The Best Places to Eat Chocolate in Montreal | Eater Montreal
"This Verdun chocolatier has quite the array of splendidly-crafted and very detailed chocolate animals, in both milk and dark varieties. Orders must be in by late on April 6, but delivery across Quebec is free for orders over $50. Alternatively, its chocolates are for sale at a number of other spots around the city." - Tim Forster
This place is a hidden gem. We happened upon it because we were looking for Easter chocolate and it popped up on Google as we drive through LaSalle. We were honestly skeptical of the location nestled in among crappy industrial buildings. Inside was like stepping through the looking glass — a full production facility with a small retail shop loaded with fancy chocolate. The chocolate is absolutely top-notch and worth the premium price tag. We’ll be back for sure, probably more than we should :)

This is a great place to visit - staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the chocolate is absolutely fantastic! The only downside (aside from the parking lot which is a challenge for the mobility impaired and a mess for everyone else) is the danger of buying one of everything... They make great gifts, too.

Truly the best chocolate (my favourite is anything praline) and a warm, welcoming shop. Makes me happy to be able to support such an incredible local company!
