict me from the second trailer and move the trailer out of the park. To avoid said eviction threat, the office demanded that I apply AGAIN, this time as co-applicant, whereas the renter as applicant. This created quite a chaos in which I paid for that lease but the renter received the receipt as if the renter paid it. Not to mention that I had to transfer the security deposit to the renter's name. Same as my review at Yelp.

New clubhouse and gym are amazing worth the wait. Axel and Amber are very attentive to the residents needs.

I moved in with my mom in November. They have towed my car twice. I parked in visitors parking and they towed me. They said to park in residents parking, so I did. They towed me. My mom has been calling them for days and no one answers. She can't get any service from them even though she pays her mortgage and lot fees.

Worst place to ever live at. Crooked management. They lie and change the rules so you can't win with them no matter what. And heaven forbid your tire is touching the grass while parked in your driveway even a tiny bit or they'll will tow your car and charge you $200+ to get it back. If you cut your own grass they will lie and say their lawn guy cut it and charge you $40. No lie. Do yourself a favor a find another mobile home community to live at.

Yelp
I've lived here for 10 years, and it's always been miserable, potholes in the street, multiple shootings, increase in rent and other bullshit, my family got their vehicles towed 10 times for dumb reasons and now they're charging to park in a shitty parking space. if you find yourself looking here, it's better to look somewhere else, this place is not it

Yelp
They can't keep a property manager so that tells me they are giant corporate company that could care less about making their communities the best place to live. The pool opens late in the season and closes early in the season, this is because they have to pay a lifeguard. Trash all over the place, some of the homes should probably be condemmed and their window coverings are towels or blankets. They never do any improvements but they raise the lot rent every year. I have been there over 8 years and incrase of $25.00 to $35.00 very year. They will also charge you extra for the car port and shed., so plan on adding that to the lot rent of $700.00 per month. There is no cap on the car port and shed so you are basically paying this for lifetime. Example the shed, basic crap that they do not maintain, the cost per year is $420.00 multiply this by 8 years and I have paid $3,360.00 for the shed alone. They did not offer any breaks to the tenants during the pandemic in fact they continued to increase the lot rates. They did not offer any assistance during or after the freezes we experienced in Texas. Basically they are there to harass you if your grass is not mowed to their standards and collect rent, OH AND THE BEST...no parking anywhere for your visitors near your lot, they have to drive to the front of the mobile park and hope to find a parking there that is not reserved for something. Chisolm Point, why don't you try to do something positive for a change and also anyone has access to the mobile park, some homes have about 20 people living in them and they don't seem to care. People live there that have not been background checked and alot of drunken parties to deal with. There are many potholes and burnt out street lights, the light at front where you get your mail has been flickering for about 3 months now.

Yelp
Nice office staff. Good location. The only thing I hate is that they check to see if you mow your lawn every week. If not, you get a notice on your door threatening to send out the lawn service. $40 a pop added on to your bill. (Same thing with mobile home skirting. Not sure of the price of repairs.) Other that that, quiet place. Great for kids.

Yelp
I've been broken into twice. Once, it was just my car and nothing was taken. Second time it was three of my cars and a broken window. Constantly getting notes for having a cup on my outdoor table or having a hole in my trailer skirting, when the people who damaged the skirting were the lawn people they hired without us asking. Constantly getting a ticket on my truck sorry I can't fit four trucks in a small ass parking space. No way I'm putting my truck in the parking lot they provide, not with the history I've had here. Definitely don't recommend it. I've been here over 2 years and I'm so glad to be leaving. Only thing good about it is some of the neighbors are friendly.

Yelp
This place was a life saver in the beginning. I was able to save half of my rent during the first year and a quarter of it the second year and they allowed me to use it to purchase my home. However, once this was done the whole attitude of the location changes. DONT PURCHASE A HOME HERE EVER!!! Once you purchase a home, your locked in. I was making $1,000 a month more when I first moved in. So, I wasn't too concerned with anything at the time. However, when you sign a lease after purchasing a home, they will charge you approximately $25 more per month, per year until your "special" expires. They decided to gauge me for $139.00 more per month now. This is an insane amount and I even asked them about it. I checked into the land tax cost and every other excuse they gave me. It was all just that, An Excuse. I have many other people I know living on the same street that pay less. They do whatever they can to get their lot back once you have purchased the home. My two girls and I have NO WHERE to go. If they ever gauge me like this again I would have no choice but to sell my home. This is there plan. They DO NOT care if you stay unless it benefits them. They DO NOT care if your a perfect renter who has NEVER been late and even if you upgrade the land THEY own, they do not care and will "nit pick" to find anything to complain about. I am glad I know so many good people because I have plans to make sure everyone I know NEVER EVER EVER CONSIDERS THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yelp
Don't live here. The managers are cutthroat on repair notices. Your first notice they threaten eviction. They give repair notices on issues that were there when you moved in, which they should have told you about but make you pay for later. The workers are often rude. The mail gets misdelivered. You pay for a pool which is often not open in the summer because they poorly staff it and don't have a full time monitor. To top it off the parking for guests is terrible. This is the worse place I have ever lived.

Yelp
Now they have renegotiated our trash pick up contract. With this new contract our monthly rental went up $6.15 per month but they will only pick up one trash can and nothing else!!! This means if you replace your broken Television you have to find someplace else to dispose of the broken one because it won't fit in your trash can!!! Not to mention you have to break down the box it came in and cram it into the trash can and then hope you have enough room for household trash for the week or your storing it until the next pick up. But remember it can't be piled up around your trailer because then your in violation and will get a notice on your door!!! Come on...who negotiated this contract...did they get some kind of a kick back? Normal people have on occasion items that can't fit in the can or an occasional extra bag of trash. Spring time the management will be going around telling us of all the things wrong with our trailers and lots. What are we to do with items used to repair or cleanup our trailers and lots. Management doesn't give us a dumpster to put large items in but they are going to be threatening us eviction if we don't do as told!!! Maybe we as residents should bring those items not picked up by the trash company to the office for disposal??? I wonder if the trash company restricts the maintenance crews trash??? Or maybe because they have multiple trash cans behind the office for the event center trash they would allow us to us them???
