"In this buzzy establishment that is invariably packed to the seams, Franco-American chef Thomas Chisholm, a former Top Chef contestant, celebrates sharing and sustainable fine dining. You can expect ikejime fish, rows of jars and fermentations and agroforestry ingredients… His creative, sometimes playful culinary style is skilfully blended with globetrotting influences: orange glazed sand carrots, cream of sunflower and kumquat preserves; scallops and raw foie gras flanked by a stock of roast celeriac perfumed in soy sauce, lemon grass and galanga…" - Michelin Inspector

Great spot to order multiple plates & share! Not large portions, but definitely enough if you get a few options! The menu is a bit experimental and the food paired so well. You could tell the chef took the time to work on the pairings of the different ingredients. Between 2 of us, we got the fish skates, veal, and plat a saucer. I would recommend fish skates & veal! Can’t wait to come back and try some others.

An absolutely magnificent meal. We enjoyed the 5 course tasting along with the thoughtfully curated wine pairings. I’m not able to choose a favorite course as they were all magnificent. The depths and layers of flavors were lovely. I could have dipped a whole baguette into the pimento butter with the mackerel, the carrots with the non alcoholic carrot and ginseng cocktail was a delight and the eggnog cocktail with the take on cookies and ice cream took us over the moon. Thank you for an amazing dining experience!

Outstanding, creative food that lets the ingredients shine. Amazing wine list with some real gems (and what restaurant has Chartreuse VEP still on their menu ✨). The service is very good too, friendly, professional.

Incredible spot. I went there for lunch with my partner. We chose to try several options a-la-carte and every single one was fantastic. The price is surprisingly low for the quality of the food, which is Michelin-star like. I can definitely recommend the cocktails too. The mezcal margarita was perfect!

To start, I have never written a poor restaurant review in my life. We love different food experiences, travel extensively, and eat out at many fine restaurants. Having only 2 nights in Paris, we selected ChoCho based on the positive reviews of innovative and creative dishes. However, we were both extremely disappointed. The mackerel was recommended by our server and we took her advice. Unfortunately, it was extremely undercooked and the fishy smell and taste overtook the entire dish. We politely sent the dish back even though we enjoyed several of the other small sharing plates. When the bill came, we asked that they take the mackerel off but they argued and ended up sending the chef over. He too argued about the quality of the dish and refused to take it off the final bill. In addition, the veal was extremely undercooked but we decided it was best not to say anything. Lastly, the wine list is odd and disappointing at best. Again, we so wanted to love this restaurant but didn’t expect the chef to come to our table and argue with us over a dish that we did not feel was up to par. There are many fine restaurants in Paris—do not select this one.

Probably my fave spot I ate at while visiting Paris. Definitely get the squid mole and don’t be afraid to try their more creative options—you’ll love it! Tre bonne!!

We’ve been to this restaurant for dinner and we took the 5 courses menu with the “accord mets et boissons”. The first 2 courses were amazing and tasteful. Very creative! The drinks were not only wine which was an interesting experience. Now the main platter with lamb was very disappointing and no taste. We were 3 and the 3 of us couldn’t eat the meat. Maybe it’s worth avoiding the menu and ordering only « a la carte ». The staff were friendly and polite.

Loved our meal. Every dish was fantastic 🥰 Great wine list, cool and relaxed stuff, funky music. Overall cool and relaxed place with a fantastic food - and a lot of vegetarian options. Would love to come back again!
