Ooooof i had me the chefs chop and added avocado to my bowl. Let me tell you, it was so good i had to remind myself to eat slow and take breaths of air 😅 ok so the avocado def takes it to another level of mmm i also got my sauce on the side so i could distribute it on specific areas and because i wasnt sure if i would finish it the first sitting. I also think the sauce added something nice but i def want to add more of the avocado to this. This was a nice portion, in fact ive never seen a salad this size. It had bacon bits, shredded cheese hard boiled egg (cut up) among other things. Super content to have found a healthier option this definitely a place worth visiting. Also shout out to the employee kind, welcoming and considerate i tip my hat sir:) ill be back soon!

Stopped by after work to get salad for dinner. The guy behind the register was out of it and looked bored, wait wasn't long after ordering salad to go. Got home to discover that they forgot the salad dressing that should have been on a side. Can’t rate the salad as it went to waste. Dinner ruined and money wasted. Wouldn’t recommend Glendale location.

This is one of my most favorite salad places. There are so many choices and now they have rice bowls that they call chopurritos. The ingredients are fresh and you can customize our salad the way that you want it. You can get your dressing light, medium, baby or on the side. The salads are HUGE! I love this place and will come back. There is plenty of parking in the lot right outside the door. There is also one bathroom inside and wheelchair access. It’s not busy on the weekends but I’m sure it’s busy during the week. Looking for a healthy custom salad? Check out CHOP STOP!

I always call in my order and its a breeze to pick up! Walk in and pay and the orders already there ready to go! The Santa Fe is my absolute favorite! This location is clean and staff is always friendly!! I highly recommend!

My first time here. The salad was great. I don't like the fact that I felt like my salad was thrown at me and I also received the wrong order. There were 2 Rebeccas. But again, the salad was delicious and it was a nice portion. I can compare Chop Stop to Simply Salad; they just don't have the ingredients at the front counter and they are more affordable than simply salad. I spent 22.00 here. At SS I ways spent 32.00+ With that being said, I will definitely go back on a regular basis. I chose the BUILD YOUR SALAD option, BTW.

Live chop stop review on "Doctored Reviews" YouTube Channel - Check it Out! I like chop stop salads, but I always feel that they are missing something in their taste. Maybe its the meats? Not sure. I had the chicken caesar salad, so I will give a review on that. Chicken caesar salad - 4/5. The salad as a whole was good, not too shabby. However, some areas of critique. The chicken tasted a bit off. Maybe it needs some better salt/seasoning. The caesar sauce also has too much lemon saturation such that I am not getting the hints of other flavors in the sauce. Lettuce is lettuce, you cant really go wrong with lettuce.

Healthy fast food with a wide variety of options, quick service even during lunch hour. My only complaint is I wish they served grilled chicken, but only have roasted. Otherwise I can't complain! Also, added bonus parking is plentiful since it's in shopping plaza.

Date of visit: January 3, 2025 Selections: Salmon Bowl Experience: My friend suggested getting food from here, so I went with it. We ordered online and I found out that there was a 6 topping minimum after deselecting tomatoes in my bowl and clicking update for the cart. I decided to replace the tomatoes with edamame and just made the salad spinach instead of lettuce. We then headed off to pick up our order and when I went in, there was no one at the counter. I waited for a couple of seconds and then a worker came out. I gave the name for the order and it was wrapped up and ready to go. The salad was a good healthy choice from all the foods I have already eaten for the new year, but I wished the salmon wasn't bland. The flavoring mostly came from the balsamic dressing that came with the salad and I didn't realize there were going to be so much cilantro that overpowered the taste of the salad in general here and there as I scooped up food to my mouth. Definitely would give this place another try and maybe customize my order more according to my tastebuds.

Convenient, fresh, and delicious. The Santa Fe chop is my go to. Price point wise it's average, but for overall quality and quickness you can't go wrong with it.

Fabulous salads! I just ordered this salad customized to my tastes: barbeque chicken, romaine, bacon bits, avocado, pickled red onions, black beans and roasted corn. Delicious!! Huge. I loved every bite! They are so fast- it was ready to go in just minutes. The server was cheery & helpful. They have lots of other things - bowls, quesadillas & stuff but I love their salads so much that's what I always choose. The menu is extensive - so many choices to add to your selection. I had a salad the other day that had romaine and quinoa as the base instead of just romaine. Equally delicious. You may never have noticed the Chop Stop. When you get off the 134 going east at Glendale Blvd., it's in the shopping center on the right, right next to IHOP. Try them out - you'll love it!

Absolutely garbage, 4th time ordering from chop Stop in the past few months and 4th time they ruin the order. No sauce came with the salad even though sauce was selected, ordered double chicken and somehow got even less chicken than a single. If I could give this 0 stars I would but even that would be generous. Safe to say I will never be ordering from here again. As a side note I've been coming here since 2019 and it's very obvious ownership has changed. If you can avoid this place do so if you value your money. Not worth the drive and not worth the price. -1/10

Good spot for a quick, easy, and healthy lunch. The salads are pretty big, affordable and yummy. I usually go for the build-your-own option but the premade menu ones look great too. Friendly staff and fast service make it even better.

they need to work on their new sandwiches that they are offering but other than that, chop shop is the best place if you want a semi healthy or a really yummy salad. I will say that you will probably not get a healthy meal from here, but in comparison to other fast food places then maybe. this location is great, the employees are very nice and sweet and get your order out fast, and honestly, if you need a place to sit and eat or just chill for a little, then, this is probably the best spot because it is never packed.

I appreciate the patience that the 2 employees had towards me as I have to be particular on my salad. Highly recommended and they're easy to find. Next door to IHOP in Glendale by the 134 fwy. Thumbs up!

5 stars for the salad and thousands of different combos you can create! The ingredients are fresh and they give you a good amount. There are so many different topping and dressing options you can really go crazy kitchen mama salad chef. 2.5 stars for the proteins they have and the quesadillas. Not as hearty as one'd like, small portions, and poor value.

I love chop shops Santa Fe salad. I always remove the chicken and get chopped hard boiled eggs with ranch.....sooo good

this place is so good! i have been to many chop stops in different areas but i like this area a lot more. i was craving a salad and you really can't go wrong with chop stop! my favorite is the bbq chicken salad. it is so yummy and absolutely fresh! i like to add the sauces on the side so i can apply the dressing to my salad. their bbq sauce is soo good! as you walk in the shop, i notice how clean the area is. the lovely lady at the cashier who helped me with my order was friendly and quick to order. parking is super easy and convenient.

Honestly one of my favorite spots in Glendale. Parking is convenient, staff is friendly and its close to my house. Food is good, you can't go wrong with a salad

Amazing salads affordable prices. Good portion, options for order pre planned or customize. I specially like their Chopanini with the sauce on the side so you can dip it yourself. Service is fast, nice, and clean. I order on their website and pick up in 10 mins. Great lunch option. You can eat inside, outside sitting or pickup.

Been coming for years, salads are great and affordable but Faith is the biggest reason. This place is lucky to have her.

Always a good light alternative. They have quite a few new alternatives like wraps in bowls. But I Always choose to build my own salad.

The place is very clean and has enough parking to get to. Staff were wonderful and it's looked like a chill spot to grab lunch. I tried the Salmon chop and the Asian chop and both were very tasty. Those were the positives, but sadly this place made me have to give a few negatives. The portions of the meat in the salads were pretty small. They were good! But for the price they sold each salad for, it does not seem to make it worth it for me for that high a price. The quality wasn't enough for it to be that price for me as well.

Frequent visitor here, food is always fresh and tasty and I don't feel bad after I'm done eating. Atmosphere is nice and quiet with a friendly staff. I usually get the rice bowls with bbq chicken.

Their salads are deliciously packed with protein, fresh ingredients and reasonably priced! Inside it's always so clean and parking is huge! Love this location:)

First time here, not too sure if we'll be returning. For the quality of the salads and very little portions of protein in the salads, I am not certain the price point is worth it. Also - they forgot to include the croutons on one of our salads, when we got home and opened the bag it was too late. So disappointing. The salad was pretty bland. Nothing exciting. Definitely subway quality of salads. Mainly disappointed they forgot the croutons seeing as we had to pay for those. Salads are based on 6 toppings.

The salad is good here. It's always fast which is nice. Charging 35 cents for a second ranch is ridiculous, I'm not paying McDonalds prices. This place is pricier and the salad is a decent size. One small ranch isn't enough. Hope the 35 cents is worth next time I'm considering eating here I'll probably go somewhere else that actually gives me enough dressing.

If I could give this location ZERO stars I would. The staff, Cynthia and Faith (who is supposedly the manager) have the most atrocious attitude towards the customer. Do yourself a favor and absolutely get rid of the toxic energy at this location. Cynthia charged me incorrectly and I tried to explain to her that she overcharged but she kept interrupting me. All I was trying to say is that I get the same order every single time and it's not as much as she charged. She called the manager and she does nothing! After finally figuring it out, I grab my order and walk out and hear them make a puking noise insinuating how I'm repulsive that interaction was. I agree B*** but that's you. Disgusting! Don't get your food from here.

I've been ordering from this location a few years now and they're customer service is always on par. They are very friendly and can't complain about their food. Ingredients seem fresh and taste good.

Another great healthy place to eat. I love the BBQ Chop Stop plate and it is delicious. They have other meals and servings that taste good as well. Was our first time here and we loved the food. Asian bowl was the best chop stop plate. Good owners and service. I will be coming back.

This salad did not meet my expectations at all for the salads being as expensive as they are they should provide way more toppings. This whole salad was basically just lettuce with a few pieces of bacon and turkey barely saw any tomatoes or corn so disappointed. And the flavor just was not there. I'd probably recommend any other place besides this one

The salad was fresh and large enough to satisfy most appetites. They however didn't bring my order to the door as requested, but when I called they brought another one to the door.

I love that there is a healthy option where you can customize your salad but unfortunately I have been there twice and both times it smelled awful inside and it's a small space but lots of strong odor . Can't tell what it is but it's similar to overwhelming amount of chemical type odors. It was so strong this last time I didn't order because I got grossed out.

$14 Cobb salad HALF full and they had thr audacity to ask me if I would like a fork and plastic bag?!!!! No, I will eat with my hand.. never again

Great "CHOP" but a big "STOP" when it comes to topping portions and cost. I am hard pressed to pay $15 for a build your own salad that is 88% lettuce mix and 12% toppings. Especially when you factor in the possibility of human error. At this price, even one missed topping it really disappointing and can ruin the whole salad you're trying to build. It is too hard to catch until its too late (especially if you get take out). I was looking forward to trying this place for a while and was really disappointed yesterday. I paid extra for the chicken and avocado. The few tiny pieces of chicken that did show up were very dry and flavorless. I can totally taste the avocado in my husbands salad (which had way more toppings that could have covered the taste than mine) and so my husband walks back up to the counter check with the employee and they assure him it was in there, "just mashed up". So for the rest of my meal I was basically I was looking for any hard evidence of avocado and really didn't find ANY. It was hard to tell what's missing because everything is mostly greens and so chopped. But there was no sign of taste or texture. AVOCADO IS THICK & STICKY! I got the cilantro lime dressing which was tasted like a watery lime juice oil/vinaigrette (that was also disappointing because it wasn't listed as a vinaigrette that I noticed, I was expecting a creamy dressing.) I couldn't let it go so I asked the employee what the portion size of the avocado you get. He said HALF AN AVOCADO! I was shocked! I told him I really think that the avocado was left out of my salad. My salad is really watery and there is no evidence of the sticky texture or taste of it! So THEN the employee then offered to give me some avocado, but I declined because he should have just given it to my husband earlier and by then I was basically finished with my now very watery flavorless salad and walking out the door. I might give it another try but with the overall cost, lack of toppings and risk of human error, I am hesitant. Perhaps there may be less risk of error if you just order one of the menu salads and don't build your own. I know these things happen everywhere, but the trust has been broken. Next time I will not second guess myself or be afraid to speak up sooner for fear of "being a Karen" !

Oh how I wish there were more Chop Stop locations east of Glendale. I'm always in search of a quick, simple salad that I won't pay an outrageous price for. I despise paying $15 for a mediocre bowl of lettuce. Chop Stop is fresh, fast, and delicious. I'm in love with the Asian Chop (romaine and iceberg lettuce, double roasted chicken, carrots, edamame, cucumber, wontons, in a sesame teriyaki dressing). Anytime I am in the Glendale or Burbank area I grab a salad to go. Or quite honestly, I'm constantly asking my boyfriend to pick one up for me; which he does often. With a multitude of ordering options, there's sure to be a tasty fit for any palate. There are Chop Stop creations like the Asian Chop or Santa Fe Chop to choose from, you can customize your own salad with any 6 toppings, bowls are available with the addition of lime rice, or you can turn your salad into a wrap if you desire. Catering is available. I brought a party tray of the Asian Chop to my family's Mother's Day BBQ and it was a hit. Both the Glendale and Burbank location are clean, bright, friendly and pump out orders surprisingly fast. Note: parking at the Burbank location is extremely limited since the lot is shared with Starbucks, Zankou Chicken, OneWest Bank, and a Sprouts Market.

First time at any Chop Stop location and we loved it. Excellent service from Nikki & Ryan and great chopped salads. We will for sure be coming back for some more salads as regulars in the near future. Upon walking in, we were greeted by Nikki. She was very helpful and asked us if it was our first time there. With hearing that it was, she told us how essentially ordering works and how the 1st 3 choices are the most popular ones (Menu chops or choppuritos). I ordered the chef's chop which comes with hard boiled eggs, bacon, cucumbers, tomatoes, roasted chicken and cheddar cheese. I added crispy onions to my chopped salad and this order comes with 1000 island dressing drizzled over a mixture of iceberg lettuce and spinach. I enjoyed this salad a lot. It was tasty and I loved all the ingredients. Everything tasted fresh from the greens to the egg. The chicken also wasnt dry and tough to eat. The chicken was actually flavorful and tender. I'm no expert on salad but I know I really like Chop Stop and what they do. Nikki and Ryan were both helpful with suggestions to us first timers and we appreciated that. Our salads were made quickly. Before I could sit down and get our fountain drinks, our names were being called. Also ordered an asian chop and that was also well liked. We will certainly be back again to have more of what Chop Stop has to offer... Small dining area with self-serve bottled and fountain drinks. You can add chips and a drink to make your salad a combo. The place is spotless. Kudos to that. Located along Glendale Ave at the 134 Freeway in the same plaza as IHOP. It occupies the old Kodak film processing location that was in Glendale for many years. Plenty of parking in their shared lot.

Ever since Souplantation closed, I looked for a replacement, and I think I found it. For $10.39 you can have a build your own salad with 6 toppings in a huge container. They give you a big salad for the price, and best of all they include toppings like avocado for free. It's not the best salad in the world, but it is a competent and delicious way to eat healthy at a fair price.

I'm a pretty regular customer of chop stop, being that I live and work locally. Today I noticed a service fee and asked the employee what it was. She said that she had no idea what it was, And I asked her if they knew they were charging their customer a service charge. She went and got the manager so I could ask her. FAITH the manager with blue hair came out ready for a fight. I told her I didn't see anywhere posted that I was going to be charged a fee a d asked what it was. She proceeded to tell me that Glendale and Burbank are allowed to do that either a dollar amount or a percentage. I asked her a little more information about it and she was very vague with the information. She also asked if I was from around here, as if I didn't know how business is run in glendale. She told me they do a dollar amount at that location and I showed her they charged me a 10% fee. FAITH was very rude and abrasive. I totally understand she has no control over what the business charges, and I was just asking. Rebecca who helped me first was very nice and respectful. Good salads still, but seriously going to rethink this location because of FAITH. I also had also tipped and didn't ask for anything back in return. All I'm asking is for some good customer service.

It's really nice to have a convenient salad spot, but there is an overwhelming smell reminiscent of cleaning agents that is there every time I go inside. I don't eat there, so I've largely been able to ignore it, but today, my salad had the same smell. Sadly, It doesn't feel safe for me to continue to eat here.

Just tried Chop Stop for the first time and it was so delicious! The service was fast and friendly, and the salad was pretty big. I had the BBQ Chop and it was so delicious and satisfying! I love that they have the calories listed on the menu as well. The prices weren't too bad either. I'm actually excited to have found such a delicious salad place!

Eh. It wasn't satisfying! Probably wouldn't go again. The dressing wasn't good and it had very little chicken. The chicken has no flavor.

I had the roasted garlic chicken salad oct 23 rd about 5 pm or so in less than 24 hrs I am very very sick being a hospital lab employee it smells like severe food poisoning I hope I don't end up at the Dr tomorrow please double check and make sure everyone is following food safety precautions this could be serious if I was immune compromised.

Pretty good salad spot. Staff is friendly and the place was pretty clean.There are a bunch of pre-made salads, but I opted to make my own. Did half kale, half spinach with roasted chicken and 6 toppings. Salad was tasty and I would definitely come back to try other salads. They also have burrito bowls that sound good too.

I've been regularly ordering from this location. Lately they have messed up my order a few times, missing ingredients, drink, dressing, etc. but i didn't make much of it. Today was the last time I will ever eat from here ever again. I hadn't eaten anything all the day, this is how I know the salad from chop stop is the culprit. I ordered a grilled salmon supreme, with cilantro lime and classic Italian dressing. An hour after eating, my stomach started to feel uneasy and started hurting really bad. By the time I got home I was in a lot of pain and discomfort, with ridiculous digestive problems. Cold sweats, diarrhea, nausea and lightheadedness. Sure enough I have food poisoning, from eating whatever it was that was bad in that salad! I'm not okay until now and I'm just hoping I don't end up at the ER because of this. I am furious to say the least!

Whoever makes the employees here ask "hello have you been here before" and "welcome back" every f$&$ time I come here, please stop...for my sake and for the employees sake. Otherwise, awesome stuff!!

Love this place, and wish there was one close to me so I could go more often! The salads are fresh, flavorful and filling. I was actually surprised how filling their salads are, they do not skimp on the proteins. I like the pre-selected salad combos that they have, they have thought of some combos that I might not have come up with, but that I like. Nice to be able to get a quick lunch that is fresh and healthy!

Salads: I got two salads the Cobb and Santa Fe and was extremely disappointed. The salad had not flavor, all the ingredients gone to waste. The bowls we're not even completely full total waste of my money $12 bucks! Each! Staff: Boring! There was no line and several workers and some how they manage to make a Boring unflavored salad and it took almost 20 minutes and doing it. Parking: Free and a whole bunch of parking. Note to self don't come here again.

I used to love getting chopped salad wraps here because they were quite large and filling, I could eat half and save half for another meal. BUT something happened and now the wraps are half the size they used to be. Noticeably smaller. It's unfortunate because I like the taste but $13 for a wrap of this is absolutely unreasonable. Because of this change to the wrap size I will no longer be eating here as it is an absolute rip off now. If you're ok with overpriced food then yea go here. Don't get the wraps though, they aren't worth it anymore.

This is the portion for $5 for the chicken soup which I think is just insanely ridiculous. This location is just very cheap with their portion and it's not worth going to. My toddler was even shocked to see how small it was. My husband who has never complained to any restaurants, questioned the worker why the soup was so light when he picked it up. The answer he received was that's the portion for all chop stop, 30% soup for 12 oz cups. The person I called back to complain would not even give me the managers name when I asked for her name as in contact info because she did not understood what I was asking for and she told me " I can't give you her personal #" which seems to me that they can not even comprehend what you are requesting so how can these workers even make the right portions for anything that's on their menu! We go to the other chop stop and have never seen this served size so we were just in awe sour about the whole experience with the Glendale location. BTW, not all Chop stop gives the same portion because we called to confirm with the location in Lankershim and La Canada Flintridge, our usual stops and both said the 12 oz cup is usually almost filled. Both Chop stop locations was also very apologetic and thought how ridiculous it was to get 30% when they confirmed portion of 85% of the cup for the Glendale Location. Hopefully this Glendale chop stop closes!

It was my first time just yesterday (at a different location) which made me wanting more, so I came to Glendale. I was pretty disappointed since I had high expectations. My bbq chop was flavorless and just ok. I know the recipes are the same, I was just disappointed because I expected the same deliciousness from the other location.

Heard about this place so I decided to give it a go!! Had the cilantro onion chopurrito !! It was super delicious !! The crispy fried onions were a great twist and the salsa was also amazing !! Rice beans veggies and chicken all in one healthy yet delicious bite!! Service was swift and efficient !! Great place to grab a quick healthy and tasty meal!! I heard they also do catering platters I'm definitely gonna try that out on our next office party or just for home dinners for a change !! Thanks Chop Stop this was such a nice change to what's out there currently today I absolutely will come back for more !!!

I visited Chop Stop for the first time on Friday, February 8 and I was so very pleasantly surprised. They have a very small indoor seating area; however, a pretty nice size patio. However, I was taking mine to go. The line moved fast, and the food was made to order quickly. Salads are the specialty; however, they offer more than just salads. The staff was friendly. I ordered one of the salads on the menu (however, you can create your own), and I ordered with the dressing tossed. I love places that give you the option to toss the dressing, and they used the perfect amount in the "regular" portion. The salad was a generous size, and the prices were perfect! I cannot wait to make this a regular lunch stop for me!
