I really loved this place a lot. I did take out because I had a long day and wanted to try a bunch of food at home. Restaurant was cozy and seemed clean. The lady at the counter was so incredibly sweet 🥰. I ordered the garlic butter wings, the chili jam wings, the cheese fries, the bulgoli bao, the pork belly bar, and the mango beef. The Mango beef was definitely the star and my favorite of the dishes. The julienned mango and carrot were a perfect balance to the savory spiciness of the sauce, which was a perfect heat level imo. The beef was sliced thin, and very tender and delicious. The bulgolgi bao was delicious, the meat tender, and the mayo, pickled onions, and cilantro tasted great on top. I found the meat a bit sweeter than I would like, but since I split the food and only ate one, I didn't find it overwhelming. The pork belly bao was delishly rich and fatty, which I love. I loved the spice on tbe meat, which I think may have been Chinese 5 spice, I think there was a hint of cinnamon. The wings were both awesome. I think I might have preferred the garlic, over the chili jam if I had to pick but both were crispy and perfectly cooked. I enjoyed the fries on the drive home and I really liked them a lot. I wish they could have put more cheese powder because it went super well with the sweet potato fries. I really loved this place and wanna get the Mango beef again along with the bulgoli fries next time.

I went to this place several times but this is my first time writing a review. The food tastes great as usual. I had togo order: beef bulgogi with fries, cheddar sweet potato fries, firecracker shrimps and also the pork noodle soup (not pictured since I ate it before I took picture). All tasted delicious, the owner was nice, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming.

Last Visit: 10/4/2025 Ordered: Beef Mango Bowl, Lemongrass Peach Tea This was my first time and I can say that it lives up to the hype. I saw 4.9⭐️ and was a little skeptical but I must say that the Beef Mango was very flavorful. It all went together so well. And the Lemongrass Peach Tea was a nice touch to wash it down. I wish I would e taken a picture but there are a few already in the reviews. I think next time I’ll try the Spare Ribs Bao. I wanted to this time but I was too full.

Holy cow! I didn’t know what to expect - this was a random find and it was delicious. Everyone was kind. It’s a simple, family owned restaurant. We had the spare ribs, mango beef, bao buns, shrimp, and bulgogi fries. Everything was so flavorful and tender. I highly recommend the mango beef and spare ribs. The brussel sprouts that come with the spare ribs are super good too. Even the rice was really good - not too sticky, the perfect texture. If you’re in the area, definitely come by and support this small business!

! These Brussels sprouts abs pickled onions are divine by themselves but coupled with the whole meal makes it all so much tastier. We ordered the spareribs bowl and the firecrackers shrimp! Why is this rice so fluffy? Had me looking for the chef with a pen and pad. Like ‘how u do this? Show me!’ Delicious. 10/10 for me!

My family often visits Chop Stick on weekends, and we’re always satisfied with the food quality. Most of the dishes are delicious and well-prepared. Our absolute favorite — and also the restaurant’s signature dish — is the Hu Tieu Mi Go (Vietnamese noodle soup with both egg noodles and rice noodles). The broth is flavorful, the noodles are cooked just right, and the toppings are generous and tasty. My daughter and nephew especially love the cheddar fries — crispy fries topped with rich, melty cheese, perfect for snacking. The drink menu is also quite diverse. We particularly enjoy the tamarind ice drink and the orange-carrot juice — both refreshing and great complements to the meal. One of the best things about Chop Stick is that they stay open late, which is perfect for days when we finish work late and need a good meal. The atmosphere is comfortable, and the staff is friendly. It’s definitely a go-to spot for a relaxed, delicious family dinner.

Hutto - I ate here a few weeks ago for the first time. Oh my word! The food was phenomenal! I ordered the fried wontons (SO good!), the Tender Pork Delight Bowl (sweet and bursting with flavors!), and the lemongrass peach tea (delicious and unique tasting). I thought the fried wontons would be no big deal as an appetizer, but these pulled me in, and I wanted to keep going. The Tender Pork Delight Bowl is phenomenal! The pork was so tender and moist. The bowl ingredients were nicely sweet but not overly sweet, and there was a fusion of flavors. BE AWARE: The bones are left in this bowl, so eat SLOWLY and savor the flavors. The lemongrass peach tea was wonderful. (I only have one complaint here: For the price points, the portion was just too small.) I love that there are portraits of the entrees on the wall, so you know what you will be getting before you order. The restaurant is small but comfortable. The staff is quiet and kind. NOTE: This restaurant is in a small strip center located in an awkward place. It only LOOKS like it would be easy to access from Chris Kelley Blvd., but it is not. Use your GPS, because you will have to cut through a residential neighborhood to get to it. IT IS WORTH THE TRIP. I want to start going here at least once a month, so I can try the different menu items. I like so many different kinds of food, but Asian and Asian fusion foods are my favorites. Go to Chopsticks in Hutto! Hurry! Why are you waiting?! 😉
