I was in the mood for something light. Therefore I chose this restaurant. This was my first time at this place. I must admit that I was impressed! The server was very patient with me as I was so indecisive. All of the ingredients tasted very fresh. So many veggies and topping to choose from. If I resided in NYC this would be a good spot while in my eating healthier journey.

I love the food here ingredients are fresh employees are wonderful always kind , always smiling best location to get a salad!! BEST LOCATION OF STAFF EVEEERRRRR!!! Thank you for all the hospitality!

The interior aesthetic here is remarkable. We received a variety of dishes, each one exceeding the previous. This community place offers tasty cuisine. The personnel showed friendliness and responded rapidly. Without question, I'll come back.

One of the best Kale Cesar chicken salads I’ve ever had! You can taste the fresh ingredients & the staff were very friendly & knowledgeable about their food and products. Atmosphere was calm, space was clean! I recommend 10/10 Whenever you’re in need of a quick tasty bite!

This location has terrible customer service. I ordered a grain bowl using my classpass credits yesterday and mistakenly clicked on pickup at 7:30pm instead of 7pm. When I showed up at the store at 7pm to get my bowl I realized my mistake and showed the staff my order on the app. I was going to the movies asked them nicely if they can just make my order since I would be late for the movie if I waited until 7:30pm. The staff refused and I ended up just paying for the same order. It was so easy for the staff to help make a positive customer experience but they totally failed. I won't be going to this location ever again.

Absolutely in love with this place! Hands down the best salad I’ve ever had. Everything was so fresh and the toppings were generous, even the dressings were flavorful. Great quality salad and wraps. I was able to build my own bowl and was amazed by the variety of ingredients. The staff were super friendly and helpful, even helped me with recommendations when I couldn’t decide. Especially Carlos, i think he’s the manger, he was super accommodating to all of my requests and was patient with me.

I’m always on the run when I’m in NYC. So I want to go in and out during lunch. I have been to Chopt before, but it just keeps getting better. You are greeted with smiles, it was quick and sweet ordering. Then the delicious salad was the best salad. The Fall salad was amazing, the BBQ chicken one. I LOVE Cole Slaw and the warm chicken with the rest of it was sooooo perfect together. You should try it.

I visited Chop Salad Bethesda, and was helped by Reina. She was so kind and helpful -- thank you, Reina, for your wonderful attention! The salon was also very clean and nicely organized, which made the whole experience even better.

I still can't believe I paid over 16 dollars for a "mid" (at best) chicken wrap. Total rip off. If you eat there you are a tool .

I ordered a fall salad here as part of a corporate lunch order and it just wasn't very good. The grilled chicken was pretty gross. It just tasted slimy and low-quality. The dressing on it (white balsamic) didn't really complement it well in my opinion. For the money you're spending, you deserve better.

This was a disappointing first Chopt experience, and I don't think I'd come back. I ordered the below salad: Romaine Wild-caught Shrimp +($4.49) Aged Parmesan Roasted Broccoli Cage-Free Egg English Cucumber Chopt Vinaigrette Include Bread The worst part of my salad was that it tasted/felt like something I could make at home besides the shrimp here tasting very fishy. I get that shrimp served at a fast casual restaurant won't be fresh, but the fishy taste and smell was offsetting, like it was about to expire or simply taken out from the fridge, thawed, and then sliced for my salad. I would recommend Sweetgreen as their salads look less sad and have more authenticity in their ingredients selections.

I came in and Bea did a wonderful job helping me out, I got the chicken tinga and it was amazing!

I had a great experience with Chopt at 1 Penn Plaza. Everything was fresh and tasty and Steven was polite and pleasant to do business with. I would give 10 stars if i were able.

I am slightly obsessed with this place. The salads are so expensive, yet I always come back. During lunch hours this place is a mad house. It's hard to read the menu and pick an item to order because there's a million people that already know what they want and are in a rush. They have a lot of salads to choose from and I feel like the menus aren't the easiest to read. Anytime I go in person, I get a classic cobb salad. It's always good. The salad comes with Romaine, Grilled Chicken, All-natural Smoked Bacon, Avocado, Cage-Free Egg, Grape Tomatoes, Blue Cheese crumbles, and I always get the steakhouse blue cheese dressing. I have switched to ordering online for pick up and it's been the best. I have had the following salads: Spicy Jalapeño Goddess Salad. It had Steakhouse Blue Cheese salad dressing, Cabbage + Cilantro Blend, Romaine, Panko Fried Chicken, Black Beans, Fresh Radish, Scallions, Spicy Pickled Vegetables, Cotija Cheese and Tortilla Chips. Collins Peach Goddess Salad. Which had peaches, sweet and smokey chicken, blue cheese, croutons, romaine, picked red onions, and agave Dijon vinaigrette. Those salads have been my favorite so far. I can't wait to continue trying more salads. I highly recommend Chop't and REALLY recommend ordering online

I visited this location and I ordered the Santa Fe wrap. It was flavorful but I must say that I prefer the salads from Chopt. The dressing was very spicy but good. I needed a drink to help with the spicy dressing. All of the ingredients were fresh I just didn't like the tortilla wrap. I will stick to their salads from now on. The waiter was nice and the restaurant was clean and quiet.

I forgot what this was called. I usually get the Cobb salad it's really good that I don't have a photo because I devour it almost immediately haha They have great ingredient combinations and the flavor is just complimentary to the overall nice experience. Ambiance is modern and straightforward. I picked up my order at the store it was busy which I think is a good thing because it makes me think that they replenish their supplies fast = fresher ingredients Love chopt! A bit pricey for salad in my opinion tho haha

I did a schedule pickup and my food was ready. The salad was delicious and fresh. All the ingredients were fresh. I like that they use recyclable bowls and forks. I will come again.

I love Chopt's Mexican Caesar dressing. It's creamy and smoky with a slight kick that elevates any salad. They have signature salads and warm bowls with grains, but I always prefer to make my own. Four ingredients are included for free, but they charge for each topping after that so the salads can get quite pricey. They used to offer honey wheat pita bread with every salad. They have since switched to sad, dry French bread slices which are not nearly as good. However, their ingredients are fresh so it remains a good option for a light lunch.

The Stamford location has very horrible service. They treat their employees bad and the employees take it out on the customers. The customer service is very bad and the manager is never on duty. overall very bad energy and I would not recommend

I order at least 2x a week from the Paramus location for a large group. Orders are always accurate and completed quick. John and staff are friendly and accommodating. Food is always fresh and tasty.

I got the Mexicali Vegan salad ($9.99) with Jalapeno Yogurt Crema mixed in with bread. It was decently filling and I feel that it is another great alternative when compared to SweetGreen. I would occasionally come back.

Ordered lunch today online for an in-store pickup. Ordering process was easy but wasn't thrilled about needing to create an account. Just ordered the first thing I saw, which wasn't even a salad or a bowl, it was a wrap. Realized that was the only wrap on the menu, wonder why? The Baja shrimp wrap was really good. The shrimp had nice kick, and I added the sweet & Smokey chipotle vinegarette instead of what they recommended. The texture was great, lots of crunchy and contrasts. The wrap itself was perfect, held everything together, and looked grilled although it wasn't warm when I got it. It also didn't come sliced. The wrap even looked pretty similar in real life to the photo on the site. Very good, simple and relatively healthy lunch in a neighborhood with lots of options in its category.

By and large, decent. I was really turned off of Chopt previously because of a bad experience I had at the Astor Place location, but this one has made me come around a little. I order the grain bowls a lot because they tend to be more filling than the salads. My favorites have been the carnitas verde bowl and the Korean bbq bowl. Both are around $11-$12 after tax. The carnitas verde is a little spicy but the crisps in it are delicious. The Korean bbq has a nice mix of veggies and jalapeños. My two main complaints are as follows: 1) I always place an order on seamless and it is never ready when I go to pick it up, which is fine because I usually come early. However, instead of making it right away, I find that it gets lost in the shuffle and I end up getting my food much later than I would have had I just waited in line. 2) The portion size is widely variable. Some nights I end up with a bowl that I could spread across two meals, and some nights I end up with a nice snack. One time I went and the bowl barely covered the bottom. I complained and they offered to send a coupon for a free salad, which I have yet to receive but I'm keeping my fingers crossed. However, the bowls are good, and while they vary in terms of size they're pretty consistent in terms of taste. Mainly the proximity to my office will keep me coming back, but it's a decent meal nonetheless.

I'm not sure why this location never chops my salad. It's really the only reason why I order from chopt over other salad places and I am always disappointed. Will not be ordering anymore. Not one piece of lettuce or chicken is chopped. This was meant for the Montvale, NJ location!

The food is good but the customer service at W51st street is not good. The orders have been wrong and you can't get in touch with anyone on the phone to fix it.

I usually enjoy getting my favorite salad, Santa Fe, from Chopt-- but at this location, both the taste of my salad and the service were awful. Firstly, the worker making my salad gave me a glare even though I gave the easiest order, then she had the audacity to act snarky when I didn't hear her asking if I want chicken or not. Afterwards, another worker asked me which sauce I wanted-- to which I asked for the ORANGE spicy ranch sauce as I had forgotten its name. The worker proceeded to give me Caesar sauce, WHITE in color. As for the rest of the salad, the lettuce was definitely unwashed and unsorted since there were rotten parts & tiny black pieces. The chicken was undercooked and tasteless, and overall the salad was unappetizing and unappealing. Not going again, don't make the mistake of going to this location.

I love Chopt and miss it dearly now that I'm out of this neck of the woods. I've succumbed to competitors in my new location that made me Just Sad* My fave here is the Santa Fe. It's delicious as is or you can switch it up and do half kale half spinach. Either way, their greens are always crunchy and fresh. I switch out the Chipotle vinaigrette for Buttermilk ranch and it's perfect--no salt or pepper add-ons necessary.

I paid $13 for a bowl of lettuce. Got the palm beach salad. Try to find the tomato I dare you. Try to find the hearts of palm. Try to find the shrimp I paid extra for. See photo - this is just a flavorless bowl of lettuce. Awful. Chopt you have really gone down hill. I now need to either toss this or find my own ingredients to add.

I mean, there's nothing much to say about a restaurant chain that's sprinkled all over a city. Solid lunch option which isn't too expensive. I find it irksome they charge for bread, but whatever. Order here for lunch occasionally and it's usually pretty /enjoyable. Last time, I ordered their Seasonal Harvest salad which was sweet potatoes, chicken, roasted Brussels sprouts, and maple cranberry glaze. I'd definitely get it again during fall/ winter months. Overall, it's going to be a convenient, but healthy and yummy lunch or dinner.

visited the Chopt restaurant in Manhasset I ordered the chicken Tinga and while creating the server was scraping the food off the counter into my dish. my second time at the same location the manager was more interested in flirting with his co worker than creating the proper order. I would not go back to that location

Would always place my order through seamless for pickup and my order was always ready by the time I arrived. I usually get balsamic vinaigrette as my dressing however the last couple times it tasted off/bitter which was a bit strange. Other than that its my go to salad spot in the area.

$13 for a salad? I wish I had gotten 3 big macs from next door. Ingredients aren't fresh, flavors are mediocre at best. Better off at sweetgreen tbh.

I went there today and wanted a new bowl for 11.79 That guy asked me if I want to add cookie and soda for $1, I said nope. He charged me for that and didn't give it to me!

This place is just a logistical nightmare. I gave Chopt another try and found that the rice was not fully cooked. It's ok, it happens. Went back today after ordering from the app and my salad was not ready until 15 min after my scheduled time. Thankfully the salad was very good :)

Will NEVER come here again. I ordered a kebab Cobb salad. It was half full. Asked for extra dressing and a piece of bread and didn't get either. For the price what a joke. I'm better of going to McDonald's.

A great go-to salad bar when you need a quick lunch. It's amazing to see the line wrapping around the block. Somehow they always manage to get me in and out in less than 15minutes... They've really got their operations down. Let it be known- a lunchtime visit to Chop't is not for the faint of heart and indecisive salad eaters. You MUST know exactly which salad, what you want in it, which dressing, and how much dressing as soon as you arrive at the counter... Otherwise you'll have a mob of angry businessmen throwing sticks if you delay the line! Pro tip: try the caramels!

My favorite salad takeout place. Always serves fresh and delicious ingredients in their salads. Most salads come with some bread- moist and not too hard. My favorite salad is the Mexican Vegan. Would highly recommend this place.

I am getting really annoyed with this Chopt location! Today is the 4th time in the last few months that the Check Out Terminals were down and we customers are unable to receive points towards our Chopt account. This is unacceptable and not fair to customers! Is there no other way to receive points for our purchase on a perk YOU offer?! I am going to stop going to Chopt altogether! They are scamming us! I wish I could give NO stars!

To me, loving Chop't is a staple of being "basic" in NYC...well consider me basic. I absolutely love Chop't. This location in particular is great as its set up more efficiently inside than others. There was actually a lot of seating inside which was even being used. The location itself is clean and close to Union Square Park which I love. The food itself to me if ALWAYS on point. I love the variety of toppings and even healthier dressings! I tend to go for the Chicken Kebab Cobb which I love. Overall, I'd basically never turn down the chance to eat lunch/brunch/linner/dinner or even a snack here!! In fact, I'm hungry again haha!

Have ordered several times through the app and the order has been wrong on multiple occasions. One time fine but more than once? It shouldn't be hard to follow basic instructions. Called and spoke with the manager who argued and said "the chopper said he added chipotle chicken" really? Why would I lie about a salad being wrong? As if I like to be inconvenienced. Go to the Astor Place location if you want better service. UPDATE- After many failed attempts at getting a simple order correct, i called to verify that the ingredients would be sent correctly. I was assured over the phone only to have my salad arrive wrong, again. I simply don't understand the incompetence of the staff. Unbelievable and quite honestly embarrassing.
