I got the new summer, sweet peach bar bowl. That is really yummy, it was a little bit on the sweet side for my taste, but that’s just a personal preference. In terms of the quality of the ingredients in the overall taste of the bowl, it was really yummy and delicious! My bowl came out to be around $15.70 or something along those lines. I do feel that it’s a little bit on the pricey side, But we are in Buckhead at the end of the day! The server that helped me, her name was Ashley if I’m not mistaken. Or it started with an “A” at least. She was super kind and helpful, helping me navigate the menu and the different options that I have, Especially as a vegetarian. Overall, I had a really good experience! One review or feedback that I would like to give to this restaurant and the main company is to to try and separate and have dividers for the vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. I noticed how some of the meats were right next to the fresh vegetables and certain small pieces Of meat had spilled over into some of the vegetables. Obviously, the servers are not doing this intentionally, but anything can happen in a rush. So if there was ways to put in barriers or just create a better divider system, That would be even more appreciated by all of the vegetarians and vegans out here!

I just happened to be in their parking lot today on other business…walked in for the first time and was immediately glad I did! Amazing selection of fresh salads, bowls and wraps. I’ve never experienced anything like the salad I just ate (Classic Cobb)…might just be the best salad I’ve ever eaten. The dining area was immaculate with plenty of seating. The two gentlemen behind the counter were very friendly, and excellent at their cuisine-craft! I’ll be back!

Absolutely delicious salad! My first time here and ordered the Southwestern Steak Salad. Great flavors and portions! For those who track their intake, 32 G protein and only 445 calories for the whole thing, which is good for a very filling meal. Love they use biodegradable bowls, utensils, and everything. Devin was amazing, too! Super personable and professional. Made me feel welcomed. Would totally come again!

Service 10 out of 10! The manager was incredibly friendly and courteous. He took the time to explain everything on the menu and gave me great recommendations, which I really appreciated it’s not often you find that level of genuine service these days. Ashley and Ben gave AMAZING customer service. It was our first time there and Ashley walked me through every step in my creating my salad. I was able to try the different kind of Cesar’s they were all delicious! Def coming back due to their efforts!

This was my first time experiencing Chopt. I've passed this location numerous times and was skeptical about giving them a try. I'm so glad I did because the protein bowl was so good and fresh. The toppings were all delicious. The only reason for three stars was for the service I stood there as one of the staff members was on the phone looking at me like I was a inconvenience. ..Smh! Do better next time!!!! Outside of that the store was very clean and organized no complaints there. I would definitely return when I'm in the area to see if the customer service warrants a change in my review.

Obsessed with the fresh flavors at Chopt right now! Their new summer menu is everything my tastebuds craved. I just had to try both the Strawberry Summer Salad - that strawberry poppy vinaigrette is next level! - and the Summer Corn Caesar with its creamy basil dressing (that hint of jalapeño is ). Seriously torn on which one to get next time! These salads are packed with fresh, seasonal ingredients - the perfect way to stay light and energized for all your summer fun! Plus, they're so pretty, they practically beg for a pic! .

I came here with my husband for dinner. I got a grains bowl and my husband got the caesar salad. I made a falafel bowl with multiple toppings and then two dressings. Mine was very tasty! The portion was large as well so I have enough to eat again. My husband go the mexican caesar dressing on his salad and it had a. ice little kick to it. The staff there were friendly and nice and had a smile on their face. This location had plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with a mix of booths and tables. Really enjoyed it and will be back again!

I love this location!!! Every time I walk in there all the staff is so nice.. i love when Milan makes my salads.. she doesn't rush me, and always give me a details on new dressings! The manager markeice is always so hands on with everything! The night I went in there I seen him doing delivery order, cashier and making food! It is always super clean when I go to the dining area, which makes me feel good... I don't know about the other locations, but this location is top tier and I don't plan on going to any other location..

LOVE this place! Salads are FRESH - just the way you want and the soup - my go to is the tomato soup and I have them to add just a little rice to "fluff" it up a bit. For my intention to eat more vegan / vegetarian, this is the way to go!

Clean in more ways than one! Great options, basically healthier chipotle-style eating- I enjoyed you could customize your own, or pick one of their special selections and let them make it perfect for you. It's made fresh right in front of you, and the staff were exceptional and friendly!

This is one of those places that's too healthy for me. Went here on a whim, after ordering my hot donuts from next door, I thought I need balance. I had a kale mixed salad and it was loaded. Chic peas, chicken, tortilla chips, etc. It was alot going on. I did not like it. I feel like it's a place you sacrifice taste to be healthier just to find out it's not even healthy. In any event, I didn't finish the salad and I don't think I'll try anything else. Service was decent. Ordering is a bit intimidating if you don't have a clue what to get like me. Can't remember if it was expensive or not for what you get.

Chopt is it very familiar face to most people in restaurant business. Sometimes I think it's no different than a lot of the other more cookie-cutter restaurants but I think we'll make

so happy that to discover this new spot name chopt food taste amazing and Ashley the young lady who helped me was amazing as well . I will definitely recommend chopt everyone whop about healthy eating.

When I first discovered Chopt, I was skeptical, especially based on the poor Yelp reviews. But once I tried my first Chopt Kale Caesar salad, I was hooked. It's definitely my go-to, no matter which location I go to! I love to add chicken to it for some extra protein. You can also adjust how much dressing you want mixed in! Use the LevelUp (Chopt) app for rewards points and extra $$ on your birthday! The most painful thing about this location is that it's next door to Duck Donuts. I feel like I deserve a custom donut after eating a salad but....... then maybe I should have cut back on that dressing!!!

I wish there were a Chopt near me The options are awesome! I was leaving a work meeting and place the order from the parking lot- about 5 minutes away. When I arrived my salad was ready but I didn't see the pick up area. The young lady working was pleasant and pointed me in the right direction. I'll definitely come again when I'm in the area.

My Mom and I came here for lunch and we both felt it was too expensive and the salads weren't that good, unless you want a salad that's mostly lettuce. They started out so good but quickly declined. Seems each time I ordered last few times there was something wrong. From dressing NOT on side, to completely wrong items, to being handed bag with two salads that had opened up and dumped in the paper bag. then there is the stale bread, and having to search for the chicken in my salad. then the lettuce had some very brown looking chunks of lettuce that was supposed to be green My last visit was today, no more aggravation. It was a great idea but quickly fizzled.

I absolutely love chops!!!! The salads are so good! I do feel they are quite a bit more expensive. The salads do really fill you up. They have quite a lot of different options and ingredients to choose from.

They are so nice here. Very attentive, helpful, patient but efficient. The food is delicious.

TLDR: Find the biggest bowl in your house, add a handful of limp kale, a teaspoon of salad dressing, and mix up your own depressing experience rather than letting Chopt do it for you. Tonight was my first visit to a Chopt and I'm disappointed. My husband and I chose it because we wanted a quick, but healthy meal. The menu looks great and it's cool to be able to see the toppings in front of you but that's the only positive comments I have. The staff didn't greet us or even look at us when asking our order. I had to tell them 3 times that I wanted the Mexican Chicken Soup & it was still left off my order. My husband retold them the type of lettuce he wanted multiple times and the person would reach for something completely different until my husband corrected. The proportions are a joke. My Harvest Bowl didn't even fill half the container and for $15 I expected my husbands salad to be more substantial as well. Also, I didn't even realize this, but most Chopt restaurants cut up the ingredients after you order. Here the ingredients were pre-chopped and already slivered inside their respective containers. Crazy part is, a manager was there the whole time. Jokes on them though because I put lemonade in my water cup.

Poorly organized. They have tons of choices which are a bit overwhelming but their base salads are rather limited. When we came in they had a big line all gathered in a clump around four registers numbered 1-4 but it turns out you go all the way to the end to order (there is no sign to order there). Despite there being lots of workers in the back, this is not a friendly place. No one said hello or welcomed us or asked us what we wanted. Very rude and indifferent. The salads are OK but expensive for what you get , and if you want to do a custom one be prepared to pay. Also, you don't control the quantity. You pay by the menu item. You can't say more of this or less of that and then pay by weight. The protein is REALLY SKIMPY! I feel ripped off....AND I'm still hungry! Others in my party felt the same. Also, there is no option for sides, like a roll or soup, so prepare to leave hungry and unsatisfied but $12 poorer per person. Too bad. I had high hopes for this place.

Do not order through their app. I ordered a salad online and arrived early to pick it up via curbside. I counted at least 6 people walk in, orders and leave with their food before I ever received my order. The food was correct but it was mediocre in my opinion. I love the concept and I'll definitely give it another try but I will not be ordering through their curbside EVER again. I've also doordash at this location multiple times. It really does take a long time to get orders. THE ONLY TIME THIS PLACE RUNS POSITIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY ARE WHEN DIANA AND JOVON are MOD. They deserve 5 stars alone!

Great fast service, but line was out the door during lunch! The other Chopt locations are not as busy. Consider ordering online. Even then, when I checked, "ASAP" pick up time was 1 hr.

Ordered for delivery during my lunch. Asked for extra everything on my salad and paid $22.00 for it. The avocado was missed and I was due to receive a refund on the missed avocado -not sure if I ever saw that but it was just okay for that expensive of a salad.

First time ordering and very excited to enjoy a good salad but was highly disappointed. I arrived and texted to alert them that I was waiting at curbside and quickly received a text back to hold tight. I was on a work call and realized no one had come out 30 minutes later. So I went inside thinking that they were perhaps busy or understaffed to give the benefit of the doubt. To my surprise, they were not busy or crowded. MOF, I was the only customer. I went to counter to inquire on the status of my order and it was placed on the shelf. In a nonchalant voice from cashier and manager unsure why I wasn't served. First time and very dissatisfied with service and a wilted salad.

I have come to Chopt a few times now and I really like it. I am usually the type of person who does not get excited about salads but this place makes it exciting. I personally like the warm bowls because they have lettuce + mixed grains so they are like a salad but more filling. This time I came for a quick lunch and I got a warm bowl with falafel, carrots, wonton chips, carrots, lettuce, grains, avocado, pickled onions and sesame ginger dressing. It was so tasty! Note that the picture I took is after I ate half of the bowl. The portions are big so I save half of it for home. The price was $12 because I added avocado which is extra charge. You can also order on the go and pay through their website and when you get there you just pick it up. I have tried other salad places and this one is by far my favori They have seasonal salads and warm bowls that change every month as well. I think this is a great place to eat healthy and have a delicious bowl. You can also customize your salad/bowl which is nice. Overall I love Chopt and I hope they open more locations in Atlanta.

I'm a big fan of Chopt. Their salads are so good! There are many remade salads to choose from, or you can create your own. Personally, I love the kale caesar salad and I add different things to it to make it my own. Portions are huge! You definitely get your money's worth and the ingredients have always been fresh from my experiences. If you come during rush hour, expect a long line. To avoid this, I decided to place an online, curbside pickup once. I had to wait 15 minutes past my pickup time for my salad and it was missing ingredients. Frustrating. Anywho, Chopt still has my love and I will be back; ordering inside.

Twice now my family had placed and paid for an online order which included wraps, and Chopt turned them into salads due to being out of tortillas. They did this without calling to notify us they could not provide what was ordered. No offer of a refund, no notification. This is a bait and switch. I'll never order from this place again.

The product here is amazing, but the service is terrible. I'll start with the good. You walk in, look at the menu and realize that there are so many good choices that it will be a difficult decision. This is my kind of dilemma, one where I know I can't go wrong. I finally decided on the Mexican Caesar Salad and it did not disappoint. The lettuce was delicious, and the dressing was amazing. The warm bowls look really good too. I think I'll try one of them next time. As for the service, the employees just don't seem to care. There are too many of them behind the counter and you don't know who's talking to you or asking you what you want. They just go through the motions and don't want to answer questions or help you out with the menu. It seems like they'd rather be anywhere else. And if you want to make any changes to customize a menu item, you'd think it was the end of the world. I'll probably go back, because the product is just that good. But a little change in the attitude of employees could go a long way towards making this a place I'd go all the time. This place is not cheap for a salad. I would think that they could hire some decent employees and train them to provide somewhat decent customer service.

Service- rude. Better know exactly what you want! I've been to other Chopts with courteous helpful staff. Not the Buckhead one! I'm a senior and I had a hard time understanding the staff and he didn't care! Food was good.

I live in Buckhead and there's not a lot of quick, healthy food options so I'm glad to know that Chopt is right around the corner. I have really been trying to increase my green intake and Chopt is a great spot to get a healthy filling of your greens with a vast variety of ingredients. You get a great choice of proteins and veggies and can even create your own. I ordered the Asian Crunch Salad and the combination of ingredients was a perfect blend of chicken, crispy shallots, spicy vinaigrette dressing, pickled red onions, cabbage & cilantro blend, rainbow carrots, & romaine. The many flavors in this salad give a great sweet and spicy combo. I will definitely be back here again because their salads are fresh and tasty and on top of that they are big enough for 2 helpings. ***SUGGESTION*** Ask for your salad dressing on the side in case you don't eat it all your lettuce won't get wilted. The reason I was unable to give Chopt a 5 star rating is the process in which they have us pick-up/order our food. There are 3 separate lines but it is hard to tell which line has your order. There's no room for patrons to stand so we are bumping into each other. I would pass the patron who's order comes to the line first to the farthest chopper that way they will already be near the cash register, which would help expedite their check out and keep them out of the way of the other patrons.

This is hands down the best location I've been to! I literally drove 42 minutes there to support a pregnancy craving and their customer service made my experience worth it. They are so nice and my food is always fresh. Thanks so much for always giving me a pleasant experience.

This was my first time visiting this place. I was in the area and looking for healthy lunch options. The line was long but they moved pretty quickly. I estimate I was in line about 15-20 minutes. The employees were very friendly and fast-paced. All employees wore masks and there are tall glass barriers between you and the food. You can build your own salad or choose from several recipes they created. You go through and choose your salad toppings (they also have warm bowls with a base of either cauliflower rice or grains like quinoa). Then they mix your salad for you. I got the Georgia Summer Cobb salad and the Harvest warm bowl with cauliflower rice. I took them home and ate a little of both. The salad tasted better to me than the Harvest bowl. I still have some of the Harvest bowl left so when I eat it again, I will add some seasoning to it. I thought it was a little bland for my taste. I do recommend this place if you're a salad lover or if you're trying to eat healthier. Also a great place for Vegans.

The salads are always fresh and amazing, but today Andrew greeted us with a smile and was extremely friendly and efficient and made the best salad ever! I hope he is there the next time I come, he made my day!

Exactly what I was looking for. Yummy delicious Cesar salad. Located near a fitness center, bakery shop, and other.

This is my favorite location. The service is fast, workers are friendly, and the salads are delicious! The only downside is, sometimes there is this 'sour' smell that kind of lingers throughout the restaurant.

I can't seem to get enough of these awesome salads and bowls. Everything is always fresh and delicious. The portions are huge, but with the calories for each salad and add on item visible, it's easy to keep your salad healthy. Their dressings are super tasty as well.

I go to this place a lot like once every 2 weeks or so. Today I did delivery through the app and it was 30 minutes late and the actual quality of the bowl was just not where it needed to be. Since I get the same bowl every time I could tell they didn't fill it with as much stuff as they usually do, the avocado was literally rock hard and they gave me two whole halves (I just threw away the overly ripe half). They didn't give me dressing on the side, and it was just overall not good quality the way it was made. Will still order from Chopt but wouldn't recommend the delivery service. You can't even review the food you ordered so they have no way of knowing if it was received by you.

I've eaten at chopt an embarrassing number of times now. The chopt app makes it easy to order and customize, and when you select a desired pick up time at this location it's always dependably there waiting for you in the pick up window. There's always complimentary "spa" water which I guzzle, and the tea and local kombucha options are always a solid option. Their seasonal options are are tasty, especially their new cauliflower rice options. at lunch hour be prepared to wait, but it's nothing unbearable.

Great if you have almost two HOURS to wait for a salad. Placed order online at 11:33 am, it was ready at 1:22 pm. One person tossing salads and over 60 people waiting for theirs. Quality is normally excellent but they were clearly rushed because they didn't even get the order correct. For $14 I'll pass.

I loved the service I received when I mentioned I was a first time patron. It smelled amazing from the outside and even better on the inside. The salad is not made the traditional way. The toppings go In first and the base (lettuce) is added on the top. Next you pay for the salad. Then they add fresh cracked pepper and salt. The dressing is the added all in a stainless steel bowl which is then tossed and chopped. It's then added back to your container with an optional piece of sour dough bread to enjoy!

This location sucks!!!!!! I placed an online order for pickup. I arrive at the store 13 minutes after my scheduled pickup time, and I still end up waiting an additional 17 minutes for my order. The staff here is terrible. Rude and uninviting. I ordered multiple salads for coworkers none were labeled. Literally had to open and pick through to see which was which. I will never come back here again. Save yourself time and headache and avoid this location by any means. Makes no sense to have such terrible service in an area so nice. Update: Each salad had multiple items missing. I was basically given bowls of lettuce. Their ingredients are NOT organic. This place needs to be closed immediately. If you want a nice healthy salad I'd recommend trying sweet green.

Significant decrease in portion sizes. Many toppings including cheese not available. Bowls look bigger, but the portion is half of the bowl

Love this place. Great service. Healthy portions. Lots of dressing options. Just all around a great place to get quality healthy food. My personal favorite is a Mexican Caesar wrap. I add tomatoes and the mama lil spicy peppers for extra kick!

There was line when we walked in, but it moved quickly. There are plenty of choices with great detail on each option. I chose the Palm Beach salad which says it's under 400 calories. I added pepper jack cheese which is $.79 for each addition. I could've shared this salad with someone because I could not eat it all by myself. The white balsamic dressing was different. It was a good salad and good service.

I've heard people rave about Chopt and seeing their salads on Instagram has always made my mouth water! I finally got a chance to stop by and opted for the wrap so I could eat it while driving... it was AMAZING! I got the Mexicali Vegan Wrap that has butternut squash, black beans, corn, romaine and heart of palm with a goddess dressing. I always love when healthy spots pop up close to me. Chopt is probably the best spot in Atlanta to get a nice salad, that isn't an arm and a leg. You can order one of their menu salads or you can make your own. They have other options too such as hot bowls but I always get a salad. They also have seasonal items that are pretty good. The restaurant is very modern and clean. It's a go through the line and sit down kind of spot. They're located in the shopping center near Hal's & Panera. There's plenty of parking. If you want a quick and healthy lunch or dinner, I highly recommend this spot.

The employees need a raise for dealing with the amount of people not wearing masks. Also food was on point!
