"But the true winner in this debate was fellow salad chain Chopt, which has its lettuce chopping mantra built right into the name. The corporate account tweeted to one distressed person that it has no plans to change its chopping policy, and then sent out a separate little reminder about it, too." - Manami Takashina

I haven’t been in years when I first came here. The first time I had it, I was so impressed and fell in love overall. Years later, I was in Winston and had them for lunch after gym and they’re still as good the last time I was here! Their miso salmon is amazing and I would definitely order it again! They’re so clean and friendly. They may be pricey but they’re worth it in my opinion. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Google
Well, I haven't written a review in a while because there hasn't been a need...until now. My recent visit to Chopt left me quite disappointed. I ordered as I usually do on the app, making a few swaps and adding double meat. Upon picking up my order, I was shocked to see how drastically the portion sizes had been reduced. I spoke with one of the workers and mentioned, "I've never received a bowl this low and bare before." He explained that corporate was enforcing stricter portion controls. While I understand the need to follow directives from above, the amount in my bowl for $18 that resembled a kid's meal size portion can't be the portion size they are talking about. Although he offered to give me extra lettuce, what I received was a bowl of cabbage. Paying more for less left me feeling unsatisfied and frustrated. To make matters worse, my wife found two chicken bones in her bowl while eating (see attached picture). This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about Chopt's quality control and food preparation standards. Such an oversight is not only unpleasant but also potentially dangerous. Overall, I expected much better from Chopt, especially considering the competition in the area. Staff need to be retrained in proper portion sizes and ensuring no bones make it into the food. Loyal customers who support the business should feel appreciated, and product expectations must always be met. Unfortunately, this experience has paused my support for their business. ⠀

I love getting warm bowls from here. They’re always so delicious! It tastes so fresh and you get a lot of food in the bowl too. This is definitely a great healthy restaurant!

Google
I used to love chopt, but the past two times I've ordered from door dash, the orders have been completely wrong and the lettuce was brown. The first time they wouldn't give me refund or send me a new order. The second time they did refund my money, but the salads were bad. I ordered a warm bowl with rice and i got a Caesar salad with brown lettuce. If you're going to pay 15-20 dollars for one salad, it should have fresh ingredients.

Love going here for a healthy option! The staff is friendly and always welcoming. Love having Jackson make my salad, he’s always helpful and gives great suggestions. It’s nice to have a healthy option when you need to grab a quick bite to eat! Love that they have added more meat options to their menu!

Google
This place is so clean I can't believe I didn't come here sooner!!! The steak and salmon bowl is by far my favorite so far. Ive heard the steak salad wrap is just as good! I highly recommend this place and the manager Jason was so kind and helpful. He knows what he's doing with this place!

Thomas Kornegay

Google
Such a great place to grab a healthy and delicious meal! The service is great too. James has always been helpful and courteous. If you haven’t been you’re missing out!

Rachel Ward

Google
This place is literally the best! Always professional, always kind, and always QUICK! Which is definitely what people want. The overall cleanliness of the store is impeccable. Make sure you go see Jason too! He's the best!

Yelp
I love this place. The Mexican Caesar is my favorite on the menu, and I always add grilled chicken, corn and black beans. The quality of ingredients is always great, they are so fresh. It's definitely worth trying out if you haven't!

Lindsay B.

Yelp
I have always ordered the same thing at Chopt - Kebab Cobb which is *delicious/chef's kiss* HOWEVER, my sister just put me onto the chicken Caesar wrap and my life will truly never be the same. It comes with kale and romaine but we did just romaine with chicken for extra protein and heavy dressing. The romaine is so easy to eat because it is chopped so finely and the croutons add the most perfect crunch! Have them add fresh cracked pepper to take it up a notch and voila! The service is good enough at this location. I found out there is a Chopt right by my house in Charlotte which ya'll know I'm about to tear up. Try the Caesar wrap, just romaine, add chicken, fresh cracked pepper, with heavy dressing and thank me later.

Yelp
I visited this spot for the first time. The ambiance is great! Upon entering the place was very well lit emitting a very clean and healthy environmental feel. Once seated, the music further enhanced the good vibe with a little reggae and other relaxing styled music playing. The food was very fresh and delicious. I got my salad in a wrap and loved it. My daughter had a salad and it looked so fresh and I could hear the crunch which told me it was also fresh. She stated it was indeed so good. As for the drinks, I chose the hibiscus tea. Now I definitely try to eat and drink healthy but I really desired at least a little sugar in the hibiscus tea so I added a little bit of the sweet tea and that did it! The combination I made by adding the sweet tea to the hibiscus tea was perfect and I had to refill! Needless to say, we both enjoyed our meals and the ambiance of the environment. Will be returning!

Adair W.

Yelp
As much as I love the food at chopt, the service here is awful. The workers are rude, snappy, and careless. I have had very few positive customer service experiences at this location and I am not inclined to go back.

Mary B.

Yelp
Ordered a salad for delivery today - they have free delivery through the 25th - my usual Santa Fe. Because I was ordering online and not standing in front of the ingredients I forgot to add chicken. It was good but it would've been fabulous if I had remembered the chicken! Chopt always has the freshest ingredients and their salads are large and very filling! Free delivery it was $15 for a Santa Fe salad and a drink.

Byron O.

Yelp
Been in twice now. Will not come in again. They were again out of core components of the dish I ordered and I got sneered at for asking about dairy free options. Food is good. Service is not.

Nadia J.

Yelp
Love their salads. Such a huge quantity and such a great flavour. Their dressings are so refreshing and really go well with the combo's. I typically get myself the craft salad, so I can change it up completely to my desire. Their shrimp is fresh and juicy. The salads are chopped so well that you can easily eat them, not like other generic salads where it's huge pieces of lettuce, and constantly having to cut it down / play with it to get it into bite size. I always go for their chopped blend in terms of greens - so good. All of their salads come with optional free bread piece - this can be quite tough to chew but it's a nice addition to the soft salad. Only downfall is their prices, super over priced for a salad $17 for the craft one when I'm done with it, but it's good so oh well. Definitely recommend this place for the perfect healthy lunch treat! Overall, my favourite salad place in Winston!

Julie F.

Yelp
Clean, bright, NOISY. Modern decor with extra outlets available at seating. Fresh salad prepared behind glass counter. Grilled chicken cold and taste free. Limited beverage selection. Warm bowls and wraps available. So noisy customers trying to talk over the ambient sound and music.

Hope R.

Yelp
Cauliflower rice was good. Don't order the hummus bowl, there is no hummus just an orange sauce they douse all over it which is not hummus. Ingredients were ok

Dana M.

Yelp
My husband and I ate warm salads from Chopt for a late lunch. My son didn't eat from Chopt. my husband and I have been up vomiting all night. We will never eat here again. I hope and pray no one else got food poisoning from Chopt today.

Jessica F.

Yelp
As many times as I have been to Thruway, I can't believe I have never been to Chopt. I went with someone who knows and loves Chopt and highly recommended them. I was very pleasantly surprised. I got one of the limited Time Thai Meatball dishes with Cauliflower rice. It was delicious. I finished every single bite and have been full all afternoon! I have 2 negatives to voice, neither is related to the food! The quality of the food is great. However, the drink selection... SUCKS! The sweet tea was barely sweet and there were no soda options. I get that they are trying to be healthy, but I think there were 3 choices. It def left more to be desired. Last, the floor of most of the restaurant was so sticky that all of us in line were shocked and a bit disgusted by! I don't know what was all over the floor, but you never want a place you eat to have that gross feeling and that floor was def gross. Besides that, the rest of the restaurant was clean and inviting. The food was the star, and the service was wonderful as well.

Sophia J.

Yelp
We were on our way to eat here, until we saw that nasty letter in the list of menu items. Not cool.

Alison S.

Yelp
Can get pricey for a salad but I love the chopped and mixed deliciousness! I always get the harvest salad with goat cheese and chicken. Yummo

Khalilah L.

Yelp
First time visiting this chain. It was okay. I think it was what I ordered (Southwest Hatch Chile Pork). I think it was the dressing that came with this option. Either way, I will try this establishment again, but I'll order something different. All employees wore mask and gloves which was a plus. A face mask is required to enter, also another plus!

Liz H.

Yelp
I ordered a salad through DoorDash for delivery. They packed a salad according to my specifications. I wanted dressing on the side. They packed it well and had an itemized receipt sticker on the bag, which I needed for work. The salad is fresh and delicious. I should have gotten a different salad dressing. Their White Balsamic is caustic. It's good but like, pure acid. I also ordered a brownie. A cute little individually wrapped brownie was in my delivery bag. They did a great job. Thanks!

Jeanine K.

Yelp
My husband and I are big fans of chopt. Great concept and we've loved just about everything we've tried. I know some people complain about the prices, but we personally feel like the quality and quantity you get makes up for the price. Service at this location is always great. Tonight we split their 2 new dishes the Chicken Al Pastor and the Barbacoa Brisket Bowl and we would definitely get both again! Tip: I always ask for light on the dressing and then ask for some on the side if I feel like I need to add more.

Emma F.

Yelp
I ordered a salad through DoorDash and at wasn't a good experience. My bread is rock hard. The salad bowl wasn't even halfway filled. Not the best day for chopt....

Taylor W.

Yelp
There were 7 people including the manager in front of house and it took me 30 minutes to get my food. Just seems like they should be able to move faster when they're that overstaffed. There were maybe 8 people initially infront of me.

Mike P.

Yelp
Moment of honesty: I wanted to hate Chopt. I laughed off friends who suggested it. I made fun of the "California beatniks" I assumed were the primary clientele. I joked of the side order of "smell your own fart" that came with every bowl of rabbit food ordered. I had visions of Birkenstocks, hemp bags, and dreads. I was wrong. Mea culpa. I apologize to the food gods for my transgression. Chopt is solid. Nay. It is remarkably fresh in food and character. While I'm still not a fan of the bohemian ordering set up (but dang, it's surprisingly efficient) or the paper straws(alas, these are coming for us all), the food was delicious. I had the Chicken Tinga Bowl and went halfsies (just the sorta hippy thing I was worried Chopt might inspire) with a friend on a Mexican Caesar Wrap with grilled chicken. The Bowl was good...quinoa covered in veggies pulled chicken, a zesty green sauce, and cheese. The wrap was amazing...perfectly spicy and filling with Mexican spiced caesar/ranch, succulent grilled chicken, and loads of veggies! Definitely can't wait to go back (but I'm taking my own straw with me).

Yelp
In the mood for a healthy lunch? Go to Chopt! Interesting concept of putting together salad bowls and seeing it "Chopt" before your eyes--Cold Stone-style but for salads! I'd recommend getting any of the starred items for your first visit. I went with the Santa Fe: avocado, grape tomatoes, corn, homemade fried onions, and romaine. When I asked to forgo the pepperjack, they offered a substitute item (yay!). I also asked to change the dressing to balsamic vinaigrette. They're very accommodating with customization. Outdoor seating is great. Inside there's a station for all your to-go and drink needs, including "spa" cucumber-infused water. The salad itself is more filling than I expected, and tasty too.

Lameka S.

Yelp
Who doesnt love a good salad. Chopt makes the best that's out there. This was my first at this location but it was still a hit. Oh and I had a gift certificate from a coworker so that made it even better. Ok now let's get to the 4 stars. Right before we were about to check out the manager sends the cashier to the back to get bread because she was what it appeared to be waiting to cash us out. He thought she was just standing around and sent her to get bread. So now we are standing there waiting to checkout. The manager comes over and says have yall been helped. We're looking like how when you sent the cashier to the back. I say all that to say, he could have sent her to do busy work after she rang us up. Overall salads were good!! So no complaints in that area.

Chisom O.

Yelp
I did not have the best experience at Chopt on Stratford. I normally have a pleasant experience. I repeated my order over twice because I felt like the rep making my salad was rushing through and trying to get through the lunch rush. I do understand that you have to keep the line moving. From my experience working in the food service industry the customer in front of you is the priority. My order was messed up and I also was overcharged. I did not have time to return to the restaurant to fix since I used my lunch time get there and back.

Daniel B.

Yelp
Chopt in Winston makes the most bomb salads ever. This place is a great stop for anyone looking for healthier options without sacrificing taste. Chopt has a huge spread of salad toppings that allow you to customize everything to your liking, all the way down to your lettuce. This was just the healthy pick me up we needed and we recommend it to anyone trying to make better food choices. This place also support local farms and even have the farms their ingredients come from posted for everyone to see! Eat local!

Bmore M.

Yelp
Ordered two salads. One of them was missing two main ingredients. My wife called in and was told by the manager, Tosh that she would refund her for the missing toppings. One of the missing toppings was a sweet cherry pepper and the staff subbed jalapeños for them...which are way too hot for my wife. The fact that this crew thought it would be okay to sub that type of ingredient is a safety concern. When a customer orders a meal to go, the expectation is that they will get what they pay for. Even the absence of one ingredient can make a meal less enjoyable. I understand errors, but the fact that the manager decided to offer a refund on peppers and avocados as opposed to the whole salad is an insult. The manager then hung up on me after I expressed my concern over the situation. Writing up a letter to corporate to report.

Mike K.

Yelp
Usually stop in on Sundays for dinner. Tonight I had the hatch chile pork warm bowl and it was delicious! If you like spicy, I would highly recommend. My wife went with the classic mexican caesar which might be both our overall favorite. If you haven't been, check it out! So many options you'll definitely find something you'll like. They also offer online ordering if you want to skip the line for the lunch and dinner rush!

Chris T.

Yelp
Came here today for the 2nd time. The place was very clean and everyone was taking precautions, with masks, gloves, and socially distanced tables. I ordered the Chinese Chicken and it was excellent. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful.

William H.

Yelp
Located at the far end of the Thruway strip mall, this place is kept clean and has a decent amount of tables. They have suggested salads or you can design your own. I love all of their choices of ingredients. There is something for everyone. There are also some great soups available. There fresh teas with free refills are a treat. They have complimentary water with lemon, shelve serve. I would come here more often but the prices are on the high end for my budget. That's my reason for not giving it 5 stars. Daily specials would definitely be enticing.

Mecca F.

Yelp
Who doesn't like a nice blended salad. Other options like soup, wraps etc. we were able to taste items before making a selection. Certain things cost extra to add to the salad but over all it was a great experience. Staff was present and friendly.

Em L.

Yelp
The BEST salad place ever. I recommend the Kale Caesar with Chicken or a Customer Craft salad!! I love how they chop it up for you and mix in the dressing so it's all covered. Love love love.

Alice B.

Yelp
Chopt salads that taste like Sunday dinner? I'm down. My first visit to Chopt I purchased the salad with the Nashville Hot Fried Chicken, and I was sold on Chopt Creative Salad Co. Why not make salads more interesting? All of the ingredients : the dressing, the chicken, the greens, the celery, the biscuit croutons all came together so well in this salad. The salad bowl itself was huge, I could not finish it all for lunch, and was felt very full , which is not typically how I feel after salad. I'm looking forward to trying more of their creative salads.

Koury K.

Yelp
The inside looks amazing. Clean and neat. The food taste better than expected, since it is all salad base. The service is great but very slow; you have to chose your salad, they put the ingredients in a bowl, then they move it to someone else on the line to chop it and add your choice of sauce. It is a slow process. Most of their seating provide electric and usb connections. Prices are on the high end but maybe expected in a place like this. Note: stick to the salad and avoid chicken; it is cold and taste worse than subway!

Jordan S.

Yelp
I really tried to like chopt and gave multiple chances, but save yourself the disappointment and turn around and go in Cava. You'll save money, too. I ordered the Thai meatball cauliflower rice, which already puts the bowl at $14. A bowl at $14, firstly, should at least fill its container, but secondly, the meat chosen should also be an average portion. I got 2 meatballs. And not full meatballs, I got the remnant pieces of meatballs. When I was told that, no, that was it, pieces of a meatball was worth $14 and also would you like a bread, I said yes, just to try to get my money's worth. I was promptly handed a slice of bread smaller than my palm. Yikes guys. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. I've learned my lesson. I'll give 2 stars for the options given, but service and price give it, at max, 2 stars.

Mary Beth P.

Yelp
This place has really gone downhill. Over the last few years, I have been a consistent customer and given them numerous chances but I give up. I own a restaurant so I understand how difficult the business can be but the fault here lies with management and no supervision for young kids that seem to run this place. Orders are never ever right. Ever. One week I get a warm grain salad and someone has mixed the grains all in with the greens and it's cold. Why? It's supposed to be warm? Most often it's missing ingredients and no salad dressing at all. Last salad I ordered was a warm grain salad. Asked for dressing on the side, asked the girl about the goddess dressing, she said it was there and of course got home and it wasn't. Not only that, the bowl was 1/2 full, had 2 small slices of radish, no shallots and 4 small tiny pieces chicken about the size of a pea. The grains were different and it was white rice with a few pieces of maybe barley but it was most similar to chipotles rice so not grains at all. Just not worth the hassle to go there anymore. Plenty of other places for a quick salad including right across the street.

Emma E.

Yelp
Amazing!!!! It tastes great and feels great. Not like your normal restaurant salad... you start by picking your leafy greens, then you pick (subway style) what you want on it, the choices range from beans to tofu to cheese to broccoli and many MANY more. Then they CHOPt it up for you and add your dressing of choice. They also have about a million dressing choices. I got a "build your own" with spinach, corn, chicken, broccoli, cucumber, avocado, parmesan cheese, and a mint basil vinaigrette. To drink I gotta cup of their cucumber lemon spa water.

Michael C.

Yelp
Meh. There's nothing that pops out as being aweful, but the salad was just bland. Tossing stuff in a bowl and pouring sauce on it needs a little creativity and artistry.

Jim C.

Yelp
Bright, open and a fresh design to go with their fresh salads. The prices are $10-12 range for a salad, and a drink will tack on a couple more dollars. There are no soda machines here, but they have cucumber-lemon water for free and and assortment of kombucha and sparkling waters. The salads are assembled before your eyes, much like a Subway/Chipotle style, by then your ingredients are passed along to the chopping station. They use a mezzaluna to chop your salad in a fun to watch rocking motion. Then they ask for your approval on how well-chopped your salad is, toss in your dressing and serve. We ordered a Crispy Chicken Ranch with Chimichurri Ranch, which was pretty solid. One of us ordered the same thing but as a wrap which was also good. We also tried the Baja Shrimp Bowl and they were out of carrots for it, so they added extra shrimp instead!! We also got the Chicken Tinga with Mexican Goddess dressing which gave the salad a nice kick. It took a little long to order and get our food as the team was pretty new, but they were very polite and friendly. We will definitely be back to try more from their menu and to work our way through the 20 salad dressings.

Meredith S.

Yelp
Man I just loved this salad place. I was very nervous to go in at first because I knew I would be overwhelmed and I was. I just took my time and watched a few other people go. I ended up with the classic Cobb. They take a bowl and pack it full of the salad of choice with some damn good looking toppings. There were so many I wanted to get a second salad just to have it later. I do wish there were more protein in the salad but next time I'll ask for extra. Anyways, they take it to the chopping station and, well, chop it. It mixes it all up and everything is blended beautifully. This is where I fell in love because normally I'm doing this in a plastic bowl and hating life. And just like that, I need to go back and get another to satisfy my salad Chopt fantasies.

Richard N.

Yelp
I really like this place and believe the area needs more of these healthier quick bite stops. Great variety of hot and cold salads. After selecting the type you want or customize it they chop it up and serve. The chopping staff was very friendly but I do wish the lady taking my order was a bit more helpful. I was a first timer and it would have been appreciated if an intro to the place and popular menu choices would have been helpful. The place was clean although decor was kinda boring. Will definitely return to try other menu options.

Annye G.

Yelp
No matter how far in advance you place your order, it will not be ready. They're so so so slow in there. Idk what the issue is but it's consistently an issue. I don't think they're short staffed bc there's a large amount of people back there doing nothing. It's a salad? It doesn't have to be cooked. There are far more better cheaper options out there. Skip this one.

Christy C.

Yelp
I have been to quite a few Chopt locations and generally I've always had good experiences. I don't go to this one as much, despite me living in Winston-Salem, because they don't have all the menu items other places have. Today I went to pick up my salad that I'd ordered on the app, and when I got home to eat it, they had a) DRENCHED it in dressing, b) not included the avocado at all, and c) replaced the regular jalapenos with pickled jalapenos for some reason. I'd also requested roasted chickpeas and instead got just regular plain chickpeas. Basically, not even close to the salad I'd ordered. Not happy, and probably won't be back to this location. If you want a good salad, I suggest going next door to trader joes, buying lettuce, grabbing yourself an OXO salad chopper, and buying some of Chopt's dressing for $5. Make it yourself at home so you get it right.

Scharlene H.

Yelp
I love salad. Seriously. So, Chopt more than satisfies my salad bug. I love the variety of greens, toppings, proteins, and dressings. The combinations are unlimited! One bowl is a little too much for one, but not quite enough for two. On days the hubby and I want a light lunch, we'll split a salad and add a soup. I also love the infused citrus water they provide for free. Chopt May feel a tad pricey for a carry out salad, but seems fairly priced for casual food.

Robert R.

Yelp
As far as quick, healthy and creative food for a busy lifestyle this place sits atop my list. The menu items are made from locally sourced items, that you can read about on an ever changing board. It's nice to be able to see where what you are eating comes from and their transparency about this is nice. They have chefs that are constantly working on keeping the menu fresh and seasonal, another big plus. I tend to eat the same thing (chicken Tinga bowl) but with the new items appearing on the menu, even I went off the beaten path. Happy I did as the Mexican Chipotle Cesar salad was great and at the moment I'm enjoying the seasonal, Key West jerk chicken salad very much. The place is always clean and the staff is extremely professional and nice to deal with. I see them multiple times a week and it's always a pleasure. There are a few people in management (Cesar, Tido and Jason)in particular that hold that place together and the company is lucky to have them. If you go around lunch time plan on standing in line for up to 10 minutes. I've never had to wait longer, even at the busy times. They do have a to go window so ordering ahead if on a tight time schedule is an option. I'm addicted to their sweet tea, it's hand picked from some cool sounding place in China so that makes me feel not quite as bad about drinking three to the face! Winston Salem is lucky to have this place and I hope to see them stay around forever. They have a loyal customer here for life. Ps. They have a dressing (vegan) called Mexican goddess (similar to a salsa verde but better)and it's worth asking for a side to dip the fresh bread they offer you in, it also comes on the chicken tinga. Get some however you go about it!

Terrance S.

Yelp
I'm simply a former employee who had to leave CHOPT after issues of race went un-addressed! I was verbally harassed by members of management at this location only to get an apology! I REFUSE TO GIVE CHOPT ANOTHER DOLLAR OF MINE because it's apparent my money is too black! Below is one of many incidents at this location! Stop putting your dollars where hatred lives! * About two weeks ago Myself and another Co-worker (M******) were standing side by side, and I let Ceaser (manager) know that a lady was in the lobby for an interview(African American). He laughed and said "She was wasting her time that they weren't hiring anymore of our kind of people because they didn't have a hispanic work ethic.

Is S.

Yelp
This is my first time going to Chopt. Chopt isn't a bad idea but it wasn't amazing and it was noisy and kind of fast-food-ish inside. I had a palm beach salad with smoky ranch, and It was ok. They were out of blue cheese. The whole experience is best described as "meh."

Michelle C.

Yelp
I've seen a million Chopts from living in NYC and while the concept is cool and there aren't many places in WS that do this, it's really just not worth it. You pay way too much for something you could make yourself or a Whole Foods, etc. The service wasn't bad, it was super crowded and I would anticipate that not changing much over the next several months but overall just don't think spending 13-14 dollars on a fast-casual meal is the move. **I might add that most of the salads only come with 2-3 toppings and if you want anything else it's an up-charge, so your 11.00 salad will become 15.00 REAL quick**

Abry O.

Yelp
Ohmygosh I wish I could give this place 10 stars! I came here today with my mom for the first time ever and holy crap I'm in love. I didn't get a picture of my bowl unfortunately. But I got their Chinese Chicken bowl - instead of the cabbage & cilantro (I have that tastebud in my mouth where it taste like dish soap to me) I got romaine lettuce and also their cauliflower rice, came with a slice of bread too. I absolutely love this place now! I am going to have to find out how far the one in Greensboro is from my work haha. So yummy!!!

Marc P.

Yelp
Honestly, kind of disappointed. Tried this place twice and both times the Salads were very taste-less. She had the Veggitarian Mexican and I had a grain style salad with Chicken. The mexican salad was very spicy with no other flavor. I am disappointed they don't have fresh fruit, like a berry salad. What kind of salad place doesn't have a berry salad with some feta and various nuts on top? They put WAY TOO MUCH Quinoa (3 scoops on mine!) on the salads too, which make for a bitter, blah taste. If they added strawberries, blue berries, blackberries, I might be able to make it work, but I can get a better salad from Chick-Fil-A for $6-7 (e.g. market salad is on point).

Yelp
My wife and I were really looking forward to eating here. We went in for lunch and had the Chinese Chicken & the Cob salads. What a disappointment. Both were bland and had very little chicken. All for $26. The young employee who helped us was fairly new and a bit slow. His job was made more difficult by two other employees banter that was very loud. We won't be back.

Yelp
I ordered via DoorDash and I'm very sad. The food was delicious but I ordered a Palm Beach and added some toppings, and I only got romaine with the toppings I added, not the stuff that is supposed to come on the Palm Beach. Would give a 5 if I had gotten what I ordered because it does taste very good. Update: Chopt reached out immediately to resolve the issue. Great customer service! I will definitely be giving the place another shot.

Yelp
Cool concept. Fresh ingredient. I was there with my wife and both of our dressing were too vinegary.
