Can’t say enough good about this resort. Great location, exceedingly clean, and great amenities. The employees all spoke Dutch, but were proficient in English, and many spoke Spanish. The food was a good variety, both in price as well as taste. They have cars to rent, the on sight dive center has great dive masters, and the rooms are very comfortable. The pool was beautiful, the lazy river is great, and the snorkeling on the beach is excellent. I highly recommend.

The hotel is wonderful and very true to the photos on the website. The staff is super attentive, the facilities are great both for relaxing and for making dive and snorkeling activities easier. The in-room kitchen worked well for a couple — perfect for preparing small snacks. The Sunset and Bari restaurants share the same menu, but one is right on the sand and the other isn’t. Prices are reasonable, especially if you’re not in the mood to leave the hotel. We didn’t try Bina. A few areas for improvement: I don’t mind not having shampoo or conditioner, since I always bring my own (and I get that guests use a lot of product at the beach). But not having basic items like soap at sink, tissues, hand towels, or face towels felt like a miss for a hotel of this level. The hotel mentions it has parking, but it’s not exclusive to guests — so if it's full, you may need to park outside.

Even though the resort showed up a little lower on the search list, we are glad we reserved this for our stay as everything about this resort exceeded our expectations.||They are reasonably priced, have an excellent, friendly, and helpful team; are very well located to Bonaire's cute little downtown, and just 20 mins away from the airport.||Rooms in general: fairly basic but comfortable enough. Each room has a refrigerator, electric cook top, and sufficient utensils. More importantly, it has a comfortable bed, a powerful air conditioner, and a beautiful view (we picked the sea-facing studio).||Sunset bar and grill had moderately priced alcohol with food averaging around $18 USD - food was good too. Our experience was elevated though with their dinner at Bina. Yes, the menu is on the expensive end (Wagyu @ 54 USD) - but the taste profile on the dishes we tried were top notch. Not to mention their service. Shout out to Julian and Ron.||Beach had plenty of loungers, many well shaded, with a beach that was very inviting to scuba divers/snorkelers - very rocky - so make sure you have beach shoes packed! Pool was clean, and well maintained. Noise levels on the average end all throughout.||Zara, Sampi, Bharti, Joshua, and Lot - very attentive all through out - more importantly - very friendly and welcoming. We will highly recommend this place to friends and family for their stay! Absolute No-brainer!

Great hotel. Super convenient to everything. Few tips for the Americans. Go get a bar of soap from grocery store. Pack a light blanket as beds only have sheets. Nothing else to nitpick. Staff are friendly. Very relaxing. And very clean!! Look at cruise ship schedule. They sell days passes to the resort and it gets full on those days. That is a great day to go to national park or diving.

The resort, rooms and restaurants were beautiful and exactly as shown on the website. Everything was clean. Best beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. My husband, 2 teenagers, and I are picky. NO complaints ever! We were in a 3 BR villa.

Visited during the last week of May 2025 with my wife. Overall, the resort is good for a budget. ||I'll start with the positives: Clean resort, good housekeeping, good price especially with the scuba do drive and dive bundle, plenty of relaxation space and chairs on beach, lazy river is nice and has a bunch of tubes, easy to get extra stuff like blankets, pillows, adapters, etc through front desk, A/C worked great with no issues, no bugs. When checking out, if you have time to spare, the resort offers a shower area that you can reserve to clean yourself if you want to swim while you don't have a room anymore. The front desk staff was pretty helpful and nice. The dive shop Scuba Do that they are affiliated with is very easy to access and is a short walk from the resort. Kitchen was pretty well stocked for what me and my wife needed it for, since we usually eat in a bit to save some money. ||Now for the negatives: room only has 1 pillow per person and no decorative pillows (very minimalist), bed had a very thin sheet for a blanket (no comforter or actual blanket), resort only provides "soap" for the shower which is an all-encompassing body wash/shampoo (most resorts also have conditioner). When you don't have a room yet or are waiting to leave, they only have a storage area near the front desk where everyone crams their suitcases. This area clogs the front desk area (which is small already) and also offers no sense of security with them not having an actual system to make sure stuff doesn't get stolen. It's basically just a "drop your stuff here and hope someone doesn't take it, but it's somewhat kind of secure because we have people standing here". Most resorts we have stayed at have a separate locked room where you get a ticket and some label attached to your luggage to make sure it can't get lost or stolen. Parking can sometimes be a pain because it's pretty limited. If there's no parking, you have to park outside the resort near the main road. ||Overall, pretty good resort and I would not have a problem coming back. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel like compared to other places we have gone, most places try to cater to their guests in a way that is proactive instead of reactive. It would be nicer, for example, if they included simple stuff like blankets/pillows in the storage closet in the rooms already so people can grab them if they need it.

My daughter and I just got back from Bonaire and we are so glad that we went! Have been to MANY islands and this was a definite favorite. Chogogo Dive and Beach Resort was one of the reasons for that. From their amazing customer service, delicious breakfasts, nice, small and not too crowded hotel and one of the best restaurants in the Carribean (Bina), why go anywhere else! |Shoutout to Nicole who was just the best with any request we had, and to Julian at Bina for making an amazing dinner even better. The weather was beautiful and the breeze there is just so refreshing. Great snorkeling as well.|Highly recommend this resort and Bonaire itself; beautiful island and beautiful people!

First time to Chogogo and Bonaire. Staff was excellent; always very helpful. Their rooms were great; very spacious and beautiful views of the ocean front. I was concerned that it was a day pass location for cruise ships but they limit the number of day passes and have plenty of beach chairs. We never had a problem finding a chair and most of them had umbrellas or some sort of shade near them. There always seemed to be plenty of seating at the restaurants as well. The most relaxing vacation I have been on!
