We visited the Chopard store around Valentine’s Day to replace the strap on my watch. Fortunately, they had a similar one in stock, so we purchased it on the spot. While there, I noticed a red alligator strap that I really liked and decided to order it as well. The staff took all my information and assured me I’d receive an email when the strap arrived, at which point I could pay for it.
I even offered to pay upfront, but they declined. It’s now been over a month and a half, and I’ve received no update, no email, and no strap. Disappointing experience from a brand I expected better service from.
