Chomp Chomp Satay

My favourite fried chempedak and goreng pisang, with delicious, tasty and crispy batter. We don't have the satay that often, even though it's not bad. The stall owners can recognise us as we patronised them over the years.

Best satay in Chomp2 and also at only 80¢/stick. Larger chunk of meat than most other stalls. Very Sedap and the pineapple sauce is a plus. Only thing is that it's so difficult to find a table and once you do, there'll be people standing around waiting for you to finish.

The pork satay is great! There’s a good amount of fat in each stick and even though the pork chunks are rather big, it’s soft and juicy. Ask them to grill it a bit longer so it’s a little charred and they did it perfectly! Would recommend this stall to the others in the food center.

Super yummy satay! One of the best I’ve ever had! There were bits of pork lard alternating with the meat on the skewer, which were all charcoal grilled so well that the flavour was amazing! The satay unlike most is also not very oily! The pineapple peanut sauce complemented the satay so well! 🤩 not to mention the uncle and auntie were very friendly !

Half dozen of pork and half dozen of chicken BBQ satay nicely char grilled. Personally, I think the pork is much better than the chicken. The pineapple peanut dipping sauce is really good. Not spicy and with a tinge of sourness from the pineapple really balances out the sauce.

The “pineapple sauce” sign grabbed my attention. It’s so hard to find that nowadays. Some stalls advertise that then say they ran out - Wth. It was good! The meat is chunky and well marinated. The fat cube in the middle is a joy to bite into. Normal sized. Not large not small. The sauce is as good as any around. Near my top of the list for pork satay.

I usually order from this stalls for their satay. The meat(chicken and pork) is good, peanut sauce is nice. I am not sure what they use to marinate their satay but seems to taste better than some of the other stalls. Love it!

Very juicy chicken and mutton satay, the pineapple sauce is fantastic. Definitely will order again.
