The best churros and hot chocolate in the world! This shop is a dream for churro lovers, the churros are perfectly crispy on the outside, soft inside, and always fresh. Paired with their rich, velvety hot chocolate, it’s an experience you won’t forget. Warm atmosphere, friendly service, and pure indulgence. An absolute must-visit!

Love the chocolate sauces and crispy hot of the churros. The place also very authentic with oldskool vibes inside.

The churros are soft, might due to the stuff using oily towels covering the churros to keep it warm during winter season!? Imagine the soft moist churros dip into warm wet chocolate! 😂 The chocolate dipping sauce is nothing special too. Over priced and very misleading with so many outlets in the same location! Honestly I have tasted better, hot and fresh fried churros from kitchen and served immediately in Barcelona, Belgium, Thailand!

You cannot visit Madrid without a visit to the world famous chocolateria San gines, it’s as simple as that. It was around €5.60 per person for this cup of chocolate and churros, I wouldn’t pick churros off a menu in any restaurant/cafe anywhere really, but here, it has to be done and I have to say, honestly, they’re like no churro I have ever tasted! These were lovely and I am so glad that I have been… I will be going back! You make your order at the till and are given a receipt and escorted to your table. Once sat down, a waiter will come and collect your receipt and then make your order and deliver it to the table, the whole experience is lovely as well as simple. Depending on the seat, the chocolate is prepared in front of you at one of the bars.

The food was very tasty and was served quickly despite the rush. Staff was friendly and welcoming. However, due to this restaurant's popularity a big crowd is to be expected and you may feel cramped while seated. Prices were reasonable.

Heard a lot about these churros and it was gooooood. Seating can get cramped and the atmosphere can be slightly stressful. But service is pretty quick. Gave them 20 euros and 10 euros was missing from my change due. Noticed someone else also had a similar issue so count your change just in case.

Very cozy, quaint, and clean place. Churros and porras were excellent. Hot chocolate was delicious. Service was excellent.
