CHOCOLATZEINA

I went here tonight and when I walked in there were only myself and another customer. My family wasn’t greeted or anything, and we stood there being ignored. The Asian man in-front of me, was also being ignored. Once I went to order, I ordered the Chocolate Dipping the woman asked if I wanted 1-4. I had no idea what that meant and asked for specifics. She seemed to be annoyed and said you can choose items 1 through 4. I said, okay I’ll choose 4 items and have them all strawberries. She then told me, I couldn’t have all strawberries I had to choose 3 different types. Which, I think is ridiculous, if I want a lot of strawberries, just give me all strawberries. So I ended up choosing one item and again, sticking to strawberries. I also ordered the crepes. Fast forward, we got our food and I was so disappointed… there were only FOUR strawberries for $15! And a cup of chocolate to dip in. The crepes were great tho. Sooo. Safe to say, I don’t think we’ll be back.

I highly recommend the caramel waffle—it’s perfectly crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and drizzled with just the right amount of caramel. Pair it with their Snickers ice cream, which is rich, creamy, and loaded with chocolatey, nutty goodness. Together, it’s a match made in dessert heaven! The only downside was the parking situation. While there is a large parking lot, it was quite difficult to find a spot because the area is bustling with other restaurants and bars. I’d recommend coming a bit earlier to secure parking. Overall, CHOCOLATZEINA is worth the visit for its amazing treats and great vibes—I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing delicious, I went to this chocolate shop for the Dubai chocolate but they had so many other delicious items, chocolate, baklava and traditional Middle East candy! Love it the Dubai chocolate is just delicious well made! really worth it!!! I will definitely go again!

Good place to have Desert with family or friends. I tried almost all the flavour of Ice-cream. But Dubai style is the topper. And coffe flavour could be another option to try. Ofcourse we can try all of them before ordering which i really like about them. I tried kunafeh which i think is not the best but its good. The environment is awesome if YOU wanna gather with friends or family.

Amazing chocolate treats after a meal. They have excellent choices and I loved the fruits mixed with chocolates. This is one of the places you should not miss while in Hoston. They open till 12 midnight so late craving for deserts can be fulfilled. No excuse. Enough parking which is normal in Texas. Very clean toilets.

I have been here a few times and there are just too many better options in Houston for me to return. We came here for coffee, cocoa, Chocolate pieces, their waffles and left pretty unsatisfied every time. It is the only place we found Turkish cotton candy - Pişmaniye. Nothing was bad bad - but nothing was that good. I order a mocha and it was too bitter then when I got to the end of the cup it was pure chocolate syrup so it wasn’t mixed/made well. Their cocoa was luke warm. Their waffles were overcooked (?) I’m not sure but I was just off. Their chocolates were just not good.

This was my second time coming cause I live far. But I been wanting the Dubai chocolate. And happy to have found them here. They were so good. And also… I love how CLEAN this place is. I like the decor but the place just overall feels nice. And so many beautiful chocolates to pick from. My niece loved the vanilla gelato.

This place is so sick. If you are looking for a dessert that isn't overly sweet, this is the place. I randomly looked up hot chocolate just to see what would be recommended. I'm glad I came here. Un vez al año no hace daño 😌 We got the banana cinnamon crepe, the kinder crepe, and a milk hot chocolate.

The strawberry Dubai chocolate not worth it. Overpriced $20 a cup. Strawberries are alright, the chocolate goes hard if u don't eat it right away.

The Dubai chocolate bar was the one best on I've tried! The staff was super friendly.

The selection quality and service are all top tier! This is a special treat for our nieces when they come to visit. The staff is so friendly and welcoming! We have never been disappointed! We also made chocolate truffle boxes for clients to wish them a New Year! Everyone was amazed and it was a good look. Nice to have a quality gift to give!

Came for the Knafeh chocolate since I won't be able to make it to Dubai till the end of the year Tons of people are making their own version all over the bay and I saw TikTok made ChocolatZeina go viral after the posting. I had to make an effort to find this place. Glad it wasn't too far of a drive and as excited I was to indulge the flavors I was giddy. If you like dark chocolate and pistachio, you will love this chocolate bar. Reminded me of a thick KitKat bar with pistachio flavor. Ps worth the calories lol

This was my daughters and I first time coming here and it was an experience to say the least. The location is settled in a shopping center that is very quiet and nice to just sit, relax and enjoy a coffee or other treat from this location. The staff were very friendly and informative when we had question. My daughters ended up getting a chocolate burrito, a kinder crepe and I got the half chocolate waffle. Everything was very flavorful, but for me personally the chocolate was extremely overwhelming. I had initially wanted the waffle stick with sides of chocolate so I can apply an amount that worked for me. But next time I'll ask for the chocolate on the side. Both my girls enjoyed their plates respectively. My only complaint were the prices. Granted I can see why they charge this amount because the foot traffic isn't really as high as I thought. But over $60 for three waffles and crepes is a bit steep in my opinion.

Amazing chocolate, just fantastic. I am a big fan of chocolate, and especially dark chocolate. Walking in, the first thing I noticed were the three chocolate fountains to the left. Dark, milk, and white. That just sucked me right in. There are waffles, crepes, and a huge assortment of hand crafted chocolates. I ended up with a crepe and three pieces of chocolates. Crepe: we got the number #1. The crepe was freshly made right in front of us and then covered in dark, milk, and white chocolate. The chocolate was also presented in a fancy design. The chocolate was silky smooth and so very rich. However, it didn't have that sickly sweet taste that some chocolates have. I think it is due to the quality if their chocolate. For the chocolate candies, I chose dark chocolates ones with assorted nuts and also a dark chocolate truffle. All were delicious. The lady behind the counter even gave us a sample, so nice!

Chocolatzeina always delivers great desserts and the ambiance is nice. The establishment is roomy, clean, and comfortable. The crepes are delicious and the KitKat ice cream is how one would expect for it to be. I think the fruit with chocolate fountain can use a little generosity on the fruits but the ambiance and cleanliness of the place makes up for it. I'm a repeat and generally recommend chocolate zeina to friends and family for a late night dessert craving.

Dubai Chocolate is yummy $5 each bar , the have variety of Dubai chocolate sizes nice place to buy chocolate desserts.

Stopped in to try the Kunafa chocolate! The bars look great but we were missing the creamy pistachio butter. It was pretty dry inside. They have so many different chocolate treats! We also tried the lotus crunch chocolate. It had great flavor but the filling was also a little dry. I definitely would stop back in to try the pastry desserts and ice cream!

This place is such a gem! The service was so kind, the presentation was beautiful, and the inside was beautiful! My husband and I split the pistachio crepe and it was amazing! It was so light and creamy. We got the afghan coffee and tiramisu latte as well. They were definitely more traditional and concentrated (the afghan coffee tasted more like tea). They were nice though! The service was one of the best parts. The guy helping us was super friendly, gave us two free chocolates, and helped answer all of our questions. It is so cool that this place has been there for four generations, and they continue to make amazing chocolate over here. It is SO creamy. HIGHLY recommend!

I stopped by on a Friday night. The shop was clean, well-lit, and inviting. Service was very friendly. There was a large assortment of chocolates, but we decided to order the kinder finger waffle with vanilla ice cream. The ice cream itself was a little icy, and otherwise not memorable. The waffle was good but very rich. I recommend sharing it with someone.

Such a cute little spot with lots of seating, so many options to choose from and classy vibes! Took the kids and this was exactly what I was looking for. Enjoyed choosing from the variety of chocolates! My fave was the white chocolate covered coconut and the almond chocolate.

You will enjoy its food, particularly tasty chocolate crepes, chocolate waffles and chocolate delice. A lot of visitors order delicious caramel macchiato, latte or chocolate frappe. Deeeelicious! I took my parents and aunt here after a late night dinner. We came in around 9 and there were still customers in there! We ordered the strawberries crepe and it came out pretty quickly. There was the perfect amount of chocolate to not overwhelm the strawberries. I loved how clean the restaurant was and how nice all the employees were!

One of our favorite dessert places in H-town! Huge variety of middle eastern and crepe options, always tasty. Everything from their kinder bueno (my favorite) to lotus, fruit, nuts, caramel (and more) crepes and waffles, to the delicious cheese konafa, chocolate assortments and in-house ice cream are delicious. Always great music (mostly Arabic) playing, fun atmosphere to hang out in. And despite how busy they are, the order always comes out very quick!

Definitely have everything CHOCOLATE Yelpers. Came here for some ice cream but wasn't really impressed with the quality or the selection. They have a vast selection of chocolate candies and goodies to say the least. The service was sub standard if that and I hate to say it but won't return. Would love to hear your feedback folks. So let it be written... So let it be SCOOPED.

Smells so rich in dessert right when you walk in. Friendly staff as they gave some samples but the amount of choices become overwhelming. It's a spot you have to try one or two a week for a long time to get it all cause the one with chocolate flakes and dipped in chocolate was so soft and rich I could eat them all day!

The owner's of this establishment make very good desserts and work very hard doing it. They're good people, so I hate to write a bad review for them. But they're completely incapable of handling the huge surge of business they've had lately and, as a result, the service is often just plain awful. I brought family and friends, and we waited nearly an hour before receiving our order (and not everyone even ordered). I complained, and an employee apologized, which should have been the end of it. But this one other employee stepped in with this ridiculously passive aggressive attitude. I told him I had spent $150 and didn't pay that much to be treated this way. I had actually spent more than $200 over the past couple of days. He said, "So what? You think I should care how much you spent?" I never heard anything more ridiculous and just plain arrogant. I explained to him that a customer's business is literally how you stay in business lol. He just kept going until the business owner (Mr. Sliq is a very decent and admirable gentleman) asked him to go to the back. If I didn't have guests with me, I would have made that dude's night a very bad one. I later came to know he's actually part of the family which owns and runs the business. I hope they had a talk with him. I'm leaving two stars because I feel bad for the owners, but I just can't ignore how poorly and rudely we were treated. If it weren't for my respect for the family who owns the business, I'd leave just one star for sure. Either way, I won't be back. I briefly made a comment in my Instagram story about this, and they blocked me. Someone please advise these guys on better business practices and how to constructively engage customers. This ain't it.

I ordered a Dark Chocolate Crepe less than four hours ago. It had been awhile since I gone here. This place is like a sibling of Sleek just two minutes or less down the road, but slightly different. I really like all 3 chocolate flavors here. However, the dark one is always my # 1 favorite chocolate type and the one I want most of in both amount and taste. My crepe was very delicious, fresh and good quality. The crepe itself was soft and easy to cut. The big highlight was of course the gourmet, homemade dark chocolate sauce covering it up. The chocolate was very tasty, kind of bitter, buttery and nicely creamy without being watered down, too sweet or artificial. Great, friendly service on this visit. I plan to also try the fettuccini crepe with dark chocolate next time I return.

Ordered in, so not sure about ambiance or customer service, but really enjoyed my Lotus Crepe (cookie butter). It was very delicious and surprisingly felt very light. Didn't feel overly sweet. I felt like $15 was very expensive for a crepe, but I know delivery services have to set different pricing standards.

Went here with a big group of friends, place is extremely noise so be aware of it. Staff was fast making our order and accommodating of our big party I personally wasn't excited about my order but the rest of my group enjoyed there, crepe were super big and a hit with us.

Bae and I had the hot chocolate bomb, it was great. This is a great place to sit and talk, the music started to get a little louder the later it got which we were fine with. They have lots of options if not chocolate isn't your vibe.

Welcome to chocolate heaven! The chocolate and desserts at CZ are delicious, and the menu is chock full of items! Hubs and I stopped in on a whim, and chocolate binge (if you will) and went crazy. Tried the strawberry whipped cream crepe, affogato, a few chocolates, and the cookies & crème milkshake. I know, death by chocolate, but all so yummy! If you've got chocolate on the brain... You want this. Trust me.

Good service excellent food. Comfortable spacious tables. Chocolate experts. Enjoyed crepes. Serving size very generous. I would definitely go back again.

Gourmet chocolate paradise!!! Lol. Nice variety of gourmet chocolates to select from, I purchased 5 pieces to go which was packaged in a beautiful box. The man that waited on me on was very friendly Once i told him I only do datk chocolate he gave me some goood recommendations, even gave me a sample. I can't wait to have my chocolate treats, would definitely visit here again.

I love their hot chocolate (dark). They also have white and milk hot chocolate options. The crepes were rich and such a guilty pleasure! The kinder bueno tastes similar to the triple chocolate crepe. The kinder bueno just had the chocolate bars on top. For the crepe i prefer the zeina crepe. A balance of strawberry n bananas with the drizzles

Great local dessert spot! I am not a sweet tooth by any measure, but I definitely enjoyed this place. The seating inside is really nice and we were a group of 8, on a Saturday night, there was no problem finding a table. There are also outdoor tables available. I just went for a simple affocato with chocolate ice cream and an espresso. The main thing seems to be the crepes, which everyone in the group ordered and enjoyed. Try it out!

Very unfriendly! Almost refused service by informing me and my family. Definitely WILL NEVER RETURN to this establishment. Food was ok Ambiance was terrible because of all the stares and glares.

What a fun place to come to hangout! I came here for post-dinner dessert with some friends I was catching up with. A great place to go after dinner to spend a while continuing to chat. We got the fondue and it was so delicious. Wish there was more chocolate though, we were scraping the bottom by the end. However, the chocolate is great and high quality. We sat at a table for a few hours just chatting, eating chocolate, and playing cards - great place to hang out and spend some quality time for sure! Parking is also super convenient with a huge lot right outside. Would definitely recommend and will come again

Wow! This place has some of the best homemade chocolate I've ever had in the US! Their chocolate is high quality, flavor is rich and balanced, and service is excellent! Would recommend this place to any chocolate lover without a shadow of a doubt.

Ordered the fruit and fettuccine crepe. Loved the chocolate drizzle on top of the fruit crepe, it was decadent and paired well with the fruits. Got the coffee ice cream with the fettuccine crepe. Great service, plenty of parking in front. Excited to try their other crepes.

Talk about Willy Wonka because this is the chocolate factory. First time visiting, there is a large variety of options to choose from. I ordered the white chocolate cookies and cream bars. They were amazing and the white chocolate was very rich. My one downfall is the pricing system... the items are based of their weight. Coovid guidelines were still enforced which I appreciated.

Visited ChocolatZeina Friday night and the place was packed! The wait in line was about 10min to order and around 10-20min for the food. Service was super friendly and really accommodating (despite they were super packed!). There are seatings about in and outdoor. - Zeina fruit waffle (4/5): thick honey waffle, soft inside with a slight crunch on the exterior. Toppings include fresh strawberry and banana chunks with 3 chocolate sauces. Overall it's a great dish to share or just have it all to your self. - Sushi roll (5/5): from strawberries/banana and crepe, with a chocolate fondue. Super solid yet light dessert, not too carby. Great choice when you just had a heavy dinner. You can also request to have strawberries only. There's also an expansive selection of chocolate truffles and treats. We'll definitely return to try some!

Very good food. Staff were so nice and welcoming. Lots of seating in door and out. We took a bag of chocolates for home. Split a crepe and home made baklava.

The only reason we came to chocolatzeina is because of the flake crepe and it exceeded our expectations. They put quality chocolate over the crepes and it is just so delicious! I liked that they had a lot of seating so it doesn't feel crowded. Will be coming back

Cleanest and nicest place I've been to that serves crepes and ice cream. Trust me the triple chocolate crepe is a must. Really great service super comfy chairs and a whole lot of seating. One of the nicest bathrooms as well I've never seen this kinda toilet at a chocolate factory!

We weee visiting Houston for the weekend. It was very cold outside but this place was nice and warm inside. Lots to choose from. My little one enjoyed her sushi Nutella rolls. I had the fruit waffle which was pretty good. Nice family friendly spot.

Loved this spot for everything chocolate, waffle and crepes! Couldn't decide so we went with the sampler to try them all! My favorite was the white chocolate and caramel.

Came here on our outing and I must say it's a very nice cozy spot. The wait wasn't to long and they also have a sitting area. Everyone enjoyed their treat. My daughter like the fact using chopsticks to pick her fruits up and dip it in chocolate. We had a great time!

A huge chocolate shop right next to our little guy's haircut place. Decided to walk in and see what it's about! Huge chocolate fountains, unfortunately not on, when you walk in. Extensive menu of made per order treats as well as treats you can purchase behind the case. They had chocolate and fruit crepes, baklava, and an assorted display of chocolates you can purchase by the pound. I ordered a chocolate strawberry and banana crepe and it was beautifully made. Look at that gloss on the chocolate on top! If you like chocolates and sweets, this is definitely a place to check out. Yes, it was sweet and yes it was rich, but do you go into a chocolate shop looking for something else?! It was really quiet on a Saturday afternoon.. it seems like there was a hype and this place used to be bustling so it was sad to see it so slow. Go support a local business y'all! Especially for holiday treats and gifts!!
