One of the best HK food that I've ever tried in Markham. It is exactly the transitional cold noodle I used to eat in Hong Kong. Really glad I found this shop. Owner is very nice and friendly as well. 10/10 will recommend 👍good price good food good service

Chloe is the nicest person I’ve ever met. Every time I come in, I always get her noodles. She also gives me a free topping, which I love! The flavors are just so addictive, I keep coming back. It’s so good, OMG! If I could rate it, I’d give it a 100 out of 10 because it’s that good.

Loved the true HK-style cold noodles! Super tasty and just like home. Chloe was really nice and gave me some great recommendations — made the visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

As a person born and raised in HK, I've been eating bagged noodles my entire childhood. I've never eaten one that's as good as Chole's convenience! Their noodles are chewy, lots of sauce combined and their toppings are imported from Japan! The mini octopus is highly recommended!!! Ps their noodles are salty- yes and they use bags- not eco friendly, but it's the authentic taste and the right way to do HK bagged noodles.

This spot is a bit out of the way from the food court but it's certainly worth the extra distance. The noodles can come in either a bag or a box and you can add various sauces and toppings. We got the bagged noodles and they were packed with flavour. The bagged noodles are a great snack. This is also a very affordable option.

Need snack ideas while visiting Pacific mall? Check out this cute little stall on the second floor for Hong Kong styled bag noodles. Cold noodles with a choice of different spice levels & a variety of toppings to choose from. To start, you get to choose the size of noodles you would like, bag $1.50 & box $4. Then choose the toppings which vary in prices between $1-$3 (minimum 3 toppings) & then pick your spice level before it all gets mixed together and given to you to enjoy.. My opinion, for the portion size, it was on the pricey side (mine was $7) but it definitely was fun to try. The owners of the shop were very friendly and the shop itself, was kept very clean, neatly organized with fresh looking toppings. If your in the mall, check it out, fun to try ☺️

Google
These noodles are my favorite HK street snack. Great to see it available here too. The bag size is great for a snack, and the box portion is filling enough for a meal. This is a hidden gem, with super friendly service too. Give it a try!

Yelp
Stumbled upon a cute little "convenience" store on the second level of Pacific Mall. We wanted a snack and saw some people eating bagged noodles, so we figured it would be a good idea. The owner was really nice and explained to us the noodle concept, which is apparently really popular in HK. You get to choose a small bag/large container of noodles and select your own toppings. The bag was charged based on per noodle + item. I picked the more popular items like whelk, fake shark fin and tofu. The combo was quite salty to my liking and she did warn me though. Only problem with bagged noodles is it can get a bit messy especially with all the sauce. Make sure you have enough napkins to wipe your hands.

Yelp
I was heading to Tycoon Tofu a few weeks back and passed by Chloe's Convenience. It stopped me in my tracks because I had heard great things about getting flavourful bagged, cold noodles. The woman behind the counter said hi. She was extremely nice. I said hi and indicated that I'd be back. I continued to head over to Tycoon Tofu with my original goal to get tofu pudding. After getting my tofu pudding, I returned to Chloe's Convenience. I said hi to the woman and said that I was back. Maybe she wasn't used to someone saying that she'd be back soon, but she was so happy that I returned. I meant it. I have seen bags of cold noodles from friends who have dropped by this place. The bags seemed like snack-sized portions. I needed dinner. Luckily, I could get a meal box. Yes, please! She was great guiding me through the ordering process. You basically choose whatever toppings that you'd like. A minimum of three toppings is recommended. With a meal box, six toppings are recommended. Finally, you choose a sauce or more. I went with these toppings and sauce: - Quail eggs - Jellyfish - Cucumber - Corn - Scallops - Mini fish cakes - Garlic sauce I got cucumber as a free topping when I followed this business on Instagram. She was impressed on how quickly I found her IG account and immediately followed her. I do it all for free cucumber! She was so sweet. She let me place my tofu pudding on her counter as she prepared my noodles. She got me a paper bag, and put my pudding and spoon in this bag with my noodles. I paid with a credit card. I tapped and all was great. I thanked her for my food. I headed to my car and drove home to chow down. These noodles were fantastic. The noodles were chewy and yummy. I loved my toppings. They had a lot of flavour. The textures were diverse and enjoyable. I loved having quail eggs again. The jellyfish had a different chewiness than the noodles that I liked. The cucumber and corn were a good pairing of veggies. The scallops and mini fish cakes were so fun to eat. The garlic sauce was so good and brought the noodles and toppings together. You could taste the garlic, but it didn't overpower everything that you were eating. I had a wonderful experience. I need to return to try more topping combinations. (205)

Yelp
I really enjoyed Chloe's Convenience! Chloe provided such great service - explaining to us how to order, made suggestions and gave us a sample of one of the toppings. It's a really cool concept - the bagged noodles were amazing. I added lots of chili oil for flavour.

Yelp
A cute little store on the second floor of Pacific Mall. The cashier was very helpful and kind. The food is extremely cheap. It starts at $1.50 for a bag of noodles, $4 for a box, and the toppings range from $1-2. The noodles are cold and come in a small bag. You can adjust your spice level. I got garlic sauce with baby octopus, crab meat and fishcake tempura. Overall, really good and had a very strong garlic flavour. I recommend it, super cheap and quite good.

Yelp
I was looking for something to eat at Pacific Mall and the neon sign here caught my eye. The two ladies at the front were also very friendly and introducing the concept of their noodle shop to me. After wandering the food court, I decided to come back and try this place. There are two sizes for the noodles. I opted for the snack size which comes in a plastic bag whereas the larger size comes in one of those plastic takeout containers. I think the snack size is perfect because the larger one is just too much noodles! I got three toppings: seaweed salad (they said this was their most popular), scallop lip, and tamago. It came to ~$7. I was a little disappointed because they gave so little pieces of the tamago :(. I wonder if the portions for the toppings are bigger if you get the larger box of noodles... Next, they add in sauces and you can choose your spice level. Everything came together really well and the flavours went together nicely. It was very saucy though! The noodles are cold so it's also a nice and refreshing snack.

Yelp
I was visiting from the States and was walking around seeing if there was any food I wanted to try. Chloe's Convenience caught my eye. I got cold noodles in a bag and chose baby octopus and seaweed salad as my toppings. This was a cool concept of cold yellow noodles and the convenience of being able to eat out of a bag. Loved that I was still able to walk around and sneak in a bite without struggling or making a mess. Yummy garlicky, spicy flavor. Highly recommend trying!

Yelp
Finally got to try Chloe's which I've been seeing float all around social media ! There's a choice between two bases- small ($1.50) and large ($4). Afterwards, there are three tiers of toppings starting from $1 and the highest tier is $2. Minimum requirement of 3 toppings. We chose the snack size with fish balls of the day (1.5) ; beef tripe ($2) and fish tempura ($1.5). Total was just under $7.5. For sauce , we picked garlic flavour ! Taste wise, we loved the garlicky goodness. That was the star of the show. Toppings were good too . Portion wise , I thought price was a tad steep for such a small size. I'm also not a fan of how cold it was :p For me , I might come back in the summer when it's hot so the cold noodles would taste more refreshing . I would also pay a few more dollars for the larger box which feels like it's a better value

Yelp
I love this place! Not only is the owner super sweet, the noodles are such a simple yet very tasty snack. I love the variety of toppings they have to choose from. I always stop by whenever I'm at pacific mall! Can't wait to visit again soon!

Yelp
I love this little hole in the wall! Perfect for a quick grab and go snack. A good variety of toppings and sauces for an amazing price. Fresh and delicious, and ended up going back a few times to try a few different combos!

Yelp
Loved this Hong Kong street food stall. I am always a fan of generous garlic and salt. It's super convenient to pack and eat to-go. It gives me comfort food leftover vibes. Fast service!

Yelp
Hey noodle lovers, have you had bagged noodles? Chloe's Convenience is a hidden spot in Pacific Mall that offers convenient bagged noodles like they do in Hong Kong! Not only is it fun, it's also convenient to grab & go with these. The ordering process is easy, simple pick the toppings you want & they mix it together in a bag of noodles with your choice of garlic & hot sauce. Then enjoy as you stroll through the mall. Since I love seafood, my toppings of choice were: Seaweed Salad, Kimchi Sea Snail & Baby Octopus. I was pleasantly surprised by the tastiness with satisfying texture & crunch. Don't miss out on a fun bite on your next visit to Pacific Mall.

Yelp
I have found my current addiction! Last week I had Chloe's noodle 3 days back to back. So many toppings to choose. Hong Kong Style Traditional cold noodles with your choices of toppings mixed in a delicious sauce full of umami with your choice of spice level. I've been going back to experiment with different toppings and will definitely be back for more. They offer snack size or a larger size as a meal. I highly recommend giving Chloe's Convenience a try if you're in the Pacific Mall/ Markham area 5/5

Yelp
What a super cute idea! Though I've never seen these in HK, I know it's a popular style of snack/ meal. It's suppose to be a convenient meal, and I just think it's a fun idea and a unique style of noodle ordering. Chloe is also extremely friendly. She's so nice and personable - it makes you want to support her. I will say, it's very salty. I can't usually get through my portion of noodles just because of the salt content in there. I know that's sort of the appeal for many people though is the saucy deliciousness. I just opt for less sauce. I also wish she could find a way around the bags. Though it's a cute idea to walk around with noodles in a bag, it's very not eco-friendly. At the end of the day, everyone needs to do their part and consider the environment. This is extremely wasteful, and I wish she could consider using paper or compostable containers instead. I just can't support a business that goes through this much single use plastic in a time when people should be more considerate of how their businesses can affect the world we live in. I've seen her little plastic bags scattered all over the ground and flying around in the parking lot. It's not good marketing to see that. Maybe even if she can mix the portions in her own container and pour it into a customer's (if they happen to have tupperware with them). - like how cafes now will be happy to pour your drinks directly into your reusable mugs.

Yelp
New to the pmall food court area on the second level! They serve the highly addictive bagged noodles that you can get on the streets in Mong Kok in HK. We definitely missed the taste so when we saw it we came right away to try!! The owners informed us they will be getting more toppings in the future and take topping recommendations too! Can't wait until they have jellyfish and more noodle options! Once you pick your toppings they will ask you for your spice level and if you want garlic and then they will mix the baggie for you. Don't let the small size fool you, portions are pretty big. Will be back :)

Yelp
Really fun quick eat. Picked quail egg, cucumbers, scallop lips, kimchi sea snails. $7 for the bag.

Yelp
Great little gem! If you grew up in HK then you know these noodles! Pick the size you want and choose your toppings! I love how the owner always comes up with great new toppings to help you always change it up. The owner is super nice and I met her a few times and we always have great chats!

Yelp
Hong Kong style mixed noodle, so good, tastes just like the ones you can buy in HK. Absolutely nostalgic. Owner is super nice and friendly. Don't miss this store is you're in the area. Highly recommended.

Yelp
The noodles were good, if they could reduce the amount of salt from the special sauce it would be perfect as my noodle bowl was TOO salty! Overall, they have a variety of toppings to choose from. I especially enjoyed the taste of octopus. Staff/owner was friendly and sociable. Will try again with different toppings.

Yelp
Was at Pacific Mall for some errands and passed by Chloe's Convenience. Having heard many great things about this place, I had to give it a try. Not only were the bagged noodles insanely cheap (~$7 after tax), it was packed with flavour and there are many customization options. You can choose between toppings and also ssauce. The owner was super nice and helpful with the choices. If there were local businesses you are looking to support, this would definitely be one of them.

Yelp
Delicious HK style bagged noodles! This street food is a beloved snack when I visited HK and so fitting that this location is in pacific mall! The base is $1.50 for the noodles and the price depends on what you add in!

Yelp
A little nook in the food court at Pacific Mall. Hard to find at first because the area is so chaotic and the place is tiny, but the hunt was worth it. Truly an authentic taste of HK street food (owner came from HK not long ago, so you know you're getting the real deal). You would usually find bag noodles in little nooks in older malls in HK. When I first got the noodles even the smell brought me back to my childhood. So nostalgic, tastes EXACTLY like what I remembered, made me really miss HK. The price is acceptable. Chloe the owner was the SWEETEST lady. Definitely coming back!!

Anna G.

Yelp
Love this HK style street food, super fresh ingredients. The noodles are chewy, so many choices of toppings and the secret sauce is what makes it sooooo good !! 10/10 recommend
