I had the most delicious Caesar salad ever at CHOPT! I ordered the kale Caesar and asked to mix in some spinach, then added a slice of baked salmon. The creamy dressing, crunchy croutons, and Parmesan created the perfect mix of textures and flavor. I also asked for pickled red onions—baby, that sent my salad into another dimension of tastiness! At first, I thought the salmon from the warmer looked a bit dried out, but the server immediately offered to make me a fresh piece. That’s top-notch customer service! She was so patient with me, especially since it was my first time at CHOPT and I felt a little overwhelmed with all the options. Her suggestions were spot on, and I really appreciated her kindness. The ambiance was fresh and bright with big windows letting in lots of natural sunlight. I chose to sit outside on the patio and enjoyed the warm sun while savoring every bite. I paired my salad with a bottle of Saratoga spring water—simple, refreshing, and perfect. CHOPT definitely impressed me with both their food and service. I’ll be back!

The staff was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, making sure I had everything I needed and answering questions about the menu without hesitation. I ordered the braised chicken tinga salad with the Chopt lettuce blend, and it was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying—definitely a highlight of my meal. The atmosphere was welcoming and modern, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a quick bite or linger a bit longer. I also appreciated the convenience of the three self-check counters, which made the ordering process smooth and efficient, even during the busy lunch rush. While the quality of the food and service was top-notch, I did find the price a bit on the higher side for a salad bar—I paid $25.14 for my meal, which felt expensive for a single salad. That said, the overall experience, from the attentive staff to the vibrant setting, made it worthwhile. If you’re looking for a spot with helpful staff, a lively atmosphere, and a seamless self-checkout experience, this place is worth a visit—even if it’s a little pricier than your average salad bar.

Upon entering the facility was clean, employers were friendly and music was inviting. George was extremely helpful with food recommendations and using the app during checkout, the wrap ordered was DELICIOUS

George and Shawn was very helpful and attentive to the fact that i was trying to get a protein filled bowl. Had a great experience eating here for the first time!!!! Will definitely come here again🙏🏾🤍

When I walked in the store George, Sean & IT greeted me in a bubbly & professional way with big smiles on their faces. They made me feel very welcomed into a warm environment. My warm bowl was made by George and it was delicious I must say. I love the option of customizing my own bowl and he made it just the way I asked for it. I usually go to the Rye Ridge location but this Mamaroneck location was by far better with not just the fresh ingredients, but also the friendly environment and cleanliness of the store. I will definitely be back to Chopt in Mamaroneck! Keep up the great work!

We love Chop't - it's a favorite family dinner that's healthy, fun (bc the kids can pick their toppings) and super easy. We recently went there and Sean was such a nice guy helping us out. Love the fresh toppings and every salad there is great. Big fans!

Honestly the place is good quality. The food is always fresh, but the best part is the employees! Always so friendly. Special shout out to Shawn and Logan, made my experience that much better!

Very cute and modern style space. Plenty of tables to sit and eat. Some of the chairs look cool but are uncomfortable. The wraps were delicious and fresh. I've gotten sick from build-a-salad bars before and was a little nervous, but I had no stomach issues. I enjoyed my Sesame Ginger wrap with added edamame.

Avoid this location. Severely understaffed. Ordered 1 salad and 1 wrap at 6:22 pm. App said 20-25 min. Arrived at 6:35 pm expecting to wait a few minutes. Received my food at 7:26 pm. Employees were working hard but there were only 3 of them.

The 1st time I got the Harissa bowl the onions were old and made my bowl taste disgusting to the point where I couldn't finish it. The second time I got the Harissa bowl I ate it and within 30 mins it made me throw up and had me in the bathroom for the whole night into the next afternoon. Pretty sure I got food poisoning.

Pedro was great and made having salad fun and would come here again. good customer service.

I went there to get a salad when asked about a protein. The steak looked repulsive so I ended up getting the chicken and thought I was gonna end up in the hospital sick as a dog for 24 hours. I don't know what was wrong with it, but never again.

Showed up to Chopt at 8:46 pm tonight, I was advised as I pulled into the parking lot that since it was a slow day they picked up all the food already. They also decided to close up shop at this time and deny myself & another customer entry. Thanks Chopt for closing the door on my face, hopefully corporate can see this message and enforce the hours posted, especially being right next door to a gym. Just because the staff wants to go home early does not mean they should close the store before the hours posted!

I paid 18 dollars for basically a bowl of kale. Barely any mix ins. I'm very disappointed.

My date recommended the place. I wasn't convinced. After parking in the rear of the parking lot we found the rear door locked. An employee let us in and then told us that in the future we should go around to the front entrance. I was confused as the door was marked Chopt and not employees only- with a clear path into the dining area and counter. I ordered the warm Market Bowl with tomatoes and avocado, and my date- the Blissful Harvest Bowl with bread and a couple of seltzer waters. I must admit I was ill prepared for the meal. The combination of flavors, roasted vegetables, cauliflower rice, shallots, kale was pretty amazing. I did take issue with the chicken though. It seemed "soft". The debate is still ongoing about that- but the meal was very good. My date enjoyed hers thoroughly and even remarked that it was very filling. I thought it was about perfect. I didn't leave hungry. By the way, after our interaction concerning the door- I did observe a good dozen people freely coming and going to their vehicles through the door- not going around like the girl told me to do. I don't know what she was thinking but I'm glad she followed the other associates directive to put my plate together in the right order.
