So so yummy!!!! The staff is always so kind- especially their GM, Jasmine. Super helpful and positive. Great environment, always clean, and an overall great experience!!! Definitely my go-to lunch spot on my break.

This place is awesome. I love a good salad and this place delivers but what set it apart for me today was the amazing service with a smile from a man behind the country named Robert. This guy is a salad artist and such a pleasure to talk with. I would come back just to see him and I will. Def recommend

I eat at Chopt at least once a week because their salads are delicious and their service is stellar. Jasmine is my favorite! She is so nice and accommodating, and she makes me feel like a VIP every visit!

Salad was amazing! Too many good options to choose from but decided on the spicy Ceasar which was delicious. Matt was very friendly and overall staff was approachable. The tables were clean and the atmosphere was nice.

Robert served me today and was by far and away the friendliest person I’ve had service wise at a restaurant in months. Asked me how my day was going, overall extremely pleasant experience. Been here many times and will continue to come. Normally don’t leave reviews but Robert deserves recognition for his efforts.

I had a fantastic experience at Chopt Creative Salads, thanks in large part to John, one of the team members there. From the moment I walked in, John greeted me with a warm smile and positive energy that made my day. He was incredibly helpful in walking me through the menu and made great suggestions based on what I told him I liked. Not only was he fast and efficient, but you could also tell he genuinely cared about the quality of the food and the experience of each customer. My order was exactly right, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. It’s rare to come across someone who brings that level of enthusiasm and professionalism to their work—John really stood out. This spot is a great choice for salads, wraps, and warm salad dishes. The ingredients always taste fresh, you can customize your meal with a variety of options and sauces (from creamy to spicy) just ask. The background music, usually California reggae, adds to the vibe, which I appreciate. If you're from SoCal, it's the closest thing to California Chix Cafe, just without the flame-broiled chicken.

My favorite salad place, but i am getting tired of it being hit or miss whether is it going to be good or not. This is the driest salad ive had from here and i am going home and putting ranch dressing on it instead of the dressing i paid for from chopt.

We went here on a quiet Sunday recently, and the staff were so quick, we were in and out in under 10 minutes! We did opt for salad suggestions (like the green goddess and harissa chicken), but I still feel like it was much faster than other salad or bowl chains we have been to. I also think their flavors are harmonious and make sense together. This can be hit or miss at other stores which can sometimes include dissident or just too many sauces. These salad bowls had just the right amount of all ingredients and made for the perfect bite! Plenty of parking options nearby, from lot to garage and street. The store itself is brightly lit with a calming atmosphere (though I imagine it could get busy on weekdays). There was ample booth and cafe style seating.

The girl packing orders at lunch today was very rude. Totally changed the experience of my visit.

Best salad spot in in Franklin! Service is a chipotle / subway setup with add ins to your base or create your own salad options. Decor is fun, plenty of seating including an outside patio. Park anywhere around in the parking lots for free.

I was so excited to try a place that featured salads, but I was so disappointed after ordering my food... I chose a seasonal item that was actually an up charge because it was supposed to be special... The price was sky high for a bowl of lettuce and a few ingredients placed on top... The dressings are very bland...I actually tried three different ones, none of which better than the other... Honestly, I would have returned my salad and asked for my money back, if I had not been there with a friend... I do not plan on returning because I can fix much better salads at home for a much less price... And, not patting myself on the back, but I'm capable of whipping up an incredible tasting dressing too! Note: Mgnt please don't request i email details, i'll leave it here... Wow, really delicious and exactly what I was looking for. Nice patio space, great options for making your own salad or bowl or picking a pre designed option on the menu. Loved the sweet potatoes. Hearty and delicious!

Have been eating some heavy foods the past few days since I've been in Nashville, so I craved a salad. Chops is located in a great area, around great shops. I had a salad with apples, cranberries, goat cheese and different types of lettuce. It was finished with a white wine vinaigrette and tasted delicious. My husband ordered a farmer's something or other salad and it was delicious. The only real problem we had, was the cleanliness of the restaurant. Every single table was dirty! We were there around 3pm , so it wasn't crowded at all. Still, nobody took time to wipe down the tables. It was a huge turn-off.

Super great customer service, they were willing to remake and offered a full refund.. And were even willing to deliver a new salad. I kindly declined because I have celiac and just don't fully trust zero cross contamination now... but if you have allergies just please double check before you eat!!

The food was great. Ordered through Uber eats and ended up spending $32 for a warm bowl. Absurd. I will never order from Chopt again but go in person.

For a quick, healthy option -- this location of Chopt is great! I don't know why, but it is way way better than the Green Hills location. Fast service, fresh ingredients, lots of topping options, and a clean space to sit and eat if you want. Convenient location in Brentwood with a huge lot. Only thing on the menu I highly suggest no one order is the falafel. Incredibly dry and lacking seasoning. Not good. Other than that, haven't had anything bad. Mexican Caesar and herb tahini are my favorite dressings... hope those stick around a while!

Today was my first experience with Chopt. Loved the atmosphere and the variety of choices. The service was quick and the food very good. I had a cauliflower rice bowls with kale that was amazing and very flavorful

Horrible horrible food poisoning beginning about 30 minutes after consuming a Caesar salad wrap. Currently receiving IV fluid 3 days later still so unwell. Will never eat here again.

It was my first time at Chopt today for lunch and Danielle was a great help. She was so nice and was very helpful with recommendations. The food tasted amazing & I loved the feeling of the restaurant as soon as you walk in! Good music & good food always makes for a good time! Will be going back again.

I had chopt tonight for dinner. I felt awesome all day and wanted an awesome dinner. It tasted weird and I felt really uncomfortably bloated after eating it. This was followed with intense throwing and diarrhea. I have never felt so horrible in my life. The chicken or something they had in the chicken tinga bowl was not right. I wish I never ate here

Solid, healthy, filling lunch. I've been to Chopt on countless occasions. It's straightforward, fresh, healthy food. I've stuck to their curated menu options, though you can also build your own bowl. While I don't ever leave disappointed, in my experience, their warm grain bowls are more delicious and satisfying than the salads, which are sometimes underwhelming. I often ask for extra dressing, as they go light in my opinion. The bread is nothing to write home about, and I often skip it. Overall, Chopt is always reliable food, clean and inviting atospher, and service is friendly and fast. Today, I had the Mediterranean Tahini bowl. The warm grains and roasted chicken paired perfectly with the sharp contrast of pickled onions, cabbage, and fresh veggies. The crunch of pita topped it off well. This was the best bowl I've had here thus far.

One of the best quick healthy food options in the city! So many options and is easy to pick up and go but also a nice place to sit and enjoy your meal. Service is fast and it's clean and friendly.

So disappointing! I was geared up for a fresh healthy lunch, but not found here. The line moved pretty fast. The lady helping the customers in front of us seemed annoyed by their requests. Our salad builder was nicer. I ordered the warm Harvest bowl. I love healthy casual dining places. Core Life is one of my favorites in Franklin. There were several issues with the food here however. In general, the taste was sour, not fresh. The sweet potatoes tasted like they were old but yet not cooked all the way. The rice and chicken were warm, but nothing else is in this bowl. I was surprised that a cold piece of whole wheat sour dough was put on top. Why not give it toasted? Sadly, I'm leaving hungry.

From the perspective of an absolute carnivore, I'm going to admit that Chopt has some darn good salads. I don't eat much green stuff in life. I perpetually seek protein and fat and stuff that isn't good for me at every turn, choosing taste over healthiness any day. And then here I was, doing a diet with my wife to end 2021. We wanted to go out on a date, and a gourmet salad spot in Brentwood seemed the most logical choice. I'll be honest, I had driven past Chopt so many times imagining a boring vegetarian menu and healthy people inside who must be averse to barbecue and hamburgers and all the finer things in life. But once I walked into this bright, clean space with an incredible array of choices, I was pleasantly surprised! And yes, they do have chicken and shrimp and bacon and pork and all sorts of protein too! I decided to create my own salad with local feta cheese, hearts of palm, Mediterranean olives, crispy shallots, and this delicious low-calorie dressing known as creamy lemon herb. The salads are deceivingly huge, appearing compact in a relatively ordinary looking plastic bowl but sufficiently voluminous for an entire meal. Sure, it's a little pricey, but you really get what you pay for! They also mix the dressing and toppings to be thoroughly distributed throughout the entire salad, and top it with a slice of sourdough bread. It's a fantastic experience, and I never thought salad would be so fun.

I am a long-time frequent customer of CHOPT in Brentwood TN and always have a great experience there. Very good fresh healthy choices you can customize - along with fast and very friendly service. Normally take out but like the inside environment as well. Had an especially pleasant experience recently and want to give Keeley and her team a SHOUT OUT!!

The salads are way overpriced with very little meat. I waited over an hour for an online order they said would be done in 20 minutes. Don't go unless you're really in a pinch

was my first time coming here today and probably won't be back. The lady at the cash register (Emily) just stared at me and didn't say anything. So I kindly told her that I've never been here before and was unsure of how things work. Another lady that was there began to explain everthing to me. Emily made my salad but while she was chopping it I noticed ingredients like chicken and eggs falling out of the bowl onto the counter. I informed her that I would like those ingredients that fell out to be put on the salad. She responded and said "There's still eggs in there I already threw it in dish". If I'm paying 20$for a salad with barely any meat in it I want all of my ingredients that I paid for. As I walked off Emily decided to go whisper to her coworkers about me (she couldve waited until I left). Whole experience could've been better. Thanks Emily !

This review is for an order which was delivered. I ordered a create your own salad with extra dressing, two different kinds, dressing on the side. When the meal was delivered, all of the dressing had been mixed in. What I received was an immensely over dressed salad! Wilty lettuce just dripping in dressing, and no way to fix it. Since I clearly requested dressing on the side there is really just no excuse for what I received. I do not plan to order ahead from this establishment again.

The employees have all need friendly and provide fast efficient service. They make great food recommendations or suggestions if you're not sure and it is always very tasty. The ambiance is friendly and open, comfortable setting.

From the street, this place looks like a very inviting, high end salad shop which is exactly what you get when you enter. If you are inspired, you can create your own salad from an unexpectedly diverse variety of clearly labeled greens on the back wall, plus toppings. Or if you want something simple, you can pick from featured salads or choose from warm bowls. I choose the Kale Ceaser salad with chicken, medium dressing and bread which was a nice touch all for just over $12. Tap water only comes in tiny plastic cups so you'll need several or ask the staff for another option if you're looking to save those few extra dollars by sliding by with some free water. Tap water is fine - you're eating a $12 salad so give yourself a break. Freshly ground pepper is available near the napkins against the wall which is a nice touch. Comfortable, ample seating is available with some great options by the window, although those can be a bit tight for some but a perfect spot for you and a friend to enjoy the window. Outside seating is also available, but quickly becomes unusable during winter or rainy day, as it's not covered. Restrooms should be clearly labeled so not as easy to spot for everyone but sit next to the beverage station. Also, when you are finished and need to dispose of your utensils, trays, and dishes, you only have waste, recycle, and an open area for trays, dishes, etc. so that becomes unruly and unsightly quite quickly if not maintained. Plus, there is no marked areas for trays so it all goes in a single spot. The store also offers an app, which is a must to download before you arrive if you're expecting frequent visits, but it doesn't allow you to add past meals from a receipt, which is a disappointment. The app is rather simple too, but is missing that critical feature.

A bit disappointed. The salad is very spicy. There was no mention of this on the menu. I even called the store and they said it was mentioned on the menu. I wanted to share the salad with my kids and it is very very spicy and unfortunately not edible for me.

I've actually been here before not sure why I haven't reviewed. Place is pretty cool salads are big with plenty options to choose from. Service is good! Great eatery if your looking for something not to heavy to eat.

The salad was terrible. A lot of brown lettuce. The salad i ordered did not have the chicken or bacon I paid extra for. Just over horrible. Will not recommend.

I am a salad and home made salad dressing lover. So this place was perfect for me! I ordered the Santa Fe salad. This came with chopped romaine, chicken, corn, pepper jack cheese, avocado , tomatoes, crispy shallots and a smoky chipotle dressing. They toss the salad with the dressing for you and it comes in a large bowl. Everything was delicious, the dressing was perfect had a little kick to it, but not too much. My husband ordered the customer craft which is where you make your own salad. So he had arugula, brussel sprouts, falafel, crispy shallots, sweet potatoes and a lemon tahini dressing. He said it was delicious. Total for our salads no drinks was $25. My salad was about $9. His was way more because everything extra was at least $1 charge. Although a bit much , I still enjoyed my meal. It definitely fills you up. I also really love how clean it was inside. It's a nice chill place to eat, nice atmosphere also. I'm glad I finally got to try this place. They definitely have gained a forever customer.

Would not order from this location again. Whomever made this salad took no time to make it edible. Two bites and threw it away. Avocado not ripe, they left the skin on it, half of the pit was inside. And for the cost it should be good. I would suggest one of the other places around the area for a better healthy lunch. Sadly we ordered for a group meeting and most of the team complained. My bet is this place will be closed in several months if they don't work on quality control and provide something you can eat.

My fiancé and I both ordered the Chinese chicken bowl with warm grains. We left disappointed and hungry... the grains included MANY hard pieces of rice that we felt would break our teeth if we continued to eat, and the chicken was oddly pink and dark at the same time? Ended up just picking out the broccoli and wonton strips to eat. Probably won't be coming back

Tell me why it's so hard to find salad shops in this town? I'm used to seeing Souper Salads, Sweet Tomatoes (Souplantation), Salata, etc. I was happy to see Chopt that is similar to a sweetgreen, which is finally in town now. Yeah, I think it's ridiculous for salads to be around the $10 mark but it beats some options that leave you feeling like crap for the same and you get all your greens while you're at it, if you don't load your salad with excess dressings and indulgent toppings. They have their signature bowls but you can also make custom salads as well. You get to see them chop up your greens and toppings into a bite sized chopped salad. Sometimes you think it doesn't look like a lot until you start eating your bowl and it just keeps going. There's plenty of flavor and options for your salad and the line goes fairly quick as they make the salads made to order so consider that as well. They need more of these NOT just in Brentwood. How about in East Nashville?! :)

I like to eat healthy sometimes and when I do, I go to Chopt. They do a nice job making the healthy stuff not taste like it's "too healthy" if you know what I mean? Don't get me wrong I like eating healthy food, there's some places that over do it for me. This place does a nice job with the food and the customization options. I'm big on making a meal for myself in my own way and you can do that here. Highly recommend!

Mm good salad. surprisingly very filling. I went and the entire place was empty except for this one guy standing behind the counter in the very back. He said thanks to me which was very nice of him. Hope he had a good day. Pickup orders are all placed at the very front right when you walk in and no one was there to even ask my name so I just grabbed the one with my name on it and left but you know I wondered if other people could have just as easily snatched up my dinner (the answer is definitely yes) but I respect the honor system I really do

I was feeling something healthy after a hard workout. I was not disappointed. So many different combinations you could make with salad! I got a basic Cobb salad with chicken. It was cool to see the process how they gather all the fresh ingredients then dump them in to a giant bowl to toss the dressing and then they give it to you in a Togo bowl with a lid. Which was nice because the salad was huge and I definitely took half home.

The salads here are so tasty! I love the Mexican Ceasar Salad. The portions are huge so definitely come hungry!

Ordered in the app and paid extra for bread, this is what I received and I honest to god laughed out loud. Salad wasn't flavorful dressing wasn't great. Overall paid $18 for a salad, in the future I will just grab a bag salad from the grocery store and have a similar experience for a fraction of the price.

Wrap was great with chicken lettuce and ranch and the Cobb salad was perfect that leaves you feeling good

I am all for a great salad place in Maryland Farms, with the pandemic we lost Newks and Zoe's so I was pretty excited to discover Chopt especially since they offer curbside delivery. The Pros: Curbside delivery, text updates for carry out orders, options of warm bowls in addition to salads. A large variety. The Cons: Chopt is located in a large busy plaza; there is not a specific designated place for curbside pickup. The way the plaza is designed, you can't pull up in front of Chopt so you are unsure if you should park on the side street or on the main street. All 5 times our office has ordered something was either missing or wrong. Generally it has just been the side bread or the salad was not tossed when we asked for it to be so we have just let it go. The last time we went though was really the breaking point. We didn't get dressing (tolerable). I ordered a warm bowl without any bread items, intentionally because I have a gluten sensitivity. So I ordered a bowl that does not have any bread items that are supposed to come on it. That is the standard. After getting back to my office with our food. I sat down with my salad, took a big bite and got a big mouth of croutons :( There were so many, I couldn't pick them out. I called and brought it back. I did get a new one but I didn't even get an apology. Just an acknowledgement would have been appreciated. Like "sorry we made you an interpretive bowl, glad you didn't die". The manager just acted like I was being a major Karen but I don't think being like "hey, this had croutons when it doesn't even come with it and it is tossed so it is impossible to pick them out because the whole thing is contaminated, may I have another?" is being a big jerk. I even ran in and got it myself. I feel like 5 times without a great experience warrants 2 stars. Pretty bummed too.

Chopt is one of my favorite quick lunch places around. Their salads are delicious and super filling. Obviously it feels a little bit different every time and if you're making your own you have to be able to pick the right mix of ingredients. I frequently make my own and it's usually enough for me to have some left over. I can eat the whole thing if I'm really hungry (and I'm a big eater). I do like the options on their menu too though. I've tried a couple that weren't my favorites, but a few that I return for frequently. I personally also really like their bowls (grain, etc), but the salads - to me - are what make this place great! Their app also makes it super easy to order ahead and just walk in to pickup! I'd highly recommend trying Chopt if you're a salad person. Obviously, you can do your own at home for cheaper, but the convenience and the options are what keep me coming back regularly. *Their dressings are amazing too so be sure to ask for a sample!
