I just came by and had the best gelato ice cream I’ve ever had! ❤️ I also got a box of chocolate, but it’s so pretty that I can’t bring myself to eat it 🥰 we definitely will come back again!

The store is an absolute dream, the owner excelled at creating the perfect blend of a little piece of “heaven on earth”. Each piece is perfectly crafted with delectable flavors. I haven’t tried the gelato that they have here but I'm sure it wouldn’t disappoint. Definitely a great place to enjoy with friends and family when exploring downtown Florence! Love, love, love it!

During a visit to Florence, my wife and I decided to stop by ChocoBella. We each enjoyed a medium cup of Blueberry Cheesecake Gelato. It was cold, flavorful, smooth, and delicious. This place had a great selection of flavors of Gelato and fine chocolates. We’re looking forward to going back there as soon as possible.

We didn’t even know this place existed until leaving the chicken wing and chili fest last night we saw a couple walking away with gelato. We ducked in and tried a few samples and walked out with 2 cups of bilberry cheesecake that was absolutely amazing. Today after running errands we decided we needed to go back! We got small cups of snickers, smores, and pistachio and all were all delicious and we got some bon bons as well. We tried the coconut, strawberry cheesecake, pistachio and apple all of them were really nice and flavorful. 10/10 we will definitely be going back to try more flavors.

This place alone is a reason to visit Florence. The Gelato is amazing, I had red velvet on this visit. And the chocolates are delicious works of art. I mean almost too pretty to eat. Lightly recommend a visit!

If you are in the area, I highly recommend visiting ChocoBella! These chocolates are so beautiful and delicious. I had the dark chocolate pomegranate it was so good. I have a feeling this is a local gem. I will definitely go back if I'm in the area again.

Luxurious and wholesome, ChocoBella is the definition of supreme Gelato! The texture and taste puts the highest-end store bought Gelato to shame. ChocoBella's had a boutique style with a touch of simply stated class and homey southern charm! The ladies are friendly and cheerful, which I believe shows in their delectable sweets! The Dark Chocolate Gelato is rich and creamy, and surprisingly dairy-free! And there are no words for the Bilberry Cheesecake Gelato that had my taste buds doing the happy dance! 🤤 If I had more hands, I would give many thumbs up! 👍🏻

Beautiful business, absolutely devine chocolates, delicious creative gelato all paired with exceptional customer service!!!!!! The chocolate was so beautiful almost to beautiful to eat..but yet it was decadent and delicious! The gelato was oh so delicious with multiple flavor options!

The sorbets and gelato's are unique and change regularly. Light and refreshing. The Belgian chocolates are gorgeous! If we weren't walking in the heat, we would have bought a lot more. The staff is friendly and helpful. What a cool job! Stop in and try some. Beautiful unique gift ideas.

This is the premier Chocolatier of Florence, South Carolina. I love all of the different options of chocolate and gelato. Their service is extremely efficient and their customer service is outstanding.

Lovely little chocolate and gelato shop in old town Florence. My husband and I each got small cups of their delicious gelato (dark chocolate for me and husband got the bilberry cheesecake). Delicious and satisfied our craving. The small was huge!

The sweet women waved at me and my friend through the window as gawked at the sign because I love chocolate! We had to go in. The sell the most amazing gelato and and chocolate bon bons. Very great customer service too.
